The Awakening Arc...

Naruto Uzumaki, 4'9" in height, sun-kissed blond hair and azure blue eyes, three whisker marks on each cheek, Genin of Konohagakure no Sato, and Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi no Yoko, King of Makai and All demons, was having a less than stellar day.
This morning, he finds out that his rival and someone he thought as a brother, Sasuke Uchiha, had gone rogue, leaving the village with four Oto Nin, the Four Oto Nin who had a hand in the Sandaime's death during the Suna/Oto Invasion a month ago. Having left his crush for the longest time and he couldn't figure out why, Sakura Haruno, unconscious on a bench.
A retrieval team was put together a few minutes later, consisting of Himself, newly appointed Chunin, Shikamaru Nara, Lazy genius but brilliant tactician and strategist. He held a lazy expression on his face and was rarely serious. His black haired was styled in a high ponytail which made him look similar to a pineapple. His Konoha hitae-ate around his right bicep. One third of the new Generation of the Ino-Shika-Cho Trio
Choji Akimichi, a member of Konoha's powerhouse clan, the Akimichi. A chubby kid, slow but powerful and a dependable comrade. The markings of the Akimichi, two swirls, marked his cheeks. One third of the new generation of the Ino-Shika-Cho Trio.
Kiba Inuzuka and his dog Akamaru, an ambitious duo from one of Konoha's best tracker clans, the Inuzuka, who specialize in collaboration techniques with dogs. Like the dogs they work with, the Inuzuka are loyal to the 'T' when it comes to times of battle, Kiba was proof of that.
and Neji Hyuuga, the Prodigy of the Hyuuga Clan. There prized Kekkei Genkai, the Byakugan(White Eye) capable of seeing for miles, 360 Degrees around them, except for a single, tiny blind spot that few to none knew about, Naruto was one who did.
Once their team was assembled, before leaving the gate, he had promised Sakura that he would bring Sasuke back, alive, strangely enough. Naruto wasn't one for killing but when it came to Missing-Nin that was normally the penalty. He did see the Uchiha as a brother, but that mindset just seemed to be slipping from him day by day. Sasuke cared for no one except himself.
So far, the biggest and from what he heard, the Weakest of the Sound Four, Jirobo stayed back to delay them, but with quick thinking from Choji, they managed to escape and the Akimichi stayed behind to deal with him while the others went ahead.
Upon catching up with the remaining three, with some help from Neji, they managed to avoid deadly traps from the Team's smartest, most sadistic member, Kidomaru. The Hyuuga stayed behind, his Byakugan giving him the best chance against the human spider. Kiba, Shikamaru and Naruto continued ahead, moving at high speeds through the trees.
Just as they were catching up, they noticed it was only the red head holding on to the casket that Sasuke was placed in, and out of nowhere, the white haired cross dresser tackled Kiba out of the trees and the two of them fell in to a crevice below. They had to stop for a moment, but Shikamaru had reassured him that Kiba could handle it. The lazy genius and Jinchuuriki went on.
Naruto's musing was cut short as they finally caught up to the red head, who had set the casket on to the branch on which she stood, glaring at the two of them.
"Hand Sasuke over without a fight and no harm will come to you" Shikamaru said in an official tone, Tayuya sneered.
"You two shitheads have no idea what you're getting yourselves in to", she extracted a flute from behind her person, just as she raised to her lips, Naruto and Shikamaru tensed, ready to fight. The red head stopped, her eyes widened as she felt a foreboding presence and the sound of Shunshin(Body Flicker).
"Kimimaro..." fear evident in her voice.
"I will be taking him from here, Tayuya" she turned to see a white haired young man with pale skin and piercing grin eyes, he looked rather sickly, but his emotionless words sent chills down Tayuya's spine, he picked the casket up under his arm and disappeared in a flash.
'Kimimaro-nii, why did Orochimaru do this to you?' Tayuya thought. While she was looking back, Naruto and Shikamaru quickly made up their minds about their next course of action and the Fox Jinchuuriki sped past the red head.
"Hey! Come back here Shit stain!" Tayuya was about to run after him, but remembering about the other Konoha Rat behind her, she quickly dived down to the ground. It was the right choice as the branch she was standing on exploded in a shower of splinters.
"You're not going anywhere", Shikamaru said, a kunai in his right hand and three more kunai hanging off of the fingers of his left hand. Tayuya glared at the Lazy Genius, and was about to attack when a pair of strong arms wrapped around her mid-section and brought her back against a firm surface. A husky voice whispered in her ear...
"Hey there, Tayu-hime". She smirked and shuddered feeling the warm breath in her ear.
"It's about time you got back, Ryu-kun". The rope belt around her waist dropped to the ground and the yin-yang symbol was torn away from her clothes.
"You won’t be needing those anymore", He looked up to Shikamaru who was eying the two of them warily, "Go make sure friends are okay, we're not gonna cause any trouble".
