Bree: I actually love responding to critiques so it’s totally fine that you’re doing what any good reader should do XD. In regards to Naruto’s sexuality, in my mind, it kind of changed throughout the story but ultimately he identifies with both genders but prefers being female. The act that he feels so comfortable around Sasuke, and that Sasuke was alright with Naruto’s sexuality kind of threw the blonde off a bit and I think now in the story he has kind of felt a bit more comfortable as male (at least with Sasuke). It’s hard to explain. Naruto wants to be both but wants the world to see him as female. But since he’s so comfortable with Sasuke, he doesn’t mind that he sees him as both either. Sorry, I really hope that made sense haha.

As Naruto led the way back to his condo, he pulled out his cell phone and called his favorite pizza place. He ordered two larges, since he liked having leftovers, and told them he’d pay extra if they got it there faster.

“This time tomorrow, it could be you and I that are engaged,” Naruto smiled. “My dad will do everything he can to make it happen. It was fate that brought us together. I really believe that, so I’m going to believe it will happen for us.”

Pulling Sasuke’s arms tighter around him, he worried his lip as his fears finally leaked through; escaping the tough, cheerful front he always wore. “But, what if it doesn’t? “Listen to me... My family is barely that. I don’t even feel like I belong there.
