So sorry about the late post. I wrote my last ecam today on Litreture and I'm finally on my long awaited holiday! Yay; and I have another chapter. Please enjoy; I'm sure things are going to be getting interisting from now on. Please rate and review.

"Do you believe in reincarnation Minato?" Naruto asked tentatively as he curled up against Minato. He felt a shake against his head as Minato's chin fluffed his hair. This was not going to be easy; Naruto thought to himself.

"Alright, this may not be as easy as I expected." Naruto sighed exasperatedly; fingers instinctively curling around the hitai-ate around his neck. He really didn't want to ruin this moment with the identity of his past. So instead Naruto clammed up and became stiff and unresponsive. Kyuubi was yelling at him about something but Naruto chose to ignore it. He needed to run and he needed to run now!

"Minato I can't tell you; I just can't. Please don't hate me but it's best if this did not come between us unless the time is right. Can you trust me?" Minato was confused at the sudden shift in Naruto's demeanour and the desperate words bit at his heart. If he let this go would Naruto be alive tomorrow and not do something stupid like taking his own life? Minato opened his mouth to demand answers but instead a ghost of soul whispered softly the words.

"I understand Naruto. I believe in you." Those words pulled a beautiful expression from Naruto; who knew that tears were just as beautiful with a smile as they were with deep sorrowful downturned lips. Naruto gave a watery smile and promptly felt his heart stop at the presence he felt around the perimeter of the house.

No, no, no! This could not be happening! No! Please no, not now. His mind was in deep turmoil at that flicker of a presence. His heart twisted painfully as he remembered the last time he had defeated that man and he never wanted to speak of it again.

Pain, so much pain. No, this wasn't pain this was a living hell. Naruto screamed as another slash of a blade travelled across his skin; searing a path across his heart. Kyuubi yowling in his head as metal screeched against metal. Trapped beneath strong thighs as Naruto was pressed beneath the surface of the lake; his breath escaping in bubbles as they travelled across the watery surface. Tortured screams resounding in his mind; no it was his own desperate screams as his emotions began flooding the sewers of his inner labyrinth.

He wanted to give up; let it go and give up only to find incessant yelling in his mind.

'No Naruto! You have to fight, I believe in you. As my son; I believe in you.' Those whispered words left Naruto's heart burning with the will of fire that ignited a spark of protection within his heart and he could not stop. His father proved to him that even if faced with death on should never give up. Just as Jiraiya-sensei taught him..

'Kyuubi; do it.' Naruto yelled without conviction as his determination filled his heart. If this was the last thing he did; Naruto would die happily but he was fault aware of the consequences this single action would do. it might win this fight against a corrupted soul but it also spelled his immortality in the process. The gentle giant within him looked at Naruto with concerned slitted eyes.

'Are you sure Naruto? I cannot undo this nor can I break it until you break it yourself.' Kyuubi said in a concerned voice. His kit was asking for a long and hard path but in order to protect those he loves Naruto was willing to make the sacrifice. All he got was a determined nod; Kyuubi gave a nod before whispering.

'I hate to hurt you kit; but I wont lie this will hurt.' Naruto could not retaliate as Kyuubi started their complete merge. Not like losing control of the tails but merging with Kyuubi completely; meaning in essence Naruto was Kyuubi as Kyuubi was Naruto. A single minded, single souled being. Pain, incomprehensible pain and then black. Nothing; the details of that battle Naruto was never able to recall. Even as he woke up in a crater filled with a river of blood and Uchiha Madara dead not far away. That day was a day declared as a victory but to Naruto it meant his biggest sacrifice of all; his humanity.

Minato was concerned as he observed his teacher's calm eyes film over in red and slitted before slipping back to blue; but pain therein was so much that Minato felt his own heartbeat increase by the mere torture and endless pain those depthless eyes showed him.

"Naruto?" Minato's voice was soft and concerned and that single word seemed to snap Naruto out of his daze; frightened blue eyes searched the room before calming and resting on Minato's own concerned gaze. No words needed to be spoken as Minato immediately tugged a standing Naruto onto his lap and wound his arms around Naruto's torso where he rubbed soothing circles on the clothed stomach. The unconscious touch of Minato's suppressed chakra triggered a shock to Naruto's system as it glided over his seal. He jumped slightly in the Namikaze's lap as a deep blush settled over his cheeks.