"Why should I trust you?" The young man grinned.
"You don't have a choice" and the two of them disappeared in a Shunshin.

Naruto sped through the trees, having gotten past the red head rather quickly, allowed him to gain some ground and catch up to the white haired Oto nin. After a few minutes of moving, they came to a wide meadow, the gentle breeze that rolled by shifting the tall grass.
"Fighting back against Lord Orochimaru is pointless" Kimimaro said, turning to look at the whiskered blond out of the corner of his eye.
"And yet we do it anyway, You wanna know why, It's because what he is doing is sick, wrong, and a threat to not only Konoha, but the other Elemental Nations as well" Naruto said, showing his true colors, he wasn't as big a fool as he led people to believe.
"You know nothing of his plans."
"I don't need to know the details to know that what I just said is true, Orochimaru must and will be stopped" Naruto said.
"I will not allow that" Kimimaro said in a monotone voice, turning to face Naruto fully. "Yanagi no Mai"(Dance of the Willows). White stake like spikes grew out of his palms and he speedily rushed Naruto, the blond dodged around a jab for his face, spinning around and lashing out for a reverse round house, Kimimaro bent way back to dodge when the sword edge of Naruto's left foot was inches away from his head. he came back up quickly and jabbed for Naruto's face again, the whiskered blond hopping up and jumping off of his wrist, back flipping through the air and launching a round of four shuriken at the Oto Nin.
He speedily dodged around them and spread his fingers.
"Teshi Sendan"(Ten Finger Drilling Bullets) small holes opened on his fingertips and he fired his Distant Phalanges from his fingers and thumb like speedy darts towards the airborne blond. He made the ram seal, his eyes focused on a chunk of wood he had one of his many clones move in to place while he chased after the Oto Nin before.
'Kawarimi no Jutsu (Substitution Technique)' the bone darts pierced Naruto through every lethal spot, the blond going up in smoke seconds later. A log in his place. Kimimaro ducked to dodge a flying kick from the blond, both of the combatants turning on their heels...
"Fuuton: Daitoppa!"(Wind Release: Great Breathrough) The blond released a powerful gust of wind, the White haired Oto Nin, was picked up by the gust and sent flying, with a series of flips he landed safely on his feet.
"Kage Bunshin no Jutsu! (Shadow Clone Technique) Naruto with four of his clones rushed the Oto Nin.
"Orochimaru-sama's data on you is lacking, your only useable jutsu was the Kage Bunshin, it never said you had any training in elemental manipulation" Kimimaro said. He raced to intercept the bunshin and cut them in seconds, he spun in to the air, Naruto crossed his arms and blocked a kick from above, pushing Kimimaro away, and two clones on either side with their right fists cocked back, the original attacking from below...
"Karamatsu no Mai",(Dance of the Larch) Bones grew rapidly from his arms legs, back, and torso, Naruto's eyes widened as the Oto Nin started spinning very fast, the clones getting shredded and his jacket getting cut up, small cuts on his arms as well. Kimimaro stopped spinning, and his foot connected squarely with the whiskered blond's chest, Naruto rolling along the ground and he hopped to his feet. Kimimaro landed with a soft thud, the bone spikes retracting in to his body, except for one on his right shoulder.
"That is one annoying bloodline", Naruto mumbled, holding his bleeding wrists, the cuts slowly healing. Kimimaro gripped the bone in his shoulder...
"Tsubaki no Mai!" (Dance of the Camellia), he extracted a sharp tipped short sword from his shoulder, running full speed towards the still healing blond. Naruto closed his eyes to focus chakra in to his chest to hopefully soften the blow, but what he heard next shocked him slightly.
"Chiton: Niiro no Gai, (Blood Release: Red Scythe) There was a clash and Naruto opened his eyes to see a two foot long red scythe blade with a faint hexagonal pattern in the blade extending from a forearm crossed with Kimimaro's blade, he could recognize that technique from a mile away.
"Hehe, I guess I can leave this to you then, Ryuketsu" The young man pushed Kimimaro away, and turned to the blond. He was full foot taller and dressed similarly to the Oto Nin, in a black muscle shirt that revealed a firm chest and broad shoulders. He had black pants cut off at the ankles with medical tape, a chain belt tilted around his waist, rings on his middle and ring fingers of each hand, crimson red eyes and wild spiky dark brown hair, a faint goatee on his chin.
"Good to see you too Naruto" Ryuketsu said, the two of them bumped fists, "Thanks for giving my uncle and Haku a proper burial". There was a loud explosion the very second after they did and a foreboding air filled the field, the KI in the air steadily rose, a dark energy drifting from the casket, it fell apart to reveal Sasuke with his back to the rest of them.
"Sasuke!" Naruto growled, the Uchiha turned his head slightly, seeing the orange clad blond, he 'hnned', disappeared, Naruto racing after him, Kimimaro moved to intercept him.
