Summary: Sasuke has a
twin brother who is a pacifist, and his brother was away with a friend at the
time of the massacre. What happens when
twin comes back and decides that he really needs to train to be a shinobi, not
to kill their older brother, but to protect his twin from himself?

The Other Brother

Sasuke frowned as he entered the training ground where he
would find his big brother relaxing with his twin brother, the two of them
eating bento that the youngest Uchiha had prepared.

Sasuke move closer, the two boys looking up.

“Big brother? Why is
it that you will eat bento with Ryosuke but you won’t ever train with me?”

Ryosuke tilted his head to the side and stood.

“Twin brother, Big brother only sits and eats with me
because I bring him food while he is training.
How about I make a bento for tomorrow and you can bring it out to him
and eat with him.”

Sasuke looked down, tears in his eyes, his hands clenching
into fists.

“NO! He spends time
with YOU on his own free will but cares nothing for ME!”

Ryosuke’s eyes widened as Sasuke was about to punch him in
the face, only to have his hand stopped by Itatchi.

“You really should learn to be less of a pacifist Ryo. Sasuke has a temper and I won’t be around all
the time, I have to go on missions. I
can’t protect you forever.”

Ryosuke crossed his arms and looked away.

“You wanna really know why he spends so much time with me
Sasuke? It’s because he’s always trying
to convince me to attend academy!”
Ryosuke gathered the bento box and held it close to his chest as he ran
home.

A few days later, Ryo had still not agreed to go to academy,
and had agreed to go with a friend and a friend’s family to go out of town for
a few days.

“I’m sorry I will miss your first day of Academy Twin
Brother.”

Ryo hugged his brother and kissed his nose before grabbing
his bag and waving as he left.

Ryosuke stood frozen as the ANBU found him and delivered the
letter.

His clan was gone, only his Twin Brother had survived. And worst of all, their Big Brother had been
the murderer.

He was silent the entire way home, almost catatonic as the
Inu ANBU. He was set before his Twin
Brother who was in the hospital and moved to get on the bed with him. He curled up against his older brother and
cried into his chest, the whimpering being the first noises he had made since
he had read the letter.

“Oh isn’t Sasuke-Kun just so cute!”

A blond girl grabbed him from behind and the boy turned
slowly.

“Ino-Chan…I’m Ryo-kun”

“Oh….like….eww.”

Ryo frowned and let his head fall before taking his seat
beside his brother. He had decided to
attend academy after the Uchiha Massacre.
His brother wanted so badly to kill their Big Brother, and Ryo knew that
it would be his twin’s downfall.
Something just wasn’t right about this.
Their brother wouldn’t have left any ties open. Even if he wanted Sasuke to avenge the
murder, he wouldn’t have left the pacifist of the family alive.

He had been saying this for a long time but his brother
wouldn’t believe him.

“Uchiha, Ryosuke, please come down and perform the
transformation clone jutsu.”

Ryo stood and made his way down to the front of the class,
preformed the appropriate hand signs, and a clone appeared beside him, looking
just as nervous as he felt.

“Congratulations, you have passed, you are now on genin”
Ryosuke grabbed the leaf village headband and made his way back to his
seat. Sasuke stood, knowing he would be
called next, it was alphabetical after all.

He too made a perfect clone and received his headband.

Only Naruto Uzumaki had failed.

A few days later though, they had found that Naruto had
passed as it was their time to be placed into teams.

“This year, we have one more student than was expected. Because of this, we will have one team of
four. Not that it matters, one of them doesn’t
like to fight anyway.”

Ryo rolled his eyes.

“Well then, team 7 will be Sakura Hurino, Ryosuke and Sasuke
Uchiha, and…Naruto Uzumaki.”

Ryosuke looked up at Naruto, it wasn’t right that the boy
didn’t get to eat. Besides, if he didn’t
eat, then they had no chance. Ryo on the
other hand…wasn’t hungry. He had been training
so much that he had often gone days without eating.

