Dark Fox
When Naruto was young, a dark and terrible ritual was used on him. This ritual bestows him a strange kekkei genkai.
Chapter 1 Danzo's ritual
Naruto age 5 was asleep in his bed. The third had given Naruto his own apartment, paid by his father savings, 10 percent of it and he was paid in full until he turns 13. The third had bought some decent furniture for him a bed a couch a dresser for his clothes. Naruto also had something special that no other kid had, he had 3 Anbu guards stationed outside keeping him safe from those who wished to kill him.
This however did not deter Danzo. He replaced Naruto's regular guards with ones loyal to him. Fu and Torune were with him. "Lord Danzo is this wise, the third could be watching him…."
"He is busy with other details we have a small window to do this…" Danzo replied and the 3 entered the home. "So the Kyuubi brat lives here…" The three wondered around making sure there were no seals or plants that could be a problem.
Once clear the three ventured into Naruto's room. Danzo pulled out a scroll with a smirk. "Torune, how does a ninja possess a kekkei genkai…?"
"It is passed through blood lines sir, it's very rare for 2 ninja from different clans to possess the same kekkei genkai…" Torune replied.
"Yes but there is another way, a rare ritual, a ritual that can only be used on jinchuriki, it will bestow them a kekkei genkai that will fit with the bijuu inside them."
"Isn't that dangerous sir, to give him such power will…"
"If he has this power no one will believe he is the 4th's child…I will find a way to keep you two close to him and we will make him loyal to me and me alone…"
"That is brilliant sir…" The two spoke in unison, with no emotion in their voice. The young boy was sleeping in his bed, completely unaware of the horrible things that were about to occur.
"Alright you two on either side of the bed this jutsu must be contained we cannot have anything go wrong…"
"Yes sir…" the two nin went on either side of the bed and held the chakra gathering symbol. Danzo placed a scroll on the foot of Naruto's bed and opened it. The lights in the room went out and Naruto's blue chakra began to leak out of him. The chakra began to swirl around him and formed a protective dome around him.
"His chakra nature is wind, quite rare, but it will only enhance his new kekkei genkai." Danzo formed a seal and words began to appear on the scroll.
"Forbidden Jutsu: Bijuu Blood Union…" The words on the scroll swirled around on the scroll and began to rise out of the paper. The dark form grew from the scroll eyes opened empty and vacant it looked around and it sent a shiver down Fu and Torune's spines.
"Hold your ground and do not let it get out, it must claim the child…" Danzo ordered and formed his own chakra gathering seal. The creature from the scroll grew claws and it pulled its way towards Naruto who started to cry, his natural instincts kicking in at the terrible thing drawing closer to him.
The creature howled its delight and lunged for Naruto. It hit the barrier of wind, and began to mix with it. The minutes ticked away and soon the power began to consume it. "It has merged with his chakra nature, hang in there the ritual is almost complete."
The new chakra started to seep into Naruto's body making the young child scream in pain. The small child thrashed as the chakra filled him. He thrashed wildly hissing and crying out in pain, but the jutsu kept him in his slumbering state unable to wake up.
Kyuubi's chakra could put up no resistance as Naruto's pain was his pain. All he could do was keep the child alive as the jutsu worked it's power. Naruto's baby fat was burned away and a new chakra was forced into his body. Naruto screamed until he couldn't scream anymore. The new chakra system ripped and connected to his original one.
Naruto's body pulsed and his heart beat steadied. He rolled over onto his side unaware of what happened to him. Danzo fell to his knees.
"Danzo-sama!" The two anbu went to his side.
"I am fine…The ritual is complete we must leave quickly…"
The two anbu assisted their leader and left Naruto's home.
Inside Naruto's Seal
The Kyuubi lay on the ground of his cage. His body hurt unable to move. "That damned man I will make him pay…I will get out of here and he will be the first one I kill…"
"Now why would you do that…?" A voice said with a smirk. Kyuubi's eyes shot open and he saw a smirking face floating in front of his cage. Darkness filled in the room and the body of a 16 year old Naruto wearing black clothes appeared in the room holding the young Naruto in his arms. The older version opened his eyes to reveal dark blue eyes. The eyes were cold and it had Kyuubi on edge.
"What are you doing here, you should not be able to enter this place…?"
"So long as I'm a part of him I can…" The being held up the infant Naruto in his arms. "So strong, so much power in him it would be a shame to let it go to waste Kyuubi…It would also be a shame for him to become a weapon for that bastard."
"What did you have in mind…?"
The dark version smirked. "We raise him together with my power he can protect himself but only if you help him control it. We can take revenge on that bastard and more…"
"Why should I help this human…?" The Kyuubi said finally able to stand. "I am the great Kyuubi!"
"In a cage…" The dark power spoke. Kyuubi glared at him.
"You can be free of your cage Kyuubi, just not free of him. Trust me…" The older Naruto waved his hand and the bars vanished. Kyuubi felt a wave of warm power wash over him as he got up and walked forward. He did not dare attack the power was new and wild it could kill him and take full control of the boy in an instant. 'The human has a strong heart and spirit, or it would not have taken such a form.'
"Very well, how do we punish that bastard…"
"Don't worry we will have so much fun…" The dark Naruto spoke and the Kyuubi and him grinned.
The dark Naruto vanished with the young child.
The next Day Danzo petitioned the council to place Fu and Torune as Naruto's permanent body guards. The third opposed this but the council saw nothing wrong with this. It was approved, and Danzo smirked happily.
Each day Torune and Fu allowed Danzo to see Naruto this continued for years. Danzo continued to tell Naruto lies about his past and why the village hated him. He told Naruto no one would understand him and his power except the Anbu. Fu and Torune continued to train Naruto for 8 years, and gave Danzo reports on how his kekkei genkai was growing, Naruto liked these times, because he liked Torune and Fu and considered them family even if they didn't act like it towards him.
Naruto hid the full ability of his kekkei genkai. He couldn't reveal it just yet he had plans.
'Is this guy for real…' Naruto thought as Danzo talked about his so called past, all lies of course but Naruto knew this.
'He doesn't know about your ninjutsu gaki…'
'I can't believe what he did to me…I wanna make him pay…' Naruto thought.
Kyuubi grinned. 'Do you have a plan…?'
Naruto smirked mentally. 'Oh yes I do…'
