Kurai Kisu: Ok since a smart butt
guessed my entire plot from one of my chapters before I even wrote it
I promised to do a one shot. Yes folks this is ACTUALLY a SasuNaru.
The plot is based off of the exact events and reason that caused me
to join AFF, a broken heart. I hope you guys aren't expecting a happy
ending. Although I usually do myself I was asked to make Solitaire1
(the smart butt) cry. Shit I cried for almost 3 weeks from this shit
so please realize this is out of my norm. I don't really do angst but
I will do this cause I promised and I keep my promises. And there
will be a lemon actually two cause I am gonna go in depth in certain
areas. Oh and I am changing their birthdays so it will work. Believe
me after this story you will know a lot about me hehehe. Oh and I
would have posted Chapter 34 but well you will see in the chapter
when I have it up.

I
Found Me

Naruto
lay on his bed looking up at the ceiling. It was late and he was
bored. The blond had wanted to go to the club but he didn't know
anyone near by that would go with him. He had just moved into the
area, in search of a job. The boy had just graduated from college
with his BFA and had high hopes in this new city. But he hadn't been
so fortunate so instead he managed to get an office job to pay the
bills. Shino, one of his close friends, had clued him on the opening.
Actually, all his friends were trying to help him. Kankuro and Kiba
even offered to let him come stay with them but he refused not
wanting to intrude on their new living situation. Naruto felt they
needed that time to each other.(1)
So there
he was alone and bored with the computer screen watching him.

The
blue eyed boy stayed like that for about 10 minutes, finally becoming
exhausted with the unimpressive paint job above him he decided to
look at his ShinobiSpace page. ShinobiSpace, hmph Shino had talked
him into setting up a page because everyone from their group had a
page on there, well all but Kankuro and Kiba those two hated
ShinobiSpace and opted for LeafJournal. Naruto really didn't care
either way but to get Shino to stop pestering him; he went ahead and
joined the on line community. He prided himself on making a very
unique page for himself, it stood out, just like his personality. And
so far he had tons of friends, some he knew and some he just added
for the hell of it. But he didn't get many responses from these
people. So when he looked at the screen to see an invite to chat, his
curiosity was peaked.

“Who
in the world is this?” He whispered to himself. The boy
wondered if he should accept the invitation or not. Seeing as he was
bored out of his mind he shrugged pushing the yes button. A small
screen popped up and a screen name popped up with a small picture
next to it. “SharinganTeme? What the hell?” He leaned
forward squinting his eyes at the small avatar. Before he could hit
the name and look at the page the person wrote something to him.

SharinganTeme:
Hey whats up?

Naruto
smirked, this guy was bold, it intrigued him plus from what he COULD
see of the picture the guy was kinda hot.

Numba1Bossman:
Nothing...Wow

SharinganTeme:
What?

Numba1Bossman:
I didn't expect anyone to send me a chat invitation so late at nite.

SharinganTeme:
Couldn't sleep what about you?

A
smile crossed the tan boy's face, so far this person seemed pretty
cool. He didn't quite understand why the guy called himself a
bastard. As the conversation and the nite went on, Naruto found that
this mystery person was damn near the perfect fit for the kind of
boyfriend he wanted. The blond had to admit he was becoming more than
just intrigued with SharinganTeme. And when he finally did get to see
the other boy's page he was pleasantly surprised with how good
looking he was. Whatever good deed he was getting rewarded for he was
thanking Kami that he had done it. The two stayed in the private chat
room for almost 4 hours. During that time he found out the male's
name was Sasuke and he lived in the neighboring village, Oto.