“Here Naruto, have mine.
I don’t eat much anyway, and I had a really big dinner last night.”

Sasuke frowned. He
knew that this was a lie; the two hadn’t eaten much that night because they
couldn’t forget about what had happened to their family, and how the clan was
not there to see that they had become genin.

“R…Really!?”

“Yes. Besides, I’m a
pacifist remember? If I get kicked off
the team…then it doesn’t matter. I’m
only here to watch over Sasuke and make sure he doesn’t do anything stupid.”

“Ryo, eat some, the two of us can share with Naruto.”

“S…Sasuke! You need
this! This is your dream! If you get kicked out then…”

“Then there is always next year.”

Ryo smiled and started feeding Naruto then ate some of his
food as Sasuke started feeding the boy.

Sakura had even started feeding him as well.

Shortly after the food was gone, Kakashi appeared.

“You broke the rules.
Shinobi should never break the rules.
However, a shinobi should do whatever it takes to help their
teammates. Because you helped Naruto,
you all passed.”

“Damn it Ryosuke! You
should have said no! There is no way you
can survive the Chunin exams!”

Ryo tilted his head to the side.

“Does big brother think so little of me? You may be the avenger of the family, but I
am the protector, you are all that I have left and I will see that it is
protected!”

“Sasuke!”

Sasuke had been scouting out ahead, and now this man had his
brother pinned to a tree and was about to bite him. The two had switched places, and hadn’t told
Sakura, if they had, then she would have thrown a fit about it. Sasuke watched as Ryo gasped as pain filled
his body. He watched as his brother
pulled away and grabbed his neck

The man smirked and soon fled when he spotted the other
Uchiha.

“RYO! Ryo are you
okay?”

Ryosuke looked up at his brother and gave a thumbs up before
losing consciousness.

“RYOSUKE!”

“I will not go with you, so leave.”

The four sound ninja looked at the marked Uchiha with
confusion.

“What?”

“Orochimaru marked the wrong twin. It is my brother that craves power. I crave nothing.”

Ryosuke smirked before standing, only to be restrained by
wire.

“Now see here Uchiha, everyone knows that only one survived the
slaughter.”

Ryo sighed.

“Does no one read the academy records anymore? I’m Ryosuke Uchiha you idiot. I’m Sasuke’s twin brother. I was out of town when our brother….”

Ryosuke looked away.

“Don’t you wish to kill him?”

“No. I know that
there is something wrong about the attack; he wouldn’t have left me alive if he
simply did it out of hate. There was a
reason for it.”

“I suggest you let my little brother go.”

The four turned to see a clone before them. The only difference was the hair. While the clone had short hair spiked in the
back, this one had long hair.

They four looked between the two.

“They have different chakra signatures, and if it was a clone, there would
still be a mark.”

The wires withdrew from Ryo’s body and the boy smirked.

Sasuke had only seen that smirk once. It was a few days after the massacre and the
kids were picking on them. All of them
had ended up in the hospital.

It seemed that Ryo had learned the Sharingan, but rarely
used it. Sasuke stepped back as Ryo’s
eyes turned red, his hand grabbing the largest ones throat and squeezing. Nothing could break his grasp, and the curse
mark hadn’t even activated. But Ryo had
more training now, and if he could put kids in the hospital, and one in
critical condition without any training at all…then.

“RYO NO!”

Ryo looked up at his brother and tilted his head to the
side.

“Why not, they will simply keep coming.”

“Because you are better than them, they do not deserve the
honor of you bringing about their deaths.”

With that, Ryo let his hand loosen and the four frightened
Sound Ninja fled. Even Orochimaru wasn’t
as frightening as this boy.

“Brother told me to thank you for him.”

“What for?”

“Orochimaru wanted me, he said you had something called the
seventh sight jutsu, and he said that you could see future events. He said that you most likely suggested we
switch so that Orochimaru wouldn’t get me.”

