            Naruto Otsutsuki, the heir to the original Otsutsuki clan he was heraled as someone close to god itself. While he never fought the man himself it was widely regarded that he could face him on equal terms if not take his place as the leader of the village whenever he wanted. However, Naruto wanted to earn his seat through correct means instead of just having it handed to him. Plus this allowed him to establish his strength and soon would gain alliances and control over other countries. Then he would be the undisputed king of the elemental nations with everyone else either servicing his needs or doing work for him and promoting the peace.
            “Naruto, I have new orders for you so this is good time on your behalf.”
            “Of course my Kage what is it?”
            “We have gotten word man they call the Yellow Flash is somewhere in between the land of dead trees and he is approaching at an alarming rate.”