"What's wrong?" Minato asked as he felt Naruto squirm in his lap all together unaware of the arousal he caused in Minato.

"S-s-sensitive." Naruto whispered and Minato felt his cheeks flush a deep red as he immediately pulled his hands away and rested them on Naruto's shoulders instead. His fingers tingling and itching for more as he bit his lip to constrain himself.

"S-sorry." He mumbled; not knowing that his breath was tickling Naruto's ear in a very pleasurable way. Naruto let a soft sigh escape his lips as he shook his head.

"Thank you; if you hadn't done that I'll still be trapped in that memory." Minato frowned but found it best not to ask. He simply placed a kiss on Naruto's head as he buried his nose in sunshine locks. He inhaled softly and smiled; Naruto smelled like rain and roses. It smelled really nice and he didn't want to let that smell go. He wanted to ingrain it in his memory and feel it over his skin; he wanted more.

"I know what're you thinking; Minato-kun." Naruto stated in a chuckle; leaning back into the embrace. Minato shuddered at the contact and swiftly stared his prize in the eye; yes a beautiful neck that looked oh so sensitive. He leant forward breath ghosting over the tanned skin.

"Hn." Was his answer as he promptly sucked on the spot; the sudden contact causing a shiver to race down Naruto's spine as a strangled gasp escaped from his lips. It had been a very long time until he let anyone this close to him and he wasn't aware that his body cried out for the contact it was receiving now.

"W-w-w-who knew... Ah...that a ....Namikaze .... Could...speak Uchi- Hah!" Naruto tried to speak but whatever Minato was doing with his tongue was causing all thoughts to flee from his mind. That was until a yelp escaped his mouth as teeth sunk into the juncture between his neck and shoulder. Not that it hurt but the sudden burst of chakra from Minato caused Naruto's breath to come out in unsteady pants. Naruto squirmed at the feeling and wanted to yell at Kyuubi who seemed to be finding this hilarious.

'He's marking you kit! I'm so not healing that hicky.'

'Shut it fur ball! You're ruining the mood!' Naruto yelled in his mind only to find his blush deepening as he tilted his head in order to give Minato a better angle as pleasure shot through his system and left him feeling faint and left a heady scent in his nose. Naruto could not take it anymore and turned around so quickly that he straddled Minato's hips and kissed that delectable mouth. His heart beating wildly in his chest as he felt Minato respond to him in earnest. Time stopped as Naruto struggled to breathe under all his excitement and pleasure; his mind was hazy and tired as he slumped into Minato. Fingers winding into blond hair and griped the soft strands between his fingers. Smirking into the kiss when he heard Minato groan beneath his ministrations.

"Naruto." Minato nearly yelled in pleasure as he felt Naruto assault his neck. His back arched as that mouth on his neck left him feeling breathless and trembling with need. His blue eyes locked with Naruto's as he watched that mischievous smile and sparkling eyes. The image burned itself into his soul; Naruto looked so happy in that moment. Only their moment was shattered by a knock on the door and Minato watched as Naruto's whole body stiffened and jumped at the sound as if a sudden wave of fear had struck him as a bolt of lightning.

"Sorry," Naruto murmured as he stood up; pulling Minato with him. The door opened and a distinctive voice drifted into the room and Naruto clenched a fist over the fabric over his seal. Mind spinning as he stepped in front of Minato and ready to protect him. He watched as that tall slender figure strode into the room and the moment he saw those eyes they were red, blood red and it added to menacing aura around that man.

"Uchiha Madara." Naruto said under his breath; surprised when those red eyes stared into his and the reaction was instinctive. This was no reincarnation; he had survived. Oh; Shit. Those Sharingan eyes were boring into his mind; in order to protect himself he felt the heavy weight of a perfectly formed Rasengan.

'Not here kit!' Kyuubi screamed at him. Naruto flinched at the loud yells and shuddered as his Rasengan faded to nothing and a pitiful whine escaped him. Hatred burned in his eyes as slitted red eyes stared into the Sharingan and dared the other man to try something. All he received as a low chuckle and malicious eyes as those long spiky black locks shifted over his one eye and other visible one turned black.

