Sypnosis: Naruto is found by Lotus after analyzing Earth. Lotus identifies the ninja world is a threat for the galaxy and start assimilating Naruto in order to be a Tenno, but in order to do so she will used the corrupted infested. Dark!Evil!Lotus, Dark!Evil!Naruto, NarutoxTayuyaxTemari, MFF, MSolo, FSolo. Rated M for a reason.
Prologue:
The galaxy is dominated by a set of ninjas on Earth who wielded the chakra. This was a complex set of energies those humans had. Lotus remembered in the past, the galaxy was dominated between Grinner, Infested and Corpus set, nevertheless her Tenno warriors failed to succeed and they were exterminated from the galaxy, Lotus never forgot her loss, how the humans and androids exterminated with her race, with her own dear soldiers. Her mind and goal was to revive Tenno, and to take control once again.
After researching for some long time since the last war, she developed a warframe with the Infested, it did not have any specific shape, it was an egg full of worms and parasites. She has been trying to recreate warframes and apply them to different human specimens, she would lure them with power, but none of them was significantly powerful to endure such assimilations. The parasites would eat the flesh alive once in contact. They were not worthy.
She would only need one of them to kick off the future of Tennos and control the galaxy once again. She knows it will not be easy as Earth is different from the past, these humans don’t need technology anymore, they have this thing called chakra. A way to merge chakra with her own technology, or a technology great enough to defeat them, that was her goal.
Lotus was thinking all this while walking in downtown Konoha, she appears to be a beautiful young lady with extremely white skin, and long dark purple hair that would reach to her waist. Her clothing was odd to everyone, a purple dress with thin and tight fabric almost like latex but not as shiny. Her beautiful eyes were odd as well, she had two irises in each eye, although they were always covered by tinted glasses. She looked at the energy of the people around her, she could sense the number of breathes and the number of people around her within a radius of 40 kilometers, it could be expanded when she’s at her throne in the ship, but the ship was been broken since the last war.
Lotus has been living in Konoha for centuries, waiting for the best subject test to initiate the tenno era once again, after the Kyuubi disaster, she got excited, her hopes were high when she witnessed the quantity of energy the beast exposed. Lotus was certain the energy was enough to start the Tenno era once again. Regretfully, the analyses showed Naruto as a baby was not a capable test subject to endure assimilation processes, although according to her studies, Naruto will have a rate of success of nearly 92% when reached the age of 15, the age humans differ from animals, the best time to assimilate, and when the human body is at peak of health with enough white blood cells to resist tropical diseases.
She has not lost the sight of Naruto ever since, she has been observing him day and night waiting for him to be old enough to endure the assimilation and transformations required. Studying him carefully as the Infested will need to approve him. Naruto was simple minded, but the beast has not delivered him with the instincts, he will be a beast, her loyal bodyguard and the captains of tennos, he will be key for success and for assimilating prospect specimens.
She was not powerful by herself, but her leaderships were truly incredible, none Hokage has been as smart as her, she was fearless with any feelings towards enemies, something humans make them fail, they were weak, and she knew it. She will lead the Tennos once again, and she will succeed.
At dawns she moved back to her ship where she would rest, she was excite it while looking at the egg of parasites of the infested. Tomorrow is when Naruto turns 15 years, when he would be capable to handle the sucking of his “chakra”, tomorrow was going to be an important day, Lotus was eager.

Naruto an orphaned kid grew up without his parents, receiving only his mother’s surname, as they wanted to protect him from his father’s enemies. He was hated in the society as he carried the beast who killed so many comrades and citizens. He is a student of Iruka at the Ninja Academy. He had friends and everything seemed well.
Naruto woke up in the new morning, it was a shiny brightful day, it would be an important day for him as well, as today he was going to graduate from the Academy. Nevertheless, he would never reached the academy from today and on, as Lotus, with the only energy she had left, she jumped, ran and captured him with her arms, and with a pronounced and long kiss she knocked him out. “You will have a great future, young one, you will be my champion,” Lotus said as she was kissing him. She stopped and a stream of saliva stayed until it broke. Lotus opened her mouth and what could be seen was a set of cables which retracted back to her throat. Those were the last nanobots she had in her system.
While hugging him and embracing him, she moved to a dark alley in the early morning, and with her long hair, it moved and grabbed him on her back while she moved through the dark alleys till she reached a manhole where she moved towards the outside of Konoha.
In a mile away, there was her ship below the ground, the lights were off, the power set to a minimum, and then moved to the crypods section, where she had the parasite eggs. Lotus was carrying him with her arms, she then pushed a button, and the floor opened and what could be seen were a bunch of worms and tentacles rising up. Lotus held Naruto just above them, and the tentacles were moving around his arms, the ends had a pointing end, a barb ready to pierce through his body, other two went through his feet under his cloth, reaching to his penis where the end broke into several smaller tentacles squeezing his rod, another two went through his chest, squeezing his nipples.
Lastly one longer tentacle rose to Lotus mouth, it was telling her, they are ready for this specimen. It then moved to Naruto’s mouth. He pulled Naruto to the bottom, into the cocoon. Lotus then moved to the throne.
“Naruto…” Lotus said in her robotized, almost like an echo, voice to his head.
“You are going to be born, my boy, my champion, my bodyguard, and specially, my BEAST…” she said happily, excited and full of lust in her voice. She was going to give him the love he had never had, and she will show him the ways to find his brides…
AN: That’s all for now. I got inspired obviously from WARFRAME, the game, and through some fanarts from DeviantArt artists, fanart from Warehouse forums, and some other stuff. This will be dark as my other fanfics, and also gore. I still haven’t figured out how Naruto will look like, but at least I have figured some of the plot.