While
chatting, Naruto's ex , Gaara had called him up telling him that he
wanted to see him. The two had dated a few years back but Gaara was a
violent alcoholic and mistreated the small blond badly. They ended it
when the blue eyed boy caught his boyfriend on the phone making plans
with another guy. Naruto blew up and kicked the red head out his
house only to let him back in. The blond was ruthless/vindictive to
the pale male and in being that way, somehow gained a great deal of
admiration and respect from his ex. Ironically the green eyed boy
made an effort after they went their separate ways, to keep in touch
with the tan male. That night he had his friend/current ex bring him
over to Naruto's house so the two could spend some time together. The
blond was eager to see his ex but he was reluctant to end the
conversation with his new friend. Luckily, Sasuke made his decision
easier for him:

Hey I have to go get some sleep, I can't believe its almost 6 am I
think I see the sun coming up.

Numba1Bossman:
Yea I really like talking to you.

Want to talk over the phone some time?

Naruto
smiled, he was worried Sasuke would think he was some kind of nut
case asking that but instead the man seemed to be on the same page.
The blond giggled entertaining the thought that this guy was his
perfect dream come true. They exchanged numbers and Naruto promised
to call him soon then logged off.

That
morning, Gaara came over and the two laid in the blond's bed mostly
cuddling. It was nice but he knew nothing else would come of it.
Their relationship had ran its course and now he was just happy they
could do things like this without it causing unwanted feelings and
issues. Besides, Naruto's mind kept wandering back to his new
ShinobiSpace friend. He couldn't wait till he could hear the voice
behind the screen name.

The
next day Naruto was so antsy; Gaara had gone home that afternoon,
promising to call him later. It was almost 8 and the blond couldn't
wait any longer he had to use the number. He quickly snatched up his
phone dialing in the number. The phone rang 3 times before the
answering machine clicked over. He listened intently to at least get
a sample of the voice.

“Hi
you have reached Sasuke, I'm not able to answer the phone so at the
beep leave a message” BEEP

Oh wow,
Sasuke's voice was so sexy, it was deep and sultry. This guy was
getting better and better in the blond's eyes by the minute.

“Hi
Sasuke, this is Naruto. We talked on ShinobiSpace last night. I hope
I'm not bothering you I just thought I would leave you a message.”
He closed his phone feeling a little disappointed. He really wanted
to speak to him. Naruto shrugged and went on about his day hoping to
hear from Sasuke soon.

Two
weeks had gone by and Naruto still hadn't gotten a call back. At
first he was sad but eventually he decided that he really didn't know
the man enough to be hung up over him and forgot the encounter. He
was laying on his bed again having just gotten off from work and
trying to relax. Suddenly, he felt a vibration against his side. He
jumped before realizing it was his cell phone. Grabbing the phone, he
narrowed his eyes at the number.

“Whose
this?” Curious about who could be calling him he flipped the
phone open . “Hello?”

“May
I speak to Naruto?”

“This
is him whose this?” He heard a breath and could have sworn the
person on the other side was smirking.

“It's
Sasuke...” Blue eyes grew wide. Sasuke?! His dream guy was
FINALLY calling him back. He wanted to squeal but decided to take a
more direct and firm approach.

“Wow!
I called you like a month ago.”

“Hn,
it wasn't a month ago.. But anyways sorry bout getting to you so
late. I was out at the club with some friends and then it got really
hectic out here.” The blond nodded like the man on the other
line could see him.

“Oh
ok...So how have you been?” The conversation started off
actually quite well but somewhere around the middle of it Naruto
realized exactly why Sasuke had that screen name. The man really was
an asshole. He was rude, brash, and didn't seem to care if he hurt
anyone's feelings with what he had to say. The blond started to think
that Sasuke wasn't the guy he wanted to be with. By the time they got
off the phone Naruto was confused. The raven had been so nice on line
but over the phone he just made the tan boy want to punch him in the
face. He was wondering if maybe he should just try to patch things up
with Gaara and give it another try at them. They got along so well
the last time they had been together. Maybe it could work.