A kusarigama whistled past the blonds head and Kimimaro back pedaled to avoid the lethal blade, Naruto ran out of the clearing, Kimimaro looked back only for a second before looking back to the two standing before him. Ryuketsu took his fighting stance with a red scythe blade on each forearm, Tayuya standing to his left, rapidly spinning the same Kusarigama.
"Why are you here?" Kimimaro asked, brandishing the bone blade.
"Well, two reasons, To throw a monkey wrench in Orochimaru's plans, that fucking snake sent me half-way to Kumo before I realized that it was a trick" Sanosuke said, "and getting you back to normal Kimimaro, I miss the old team."
"I am the strongest of our 'team', you two together could never defeat me".
"But we got close", Tayuya said with a smirk, "Ready, Shithead?"
"You know it Tayu-hime."

Naruto's day was starting to look up. His childhood friend shows up after about four years of not hearing from him, and he knew his friends would be okay because he could feel multiple chakra signatures branching off to each fight. The only thing left to do was drag this self-righteous prick back to the village gates. He still had the Uchiha in his sights, despite the Sharingan(Copy wheel Eye) wielder being faster than him, Naruto could still keep pace with near limitless stamina.
After about a mile or two of full speed running through the tree tops, Sasuke took a chakra charged leap, flipping through the air and landed gracefully on a wooden post in the water, Naruto landing in a crouch on the post across from him. They stood in for a few minutes, the roaring waterfall being the only noise. They stood in the Valley of the End, the sight of the greatest battle in Konoha history between its fiercest of rivals, Hashirama Senju, founder of the Senju Clan, and the Shodaime Hokage, and Madara Uchiha, the Founder of the Uchiha Clan, both founders of Konoha itself. A statue of the Founders stood on either side of the waterfall.
"Sasuke, What the fuck is your problem?", Naruto growled.
"I have no idea what you're talking about dobe", Sasuke said with a smug smile on his face.
"You leave with enemy Nin to go seek power from a snake pedophile, when you know just as well as i do that he will just use you for his sick experiments and probably use you for one of new vessels when you're strong enough, That is what I'm fucking talking about! You leave a village that treats you like a king for that, what kind of fucked up shit is that?"
"You wouldn't understand loser", the Uchiha mumbled.
"Then enlighten me, what don't I understand about the situation?", Naruto inquired.
"He murdered my whole Clan in Cold Blood! You weren't there Dobe! You didn't see it! There was blood and bodies everywhere, the bodies of people I cared for deeply! My mother, My father, my aunt and Uncle, They. Were. All. Dead!", Sasuke yelled, his fist clenched in anger and Sharingan activated subconsciously.
"And after that, he made me relive every moment of that massacre for hours on end, I saw him kill them, the emotionless look in his eyes haunts me to this day! I vowed then and there to kill him for what he did! Itachi will pay and no one will stop me from exacting my revenge! Not that old drunk of a Hokage! Not that Lazy Pervert, Kakashi! Not that bitch, Sakura! and certainly not some clanless, low life like you, Naruto Uzumaki!", Sasuke lifted his leg and stomped on the post, splitting it down the middle and a small plank flying up, Sasuke tossing it and planting it dead in the center of Naruto's the blond back flipped in to the air as it fell apart.
Sasuke sped towards the blond, throwing a right hook, Naruto leaned back, grabbed Sasuke's wrist and delivered a vicious punch to his stomach, the Uchiha was stunned by the power behind it, the air being forced out of him, Naruto pushed him back and spun, sending the Uchiha rolling along the water's surface with a kick to his stomach, the Sharingan user hopped to his feet, panting lightly, trying to return his breathing to normal.
"You spoiled brat..." Naruto mumbled.
"What did you say"
"You. Spoiled. Brat! You want me to say that slower?" Naruto growled, "You take everything for granted, you live in a Village where they treat you like a fucking prince, you get handed everything you want and what do you do, you run off to that Pedophile because he offered you power. What is this, some kind of game to you, Leech off the kindness of a whole village until something better comes along?" Naruto removed his shredded jacket, revealing a fishnet shirt underneath. He cracked his neck, and unsealed a katana seeing Sasuke grit his teeth in anger and brandish two kunai. This katana was different, instead of usual grey steel, this was pure white with a golden guard and pommel. He reached back in to his kunai pouch and extracted a hitae-ate. Sasuke's Hitae-ate to be precise.
"One chance, Sasuke, take this Hitae-ate and put it back on and we can go back to the village, or we can duke it out right here, right now and I can drag your unconscious body back to Konoha, either way, you're going back, it’s your choice if its whole or in pieces" Naruto said, a kunai grazed his cheek, and his grip on the headband tightened, "Have it your way". He crushed the metal plate like it was paper, tossing it in the air; he cut in two mid-flight, the two pieces sinking below the water.
"Let's go."
