A/N : So I got thrown an ass beating by this huge burly plotbunny named Carl. I think he has it out for me.
I was having a hard time deciding what section to put this in, since it's not technically a threesome yet, but that may very well change. For right now it's just yuri turned vicious bisexual love triangle. It's been a long time since I wrote yuri, and even longer that I've written something that wasn't 2nd person PoV, so bear with me here. Rates and Reviews, critiques especially would be awesome so I can improve upon my writing. Enjoy! ****************** “Why . . .? ” Sakura's angry, no doubt about that. Given, Sakura's nearly ALWAYS agitated about something. But that angry vein throbbing in her generous forehead paring with flashing green eyes and gritted teeth never fail to unnerve her. Hinata swallows hard, averting milky eyes. “I-I said I-” “I know what you said Hinata.” Sakura blows out a breath, leaning back on the kitchen chair which shrieked in defiance. She's pissed. At her. Probably. Hinata was never good at reading emotions, and a childhood of taking the blame for everyone's shortcoming's had her automatically assuming everything was her fault. “That's a scary thought. ” Sakura bites her lip, eyes narrowed, though her intent glare is directed at the ceiling rather than back at the other kunoichi. “Why would you even be thinking about something like that?” She takes it upon her herself to mutter an apology, pressing her fingertips together. “S-sorry, I didn't mean to anger you S-Saku-” “I'm not angry Hinata.” Sakura interjects, pulling the Hyuuga's smaller, pale hands apart and folding them into her own, squeezing reassuringly. “It's just, we're young. We're ninja. We could die any other day. ” And Sakura instantly knows that's a faulty argument, because while she was a first generation ninja, Hinata's parents had been ninja. Most families were ninja and had been for generations. "Doesn't mean its easy. Or fair to the children" Hinata swallows audibly. It's been nearly two years since she and Sakura had been together, six months since they'd bought the tiny apartment together, and they'd been friends for years before that. But she still gets nervous around her. Still shakes when she touches her. And she still feels like her entire world careens to a stop when she looks into those flashing green eyes. And that's precisely why she wants to share this with her. To be a parent with her. “You do realize,” Sakura inhales sharply, “What this would mean right? One of us would have to stop taking missions for a while, stay at home, do all the motherly duties. ” They lock eyes, green on white, and Hinata forgets to breath for a moment. Sakura lowers her voice. “We wouldn't be able to keep “us” a secret anymore. ” Hinata considers this. She was sure Sakura's family knew, and as far as the Hyuuga clan was concerned, if she wasn't pregnant, eloping, or marrying an outsider she was still single. But there was the rest of the village to consider. They couldn't marry. Legally anyway, but for many ninja couples that wasn't even an issue. But then again, if they couldn't marry- “We can't adopt, you know that. ” Hinata snaps out of her thoughts, and looking up to sees a small frown spreading over Sakura's face. “H-hai, I know.” she presses her fingertips together yet again. “B-but we'll figure something out, right?” “There's really only one way. ” the frown turns into a nervous smile. “One of us is going to have to get pregnant.”- You need to be logged in to leave a review for this story.You need to be logged in to leave a review for this story.