No,
Naruto just shook his head. It was just a fleeting thought. He knew
Gaara still wanted him but he didn't want Gaara anymore. The blond
let out an annoyed sigh and flopped back down on his bed. He hated
being single, he didn't want to admit it but his friend Shikamaru was
right; Naruto was one of those people that HAD to be in a
relationship. It was true, the man was miserable when he was single.
Actually, to be specific Naruto was in love with love. He desperately
wanted that perfect man to come into his life and love him, but that
thought process only left the poor male open to just about any jerk
that came his way and he never took time to heal from the last
relationship before jumping into the next. It left him with a lot of
emotional baggage to deal with. So it was no surprise when Sasuke
emailed him that the blond actually responded enthusiastically.

His
interaction with Sasuke, which he thought would end the night they
talked on the phone, became more and more frequent. The second time
they talked on the phone he explained that pale man had offended him
several times that nite and it had really pissed him off. The raven
just told him that he would work on it but that was just the person
he was and Naruto accepted his reasoning without questioning it. He
really wanted to get closer to Sasuke. He didn't know really why but
he did. They began talking on the phone more and more, finding out
things about each other and very close friends for two people who had
never met face to face. But that topic soon came to the front as
well. They wanted to meet each other but Sasuke didn't want to meet
so early in their budding “friendship”. Naruto totally
understood and agreed that if they were to meet it should be some
time later, like a few months. Many times they discussed when, who,
and for how long the trip would be. At one point it was decided at
the end of the next month but they ended up canceling due to a
ridiculously childish argument, so they tried again for another date.
Once again something came up and caused them to choose yet another
date.

One of
the things that Naruto found interesting was that Sasuke was only 2
days older than him and it was this fact that helped them choose the
week of their birthdays. That weekend Naruto would get on the bus and
go to Sasuke's house so the two could celebrate together. By then
they had become very, very close. Other than Sasuke's ex, Suigetsu,
Naruto and he were always on the phone when they weren't at work. The
blond wasn't very keen on the idea of his prospective mate talking to
an ex but he accepted it nonetheless deciding as long as this
Suigetsu character knew that Naruto was now in the picture and all he
could be with Sasuke was friends, then the blond was ok with it.

That
little annoyance would not get the blue eyed boy down though, because
he was on his way to see his very close friend and spend a great 3 ½
days together,
seeing the sites of Oto. When he arrived, Sasuke was late picking him
up and it started raining, leaving him to become completely drenched.
Naruto was pissed, he was in the middle of a village he had never
been to, it was raining, and Sasuke was no where to be found. The boy
felt like crying. About 15 minutes later a car roll up in front of
him. The window rolled down and a concerned, pale man peered out at
him.

“Naruto?
I am so sorry please get in!” Shivering from the cold rain the
blond climbed into the vehicle glaring at the raven in the driver's
seat. Sasuke looked at him apologetically. “Gomen Naruto, I
overslept then I couldn't find my keys. I thought you would call me
before you got here.”

The tan
boy's face softened. Everything the raven said sounded quite
plausible and although he was still pissed off about being drenched,
the blond forgave him.

“My
battery died half way here...” Sasuke nodded and pulled off
heading back to his house. When they got there the pale boy showed
Naruto where the bathroom was and gave him some towels so he could
get those cold clothes off. The smaller male thanked him and quickly
showered. The blond came out the room in his pajamas and joined his
host in the living room. Sasuke smirked looking at how yummy the tan
boy looked now that he was no longer pissed and wet.

“I
got us some Patron to celebrate our birthdays. Have you ever had
any?” Naruto shook his head. The man was no light weight but
had never ventured into name brand liquor before. This was going to
be interesting. The two sat in front of the small table taking shot
after shot before the entire bottle was empty. They looked at each
other smiling in very goofy manners. Naruto blushed. He hated when
this happened. Every time he drank a certain amount of booze the
blond always managed to become very horny. This time was no
exception. And from the look in Sasuke's eyes, he was feeling the

The two
men sat there staring at each other, neither noticing that inch my
inch they were getting closer to one another. Before either knew it

They
spent most of the day inside the house, only coming out so that
Sasuke could introduce Naruto to his brother Itachi and get a special
“treat” from the man. Itachi didn't stay long and when he
did leave he smirked at the two and bid them a very fun day. Naruto
looked at the younger raven in confusion. Sasuke's answer was just
another smirk, very similar to his brother's and a flip of his wrist

“This
is for later. For now though lets go pick up some beer and a few
steaks.” Naruto happily complied, following the stoic raven to
his car and off to the store. When the two got back they shared the
joint, drank the beer and devoured their dinner. It was a perfect day
even though they didn't do much. Both were very comfortable and
satisfied in each others company. The blond didn't think he could be
happier.