The two rival genin were off like shots, a shower of sparks lit up the area and the clash of steel on steel echoed through the clearing. Naruto pushed forward and Sasuke hoped over him, Naruto ducked forward under a spin kick and turned on his heels, slashing as the Uchiha with the katana, Sasuke back flipping as the tip of the katana nicked his neck, he let loose three kunai and Naruto deflected them all, and gripped the sword with both hands.
"I will defeat you Naruto!" Sasuke yelled, "Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu!" (Fire Release: Phoenix Flower Jutsu) The Uchiha unleashed a barrage of fireballs, Naruto swayed for a second before rushing ahead, cutting through each one with speed and precision.
"Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu!" (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique) The Uchiha inhaled deeply and released a large stream of fire, Naruto's grip tightened around the hilt as wind began to gather around the blade.
"Fuuton: Kaze no Yaiba!" (Wind Release: Blade of Wind), Naruto hopped in to the air and twisted back, bringing the sword over his head as he slashed for the fireball, bringing the blade down, a powerful wave of wind clashed with the fireball, seconds later cutting through it and extinguishing it. Naruto raised his sword over his head and blocked a descending kick from the Uchiha, pushing him away. Sasuke back flipped on to the rock formation at Madara's feet and went higher, landing in a crouch.
"Think about this Sasuke, I knew your brother, and I know for a fact that he could never do something like that, not without good reason" Naruto said, Sasuke glared at him and let out a battle cry, he dived down and Naruto raced up to intercept him.
"Shut up Dobe!" they blades collided in a shower of sparks, the curse mark on Sasuke's neck came to life, spreading half way across his face, "You know nothing of my family, nothing of my pain!" with a burst of strength Sasuke pushed Naruto away, flipping over him, twisting around, Sasuke launched shuriken on either side of the blond, who jumped after the Uchiha. Feeling his arm touch a thin material, his eyes widened.
"Damn!"
"You're mine Dobe! Burn!" Sasuke yelled with a crazed look in his eyes, pulling the wires taut with his hands and mouth, Naruto was pulled against the rock, hard, causing him to lose his grip on the Katana.
"Katon: Ryuka no Jutsu!" (Fire Release: Dragon Flame Jutsu)Sasuke finished the hand seals and exhaled a powerful blaze along the wires; Naruto had his head hung low...
'I hope this works, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!' he screamed out his jutsu in his mind and in front of him appeared two clones.
"Yes!" One clone went through a series of hand seals, "Suiton: Taihoudan!"(Water Release: Water Gun) The clone fired a powerful stream of water from his mouth, holding back the flames, while the second cut Naruto loose, the three of them jumped away as the dragon fire overpowered the water and struck the rock with explosive force, scattering debris. Sasuke used an extra wire to swing on to a jutting rock in the center of the waterfall. Naruto jumped from rock to rock, finding his katana stabbed in to the ground.
"Naruto! I will defeat you! There will be no Kakashi or Sakura to stop us! This silly rivalry ends today!" he spread his feet and placed the tips of his fingers to the rock, grasping his wrist with his other hand.
"Chidori!" (One Thousand Birds). The sounds of chirping birds filled the air, lightning surged wildly around his hand Sasuke fell away from the rock, in to the white wash formed by the waterfall below, he flew from the water, his speeds splitting the water behind him, Naruto tossed his Katana high in to the air and formed a clone, quickly forming a Rasengan, the clone grabbed his other arm and whipped around to gain momentum.
"Rasengan!" (Spiraling Sphere) The ball of swirling chakra seemed to gain size slightly, air gathering around Naruto. Their attacks collided; wind and lightning surged wildly and clashed with one another, Naruto and Sasuke in a stalemate, trying to force the other back. The water churned underneath them and the wind picked up, rustling the trees around them.
"Rrrraaaaggghhh!" the pushed more and more chakra in to their techniques, causing an overload and both were blown away, Naruto flipped and slid to a stop, holding out his hand, the hilt of the sword falling in to place, Sasuke was blown higher in to the air, landing on Madara once again. The two combatants glared at one another, and Sasuke turned and ran higher, Naruto following after him.
"Damn Kit, you're really serious about kicking his ass, strangely enough, I'm impressed, it's about time you got rid of that damn idiot mask and showed your true colors" the demonic voice in his head spoke.
'Shut up Baka-fox, Now's not the time for your input' Naruto thought.
"Well I never, That actually hurt Kit!", the Demon King fake whined, Naruto wanted to face palm, but decided against it, opting to jump over a barrage of Kunai and shuriken the Uchiha sent his way. Sasuke flipped on to the Founder statue head and Naruto followed after him, Sasuke dived towards him, dodging under a horizontal slash, and delivering an uppercut to Naruto's chin, grabbing his collar and throwing him down, the blond skid across the rock, his katana slid away from him.