Ryo looked away.

“I told you that brother was not evil.”

“He made me relive the massacre again. How is he not evil?”

“He is testing you.
It still doesn’t sit right in me.
I saw him that day, the day of the massacre, and he seemed happy,
dropped off my teddy before heading back home.”

“Ryo, why didn’t you say this before?”

“Because he told me not to.”

“Why did you come back Uchiha, you will only find death
here.”

Itatchi Uchiha stood before the Hokage and looked down at
his feet.

“To protect my brothers.
That is why I killed the Clan.
What I am about to tell you is a secret that must never leave this room
because it is a clan secret.”

“Just get on with it.”

“Twins are not allowed in the Uchiha Clan. Often times, the youngest is killed before
their second breath. But Ryosuke was
born with his Sharingan already activated.”

That caused all those gathered to gasp.

“Then why wasn’t Sasuke killed?”

“Because the in cases like this, where the second has exceptionally
strong chakra at birth…the twins will be left alone for their first eight
years. Then, one will start at Academy
while another is taken away by friends of the clan. They are trained separately and taught to
hate one another until such time as they are sixteen. Then a fight to the death will ensue and the
living twin will gain the identity of the oldest…if the oldest is the one that
died of course. I love them so
much. I couldn’t allow it to happen, so
I did the only thing I could do that would allow them to live, I killed the
clan.”

“And left them alive…why?”

“Because I love them.
They are my brothers. I was closer
to them than I was to anyone else. Even
if I didn’t show it. And there is more
you must know. A special clan jutsu that
few are able to learn. It can be learned
by only those born with an active Sharingan.
It is called the Seventh Sight Technique. A bloodline within a bloodline.”

“What does it do?”

“Well, Sharingan is considered a second sight. This is considered a seventh sight because it
looks into the future and shows all possible outcomes of certain events.”

“So he most likely knows the reason behind the clan’s death?”

“Yes, but he most likely has been hiding it. He told me not to do it, told me that he
could never hate Sasuke and that he would gladly give his life for his
twin. And yet, he forgave me when I said
that I could not.”

“His tears that day were fake…?” They turned to see Sasuke had been hiding in
the shadows. The twins were now sixteen
and Sasuke had gotten good at sneaking around.

“Yes.”

“So he let my hate for you grow…why!”

“To protect you most likely.
You would have come after me Sasuke, and you would have been seen as a traitor
to the village. Besides, we agreed that
I would be the one to tell you, even if it was with my last breath. He said that it would never come to that…then
I received a letter that it was time I come home. That I would be forgiven.”

“Sasuke may forgive you, but this village will not.”

“This village has no choice.
The mark is getting to Ryosuke; it has sent him into depression. Orochimaru has learned of the seventh sight
and will to anything to contain it, even if he does not receive the body as his
own. He plans on using a new jutsu on my
brother. The Willing Slave jutsu.”

Itatchi’s hands become fists, his knuckles becoming white.

“It will turn Ryosuke into nothing more than a willing sex
toy.”

“Is there any way to stop this jutsu?”

“Yes, it does not work on those already bound to another.”

“So then we marry your brother off to one of the women in
this village, I’m sure Sakura would have no problem with it.”

“Yes, that could work.”

“It wouldn’t.”

The group turned to Sasuke and the boy was blushing before coughing lightly.

“Ryosuke told me this morning that he is…not interested in
any of the women in this village, or any other village.”

“So we will find someone, we must save brother.”

“Itatchi, please don’t make me say it.”

“We will find him a wife Sasuke.”

“HE DOESN’T LIKE GIRLS ITATCHI!”

A pregnant silence filled the room before Kakashi stepped
forward.

“Then I shall marry him.”

“WHAT! NO WAY YOU
DIRTY OLD PERVERT! STAY AWAY FROM MY LITTLE BROTHERS!”

“Don’t I get a say in this?”