By nite
fall the two males were once again heavily inebriated but not as much
as the night before. They had rented several movies and were
currently cuddled up on the couch. Naruto yawned, leaning his head

“Tired?”
The blue eyed boy looked up at him, smiling softly before shaking his
head. The look in the depth of those dark blue pools was a mix of awe
and lust. Sasuke immediately recognized it. He moved his arm to the
smaller male's side, pulling him up closer to his face. Naruto could
feel his breath wash over his face. He let out a wanting whimper. The
two moved in on each other kissing hungrily. Both moaning as their

Yes, love at almost 7 months Naruto could safely say he was head over

sounded out asking why Sasuke hadn't just told the man he was talking

beaten by the pale man. Part of him was getting really nervous and it
unsettled the blond. Then SHE arrived into the poor blond's life.

Karin
was the newest addition at the office Naruto worked at. She was a
nice girl, a little cynical but overall he had no problem getting
along with the girl. Other than his friend Menma, Karin was his only
friend in the place. Naruto ,usually a ball of energy, had learned
from the beginning to be wary of who you associated with at that
place. He was on casual terms with a lot of people but only Menma and
Karin were considered friends. That was Naruto's mistake.

As time
passed Karin and Naruto would share stories about their lovers and

realization that Karin's lover was none other than Suigetsu. The tan
male felt bad for her. Every time she talked about him she had such

ex-husband had treated her so badly and this new person was the one

One day
Naruto crossed a line he wished he had never even came near. He was
upset, Sasuke was in another bad mood the night before and ended
their conversation early. It left the tan man feeling weird and sad.
When he went to work the next day he was in really bad shape. No
matter how hard he tried to put a mask up even Karin could see
through it. She asked him what was wrong and at first the male tried
to resist telling her the truth but after almost an hour of her
goading and prodding him he let out the entire truth, asking her not
to repeat what he was about to say. She agreed. He told her
everything, about how long Suigetsu had been calling Sasuke, how
Sasuke didn't want him back, and about how it made him feel. When he
was done he realized he should have kept his mouth shut.

Throughout
the day the red headed girl would ask him various questions which he
would answer with little hesitation. But when he got home he got a
very upsetting call from his lover. Sasuke was beyond pissed. He
yelled at Naruto, telling him how he couldn't believe he told the
girl all that and how Karin had told Suigetsu and he had called him
and told him everything. Matter fact, Naruto even received an email
on his ShinobiSpace page from said ex. The man had called him a bitch
ass and told him how Sasuke would never want him and the only reason
he even paid attention to the man was because he wanted him back but
couldn't have him at the time. The blond cried and apologized
repeatedly to the raven begging him not to end things with him. He
didn't want to lose the pale man. But all Sasuke did was tell him he
needed his space and that he didn't appreciate the tan male bringing
so much drama in his life.

“You
really lost my trust in you Naruto. I can't believe you opened your
mouth to that bitch. Now this asshole won't stop fussing. I gotta
go.”

“Ok....Sasuke,
I'm really sorry. If I could do it over I would have never opened my
mouth.”

“Bye...”
They hung up leaving the poor blond in tears. The next few days
Naruto kept his distance from Karin opting to spend most of his time
with Menma. Menma was a sweet guy. He was friendly and would always
joke with the blue eyed male. Naruto even thought Menma was quite
attractive but the man was already spoken for. He was engaged to a
guy named Neji and couldn't stop talking about the man. (4)
The
tan blond felt so happy for him but he still was sad about possibly
losing the love of his life.

