A/N: Hey ya'll! Welcome to the re-write of my first OroNaru fic. I had written the previous version ages ago. There were a few reasons as to why I decided to stop. One of them being I was told by someone that I don't write the characters well and I don't write an AU well. So, obviously, that negativity has halted me with some things. No, I'm not going to say who it was. I moved on. What's done is done and what's said is said. Nothing can change it.
Sekito: Good, glad to hear it.
Kuro: Yeps! Besides, at least I've become better at things I hope.
Rakknar: You have with more practice and all.
Sekito: Exactly. Those people have gone and will never come back into your life.
Kuro: Exactly.
Rakknar: Well, let's get on with things. What isn't allowed will be any flames or negativity. This means no bullying, harassment, etc. towards them or their stories because if there is any then you will be reported. Only positive and constructive feedback is allowed. This is an AU like usual. If your comments involve anything with canon you will be ignored.

Marriage Should Be Easy, Right?
Chapter 1: Departure
Having grown up an unusually rough life has hardened Naruto down to the core. No one has been able to get close to him except for a snake in the grass. The two have dated for a few years until Orochimaru had him meet him. It would be the area within the Forest of Death that they had first met all of those years ago. At this point in time Naruto is nineteen years old. Having achieved so much and yet still regarded as a monster disturbed him. Hopefully fleeing Konoha with his beloved would ease the tension. When he arrived at the meeting place after ensuring he wouldn't be noticed he saw that Orochimaru is waiting there for him.
Dropping down on one knee, Orochimaru gave him the band to signify their marriage, "Will you take me as yours, Naruto?"
"Even in death we'll still be together," murmured Naruto in agreement, accepting the wedding band before being swept up into his lover's embrace.
The two shared a heated kiss under the decaying branches. Hearing voices drawing near the two departed in a puff of smoke. What's left behind is Naruto's headband. The two shinobi who had been left on guard duty are Kakashi and Iruka. The two are best friends, but nothing more than that even though clearly Iruka wanted more. Unfortunately, Kakashi didn't feel the same way for him in return. When they reached the spot of hearing some commotion they saw that there's nothing except the headband.
"This is Naruto's," said Kakashi, picking it up.
"What do you think happened to him?" Asked the brunette, scoping out the area.
Shrugging, Kakashi pocketed Naruto's headband, "Who knows... He could've been kidnapped or went willingly with whoever took him."
"Should we alert the Hokage and form a search party tomorrow? Of course we'll alert Lady Tsunade first," blushed Iruka.
"Hn, yes," replied Kakashi before disappearing in a puff of smoke to reappear in the Hokage's office where she is busy attending to the seamlessly endless pile of paperwork.
"What?" Asked the Hokage, obviously tired from all of the hard work she has done.
"Naruto has been taken," explained Kakashi. "I want to form a search party to look for him tomorrow."
"Ok, only three can go with you," explained Tsunade, granting permission for it.
"Hn, thanks," said Kakashi, shedding a small smile.
The former sensei of Team Seven knew who he wanted to take along. That would be Sasuke, Sakura, and Hinata. He thought those three would be perfect to accompany on this mission. Besides, he could then have some up close and personal time with the Uchiha. He had returned a few days from finding out the truth of what really happened to cause the massacre. It meant that Itachi didn't perish. He still remains alive and kicking. Now, all he has to do is wait. When morning comes around they will leave in search for the missing fox.

Meanwhile, in the village of the Sound is where Orochimaru had taken his now husband. The two would sweep the nations by storm with their union. No one thought that a Sanin would ever be wed or love someone of another village. Some could say that tier love is forbidden. In a way it is indeed. Neither of the two males cared except for how each other felt. Obviously, Orochimaru had plans for his blonde including breaking him in. Creating a family is what Naruto has always wanted aside from being regarded like everyone else. The latter of the two would take more time than the former. Hopefully with being here in Sound will prove to give a better life for the jinchurriki.
"Now, now, my pet," purred the obsidian haired male, licking at the shell of Naruto's ear. "People from Konoha will be after you. They'll think you've gone missing or I've taken you hostage. Isn't that cute?"
"Mmmm, yes," murmured Naruto with his cheeks flushed.
"Too bad that they won't succeed," chuckled Orochimaru before pulling back to place his husband onto the bed of black satin sheets.
"What will happen to them?" Asked Naruto, concerned for his friends.
"There's no telling until they draw near," admitted his partner before leaning down to capture his lips in a passionate kiss, moving his unordinaryly long tongue down his throat before pulling back to leave him breathless.
"W-What are your plans?" Panted out Naruto, unsure if he wanted to know himself.
"I will claim what's rightfully mine, little fox. Then we'll see where things go from there. Of course marriage with me won't be easy. In time you'll be accustomed to my ways sooner or later."
A/N: Yays! Done with chappie one! Hehes, sorry it's short. I care more about the quality than quantity of my chappies. Hopefully it was a good start to the re-write.