Naruto rolled to his left as Sasuke came down, leaving to sizable craters under his feet as he hit the ground. The blond hopped to his feet and Sasuke charged him. Naruto blocked two jabs and ducked under a reverse spin kick; Naruto grabbed on to Sasuke's arm and delivered a punch to his floating ribs with his other hand, throwing Sasuke over his shoulder, the Uchiha landed on his feet and skid to a stop.
"Narutoooo!" Sasuke roared, he disappeared in a burst of speed and appeared beneath Naruto, kicking him in the chin with a high kick, sending the blond in to the air, he appeared beneath him again.
"Lights Out!...", He twisted around and Naruto blocked a kick, Sasuke spun around and struck with a back fist to his chest, Sasuke's other fist coming around and hitting him down, Sasuke spun again, "Shishi Rendan!" (Lions Barrage) His heel connecting with Naruto's stomach just a few feet away from the ground, the whiskered blond coughed up blond as he made a sizable crater on impact with the monument's head. Sasuke flipped away with a smug smirk on his face.
"We're not done!" Sasuke slipped his foot under Naruto's side and tossed him in to the air, off the head. Sasuke appeared behind him, locking his ankles around Naruto's neck and grabbed his ankles. They shot down, the wind whistling around them.
"Kit! Snap out of it! Hurry!" Kyuubi yelled. Naruto was still stunned from Shishi Rendan. They fell faster and faster, their target, a flat rock sticking out of the water in between the monuments.
"Hayabusa Otoshi!" (Peregrine Falcon Drop) Seconds later, Naruto's head impacted hard with the rock, his shuriken pouch fell in the water with a splash, Sasuke hopped away from the erect body, Naruto eventually falling in to the water, slipping in the murky depths below. Sasuke smirked and was about to walk away when he saw the water churning underneath his feat.
"What the-!", he looked down to see a bright blue light heading straight for him, he ran away as quickly as he could, the blue light burst from below, going up the Uchiha Monument in a wave of energy, creating a long fissure along the side exploding near the top, Sasuke looked wide eyed at the display of power, then slowly moved his gaze to the water as a rain began to fall, small chunks of rock fell with a splash.
First a hand, lying flat upon the water, a large butcher knife shaped sword followed after it, Naruto dragged his body above the water, to his hands and knees first then slowly to his feet, wobbling slightly.
"That power...I must have it" Sasuke mumbled, he was about to attack while the blond dobe was stunned when he was stopped in his tracks by the intense glare Naruto was giving him. The blonds eyes had gone from azure blue to blood red, black slits for pupils, his whisker marks had become deeper, darker, more defined, blood matting his blond hair, a small trickle running down between his eyes.
"Why won't you die Dobe" Sasuke growled, "Why won't you fucking die and get the fuck out of my way! When will you finally die and stop dragging me down!" Naruto answered him by holding out his arm, his katana falling in to place, the blond attaching it to his back. He raised the butcher knife sword above his head.
"Getsuga...Tensho!" (Heaven Piercing Moon Fang) As the sword blade struck the water's surface, another blue wave of energy shot from the blade and raced towards the Uchiha. The Sharingan user went wide eyed and ran out of the way of the destructive attack, the blast destroying a large rock at the base of Hashirama's feet and leaving a sizable gash in the middle toe.
"Shut the fuck up and fight Sasuke, you wanted this and you're gonna get it, No holding back", Naruto said as he shoulder the large zanbato. Sasuke glared at the blond, he felt his anger bubbling up to the point of total meltdown, he would destroy this loser if it was the last thing he did.
"Rrrraagggghhhh! Narutoooo!", Sasuke roared, his chakra skyrocketing and the water churning around his feet, the flame like markings spread over his face completely, his sclera black and his irises yellow. The black markings of his curse mark Level one began to lighten and spread across his face, turning it a light shade of purple, a black four point star over the bridge of his nose, his hair lengthened and turned a dark blue. His Sharingan flared and became complete, three tomoe spinning rapidly in each eye.
"Bring it on, Loser!" the Uchiha growled. Large clawed, webbed hands sprouted from his back, acting as wings. Naruto spread his feet and grasped the katana with his left hand, Light blue energy started to race around him in a wide circle; he turned the Katana to reflect Sasuke's face in the steel.
"Predict, Tsukiyomi (Moon Reader) the katana glowed brighter and brighter, one of the hand like wings shielding Sasuke's eyes from the light. As it dimmed down, Sasuke's eyes widened slightly, the hilt of the sword had turned in to a round mirror with a golden edge and semi-circle protrusion from the back, the blade now the width of the mirror, from white it had turned a dark blue. He shouldered the sword, revealing it to be attached to his arm by a golden bracer on his forearm.
"Now I have two prizes to claim after I ram this Chidori through your heart, dobe" Sasuke said a smug smirk on his face, charging a black lightning Chidori in his right hand. Naruto attached the butcher knife sword to his back and then just stood there.
