“So, Minoru knew of all Konoha weaknesses.... And told them to the missing nin?... How did he even know?” Iruka's eyes were distant, as he and the copy-nin stepped down the halls
“Anything about Konoha can be found out if you ask the right people... Or read the right books and scrolls... It just impresses me that he knew so much.... He must have read every book and scroll in the library, and talked to everyone in the village...” Kakashi's voice spoke softly
“Minoru could be looking at a death sentence...” chocolate brown eyes stared towards the silver haired copy nin in worry, Kakashi's visible black eyes stared ahead of him, darkening slightly, it was true, with all the information the child had given to the enemy, a war could very well be approaching Konoha
“Which is why Naruto is taking the blame for all of this... Naruto loves those kids like as if they were his own” Kakashi's eye became distant, before turning his head towards the brunette's
“We found out the truth... Truth that will clear Naruto's name.... But if we use it to save him, we will be the reason why the child dies” Iruka's eyes darkened, the thought of a child so young, just starting out as a nin, being put to death for trying in anyway he could to protect his teammates pained at Iruka's heart.
But the thought of the blonde haired nin being put to death for not doing anything wrong, for being a teacher, a parent figure to the orphan child he took in, it made Iruka want to cry
“I don't know Kakashi.... I don't know what to do....” Kakashi's came to rest upon the brunette's shoulder, a small smile pulling under his mask
“Lets go get a drink.... We could both use one right now”

As the sky darkened, Naruto's mood followed.
His eyes narrowed dangerously thin towards the Uchiha across the room from him, he watched as the raven haired man simply read a book from his large book shelf, it was silent as he read, his eyes scanning over each word, and every few moments his fingers moved to flip to the next page
“How long exactly do you plan to keep me tied to your bed?” his question was ignored, irritation began to grow as his eyes darkened watching the raven haired man
“Hey bastard! I'm talking to you!” Sasuke's hand rose from his book, his index finger pointed towards the ceiling, as he continued to read
“Don't tell me to wait you jerk!” the book mark was placed between the two pages, before he closed it and turned his attention towards the furious blonde upon his bed
“I am finished reading... What is it you were asking me?”
“When are you going to stop fucking around and do your damn job?”
“What job is that?”
“Executing the traitor? Remember?”
“Well, as soon as you tell me which of your damn children betrayed the village, I will happily do something, until then shut up and sleep” Zircon blue eyes twitched slightly towards the raven haired man, before his body became limp upon the bed
“Why are you so intent to keep me alive?! Why can't you just allow me to take blame and execute me!? Why can't you just let my horrible life come to an end?”
“What is so horrible about it?” the question startled him, his attention was drawn back towards the raven haired man, as Sasuke's own eyes stared down towards the blue hard cover book in his hands
“What isn't horrible about this life? I had no family, my own father sealed a demon inside me, everyone hated me, my 'best friend' nearly killed me and abandoned me and his village, then came back and stole my only dream, my students were tortured nearly to death,I have been hunted down by every enemy Konoha has ever known”
“You had no family, as did those children you are helping now, you... And no one else understands their pain at this time in their life, you and only you can become the parent they need, your father sealed the Kyuubi inside of you to protect you and everyone else, everyone may have hated you at first, but you never gave up to make them see how good of a person you where.... Your 'best friend' DIDN'T kill you that day, he walked away to stop himself from killing you, he left the village to uncover Orochimaru's plans to protect the village... And you... Torture and death comes as a price for being a nin, you know that better then anyone, and with such power, you should feel honoured to be hunted down by everyone, to be wanted by everyone” Zircon blue watched with widened surprise towards the Hokage, Sasuke's hands gripped the book in his hands, onyx eyes narrowing at the blue cover
“Lets count the things in your life that do matter, that are not so horrible, You have friends who care enough to help you, to heal your wounds, to try and clear your name, to stick their necks out to keep you alive, you have students who respect you and love you so much they will lie for you, they will do anything you tell them, you have a Hokage who allows you to sleep in his bed for three days, and who has not executed you”
“Don't get so cocky, you haven't killed me because you want something from me”
“My point is dope, you have many, many good things in your life, people who love you, and would do anything for you” Naruto's brow rose slowly, as he watched the pale cheeks of the raven haired man tint a slight red, zircon blue widened slightly in shock, his hands clenched together tightly
“Are you... confessing your love for me?” he realized the sudden loneliness in the room when the door slammed shut behind the Uchiha, he laid in the bed still bounded by the binds above his head, his eyes still wide with shock, it wasn't the first time he had someone confess to him, but he had never expected the Uchiha to do it

Onyx black stared, dangerously thin towards the two men seated at the bar, his eye twitched slightly upon seeing the obviously drunk brunette lean close towards the silver haired man, slowly he stepped towards the bar, taking a seat beside his old teacher, his eyes staring ahead towards the wall in front of him
“Ah Sasuke, come to join us in a drink?”
“I have, I suddenly realize why Tsunade always kept a bottle of sake in her drawer” Kakashi allowed himself to chuckle from under his mask, as he held the half asleep brunette, with a wave of Sasuke's hand the bartender stepped over with a small cup of sake for the Hokage before walking off
“What did you find out Kakashi?”
“I found out enough to free Naruto's name... But it will very well be the death of one of his students...”
“As long as it saves Naruto I do not care”
“You don't... But Iruka does... And in all honesty my lord... I am doing this for him... Not you” Sasuke felt the pull of his eye again, onyx black darkened before staring at the silver haired nin, eyes filled with anger, and hate
“Why do none of you respect my authority as Hokage?!”
“I take it you talked to Naruto.... How is he? Sakura told me he wasn't feeling too good” pulling the small cup to his lips, he drowned the burning liquid before looking back towards the silver haired man
“If you will not tell me what that kid did... Then help me figure out a way to get around this 'Naruto execution' would you?” He watched as the smirk pulled below the silver haired nin's mouth, his visible black eye sparkling in joy
“That I can do, but only if you help me with something my lord”
“And what is that?” Kakashi's eye lowered towards the brunette pressed firmly against his chest, Iruka's breathing was even and steady, indicating he was asleep, his lashes pressed to his cheeks, a small pout upon his lips
“You will assign every mission I go on.... To be accompanied by Iruka”
“Or... Here's an idea... Just tell him how you feel and get it over with” Kakashi's eye widened in shock, his head shook violently from side to side
“Nope, he hates me... And he'll just hate me more if he ever finds out”
“Whatever pervert.... You help me... And I'll help you” Kakashi watched as the raven haired man tossed the money for his drink upon the counter, and walked out of the bar, apparently having other issues to address
“Talking to me about confessing... Hypocrite”

(Author notes: pssnangel4, I am truly amazed by your review I received this morning, and I thank you dearly for it, I do not like to update stories without at least one review from someone. In the topic of rape, I know how you feel, and though in one story I had, Naruto did forgive Sasuke, but only after Naruto hurt him just as bad (The night my life changed saga) I do agree dearly, rape is an unforgivable act, it destroys one mind and soul, and leaves you unable to trust new people... Stopping you from living a life, and it isn't until you find someone who accepts and loves you for you that you can start to trust anyone... Again pssnangel4 I thank you for the wonderfully long review it made me smile first thing this morning, so this chapter is dedicated to you. Also I love Iruka x Kakashi, and I love Iruka being uke just because he's so much stronger, and last but not least, I love nickleback! :) Also on another note, I am almost done chapter 6 yay, and something exciting is going to happen!)