The group turned to see that Ryosuke was in the shadows,
holding his shoulder. The mark had
spread, now covering his neck.

“R…Ryo”

Itatchi moved to his little brother and wrapped him into a
hug, only to be pushed away.

“It hurts Itatchi…Like lava flowing through my veins…He’s
close…I…I can feel that he is close.
Sound the alarms, Orochimaru will be here soon.”

And then the youngest Uchiha lost consciousness.

“I don’t care if you like this or now, or if HE likes me or
not, at the moment, I’m the only one who is willing damnit! Besides, I care for your brothers. I was the one that delivered the letter that
day…”

His vision was still dark, he couldn’t see well, but perhaps
that was because they were in one of the hidden tunnels. A loud boom sounded and Ryo sat up quickly,
only to cry out in pain. His brother and
sensei pushed him back down.

“The mark has already covered his entire body. Itatchi, as the oldest of his family…you must
give your permission for him to marry, there is not much time and the village
is dying the longer we wait.”

“You have my permission.
But only if he agrees.”

Ryosuke winced and shifted, pain coursing through him.

“I don’t….want him to have me. That fucking…snake faced…pedophile…just….perform
the fucking bonding already!”

The hokage nodded and started up the ceremony as Kakashi
took Ryo’s hand, pushing some of his Chakra into the youngest Uchiha. Ryo winced as he pushed his own chakra into
Kakashi, the use of even this much chakra causing so much more pain.

The hokage touched their hands and pushed a different kind
of chakra into them, causing their chakra to fuse.

This was why even those that married into a clan received their
bloodline trait. Kakashi cried out in
pain as his good eye changed, accepting the Sharingan. When it was over, both eyes faded back to
normal and Kakashi blinked before looking at his new husband who was once again
unconscious. Kakashi picked the boy up,
and carried him outside.

Orochimaru growled when he saw Kakashi Hatake was carrying
Ryosuke Uchiha, it wasn’t the fact that the shinobi was carrying him that was
the bad part, it was that the mark on the boy’s neck was gone.

“Tell me Kakashi, how did you remove the mark?”

“Apparently it can’t stand up against the bond of marriage. And since your Willing Slave Jutsu cannot
either…well, let’s just say my husband will be very angry when he wakes up.”

As if on cue, blood red eyes opened and looked around before
looking at the person whose arms they were in.
The eyes blinked a few times before scowling.

“PUT ME DOWN SENSEI!”

Kakashi smiled and set the boy down, making sure that he was
steady on his feet. The other two Uchiha
brothers moved to stand beside the newly married couple.

“I give you one warning Orochimaru, one use of my Seventh
sight. If you stay a moment longer
within this village or any other village with connection to this one…you will
find yourself in a casket, never to awaken again. You search for Immortality, but you will
never find it if you keep on your current path.
Leave this village now and you may make it past this year. Stay and you will fall within the hour.”

Orochimaru did not move.

“So you chose to fall?”
Chakra started to flow out around him.

“I WILL BE BACK!”

“I know.”

With that, the sound ninja fled.

“Do you know when he will be back?”

“No, that has not reached my vision yet.”

“What has reached your vision?” Ryo turned to his sensei…his husband and
smiled.

“A new member of the clan, happiness, and a baby fox.”

Naruto blinked and so did Kakashi.

“Oh for heaven’s sakes.
Naruto, Sasuke’s gonna fuck you and your gonna get knocked up! Well that’s the baby fox at least. Kakashi will be helping me with the new
member of the clan.”

Naruto and Kakashi made twin thumps as they passed out. Sasuke simply stood there and twitched. Ryosuke decided to take a page from
Orochimaru’s book and started up with the maniac laughter.

Itatchi simply went to hide

I know it isn’t much, this is a oneshot so I needed it to go pretty fast. The sequel will contain mpreg,
sex and…well…pretty much everything in between.
But…Who will Itatchi end up with.