Sasuke crouched lower, raising his wings, he took flight with a powerful flap, soaring along the water's surface at high speeds, lightning wildly surging around his hand, hell bent on running it through the blond's chest. The blond Jinchuuriki pointed two fingers towards the Uchiha...
"Hado #4: Byakurai!", (Way of Destruction #4: Pale Lightning) A concentrated blast of blue lightning shot from his fingertips, the Uchiha's eyes widened slightly and he drifted to the side as the shot sped past him, Naruto appeared in the sound of a 'swish' with the sword crossed over his chest, Sasuke recoiled, his hands spreading to brake in mid-air, drawing back his right arm, a glowing light covered the dark blue blade. The Kanji for 'Slaying Moon' glowing inside the mirror
"Shiro Getsuga!" (White Moon Fang (1)) Naruto swung his arm, his blade clashing with Sasuke's Chidori, the white grew brighter and brighter as Naruto slow won out in the stalemate of sheer power. Sasuke's eyes widened as Naruto pushed forward and sent him flying in Madara's leg with a powerful white crescent wave of energy. Naruto was panting heavily after the impact.
"Damn...Used...too much...energy..." Naruto said between breaths, "Just...gotta hope...that...ended it".
As the smoke cleared, Sasuke was still in his Level 2 Form, just unconscious. Naruto sighed and was about to reseal, Tsukiyomi when he heard an inhuman roar, the KI rose in the air and rooted him to the spot.
"W-What the-", he turned around to see a two story tall large armored angel. Its armor white, two large wings attached to its back, the creature floating just above the water, ripples moving out from its feet, the tip of its foot against the water surface. A large sword in its hand. (2)
"So it has been your soul I have been tracking...", the angel spoke in a deep, smooth voice, taking in a large breath of air and exhaling with a sigh, "It is strong...potent...I also since another...raw..untamed power lies within in you...Yes, you must be the Key...The Blood must run strong within you...and you wield the Sword of the Moon...A glorious day indeed".
'W-What is that thing...It's enormous...what the hell is it talking about...Blood...Sword of the Moon...Tsukiyomi?', Naruto thought, numerous questions racing through his mind. He stepped back and the creature rushed him. Naruto was about to retreat and take Sasuke, and hopefully the reinforcements would be with Ryuketsu and Tayuya, and they wouldn't be too tired, he was gonna need the back up.
Within his mind, Kyuubi was having different thoughts...
'Dammit all to hell! How did these bastards break the Seal of the Four Divine, The Rikudou Sennin made sure that that Seal would last until the end of days...Someone must have broken it...No, that's impossible...Maybe it weakened...Dammit!'.
Just as Naruto was about to turn and run, he stopped and his eyes widened. The sound of chirping birds reached his ears, and before he could turn around to counter, a Chidori burst from the left side of his chest, the part that the zanbato didn't cover blood running down his chest, staining his pants and mixing with the water beneath his feet.
"I fooled you, Dobe", Sasuke whispered in his ear. Naruto shook as pain racked his body, despite his heart being, well...destroyed...he could still feel everything, including the foreboding coldness creeping up on him, the edges of his vision began to blacken. The butcher knife blade fell from his back and hit the water with a splash as it disappeared in to it's now reddened depths. Naruto's free hand unconsciously rose and gripped on to the Uchiha's wrist before he could rip it out.
"Let go of me Dobe! You should be dead!", Sasuke yelled. He stopped as he heard the inhuman roar from the armored angel that was almost upon them. Sasuke struggled to get his hand out of Naruto's vice grip, but to no avail. Ripples started moving out from Naruto's feet as he was surrounded by a light purple aura, Tsukiyomi was surrounded by the same aura, the mirror glowing. Even the creature had stopped in its tracks.
"Kit?...Kit!...What's going on?". Inside his hosts mind, he could see the kids chakra tubes were turning a light purple, and his chakra was being absorbed in to it somehow, a couple tails worth at least.
"What the Fuck is this...This day just keeps getting worse and worse".
"...something is happening...His power is growing...I must defeat him Now!". He continued his charge despite the large ripples being sent through the water, the winds picking up and the waters churning. Sasuke felt pressure being added to his wrist, he could feel the bones popping and he could feel some kind of force around the blond trying to push him away. Wind began to spin around him in a visible orb. Just as the Hollow was upon them, Naruto spoke...
"Shinra...Tensei!" (Almighty Push) Naruto's head shot up, his eyes glowing, the creature had stopped once again, seeing the boys eyes, the light purple eyes and black rings.
"It can't be..."

Away from the Vally of the End, The battlefield was covered in blood, staining the exposed ground and free flowing grass in red. A panting Tayuya sat on her knees, black leathery wings, maroon red on the inside protruding from her back, limp against the ground, a black, spade tipped tail behind her, extending from her the base of her spine, her skin a dark brown, her hair longer and two white horns on the sides of her head and the single on top. Despite her exhausted state, there was a small smile on her face.
