Quick steps hastened as she heard the familiar voice of her beloved. Her heart was thumping as she approached the gate and it was flung open. "Yo, Hinata-chaaann~" he stretched out his arms wide in an attempt to envelop him in her arms before collapsing face first into the floor.

After Sasuke helped carry Naruto to their room, he immediately departed saying that he had things to do. Hinata shut the gate after his disappearance. Only then did her displeasure was evident in her face. She made her way back to the bedroom, the only lighted lamp left in the house and saw him snoring soundly.

She plopped down on the futon, feeling dejected. "I've... I've waited for Naruto-kun to come home.. for so long..and still...." she could not help but feel the tightening happening in her legs again. She closed her eyes, relief flooding her to know that the man she was holding was real this time. She inhaled his scent, that familar smell of ramen mixed with his own smell.