"Now, now Naruto. Let's keep our tempers in check; we don't want to obliterate this house do we? Especially with all your most precious people in it." Madara's voice was silently mocking and yet the threat it represented sent chills down Naruto's spine as he immediately stepped back and grabbed Minato's hand and entwined their fingers tightly. The action was not missed by those eyes and the Uchiha's smirk widened.

"Interisting." Was the soft whisper and Naruto tensed.

"Get out! NOW!" Naruto shouted; blue eyes flashed almost black with Kyuubi's spike in chakra and the fox's voice could be heard through his. Naruto tensed further as he felt Minato move behind him; his heart rate sky rocketed as Madara took Naruto's distraction as an advantage and stood right before the younger man. Hate filled blue eyes dared him to do anything and Madara smirked as he grabbed the Kitsune container's chin between his forefinger and thumb and jerked harshly upwards so that their eyes met. That infuriating smirk and the rank of this man's tainted soul wanted Naruto to gag until he felt those lips brush up against his ear as the words made his convulse.

"Naruto, Naruto. Take care of those close to you; I'm not having any mercy this time." Naruto chocked and was surprised when he felt Madara lunge backwards by the shove Minato had dealt him. He wanted to advance but Naruto held him back.

"Please don't. He'll only take you away from me again." Naruto pleaded and was surprised when Madara chuckled and promptly moved back towards the door. No one had let him in, no on had seen except Naruto and Minato. He gave a mocking wave before stepping out the door and vanished completely.

"Keep safe Naruto; don't let the kitsune's bite." Those words made Naruto shudder as he pressed up against Minato's chest. Shivering in hatred and fear until arms grabbed him tightly against his chest.

"Are you alright Minato?" Naruto whispered; voice trembling slightly until he heard a chuckle in his hair.

"Really, I'm fine. But you Naruto. Are you alright it looks as if you are about to pass out." Minato said concerned as he turned Naruto around in his embrace. Naruto felt a sob working its way out of his lungs.

"I'm so sorry; I'm sorry. I didn't want you to see that." Naruto apologized into Minato's shirt. Minato was at a loss for words and completely confused but that did not stop him from picking Naruto up and carrying back towards his room where they sat down again.

"Sit Naruto; you're not going anywhere until you tell me what the hell just happened." Minato demanded as he saw Naruto ready to slink out of the window and disappear into the night. Naruto felt guilty so instead he climbed on the bed and graced away from those clear blue eyes and took a breath. Fingers twined with his in a show of comfort and support and Naruto nodded his consent before taking a deep breath.

"That man was responsible for the deaths of those most important to me. My mother was killed by him the night I was born; my father died trying to protect me. He was the controller of the man responsible for Jiraiya-sensei's death. He nearly killed me." Naruto gave broken whisper as he gripped at the curse seal; needing to feel the re-affirmation that the seal still existed. There was stunned silence the penetrated the air and Naruto wanted it to be shattered by something.

"Why? Why Naruto is he still alive and not on the death penalty." Naruto gave a bitter chuckle.

"That man cannot be held be mere bars and a steel cell. He cannot be stopped." Naruto stated again and shivered as a wave of emotions slammed through him. The pain a mere backlash from his emotions; he clutched at his head. The headache was immense and Naruto nearly screamed as those Sharingan eyes flashed before him. So much like Sasuke's but now Naruto's eyes were filled with far more hate than Sasuke could ever manage.

"Stupid fuck; having me relive my memories I try so hard to forget." Naruto nearly screamed and was surprised when gentle fingers smoother over his forehead and brushed away at the bangs. The concern in those warm blue eyes trapped Naruto and he bit his lip to stop the tears from overflowing. He had cried enough in the last century to fill an entire river.

"Relax Naruto; don't think. Don't think." With those gentle touches Naruto doubted he could if he wanted to. Such simple movements had Naruto laying back on the feather pillow as Minato rubbed circles on his temple and carded fingers through his hair.

After that starteling revelation Minato felt his own hands shake at anger at the injustices that was done to Naruto but the blonds distressed whimpers were pulling his mind away from the dark man of before. That's right; Naruto had accepted him so Minato would do everything to try and help him; he felt no need to let Naruto relive those memories again. So instead he whispered calm comforts and beautiful promises to Naruto; not stopping even as the moon came up and the stars twinkled in the sky. Sleep was long in coming but once he was sure Naruto was peacefully asleep he allowed himself the same luxury.
