Thanks for everyone reading the story. A ittle background - Naruto and his friends are plotting somthing and Kakashi knows it. Did Itachi really kill his clan? Will Naruto be able to pull of whatever it is in time? What about Gaara is he in it to? Find out.

The final RR

The sun was bright and the birds where chirping in the distance. Naruto was lying near a large tree, the tree itself had ancient writings on it but Naruto couldn’t decipher them.

Great is this another dream? Why am I always here? He got up and started to walk across the rolling hills just choosing any direction that his feet carried him.

Again he arrived at the ocean and there too were writing on the sand. The waves were coming in and out while you could hear the sea gulls out in the distance. The air smelled like salt.

But this time there was actually a person near the water. He had his back turned so Naruto couldn’t see him. He had a black trench coat and long hair. His pants where sky blue, it appeared like he was just watching the ocean.

Naruto who was still on the grassy hills started to walk forward until he was only inches away from the sand. Then everything started to go black again when he felt someone touch him on his shoulder.

Naruto wanted to turn around but couldn’t because the person was holding him down. He felt the similar hand over his eyes while the other went on his seal.

“Who are you.” Naruto demanded.

“Power to grant you happiness” The voice said.

“I don’t need power!” Naruto shot back.

“To protect your friends, the power will.” The voice said starting to echo around the landscape.

“Power is not everything.” Naruto said quietly.

“To prove one’s self, the weak die while the strong live. Power is power.” The voice said disappearing leaving Naruto all alone.

What is he talking about! Is he saying I’m weak that I need more power? What is power anyway?

Is this the seal on my neck? Is it trying to mess with me? I won’t let this stupid thing get in my way of the mission. I already have all the power I need! I will destroy that snake bastard.

To do that I have a plan and I will convince Sasuke to help me or we are both screwed. I just hope Itachi will forgive me.

Naruto fell down to the ground waiting to be woken up from this dream. He wanted to run away from this damn place.

When he opened his eyes again he saw that he was in a white hospital room. He looked around and saw Sasuke on the other side of the room while he was hooked up to a breathing machine.

Naruto tore off the stupid mask and was wondering why he was here with Sasuke.

That’s when the door opened to revile Kakashi.

“Hey do you feel any better?” Kakashi said holding out a book. But it wasn’t just any book it was the famous “Come Come paradise”.

Wait I know that book! So he likes to read that stuff to. Man I thought only Jin read those books. Naruto shook his head smiling.

“Yeah I’m fine it just throbs a little.” Naruto replied getting up while holding his neck.

“Your name is Uzumike Naruto right?” Kakashi said walking up to Naruto while Naruto only nodded. “I thought so do you know that you were born here?” Kakashi said.

“Well I kind of knew it was either Cloud or Leaf you know because of the fox but I was hoping it was Cloud.” Naruto said putting on his sunglasses.

“I see you know about Kyuubi then but what about your parents? Will you leave again like before?” Kakashi said quietly.

Naruto couldn’t say anything. Personally he really didn’t know if he wanted to leave this village. He liked the people here but he also liked Cloud and what would Itachi say? Then there was the plan.

“I really don’t know my parents and as for leaving I don’t know.” Naruto said walking to the door.

“Your father was the fourth Hokage while your mother was from Cloud.” Kakashi said smiling a little at Naruto when he stopped.

“Wait you knew them? And my dad was the fourth? Wasn’t he then the one that locked Kyubbi within me.” Naruto said and Kakashi only nodded.

“Yes and your mom is the one that has the special bloodline Tanden. They were both good people but when the fourth died your mother stayed for awhile then just disappeared.” Kakashi said seriously.

“That was when you were only two. About three months after that you suddenly disappeared along with the Uchiha clan.” Kakashi walking up to Naruto.

“Wait you said… then that means she’s still alive? Where? Do you know where my mother is?”

Naruto turned around to face Kakashi. He knew he would regret telling him the plan but now that he knew his mother was alive it would be easier to leave and go find her.

“Kakashi I will let you in on a little secret but you have to promise me that you will not tell the wrong people. As for the information you just gave me I thank you. Meet me at the monument alone.” Naruto said opening the door but then turned a little to look at the side.