Karin
had tried to tell Naruto something about what Sasuke had said to
Suigetsu but the blond had learned not to associate with the red
head. One day Naruto was heading over to Menma's cubicle to ask if he
wanted to come with him to get lunch. Karin was standing there next
to the pale blond when the tan male walked over. He completely
ignored the girl only to have her try to corner him. Fed up with all
the damn drama and stress on his heart, he went off on the girl.

“Look!
I don't want to hear shit you have to say. If it wasn't for you and
that big ass mouth of yours I wouldn't be going through the shit I
am. Fuck you!” He left abruptly, followed by Menma who spent
the rest of the lunch hour trying to cheer his friend up. Naruto was
very grateful to him.

That
weekend Kankuro and Kiba came over to look after their depressed
friend. They were no fools, both of them could tell something had
happened to the blond and it involved the mystery man in Oto. They
found the tan male drunk off cheap liquor, wallowing in his own pity.
The two brunette's grabbed him on each arm and took him into the
bathroom. Kiba undressed him while Kankuro ran some bath water. They
bathed him while he told them about the last conversation he had with
the raven. Sasuke had brought up the whole thing with Suigetsu up
again and started yelling at Naruto once more. It sent the poor thing
into another a deep depression. At least it was the weekend. His
friends redressed him in some sweat pants and a t-shirt before
tucking him in the bed. He spent the rest of the weekend laying there
talking to his friends and drinking but not like he did when the two
found him.

Slowly
but surely; he was getting better. He missed the raven like crazy but
he knew his life couldn't continue to like that. A week went by and
he hadn't talked to the pale man since the weekend before. He heard
his phone ring . The blond sluggishly reached over and answered it
without looking at the number. It was Sasuke.

“H-Hello?”

“Hey...
I missed you.”

“I
missed you too.”

“Look
I'm still having trust issues but I missed how we use to talk. So,
maybe if we just took it slow.”

“Yea,
I would really like that.” Naruto was so happy and relieved
that the raven actually was trying to forgive him. He was already
falling back into the back into routine with the pale man.

Shortly,
after their reconciliation, Sasuke was back to biting the blond's
head off for the littlest things. And Naruto was back to accepting
the abuse looking at it as the raven just being stressed by his job.
However, little by little the blue eyed man was becoming aware that
most of the fights were being started by the raven and turned around
to seem like they were his fault. It was really bothering him.

They
were on the phone again and Sasuke had just told him that Suigetsu
and Karin had broken up and the man told him he had never stopped
loving him.

“So...what
are you going to do?”

“What
am I going to do? I told him I didn't feel the
same
way.” The rational side of Naruto piped up again urging the
next thing to come out the blond's mouth.

“Hmm...So
why didn't you just tell him you were talking to me. Matter fact I
asked you that before and you cursed me out.” Silence fell on
the line. After several minutes the raven finally said something.

“Well,
actually I never told him. I just didn't think it was important.”

“You
didn't think talking to me was important? You didn't think all the
shit we've done didn't matter?”

“No!
I didn't mean it like that-”

“Um...I
think I need to get off the phone.” They got off the phone with
Naruto feeling empty and hurt. He couldn't believe how big of jerk
Sasuke was but when he really thought about it, the raven had always
been callous and rude. He knew it from the beginning but somewhere
along the way he ignored the red flags. Actually he was STILL
ignoring them because he continued to talk to the raven after he
apologized to him. And the arguments and berating continued until a
month later.

Kankuro
and Kiba had invited Naruto over for the weekend. A weekend turned
into a week since the boy had to use some of his personal days lest
he lose them. The two had to do their laundry and the blond couldn't
deny that he too needed to clean some clothes. There was a laundromat
down the street from their house that had lower rates after midnight
so the group agreed to go later that nite.