A bloody Ryuketsu swaying on his feet, the scythe blades gone, three foot long straight edged blades extending from his palms instead, blood streaming down his chest and arms and staining his pants from multiple cuts on his arms, chest, and legs, a single cut above his right eye, and like Tayuya, a smirk spread across his face.
"Welcome back, Kimimaro" he said, retracting the blades in to his hands, and falling on his butt. The white haired Oto Nin swayed on his feet, before falling back as well, the curse mark was gone and a little color returned to his face.
"The curse mark...was the cause of my illness" Kimimaro said, Tayuya returned to her original form, she walked over to the white haired Oto Nin and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Good to have you back, Kimimaro-nii" Tayuya was a hard ass most of the time when people other than Ryuketsu were around, but she could be pretty nice towards people she saw as family, she still gave the occasional bop on the head, but a lot of the time they deserved it.
"Ahahaha! The Teams back together again!" Ryuketsu said joyfully. Kimimaro smiled as well, something he hadn't done in quite a long time, and returned the hug, Tayuya pulling away and helping him to his feet, while helping a healing Ryuketsu as well. The Young man captured the red heads lips with his own, Tayuya wrapping her arms around his neck.
"Get a room you two" Kimimaro said with a smirk, they broke apart for air.
"Trust me Kimimaro, we plan to, Tayu-hime, as much as I love small breasts can you please go back to your real self?" Ryuketsu said. Tayuya smirked and her body began to change, her low B breast went to high C, straining slightly against the small tunic, her skin became a lighter tan and she grew a couple inches, her hair lengthened, her legs long and slender, a strong and sexy figure that most kunoichi would kill for, and she was all his. The red head bent over to collect her kusarigama, teasing her boyfriend.
"You know what happened last time you did that" he stated. Kimimaro stepped in before this could go any further.
"Ahem, if you two are done..." he stopped talking, all of them taking on a serious demeanor as they all felt a familiar chakra signature in the distance.
"We need to move...", Ryuketsu held out his hand, the blood that had puddled on the ground, and staining the grass blades flew towards his open hand, the blood spiraling in, the sand and foreign debris and anything else caught in the red liquid being siphoned out, a red orb the size of a tennis ball floating above his palm, he raised it to his lips and began to inhale. The blood on his body reabsorbing in to the wounds, he swayed for moment and held his head.
"Fucking side effects..." he mumbled, he nodded his head after a moment and the three of them ran off towards the growing power source. A silver blur running from the tree line after them.

Naruto released Sasuke's hand as the orb of wind started to grow, his arms shot out and the wind orb exploded out, the armored angel was sent flying in to the rock face, being thrown away by the winds like he was a paperweight. The wind caught Sasuke's wings and he was thrown away as well, creating a rather large crater as he struck the rock face. The power of the blast pushed the water away from where he stood, revealing the earth below the water, it slowly came back as the winds died down.
The angel fell with a crash; it got to its feet to see a flaming aura around the blond, his new eyes locked right on him. The Armored Angel looked on in fear and was about to run when Naruto spoke again...
"Bakudo #9: Geki" (Way of Binding #9: Strike, Ironic name huh?) The large creature was surrounded in red light and was completely paralyzed. Naruto held out his hand and the butcher knife blade flew up from the water hilt first in to his hand. He twisted back as blue light surrounded the blade...
"Getsuga Tensho!" Naruto swung the sword in a downward vertical slash, a wave of blue energy tearing through the water and splitting the lake as it raced towards the now terrified beast. The energy wave split the beast down the middle, the energy going through him and crashing in to the rock beside Hashirama's leg. A large crack traveled up to his knee in the rock face. The armored angel dissolved in to ash, being carried away by the wind.
Naruto brought the blade to his side, and stumbled forward, he blinked and his eyes were back to normal. He was panting lightly.
"What just happened", Naruto said, he had a splitting headache, and a hole in his clothes where his heart is but no injury, he didn't remember that being there either. He turned to see a normal, unconscious Uchiha. Tsukiyomi having reverted to its sealed state. Naruto sighed and sealed the zanbato away while keeping the katana out just in case any enemies attacked.
"Time to get you back to the Village, Duck-ass", Naruto said, just as he was about to attack, he stopped and spun around with Tsukiyomi, blocking an attack from the purple clad Kabuto who tried sever his spine from behind with a curved kunai knife.
"Very good reflexes, Naruto, it seems that you've been hiding quite a few things from us", the bespectacled traitor said. Naruto glared at him and pushed him away.
"I was hoping that that creature would've finished you off when it arrived...but it seems that you possess far greater power then Orochimaru-sama first thought, it will aid him far greater than the Uchiha!", Kabuto rushed the whiskered blond, Naruto reacting quickly and blocking each of his attacks, sparks raining across the ground, Kabuto slipped past Naruto's guard and chakra charged around his free hand.
