Naruto was overjoyed. He was pregnant. He was going to have another baby, bring another life into the world, a small bundle of love to cherish and hold. Naruto was going to be a mom again. Naruto smiled at Yuudai.
The small boy watched his mother’s excitement, as Tsunade told him he was pregnant. What was pregnant? Was it a flu of some kind? It must have been because his mother had been puking for days, and was so weak and tired all the time. Yuudai walked over to his mother placing a small hand on his mother’s leg. The seven year old watched his mother with confusion and worry.
"Mama... what’s pregnant?" Naruto blinked then smiled. Picking the child up, he kissed the top of Yuudai's head.
"Pregnant... means mommy is carrying a baby brother or sister for you." Yuudai blinked looking around even more confused than before.
"Where?” Naruto smiled placing a hand on his stomach; Tsunade smiled taking her leave, letting the two talk.
Naruto smiled.
"Here." Yuudai blinked eyes wide.
"But that’s where we keep our food!" Naruto laughed nodding holding the small brunette close.
"Ah, but it’s also where mommies keep the babies to protect them." Yuudai blinked, nodding slowly in understanding. Yuudai was such a smart child. Naruto smiled, getting off the bed holding Yuudai close. As he walked out of the check-up room he smiled noticing Yuudai staring at his stomach. He couldn't wait to tell Gaara about the baby.

Naruto heard the baby screaming in terror. He wanted to reach out and grab his crying child, but he couldn't move. He couldn't reach the other, couldn't touch his baby. Naruto was dying. He could feel his heart stopping.
Naruto had done something stupid. He'd gotten stir crazy and left Yuudai with Iruka and Kakashi while he went for a walk. His walk was outside the gates of Konoha. He felt safe. He had a few weapons with him hidden under his brown cloak and he was wearing a loose fitting black t-shirt, with a red fox design on the front of it. He wore brown cargo pants, and began to rub his stomach. He was due in two months and because he was so close to being due everyone kept pampering him and babying him. He was getting sick of it, so Naruto went on his walk through the forest with a smile on his face.
He didn't realize he was being followed. He had no idea a small group of bandits followed him. It was all a blur. They'd attacked him trying to find anything of value, and finding nothing they left him bleeding in the forest. It was by chance Hinata and Kiba had come by from a mission, and it was Kiba's powerful nose that found the blonde. Kyuubi's magic went towards protecting the baby.
Naruto hated this. If he hadn't of been so stupid, his baby wouldn't have been forced to be taken out into the cold world, alone. Naruto wanted to hold the baby at least once before death took over, but all his body would do was cough up more blood. He sobbed softly. The Kyuubi's power was low because she'd used up most of it taking care of the baby. Naruto felt it, felt his heart stop. The baby’s cries were fading away. Someone had carried it out of the room. Naruto felt himself slipping away, but something stopped him. He was alone in the room, he didn't feel anyone else there, but he felt someone's warm touch on his face, and a voice, a sweet feminine voice whispering into his ear.
"You cannot die today, not today child. You are not that weak. You will not die because of this, you are strong. You are Naruto Uzumaki!" Naruto let out a powerful gasp for air, feeling the person's fists hit his chest. He sat upright shaking placing a hand over the wound on his chest where his heart had been pierced. He started, feeling nothing but flesh and bone. Looking down Naruto frowned… he had no marks at all. Kyuubi, did you do this? ..... No.... I couldn't even if I tried boy... Someone else…
Naruto was pulled from his talk with the demon hearing the babies wailing, his baby. He jumped from the bed wearing only his pants and he ran out of the room snatching the small bundle from Hinata's arms, Everyone stared at the Blonde Ninja. He had been dead, they all felt it. His body shut down, he was gone, yet, here he was cooing and nuzzling the small baby in his arms.

Naruto opened his eyes slowly eyes filled with tears. He hated that nightmare. The thought of his children being without him made him sick. He told himself the reason Daichi was so obsessed with Naruto's heart beat was because Naruto's heart had stopped at Daichi's birth. It had slowed down with the baby inside him. Naruto rubbed his eyes wiping the tears away. He blinked realizing one arm was free, so he shifted looking down seeing a head of red. He smiled softly relaxing. Daichi was always so clingy... Naruto frowned feeling the others hands run up along his thigh. Those hands were far too large to belong to a four year old. Naruto yipped feeling the male's hand brush past the rim of his boxers, and slip inside down between his legs.
"Happy birthday Naruto," Gaara said, kissing his blonde lover. Naruto smirked kissing the man back. He loved when Gaara came and surprised him with night visits.

Naruto panted softly. Lying under the redhead, he let out soft moan of pleasure. He didn't want to wake the kids. With another thrust Naruto saw stars. Gaara was a sex god! He knew exactly what to do to make Naruto writhe in pleasure. Naruto leaned up kissing the sand-Nin, slipping his tongue inside the redheads mouth. He moaned when Gaara sat back, resting the blonde on top of him. Naruto whined softly when the redhead broke the kiss.
"Move your hips," Gaara said in a low demanding voice. He didn't need to tell Naruto twice! Slowly the blonde began moving his hips, wrapping his arms around the sand-Nin. Naruto began to pant and moan, and tilted his head to the left allowing the Kazekage access to his neck. Naruto moaned softly feeling the man’s mouth along his neck, kissing and nipping the soft skin there. Naruto moved his hips faster and cried out softly feeling the sand-Nin grab his member and pump him in sync with the thrusts. Naruto shook his head. It was too much. He'd been cut off from his sand-Nin for too long! He was going to release. Whimpering in soft pants Naruto licked the Kazekage's ear.
"G-Gaara I-I'm going to-" Naruto was cut off when Gaara pressed his lips to the blonde's. Naruto muffled a moan into the kiss. Feeling the sweet release, Naruto panted, his face flushed. He whined softly when he was laid on the bed, Gaara continuing to thrust into the blonde. Naruto placed his hands over his mouth trying to keep himself from crying out. The last thing he wanted was his sons walking in and seeing this. They would need consoling for years. Naruto shook, muffling another moan feeling Gaara's final hard thrusts. Naruto blushed, feeling the man fill him with his seed. Naruto relaxed, closing his eyes panting softly. He looked at his lover as Gaara lay down beside him panting. Naruto blushed snuggling up to the man and smiling softly.
"Best birthday present EVER." Naruto chuckled softly closing his eyes.
"I missed you Gaara... I hated being away for so long." Naruto smiled relaxing feeling Gaara wrap his arms around him. Naruto closed his eyes listening to the man’s voice.
"Naruto, you don't know how much I missed you.... I want to ask you something... And I want you to think really hard about this.... I want you and the kids to... move to Suna."