Around 3
am they were all seated side by side waiting for the clothes to
finish drying when Naruto's phone rang. Answering it, he was greeted
by the sultry deep voice of the raven. He couldn't stop himself from
smiling as he talked to the male. Kankuro and Kiba ignore the
conversation. They had both talked to the male and honestly had
nothing really against him except for the way he talked to their
friend and how the blond would cry afterwards. But nothing they said
would break through the delusion the small blond had created. Sasuke
could do no wrong, most of the time.

Week by
week, rational Naruto was getting louder inside the tan male's head.
That part of him was literally screaming to be let loose but no
matter how much it nagged him, Naruto didn't want to believe that he
wasn't loved. He NEEDED to be with someone or at least on the verge
of being with someone. This one had to work he was tired of being
mistreated by jerks and sure Sasuke was an asshole but he still
wanted the blond and thats all the man wanted.

They two
talked on the phone for about 20 minutes before, as if on cue, the
raven started yet another argument. But this time was different.
Rational Naruto actually broke free from his confines inside the
man's head. And he was ready to party.

“You
know what Naruto, I am so SICK of you starting fights. Why the fuck
are you yelling anyways. Shit! Do you know how good a catch I am and
I already told you that I have been stressed at work. I can't just
fucking baby you cause you don't like what I say. Grow the fuck up!”

SNAP

Naruto
pulled the phone from his ear and looked at it as if the raven could
see the horrible scowl on his once sad face. The blond was pushed out
the driver's of his mind and his rational side gave out a loud whoop.
Pink lips upturned into a sneer.

“OH
HELL NAH! Fuck you Sasuke! I am sick of this shit!” Both dozing
brunette's woke up from the angry, loud tone in the blond's voice.
They had never heard Naruto talk to his so called lover like that
before. Nor had they seen the look
on
his face. If looks could kill Naruto would be in the same jail house
as Manson. He looked absolutely terrifying. “You know what! You
are a fucking psycho BITCH! I hate calling people out their names but
I am sick of this shit. SICK SICK FUCKING SICK!!! You are always
yelling at me and berating me and when I try to ask you something all
of a sudden I'm picking a got damn fight. I didn't raise my fucking
voice I was just asking you something. FUCKING EXCUSE ME FOR TRYING
TO BE A GOT DAMN FRIEND YOU ASSHOLE! Its YOU who are always picking
these damn fights but when it gets down to it you decide its suddenly
my motherfucking fault. ITS NOT! You uptight jackass. All you keep
saying is how lucky anyone would be to have you and how you were the
best thing to happen to your exes. Shit, you won't even give me a
chance. Taking it slow my ass its been almost a 8 months and you keep
giving me that shit or beating mentally on me. Newsflash Sasuke, I'm
the
best thing to ever happen to YOU! All I have done was shower you with
affection and chase after you like a got damn puppy.” Tears
were falling from the blue eyes. Naruto's voice cracked but he had to
get this all out and end this shit. He was emotionally exhausted from
the cocky raven. No one had ever pushed him so far in his life. No
one had ever been able to make the blond actually fall OUT of love
with them. Not to mention make him fall out of love THAT fast. “I
am done with this shit. Since I'm such a fucking bother, and all I
fucking do is piss you off, I'm leaving you alone! I can't take it
anymore! I warned you not to push me.” With those last words he
hung the phone up. His friends averted eye contact with him, knowing
he needed this moment to calm down. Internally, both males were
rooting their friend on. It was about time he grew a back bone and
stood up for himself.

About an
hour after they got back to the house, Naruto's phone rang. The blond
looked at the phone and grimaced. It was Sasuke.

“Hello...”
The usually happy voice was cold and devoid of feelings. During his
explosion the tan had been drained of all his warm feelings for the
male. Now he was just tired and empty. He really didn't give a damn
what the raven had to say.

“Um..hey”
Sasuke's voice was missing its usually confident, arrogant tone. “I
just wanted to tell you...I'm sorry. All this time I have been
talking about how people have done me wrong and I never noticed I was
doing the same thing to you. But you stayed by my side no matter
what. I really didn't want to hurt you like this. I guess I wasn't
being a very good friend to you.”