“I already have the Tanden and Sasuke has the sharingan so what does that snake want with us.” Naruto said coldly leaving the room.

Kakashi watched as Naruto left. That I can’t answer right now Naruto but I will not let Orochimaru get you or Sasuke. Kakashi thought disappearing in a puff of smoke.

Naruto headed down the street after leaving the hospital to think.

I wonder who passed the primaries? I was told that we have a month to train and I need to talk to Itachi about that seal on my gut. I will not tell him about the plan he will most likely try to stop me.

Naruto was walking a little more there the hot springs when he saw something that made him fall literally.

Right in front of him was an old white haired man peeking in the women’s bathroom. Man I thought Jin was perverted but this guy takes the cake. He’s doing it in the open no less.

Naruto put his hands in his black pocket and strolled over to the man casually. He then bent down and also peeked at what the old man saw.

Right in front of him was the women’s bath and it was occupied. What a dirty old man! Naruto then stood up and perpared to hit the guy on the head only to have his hand blocked.

This guy is strong maybe he can help me.

“Hey pervert I need someone to train me.” Naruto said casually.

“Hey you little punk! I’m not peeking its called data gathering.” The man said.

Naruto was speechless instead of calling it peeking he called it data gathering.

“Well from what I can see its peeping so will you help me.” Naruto shot back.

“I am Jiraiya of the sannin and I don’t need to be pestered by a short blonde haired brat.” Jiraiya said looking through the hole again giggling madly.

“Well if you aren’t going to help me then I’ll just ruin your little show.” Naruto said pleasantly.

“You wouldn’t dare brat now go away.”

“Ok have it your way.” Naruto said walking to the women’s door.

What is he going to do? Jiraiya thought. Then he saw the brat change into a woman and was proceeding to walk in.

“Wait! I’ll do it just don’t get those women started again.” Jiraiya said standing up looking frightened.

Naruto smiled and changed back. He knew that would work because he did it to Jin all the time.

Later that day Naruto and Jiraiya were walking to the river for some chakra control. The river itself was freezing but the sun was out so it didn’t matter.

“All right show me some of your chakra before we get started.” Jiraiya said.

Naruto who had his shirt off at the time molded some chakra. He felt a throb of pain in his neck but nothing to severe.

Jiraiya looked down and just as he thought. The kid had the Kyuubi and a seal that was blocking the power. He then brought his hand behind him and did some seals while pushing his hand right in Naruto’s gut.

Naruto felt the force of the blow and had slid a couple of meters back looking at the pervert angrily.

“I just relaxed your muscles don’t worry, now go out in the river and walk.” Jiraiya said.

Naruto gave him a nastier look before going on the river. Why is he making me do such simple things?

He put his foot on the water and started to walk around like he was a pro. But he did notice that the Kyuubi’s chakra was back and thanked Jiraiya secretly.

When Naruto got out they talked for awhile. Naruto really didn’t tell him anything just that he was from Cloud.

“Ok now would you like to learn to summon.” Jiraiya said.

“Well I think it would be pretty cool. All right what do I have to do.” Naruto said determined.

“Just sign this scroll with your blood on any of these animals.” Jiraiya said taking out a huge scroll.

Naruto looked down and had seen that there was a frog, snake, or a slug. Since the slug looked to slow and the snake reminded him of that bastard Naruto choose the frog.

For the next two weeks Naruto and Jiraiya where summoning frogs. The first time Naruto had managed to do a tadpole

Which pissed him off greatly and cursed for nearly five minutes start.

But as the weeks went by he had managed to summon pretty big frogs.

Before Naruto knew it the last test was only in three days. He had talked to Itachi about Jiraiya but Itachi really didn’t say anything about it. He had also learned who was going to participate in the finals.

There was Shikamaru, Zaku, Gaara, Lee, Neji, Jack, Sasuke, and him.

So the fights where going to be pretty interesting hopefully. He still didn’t know who he was going to fight but wasn’t too nervous.

He had also learned that Sakura was going to be there along with Hinata and Ino to cheer them on.

Naruto was still thinking about all of these recent developments when he found himself in a training field. The place wasn’t very big but he wanted to be alone and it was secluded.

Now that he thought about it. He really was staying distant from everyone.
