Zircon blue eyes watched in shock and confusion as the wall of sand wrapped around him, in a protective shield
“Naruto” his body jumped, spinning around to face the figure behind him, zircon blue widened, a small smile playing at his lips
“Gaara!” the red head stared towards the blonde, his head nodding slightly in a slight greeting to the nin, before his attention returned to the enemy
“Don't you have somewhere to be right now?”
“Yea...” it broke his heart to leave in the middle of a fight, but he had to protect his children, the kids he grew to love as if they were his own, silently the blonde pulled himself upright and darted around the shield sand wall, as he ran a single kunai shot at him, another wall of sand flew up protecting him.
The sand-nin stepped forward towards the red haired enemy, his eyes narrowed in a deathly glare towards the man
“He is not your opponent, I am” grey eyes shot towards the sand-nin, his hand reaching back into his weapons pouch
“Then I'll end this quickly”

as he entered the hospital, his speed increased seeing the patients still in their blue gowns lead out of their rooms and towards the back entrance, to find safety, his feet silently ran across the floors, unsure where to even start looking for his children
“Naruto?! What are you doing here?” his feet stopped and slid across the wooden floor under him, zircon narrowed slightly towards the pink haired woman, if anyone knew where patients were located, it was a doctor, he stepped towards the pink haired nin grabbing her arm tightly, his eyes began to well with tears and fear
“Where are they!?”
“Who?...”
“Who else?! Maiya, Kentaro, and Minoru! Where are they?!” Teal green eyes widened in surprise at the blonde's actions, at the fear in his voice
“Naruto... Their ok...”
“No their not, they are going to be killed when those bastards get here! I need to get them out of here! God damn it Sakura! Where the hell are they?!”
“Down the hall... Room 405.... Naruto.... Please calm down... your still healing yourself” zircon eyes turned away, before he began to run again, his eyes reading every number upon the doors, 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, his hand shot towards the handle, turning it and pushing the door open with speed he was unaware he had, his instincts pulled his arm up in time to stop the kunai from embedding within his skull, zircon blue narrowed towards the copper haired teen
“N-Naruto!?”
“Lets go, we don't have time, Minoru, Maiya, can you two walk?” Maiya's emerald green eyes filled with tears as she pulled herself off the bed and to her feet
“Yes sir!” Her voice called out softly, resisting the urge to cry in joy at the arrival of her teacher, in a flash Minoru was at the blonde's side, a bright smile upon his lips, tears prickling at the corner of his eyes
“Kentaro, I will carry you, but we need to hurry” Naruto watched with widened eyes as the older teen pulled himself off the bed, balancing with one leg, a small sad smile upon the copper haired teens lips
“Yes sir” He darted over, lifting the boy bridal style in his arms, before he darted out of the room, and down the hall, followed closely by the two younger students

“Not that I am complaining in the extra help... But why the hell are sand-nin here?!” Teal green stared towards the raven haired Hokage, before narrowing dangerously thin, as the sand-nin stepped over, Sasuke's eyes caught the movement, a frown pulling at his own lips
“Gaara... So glad you could come and help my village in this attack”
“I do not consider it YOUR village Sasuke... The rightful Hokage is under orders of execution... Am I correct?” Sasuke's eyes narrowed towards the sand-nin, before staring at the large group of missing nin, bounded in sand upon the ground, he hated to admit it, but without the help of Gaara, and his lovely siblings his villages' attack would have gone on far worse then what it did, more of the innocent would have died, and more damage would have been within the buildings
“Is this all of them?”
“Not quite... A few have slipped past me... But my men will gather them up”
“You know... Its ok to call them siblings” Teal green turned away from the raven haired man, his eyes narrowed slightly towards the group of missing nin bounded on the ground before them
“This is a small number... They really had no chance at all... Why bother attacking in the first place?” Sasuke's voice was soft, confused by the actions of the men, even with knowledge of the weaknesses of Konoha, even with a sneak attack, the nin stood no chance, and Gaara was unable to answer the question
“It was a larger group... But most of them ditch the Konoha attack right before it happened...” Kakashi's voice mumbled from under his mask, his visible black eye narrowed towards the group of imprisoned men
“Why would they stop an attack? Why leave? They would have had an advantage if they'd stayed”
“Most are loyal dogs to their owner...”
“Are you saying we have someone over there... Who is willing enough to help us?”
“Not we Hokage... Just one person” Sasuke's eyes widened slightly, before he pulled his attention back towards Gaara, an unspoken rule between himself and the copy-nin, was when things were meant to be left unsaid, they were left alone, and the nin obviously wasn't going to give up any information he knew
“And exactly why were you here in Konoha in the first place?” teal green turned towards the raven haired man, before they narrowed once again
“Word had reached Sunagakure of Naruto's execution... I have come to bring a warning.... War will befall Konoha if Naruto Uzumaki is harmed in anyway” onyx black stared in shock and confusion as the red head spoke, a small laugh escaped Kakashi's mouth, muffled slightly only by his mask
“Is that a good enough reason to keep him alive my lord?” Sasuke let himself sigh, his eyes slid closed as the weight of everything simply fell off him
“It is... In order to protect Konoha from war against Sunagakure.... Naruto will be released of all charges”
“Good... Because it wasn't just Sunagakure that was ready to go to war... Everyone Naruto helped.. Was more then happy to join us” Sasuke's body tensed, his eyes turning towards the red head, no one would go against his orders in freeing Naruto, not with the impending doom of a war against many, MANY villages, teal green and onyx black turned towards the new figure kneeling behind them.
Kankuro's breath was hard, and uneven, his eyes wide with terror and failure
“Gaara... They got him... We... We tried....” Gaara's eyes turned a murderous glare towards his brother, his teeth began to grind together, his fists clenching tightly
“What do you mean they got him.... WHO do they got?!”
“Naruto... They got Naruto”
“What about the Children?!” none of the three men had noticed Iruka's presence until the broken voice of the man alerted them, Iruka's hands shook at his side, his eyes wide filled with tears, his face covered in bruises and cuts from the attack before hand
“They are back at the hospital under Temari's and the pink one's care...”
“Kankuro... We are leaving now..”
“Where to my lord?” the glare directed towards him caused the puppet master to fall back upon the ground, a promise of pain filled those teal green eyes, a promise of punishment for failure directed towards the brunette
“We go after Naruto... And we undo your mistake!”
(Author notes: Even though I did not work this weekend I was super busy at the childrens charity telethon, I worked as 'access control' and it was super fun :D but it cut into my writing time majorly, then I was busy busy with the kids I live with, and aurrrrgh!! oh well... Here is chapter 7! keep up the reviews cause just so you all know, reviews are what muses for chapters! the less reviews I get the less chapters are written! :D thanks again! foxy)
