Standing in a large, secluded clearing, Sasuke sighed, closing his eyes and crossing his arms as he heard footsteps running toward him from behind. Even without turning, he knew who it was that was coming up behind him. Quickly reaching the hospital, the duo entered the building and walked toward the front desk, where a nurse sat reading a familiar orange-covered book. Standing before her, Kakashi cleared his throat to gain her attention.

Looking up at the gray-haired jounin, she closed her book on her finger and asked "May I help you?"

Showing her the picture of Naruto, Kakashi questioned "Yes, we're looking for this girl, has she come in, possibly with a dark-haired teen boy."

Studying the picture, the woman asked "Why, are you her father, or working for her father?"

"No, she's a ninja and was supposed to return to the village months ago. We've located her to this town and were pointed to this hospital." Kakashi replied, the woman nodding as she said "Well, the girl's with the obstetrician, second floor."

'OBSTETRICIAN!?' Sakura and Kakashi thought in shock, heading toward the stairs and making their way to the second floor. Reaching it, the charged down the hallway, seeing Sasuke standing outside a door. Turning to the sound of running feet, the Uchiha's eyes widened at the sight of his former teacher and teammate running toward him. He barely had time to register their presense before Kakashi, moving faster than the teen had ever seen, grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against the wall.

"Sasuke, what the hell did you do to Naruto?" Kakashi growled, a fire burning in his eyes that sent a bolt of terror through the normally unflappable ninja.

"Ka-Ka-Kakashi, I can explain." Sasuke began, Kakashi's face darkening as he said "You better make it quick Uchiha."

"We-well..." Sasuke began, but stopped as the door to the obstetrician's office open, revealing the blonde teen standing there staring at the scene in shock. "And if he won?" Kakashi asked, already getting an idea as Naruto said "Well... if he won, I'd kind of... joinhimashisfucktoyandhelphimrebuildtheUchihaclan."

"What?" Sakura asked, and Sasuke said "If I won he'd join me as my fuck toy and help me rebuild the Uchiha clan. And he's currently carrying my child, so he's been keeping his promise."

"I see... Well, you're coming home Naruto." Kakashi said, the blonde staring at his teacher in shock as she said "But I can't! I made a promise to Sasuke-kun and you know I never go back on my word! I gave my word and I won't break it no matter..."

"Naruto." Sasuke said, causing the blonde to stop and turn to him as he looked to Kakashi as he continued "She'll return to Konoha."

At hearing that, tears began filling her eyes as she cried "WHAT?! Bu-but I made a promise and I love you!"

Sakura fainted from the shock of hearing that as Kakashi merely gape at what he was hearing.

"I know, and I love you too Naruto-chan. Which is why you're going back to Konoha, because Tsunade and Sakura are the greatest medics in the world, and I want you to have the best care for this." Sasuke replied, a small smile gracing his face as he said "Besides, you won't have to break your promise."

"Why?" Naruto asked, and Sasuke said "Because I'm going back with you, damn the consequences."

"Re-really?" Naruto gasped, and when Sasuke nodded, the blonde practically knocked Kakashi through a wall as she shoved him out of the way so she could hug the dark-haired Uchiha.

Shaking the cobwebs out of his head, Kakashi sighed as he said "Well this sure is... interesting."

"This? This is nothing Kakashi. Naruto-chan has a tattoo of the Uchiha fan and the words 'property of Uchiha Sasuke' on her right buttcheek." Sasuke said with a grin, which caused her face to darken as she yelled "TEME!" At hearing this, Kakashi could only stare at the pair, his eyes moving from Sasuke, to Naruto, to Naruto's backside as his mind worked to make sense of what Sasuke said.

'Yeah, this is certainly... interesting.' Kakashi said, wondering what else was going to happen with his blonde student.

==EPILOGUE==

"Yep, snuck out while nobody was looking and left a Kage Bunshin in my place. All I was doing was signing papers, which a Kage Bunshin can do. And if something important comes up, the Bunshin will disperse and let me know." Naruto said with a smile.

"You're a terrible influence on little Hiruzen, you know that?" Sasuke asked with a smirk, to which the blonde stuck her tongue out and said "I'm a great role model! Besides, I wanted to spend time with my perfect little baby boy."

"So I mean nothing to you?" Sasuke questioned with mock hurt, to which the blonde grinned and said "You do mean something to me. You're where my babies like Hiruzen come from, and that's certainly something."

Sighing, Sasuke shook his head, sitting next to her on the couch, hugging her as he kissed her on the cheek and said "Dobe, you're lucky I love you, else I wouldn't put up with you." Naruto turned her head and returned the kiss with one of her own as she once again thought of the deal they'd made that day.

'Thank Kami I lost that deal.' Naruto thought with a smile, kissing the crown of her blonde son's head.
