Sasuke glared walking back into the house, he’d beat Kabuto up again, and again left the damn bastard bloody and beaten to run off in fear, next time he’d kill the fucker for touching Naruto, Sasuke walked into the house his eyes darkening at Naruto
“Why the fuck was he here?!” Naruto winced lowering his head hiding his eyes from the brunette
“I…. I didn’t… I said no… I didn’t want… He forced himself in…” Sasuke frowned then sighed rubbing his eyes, he walked to the blonde and reached forward to grab the blonde, Naruto pulled back, he arose to his feet and shook running up the stairs, followed by both dogs, Sasuke sighed rubbing the back of his head, he’d fucked up, and made Naruto feel bad again for this horrible shit, it wasn’t the blondes fault for trusting people, Naruto just wanted friends, and he attracted some bad people, Sasuke sighed softly rubbing his eyes, he would sleep on the couch tonight, he would have to suck up to the blonde, he hated being a sucky bitch, but it was the only way to get Naruto to talk to him again

Naruto shook lying on his bed, Iruka close in his arms as he held the brown dog, he sobbed into the thick brown fur, Iruka licked the boy’s face and whined softly, he hated seeing his blonde human so upset, but he knew the boy would be upset, Iruka had failed to protect Naruto when he needed it most, Iruka frowned feeling eyes staring a him, he looked across the room and frowned seeing the silver dog, he’d smelt the dog on Naruto before, Iruka shifted feeling the blonde fall asleep
/you saved my human?/ Iruka asked as he licked the blonde’s head
/I do not like humans, I did not save him, I attacked a human/ Iruka smirked a bit, the dog acted tough but he knew better, Kakashi had let the blonde hold him, Iruka caught that before he darted in
/thank you anyways, your attacking that man saved Naruto a lot of stress and pain/
/whatever/ Kakashi said softly lying on the floor, he shifted looking the door
/what’s your name?/ Kakashi looked up confused at Iruka, the brown dog was moving off the bed, and stood in front of him watching him with honey brown eyes
/Kakashi…. Or the silver devil/
/Silver devil? /
/ I am a fighter, I have killed many dogs/ He growled standing and stalking towards the brown dog, he bore his teeth at the other male his tail perking up, he wanted to scare the other dog, he wanted the other dog to hate him, to pick a fight
/that’s sad/ Kakashi tensed and stepped back, Iruka wasn’t scared of him, he was sad for him?
/what?.../
/It’s sad… to be raised to fight your own kind, to kill them, all for what? The enjoyment of cruel humans?/ Kakashi tensed and shivered feeling the brown dog inch closer to him, he couldn’t stop the small blush crossing his nose, the dog was close, so close, their noses almost touched
/I’m glad Naruto brought you home, you saved him, you protected him, most other dogs would have just left Kabuto to rape him, but not you, you are a kind hearted being deep down/ Kakashi glared at Iruka, how dare he call Kakashi kind hearted! He didn’t know the dog!
/get out of my face, or I’ll kill you/ Iruka blinked then stepped back his tail low
/I’m sorry… I was just being friendly/ Kakashi huffed and walked to the bed jumping on it, he looked away from Iruka, Kakashi tensed feeling arms wrap around him and pull him close to a warm body, Kakashi struggled a bit then shifted listening to the boy’s breathing, Naruto smiled softly nuzzling the dog’s fur
“Kashi” Iruka giggled jumping on the bed lying on Naruto’s feet
/He likes you, Naruto doesn’t open up to many dogs at all, but you, he took to you fast/ Kakashi sighed and closed his eyes
/whatever/ Iruka smiled his tail swaying as he watched Naruto sleep, he looked at the door hearing footsteps, and smelling the food, the door opened and Sasuke walked in, he set two dishes down for the digs and walked to the bed, Kakashi growled at him baring his fangs at the man, Sasuke stopped and frowned still holding a plate of food for Naruto
“I’m sorry ok? I promise not to hurt him, he’s gotta eat” Kakashi glared at Sasuke wearily
/He is Naruto’s mate, let him feed Naruto or he might die, come eat your dinner/ Kakashi sighed then slipped from the blondes arms and ran to the dish on the floor, his eyes went wide, his mouth drooling, it was a good quality meat, smothered in gravy of some kind, and topped with hardboiled egg
/we get this every night?/
/mostly yes, it helps keep us healthy and keeps our coats soft… welcome to the rich life silver devil/ Kakashi blushed and went to eating his food, he glanced at the brown dog beside him, he wanted to know everything about the beautiful dog, but pride got the better of him, he looked back at his bowl as he ate
Naruto awoke when he felt the soft warm body run away from him, he frowned seeing both dogs eating, damn Sasuke and his cooking, always lured the dogs away, Naruto glared at the Uchiha and looked away
“Naruto… You know I’m a proud man, so… It’s not EASY for me to admit I’m wrong... And I’m sorry…” Naruto glared taking the plate from the man, Sasuke had made fried rice, boiled pork meat, and fried potatoes, and Naruto was starving
“NOT forgiven… But bring me dessert and I’ll think about it” Sasuke smiled shaking his head, he got up off the bed and smiled
“Oh Lee is bringing Gaara and Neji over for a play date tomorrow, might wanna make sure you got control over the silver demon there, we don’t want him killing your friends dogs’” Naruto sighed as he took a bite of his food, He really did enjoy Lee’s company well, not a lot, he loved Lee’s dogs though, Gaara was the most beautiful Irish setter he’d ever seen! With the most amazing green eyes, And Neji was a long haired pure black German shepherd dog, with pale purple eyes, the breeder had thought he was a blind dog, and brought him to the shelter as a puppy to ‘get rid of the problem’ but Naruto had found the dog was perfectly fine, he had sight, and when Lee had brought his setter in for a visit, the two dogs clicked, and Gaara refused to leave the shelter without the pup, Naruto swore it was love, and Lee agreed to adopt the puppy, Naruto smiled as he finished the food on his plate, he watched Kakashi and Iruka and blushed
Maybe dogs could fall in love?
