A couple more months of no activity passed, and Koroshi would hardly leave her house. Anko told Koroshi that she would spend the day watching Shisui and Sesshomaru so that she could go hang out with a friend, so Koroshi sent Neji a letter and asked him to meet her at the park. Koroshi arrived at the park, and her stomach was showing pretty well now. “It is nice to get out of the house, I imagine,” Neji said. Koroshi nodded. “It is. Thank you for meeting me here today.” “It isn’t any trouble at all.” “You have grown into a remarkably attractive young man, Neji. And you and Tenten make such a lovely couple.” “Thank you, Koroshi.” “How are things going with her, anyway?” “Things are going quite well. Although…well, I…” “What is the matter, Neji?” “Tenten and I…well, Tenten informed me this morning that she is…pregnant.” Koroshi gasped. “Neji, the last time I talked to you, you were hardly even speaking of kissing Tenten, and now you have impregnated her? What has changed so drastically that you would make that kind of decision?” “Well, we just…got a lot closer, that’s all,” Neji said, an embarrassed blush staining his face. Koroshi and Neji had a long visit, and then it was time to go home. “Koroshi…” Neji stopped her. “Yes, Neji?” “You should go and spend some time with the girls. We are going to have a guy’s night out, and I thought that you would enjoy having a girls night out with the girls in the village. But that was just a thought, as something to get you out of the house.
