Author's notes: to Snake_King: Naruto being sissyfied was just something I thought was the polar opposite of the adult Naruto that the series portrays. Strong, in control of his life, stubborn, dominant. I figured let's change that to the opposite, and I came up with sissy. "Hello Kai." Kaguya said. They were back in Kai's mindscape.
"Hello Kaguya." Kai responded. They were in the same position they first met. Kaguya on the rock, Kai in the field.

"Thank you. But are you here for a reason?" Kai asked.

"Your will?" Kai asked. Kaguya nodded.
"He's the mastermind behind the mastermind of Akatsuki. I created him in order to revive me shortly before I was sealed away." Kaguya explained.
"Then why contact me?" Kai asked.
"Because of the likelihood of him failing. And a smaller bit of myself was bored. Seeing you corrupt the world's people is a bonus along with my freedom that you will help with." Kaguya explained.
"Alright, good to know. Is there anything else?" Kai asked.
"Yes, there are two people who could cause you a lot of backpedaling or even arrestment." Kaguya informed, freaking Kai out.
"Who?" He asked. Kaguya raised her hands and two silvery figures appeared. "Shikamaru. But whose this girl?" Kai asked.
"She is from a clan of mind masters. They can read minds, even destroy minds. These two could cause you problems if you don't do something about them." Kaguya informed.
"Thank you Kaguya." Kai bowed. Kaguya smiled before dissapearing with a wave. Kai's mindscape shifted until he blinked his eyes, awakening. The next thing that Kai knew, the smell of ramen assulted his nose. He groaned as he stretched. He looked over to see Naruto cooking at the stove.
"Hey Naruto." He said, a bit groggy.
"Oh hey Kai!" Naruto said.
"How was the mission?" Kai asked. He didn't realize he was wearing only boxers. Naruto turned around and his eyes looked right at Kai's buldge. Kai looked down confused before noticing his lack of clothes. "Oops, sorry. I got hot last night." He said as I turned around. He didn't see Naruto blush, but he figured that's what happened.
"So the mission?" He asked as he threw on a pair of pants. Naruto shook his head before turning back to the ramen.
"It was good! We beat two members of Akatsuki, and saved Gaara, the Kazekage." Naruto said, as he dishes out his ramen. "Did you get your headband yet?" Naruto asked.
"Yeah. I actually did a few missions while you were gone. Oh yeah, you want to get some training in later?" Kai asked.
"Sure! I've got the next week off, so training sounds great." Naruto said as he finished his meal. Kai did some stretches while he waited.
"Ready?" He asked as Naruto put his bowl in the sink.
"Yep!" He yelled before they left for a training ground. After finding an empty one Kai motioned for Naruto to sit down.
"Now, first thing we're going to do is train your Genjutsu resistance." Kai said. Naruto groaned. "Hey, you lost the bet, you have to deal with the consequences. Ready?" Kai asked. Naruto nodded before Kai used Corrupt on him.
"Naruto, your going to start noticing female clothes in display cases, and will start wondering what its like to wear them, specifically the panties. "I thought about all that. I could use my rejuvenation jutsu to age me back to my thirties. It would take some years off my life as a result, but I could have a better one with a family. As for the job, you know I don't enjoy it. I was looking at different prospects, and have a few candidates. As for the father, I'm still weeding out the undesirables." Tsunade explained.
"And there's my clan you have to think about." She thought aloud.
"Lady Tsunade?" Shizune questioned.
"I'm the last official Senju Shizune. Besides Tenzo, whose not a real Senju, the clan is nearly extinct." She said.
"Well, Lady Tsunade, if your having these feelings, maybe you should go through with it. You could stay as a reserve ninja and work the hospital full time." Shizune suggested.
"I'll give it a bit more thought before I do anything." Tsunade said, thinking of fathers.
"Alright, just let me know, and I'll support your decision." Shizune said. Tsunade smiled.
"And hey, you get to be a big sister." Tsunade said, causing Shizune to smile.
Back with Kai. He had just left Naruto at Ichiraku's, apparently he was their best customer. He flirted with Ayame a bit, before leaving saying he was going to get a mission.
"Hi Shizune. I'd like a c-rank mission please." He said to the Hokage's aide.
"Sure thing Kai. Any reason a c-rank?" She asked.
"Well, I'd like to have a few more ryo in my pocket." Kai explanined. Sizune nodded.
"Well, there are two that take place in the village. The first is guarding a member of a farming village who is here to renegotiate the their trade deal with the merchant guild." Shizune read off.
"The next was issued by the wives of the Nara men. Something is killing the deer in their forests and they want it captured or killed." Shizune explained.
"I'll take the Nara one. Where is their land?" Kai asked. Shizune explained how to get there and Kai was off. He smiled a bit. "A good chance to corrupt Shikamaru."
