Tiny rewind and then we take to the next part of the story.

"I-I-I-I l-l-l-l-...", she began and started hyperventilating.
Naruto jumped up and ran to his kitchen and grabbed a small paper bag from a drawer and took it to Hinata to breath into. He was getting a little worried about her and any anger he had been feeling had just flew out the window.
"Calm down, Hinata.", he said to her, softly. He was sitting beside her on the bed with a hand on her back keeping her from falling backwards, his other hand in front of her just in case she began to fall forwards. After a few minutes she had calmed down and began to breathe normally. She placed the bag beside her away from Naruto and looked up and him and took in a deep breath and stated, "I don't have a crush on you, I love you.", then she fainted.
Naruto gently laid her back on the bed. "She loves me?", he asked himself as he stood up.
"She loves me?", he said to himself. Walking away from the bed muttering "She loves me." He turned back and looked and the angelic beauty laying on his bed and jumped up exclaiming "She loves me!" He went to his bathroom and grabbed his smelling salts from the medicine cabinet and walked back to his bed. He sat back on the bed beside her and opened the salts and waved them under her nose. She woke up scrunching her nose at the smell. He resealed the container and placed it on his nightstand. "You ok, Hinata?"
She looked and him and blinked then said, "H-H-Hai."
"Do you really mean what you said before you fainted?"
She looked at him directly into his eyes, which were in her opinion were the most beautiful cerulean blue eyes in the world, nodded her head and said, "Hai."
Naruto's heart skipped, then jumped and then somersaulted a few times. He reached out and pulled her in to a hug. She promptly eeped at that and then she slowly wrapped her arms around him, hoping that she was doing the right thing.
"I am glad to hear that Hinata. Do you know why I am glad?"
She backed out of the hug and looked at him and shook her head.
"Hinata, I love you too. I have always admired your gentleness and your beauty."
She flushed deep red, but she was able to stay awake, maybe in part to the fact that she could still smell those salts Naruto had used to wake her up. She looked at him and realized that her dream may just come true after all. She was getting lost in his eyes again when she saw him blink, look towards the window and get a frown on his face.
"What's wrong, Naruto-sama?"
Naruto looked back to her and said, "Your Father."
She blinked and asked, "What about him?"
"He was watching the auction to see who bought you and he followed me while I was bringing you home and he is still out there trying to look into my home.", Naruto scowled.
"How do you know that he is still out there?"
"I have several shadow clones around the village henged as other people, birds, bugs and other things that wouldn't be noticed by anyone, including most ninjas. They keep a lookout for me for anything out of the ordinary or something that I want to keep an eye on. When I noticed Hiashi following me I made several and had them keep an eye on him. One of them just dispelled to let me know that he is still there with his byakugan trying to look in here.?"
She activated her byakugan looked out and saw him on the roof of the building across the street, He was looking at her, but he acted like he didn't notice. Then she realized what Naruto had said.
"What do you mean trying?"
"One of the techniques that I got from my parents is basically a privacy jutsu. The jutsu acts like a playback of a recording. Anyone that tries to look in here is just going to see an image of me walking around in here doing my regular day by day stuff. The jutsu also takes into account for other things, such as you being in here and it has an image of you just laying here on the bed as that is where you were when I activated it. Your Father is out there thinking that you are still passed out and I am doing all of the stuff that I usually do in my daily routine. Although that brings me to two other points that I need to talk with you about."
She looked at him wondering what he was talking about.
"Your Father placed the Caged Bird Seal on your forehead."
She nodded.
"I can remove it, if you want me too."
She looked at him in shock, 'the Caged Bird Seal is permanent and cannot be removed without killing the person sealed', she thought to herself.
"I know that you think that it cannot be removed, but Minato despised that Hyuga seal and him and my mother came up with a counter for it. I will not lie to you and tell you this is easy and that there are no risks with this. This is dangerous, but I also know that this will work and I wouldn't even mention it if I didn't think I could do this. It will be painful, but it will work."
"I trust you, I place my life in your hands, Master."
"Ok, lay down while I prepare. I am going to strap you down so you won't move while I do this."
She nodded as she and looked up at him. He took the straps from the chair and attached them to the straps that were around her ankles and attached the other end to the foot of the bed and took two more and attached them to her wrist straps and attached them to the head of the bed. He tightened them tight so that they held her securely to the bed. Hinata was now strapped down to his bed, spread eagle. He looked down at her and said, "Time to begin." He began by gathering chakra and then began weaving hand seals.
"Jin, Hitsuju, Tori, Tatsu, Ushi, Tora, Mi, Ne, Uma, Saru, U, Hitsuju, Inu, Tori, U, Ne, Mi, Jin. Tatsu, Ushi, Tora, Ushi, Tatsu, Ushi, Tora, Tori, Tora, Ne, Mi, Jin. Tatsu... Namakaze Hiden Gyaku-Juinjutsu Ogi: Shiru No Ri Risu o Norou.", as Naruto finished he placed his glowing right hand carefully on Hinata's forehead pressing on the the caged bird seal. Pain shot from her head all over her body and she screamed out in pain. Naruto kept his hand pressed on the seal while she pulled against the straps and writhed on the bed. She seamed to become weaker as she wasn't pulling against the straps as hard, But it wasn't weakness, but the pain lessening until it went to nothing. When she stopped moving, Naruto counted to five and then lifted his hand. The seal on Hinata's forehead started to fade out and then the kanji for Namakaze faded in and after a moment it faded out leaving Hinata's forehead normal and symbol free.
Naruto looked into Hinata's eyes and said, "How do you feel?" He then released the straps that held her down.
"Fine, I feel just fine. It really hurt when you started, but it faded away."
"Try to use your byakugan."
She sat up and activated her byakugan and looked outside, "I still see my Father outside trying to look in here. D-D-Did he hear me scream?", she asked turning to Naruto deactivating her dojutsu.
"No, the privacy jutsu also sound proofs the apartment."
She just nodded in reply, "Thank you, Naruto-sama."
"Hinata, have you noticed that your stuttering had lessened?"
She thought back and realized that he was right. There was some here and there, but she had reduced since she confessed to Naruto. She looked back at Naruto and smiled, then remembered something else. "Wh-Wh-What was the other point you wanted to discuss with me?"
"Oh yea, that is the sticky one."

Oh, Stickyness. Wait, is Stickyness a word? My spell check say no, so I'll just call it a RAMRunnrism. :) But what could the Stickyness be referring too? Are Lemons sticky? Oh, I think that they might be.

So Naruto isn't as stupid as everyone thinks he is, and he learned the Shadow Clone earlier in my timeline as it was in his father's scrolls and he learned it from them. The events with Mizuki still happened as Naruto didn't think to use Shadow Clone jutsu during the graduation exam as he was told to use the Clone jutsu. He still has flashes of 'duh' every once in a while.
***Namakaze Hiden Gyaku-Juinjutsu Ogi: Shiru No Ri Risu o Norou is suppose to mean, according to Google translate. Namakaze Family Reverse-Juinjutsu Technique: Cursed Seal Release. I don't know Japanese, so I can only hope that it is right. :D