"Chakra no Mesu" (Chakra Scalpel) Kabuto quickly cut Naruto's forearm, the chakra blade cutting the muscles, Naruto yelled in pain, having to drop Tsukiyomi, Kabuto took advantage and struck his thigh and calf of his right leg, Naruto falling back.
"Damn it!" Naruto yelled.
"It's ove-!", Kabuto was interrupted, he jumped back as a speedy blur crashed in to where he once stood, the purple clad shinobi ducked as a barrage of bone bullets shot over him, he quickly raised his kunai to blocked a red scythe as it came down, the red blade cutting through his weapon, he avoided the blade all together with a series of backflips. He smirked.
"Tsumi no Torio (Trio of Sin) You three were quite the nuisance to Orochimaru-sama, it is a shame that we lost three candidates with such promise, but, One is Sailor mouthed little girl who continues to keep secrets, the other is a sickly peace-loving fool, and the other is foul mouthed psychopath with a short fuse. Ryuketsu quirked and eyebrow, Kimimaro helping Naruto to his feet.
"What...did you call me?" Ryuketsu said, quirking an eyebrow, the three shinobi behind him backed away a few feet.
"Ooooh, that's right...you've got a trigger word...what was it again...Crazy...Insane...Psycho! Ah yes, that's it" Kabuto said with a smile while in a mock thinking pose.
"Call me Psycho...One more time", Ryuketsu said, shifting from one foot to the other, biting his lower lip while his brow furrowed. Kabuto leaned in with a bright grin on his face.
"Psy...cho", that did it. Ryuketsu's scythe blades split in to three each and he rushed Kabuto, the purple clad medic dodging around each enraged slash, Ryuketsu slashed for his neck, and Kabuto swayed around him, using his Chakra Scalpel and cutting the muscles in his forearm, Ryuketsu winced and dived away. He re-started his assault, Kabuto pushed his arm away as he got in close and quickly cut his abdomenal muscles twice, Ryuketsu's eyes widened as the blades fell in to the water with a splash and Kabuto launched him overhead after tossing him up and striking him in the stomach with a vertical split kick, the chiton user hitting the rocks hard, curling up in pain, his breaths coming in quick and raspy.
"God...Dammit!" Ryuketsu hissed, Tayuya going to his side.
"Powerful, deadly, but incredibly sloppy, Ryu-chan, you need to learn to control your temper", Kabuto chided as if scolding a child.
"Fuck...You!" Ryuketsu said. Kabuto chuckled and checked the sun.
"It seems that I have run out of time...Orochimaru-sama will not be pleased...Naruto, Ryuketsu, Tayuya, Kimimaro, I bid you all a fond farewell, we will be meeting again, very, very soon", and with that, the purple clad medic took his leave via Shunshin. Seconds later, the cycloptic jonin with gravity defying silver hair, Kakashi Hatake ran in to the clearing with his personal summon, Pakkun.
"Naruto!" Kakashi was about to extract a kunai to attack seeing the enemy Nin around him, but one was injured, and the female was healing him, while the last one was supporting Naruto. With his Sharingan behind his Hitae-ate, he could see damage to his arm and leg. And Sasuke was unconscious.
"Who are these three with you?" the Copy Nin asked, still wary of them.
"I am Kimimaro Kaguya" said the bone user, nodding his head to the silver haired Jonin. Kakashi's eye widened slightly, that clan had been wiped out in the bloodline purges in Kirigakure (Hidden Mist Village).
"Tayuya" said the red head.
"Ryuketsu...Momochi..." said the Chiton user, "You..knew...my uncle...Ah! Goddamn this hurts!" Kakashi was hesitant, but then sighed.
"Seeing as how you three may have prevented my student's death, and another from making a very stupid mistake, I'll escort you back to the village for medical attention and then we can sort this whole mess out" everyone nodded and Kakashi went over to Sasuke, placing him in chakra restraints, and slung his unconscious body over his shoulder.
"Let's go" Kakashi said, Ryuketsu managing to get to his feet with some difficulty and Naruto getting Tsukiyomi and sealing it away as well. As they ran through the forest, they found Kiba alive with the Suna Shinobi, Kankuro. Neji was Ok too, Shikamaru and the Suna Kunoichi, Temari having helped him, Choji was alive and well, Rock Lee and Gaara with him, Jirobo having gone in to Curse mark Level 3, a detail that was rather interesting. With the Retrieval Team alive and well, they made their way back to Konoha.

OK, First chapter of my new story. I'm not going to say when I will be updating, just that I will to get as many chapters as i can, out in a month. Read and Review.
1. The powers will be revealed later, unless you know what the powers are anyway, but the techniques it copies will be slightly different from the original.
2. That would be an Alto Angelo from DmC 4.
Yeah, Kimimaro survived, I thought it would be cool. How Naruto got his power, will be explained. What Ryuketsu is, will be explained. Everything, will be explained eventually.