“No
you weren't” He could hear the raven mentally wince at his
tone. “Look, thank you for apologizing but I'm tired and I'm
heading back to my place later on today. Maybe we can continue this
later.”

“Yea...I
would like that. Have a good day Naruto.”

“Thanks...”
Naruto felt a little better since the tables had been turned. The
jerk actually apologized to him. Why couldn't he have been like that
earlier. Now it was too late. The blond couldn't deny he still liked
the male but it wasn't the same anymore. Before it was like a spell
on him, something he couldn't break but now it was just a faint
fondness. No longer did he crave to be close to Sasuke. Actually, he
could care less if he ever talked to the boy on the phone again. Not
saying he wouldn't miss their friendship, he just didn't crave him
anymore. When the tan male really thought about it he didn't crave to
be with anyone anymore. It was like a huge boulder was pushed off the
man's back.

It was
time for him to pay attention to the one person that mattered the
most to him. Himself. Naruto never took to the time to heal and find
peace with himself.

Sasuke
did call that nite and they had a very nice conversation but the
raven was slightly panicked by the absence of the usually docile
blond. He was replaced by a more in control person. Someone who
didn't let the raven have his way with the way he spoke. Every time
the pale man would try to get loud or berate the blond, Naruto would
simply cut him off and excuse himself from the phone. It miffed
Sasuke but at the same time it caught his full attention. He would
call back and the conversation would continue just like before only
to be ended when he got out of hand.

The
raven couldn't really explain it but the nonchalant way Naruto
treated him only proved to draw him in more and more. Before he knew
it, he had fallen in love with the blond. But when he tried to tell
him, the tan man simply told him it was too late. Naruto explained
that yes, he did still care for him but he just didn't have that need
for him like he use to. Sasuke could do nothing but accept it. Having
him as a friend was better than nothing. It was he who had declared
just wanting friendship. Maybe it would turn into something later.
The raven could get his dear friend to fall for him again. He knew he
could.

Time
went by and Naruto found that he liked being alone more and more. A
lot less stressful. Although, he missed the close intimate feeling of
being held, it was a small sacrifice for the peace of mind he
achieved. Sasuke continued to call but the calls became fewer and
more distant. There were times when several weeks would go by without
them talking. Naruto didn't mind. They even would flirt from time to
time but still nothing came of it. The blond was content though, he
occupied his time reading on line stories and even started writing
some of his own. To avoid the loneliness he felt, he moved in with
Kiba and Kankuro. They were happy to have him. Kiba was like a
brother to him already, having moved from after graduation from the
same village as the blond, and his boyfriend Kankuro slowly became
the same way to him. The makeshift family was enough for the blond.

Maybe in
the future he would start dating again. Shit he found himself being
jealous of his one time lover, Sasuke when he got a new friend. But
it only meant he still cared. Naruto's eyes were set on the future
and what he could do with his life. Love could come later. The blond
had to thank his pale friend for one thing, throughout the hell he
went through, Naruto was able to find his way back to himself and the
person he was. Naruto had finally found himself...

Kurai
Kisu: Well I am very sorry if you didn't like this story. I tried to
keep to as many facts as I could. But this was meant to be a one-shot
so I had no intention on being too detailed or too in depth into it.
Thank you for reading and I hope you liked it. I will be putting a
new chapter of Too Many Drinks! Soon but a lot of things have been
going. The fact that I almost became a damn orphan the other day.
Thankfully, both parents are still alive and spiteful as ever. I
really don't like doing sad endings but if you liked it I am glad.

  this damn thing about 75% accurate to what happened but at the same
  time the genders are changed so the lemons are like 15% accurate but
  still staying close to real life

  still support a possible Gaara x Menma thing and I will always be a
  Menma x Naruto fan but this is for all those who want me to get Neji
  and Menma together. No worries there will still be a side story for
  them
