Minato looked at the Hokage monument and shook his head. He was trying not to laugh, it would be completely inappropriate. He had a mustache, the Third was sporting horns, the first had thick glasses and the second had all of his hair painted green. Fine his son was a prankster, troublemaker and yes acting out. Minato only had so much time for him. He was busy running a village. He was doing the best he could though. Turning back to the council of Shinobi standing in his office each in varying states of annoyance he asked. “I’ll make him clean it and have a talk with him. I promise he will be punished.”

“That’s not enough Minato.” Most wouldn’t dare take on that tone with the Fourth Hokage but Fugaku was an Uchiha. “Today in class he henged into a naked girl.” Most of the others groaned.

“Hinata is still uncontious.” The Hyuuga had his mouth pursed in distaste. “And my nephew appears to be going through some sort of inner chrisis about his sexuality at 13, if the mutterings are anything to go by. This is not a conversation I want to have with the boy.”

“You took responsibility for the kid when you allowed what happened to his father.” Minato’s voice was deadly in that instance. He’d more then once voiced his opinions about Hyuuga traditions. “You will talk to him about being gay or so help me I will remove him from that compound.” Blue eyes flashed and it was easy to see this was quickly not becoming about Naruto’s outrageous behavior.

Leave it to Uchiha to bring them back to the brat. “Sasuke was also disturbed. Not even Itachi could coax him out of his bedroom when he returned home.” Minato fought rolling his eyes because the youngest Uchiha was a sullen little emo snot who was angsting over being in love with his brother.

“I said I’d talk to him. Make him clean the monument and… obviously punish him, on top of whatever Iruka deems appropriate.” He was trying to placate the group but he really hated when they got involved in parenting his kid. “This is over. How I handle this is between me and my son. Naruto is not village business. He is my kid.”

“Who is wildly out of control Hokage-sama.” Shikaku sighed he really did not want to be the one to do this. Hyuuga was the ass hole, why couldn’t he do it?

When the gravely soft voice of Shibi spoke from his place in the back of the room it shocked everyone.“The boy needs a full time parent. He needs a mother Hokage-sama.” Minato’s eyes widened then he growled.

“That had better be a joke Aburame.” His fists were clenched on the desk.

“It’s not. I mean no offense to the memory of your partner but I knew her as well and Kushina would never want you waisting away the years of your life or want Naruto to live without another parent.” His words fell heavy over the room. They watched as Minato sat. Blue eyes looking up at each of the council members in his office, men and women alike he saw them look away. When his eyes landed on his lover he felt his throat tightened.

“I will… consider it. As much as it pains me to agree, perhaps Naruto does need another parent. He’s so much like his mother and I could never control that woman.” Rubbing hands over his face and threw his hair he waved them off. “Get out. I have paperwork to do.” He sneered at the stack on his desk mocking him. The door shut and he sighed looking up. “I said go.”

“You can’t seriously be considering marriage.” The man growled.

“Why not?” He gave a mirthless laugh and blue eyes looked up. “You are.” The words hurt and they were cruel. Their wives had been close friends and they had hoped for Naruto and Sasuke to be friends at one time. Now no one was quite sure what the boys were rivals, friends, sworn enemy’s it seemed to change daily.

“That’s not fair Minato. This was never planned and… I love you but I love my wife.” The Uchiha leader scowled.

“Uchiha, I love you but I have to do what is best for Naruto and for me.” Standing the Hokage smiled at his long time friend. “Go home… to your wife, to your family. I need to finish this and possibly beat my son into submission.” He flashed one of those bright smiles.

Naruto threw himself off the cliff into the deep end of the natural pool. The little idiot was fearless. Crossing his arms Sasuke glared, he’d let his brother talk him into coming for a relaxing swim, just the two of them. This would not be relaxing and definitely not just the two of them. When he came up sputtering and laughing Itachi chuckled shaking his head. “Even you cannot breath water, Namikaze.”

“You don’t know that Uchiha!” Naruto swam and then climbed out of the pool his bright orange shorts clinging to his legs. “Maybe I can! I can do anything I want if I try hard enough.” Blue eyes glared death at the elder Uchiha who had a protective hand on his younger brother’s shoulder. Glaring Naruto turned and started climbing the slick rocks once more. He’d come to wash away the incriminating evidence and decided to swim instead. “Why don’t you go climb back under whatever rock you climbed out from under and leave me alone.” The blond snapped and then jumped once more into the pool this time tight in a ball making a splash.

Sasuke flinched and stepped back from the splash. When the blond came up spluttering and laughing his eyes darkened. “We came to swim. It’s not YOUR pool Naruto. You Pervert!” Crossing his arms his mouth tightened more.

“I’m not a pervert! It’s not my fault it’s a great disguise!” Naruto drug himself out of the water once more.

“Wait a minute, what is going on?” Itachi tried not to roll his eyes at the two boys. He had no idea why they were like a cat and dog with their fighting.

“The little blond pervert henged into a naked woman today! We were meant to henge into Iruka-sensei. The Dobe can’t do it so he did that stunt instead.” Sasuke smirked.

Rolling his eyes Naruto shook his head. “What is more distracting, Iruka or this?” A few quick hand signs later he was a busty blond woman with long pig tails and innocent eyes. “Hi, Itachi.” The girl cooed before a puff of smoke later the blond 12 year old was back. “Hey, you didn’t nose bleed!”

Itachi’s brow raised and his lips quirked it was as close to a smile as he’d gotten in sometime. “Because my brother is not a pervert!” Sasuke defended irritably.

“Oh come on! Even Shino got a nose bleed! Kiba was out for half an hour. The only people who didn’t react were your frigid ass and Shikamaru.” Naruto crossed his arms, but blushed a little. He’d asked Shikamaru why he hadn’t reacted even surprised the lazy boy and looked at him from the side, shrugged and lay in the grass saying ‘Naruko’ wasn’t his type. When Sasuke saw Naruto’s blush at the mention of Shikamaru he growled.

“Shikamaru is too lazy to react to anything and I am not frigid, I’m just used to you being a screw up so I would have been surprised if you’d managed to do Iruka-sensei.” The smaller raven snapped jerking toward Naruto.

Ignoring Sasuke all together Naruto looked up swallowing and asked. “Is she not your type?” His throat was dry when he asked the question. Itachi’s lips quirked before he started laughing. Sasuke turned gaping at his brother. He hadn’t heard him laugh in public for years now and he rarely did it in private at home. Just as Naruto was opening his lips to ask another question a loud echoing whistle rolled over the village and the blond boy winced. “Damn. I gotta go. Hey Itachi, can I talk to you later?” He was throwing cloths on quick as he could then grinned when the long haired Uchiha nodded. “Thanks, bye!” Then he was off at a speed that Sasuke promised to double someday.

“What was so funny? Why is he blushing over Nara? I hope Namikaze-sama spanks him!” Sasuke growled tugging his shirt and sandals off. He had come to swim and Naruto was NOT ruining that for him. He was in a blacker mood then he had been earlier thanks to that dobe.

We're having rolling black outs and I'm working ont he next chapter of SIN but well this demanded attention. LOL No idea if it will go any where or if this plot bunny was taken out with one shot! ;0)
