Naruto smiled watching the three dogs run and play in the large yard, the sun was beating down on this hot summer day, it was hot enough to make Naruto plan a day trip to the beach with Iruka, but Naruto didn’t want to leave Kakashi along in the heat locked up
“Earth to Naruto” Naruto blinked looking at the pink haired girl, he smiled weakly rubbing the back of his head
“Ah sorry I was thinking about going to the beach, but I don’t wanna leave my new dog by himself” Sakura looked at Naruto then giggled shaking her head
“Sounds like a predicament, why not just open your pool up?”
“Its not the same Sakura” Naruto whined then laughed along with the pink haired girl, Sakura smiled softly, it had been a while since Naruto laughed in front of her
“Naruto how are things with you and Sasuke?” She asked softly, watching the dogs, Iruka was on top of both pups, pinning them down as they began to struggle to get free
“Really good!” Sakura frowned looking at Naruto, she had known him most of her life, they grew up in most of the same foster care homes together, she was one of the only people in the world who could see past the blondes perfect lies
“Seriously Naruto, I’m the only person you can’t lie to” Naruto sighed rubbing his eyes, it was impossible to lie to Sakura
“We have been fighting a lot… Kabuto broke in last night… Sasuke got mad at me for it” Sakura frowned and sighed, She leaned over pulling Naruto close to her chest hugging him
“Did Kabuto hurt you?” Naruto frowned then smiled shaking his head
“Nah my new dog woulda killed him, you should see him Sakura! He’s beautiful!” Sakura blinked then giggled standing up
“Lets go meet your new hero then” Naruto beamed standing up and skipping along to the door of the house, he trusted Iruka to watch the pups while he was gone with Sakura, Iruka was like a mother hen, always taking care of everyone as if they were his own puppies, Naruto walked into the house and peeked around
“Gotta be careful Sakura, he’s not really that friendly…” Sakura nodded slowly, she understood, Sasuke had given Lee the info on the dog before Lee asked Sakura to go visit Naruto, she loved Lee with all her heart, and they did have plans to marry, but that man was also way to much for Naruto when he got into these dark places, and sometimes he just needed his sister there to help pull him back out.
Kakashi stared at the TV, he now understood why humans just got fat, he could stare at this picture box for hours without a thought to move, his ear twitched hearing the back door open, he slapped the remote turning off the TV, he was not going to be the dog that knows how to turn on the TV, Kakashi frowned seeing Naruto peek around the corner, he relaxed a bit, Naruto was of no threat to him or the house he resided in, the raven haired man was another matter, Kakashi really hated the raven haired man
“Oh man god he’s stunning!” Kakashi frowned his ears flicking, that high pitch squealing pink thing was going to die for causing a head ache, and Kakashi stood and began to growl
“Whoa Kashi, calm down, she’s my friend” The silver dog huffed and laid back on the couch his eyes drooping, he was too lazy for this shit
“Wow… Naruto that’s amazing! He must really respect you” Kakashi frowned listening, he must have looked like a softy to the blonde, but he didn’t care, he got amazing food, and a warm place to sleep, he would be nice to the blonde… For now
“Yea he’s pretty cool, he likes Iruka too, they get along real good! I’m happy”
“How about Sasuke? Does he get along with Sasuke?” Naruto frowned looking away
“No, but its ok, cause when we fight, Sasuke can’t come barging into my room and use his sly words to make me forgive him right away, he’s gotta get past two dogs” Naruto laughed out as he lead Sakura outside, forgetting to shut the door behind them, Kakashi shifted and stood from his spot on the couch walking to the back yard, he peeked outside and frowned seeing two new dogs running around nipping at Iruka’s feet, Kakashi sighed sitting down still inside the house he closed his eyes, he had bred with bitches before, he had at least five litters of puppies out there, and he hated puppies. He Frowned slightly shifting in his spot, he had met one of his pups before, a young male, looked a lot like him, but the boy had a long black streak along his back, Kakashi killed the pup in minutes, the boy looked like him, but had no chance against his sire, after that Kakashi was no longer used to breed, just to fight, Kakashi jumped feeling a cold nose against his cheek, he growled seeing the black pup sniffing him, he growled another warning his body tense
/Careful Kakashi, those are Sakura’s pups, you hurt them and Naruto will be mad/
/get them away from me, I despise pups/
/Sorry I am beat, maybe if you run around, they’ll lose interest in you? / Kakashi growled bolting out of the door way darting across the yard, he frowned when the pups began to follow, he growled jumping onto the dog house standing on the top too far out of reach of the pups, he smirked sitting down
/come on! That’s not fair!/ Neji whined flopping on his side sighing
/Gaara make him come down! / Gaara frowned sitting beside Neji; he licked the pups cheek and smiled
/sorry pup, looks like this one can’t play, he must be broke…. Or weak/ Kakashi twitched, that kid did NOT just call him weak, he was Kakashi! The silver devil! The worlds BEST fighting dog!, Kakashi snarled at the two baring his fangs
/Run/
Naruto looked up hearing the yips and barks if excitement, his eyes went wide seeing the two pups run off across the yard, Kakashi taking chose, Naruto frowned looking at Iruka, to see if there was any danger, but Iruka just laid in the shade, watching the three with a calm expression
“Are they ok Naruto?... should we stop them?”
“Nah, Iruka’s watching them, and if he’s not reacting then its ok”
