At the new Hokage tower in one of the conference rooms, Tsunade and dozens of others sat at three of the largest conference tables she had set in an arch formation; there was room for at least twenty people at each table.
She began looking around at the mostly familiar faces to make sure every one was there and the meeting could start; almost as if reading a mental checklist to her self she listed every one.
Kakashi, Hyuuga Hiashi Hinata and Neji, Aburame Shibi and Shino, Haruno Kizashi, Mebuki and Sakura, Teuchi and his daughter Ayame, Inuzuka Tsume Hana, Kiba and Akamaru, Shizune, Priestess Shion, Amaru, Yamanaka Inoichi and Ino, Akimichi Chouza and Choji, Nara Shikaku and Shikamaru, Rock Lee, Ten-Ten, Might Guy, Umino Iruka, Sai, Morino Ibiki, Mitarashi Anko, Yamato and the ten dragon ninja.

Tsunade said, as she was very interested to hear what they had to say.

Akio looked up at every one, he had their undivided attention, the things they were hearing from the book about Naruto surprised them all, and no one had any clue as to what he was really like.

If Naruto was to become a Sage as well, the three energies in him will create an imbalance that no one has ever seen before and I doubt even I will be able to fix it.
Normally when some one has children, some of the parents Chakra is also used, this is the same for a Jinchuuriki, if one was to have a family, slightly larger amounts of the Bijuu’s Chakra is also used, but for Naruto, the amount of Chakra that would be released, would be fatal to his lover as her insides would be filled with the almost toxic chakra, she would literally melt in his arms screaming, even her bones would melt.
I only see two ways this can be prevented, is if the Kyuubi was removed from Naruto in a way the he could live, or if they were to merge as one. The outcomes of that not even I know what would happen to him, would he become more demonic, would his personality be consumed by the Kyuubi’s, might nothing happen?
I wish that I knew how I could help you Naruto but it looks like I failed, I’m so sorry that you will never know the joys of being a parent or the touch of a lover, Please forgive me.”
Akio stopped there for a moment as every one absorbed the new information, the one person in the entire village that had the most love to give, would never be able to give it, it’s no wonder some thing in him died.

Akio then started to read the last part of the book that he had selected.
“Naruto and I are only a week from Konoha, it will be good to see Tsunade again, I have almost three years of bugging her to make up for, I know that she will probably never accept any of my offers, but its fun just to get a rise out of her.

The only thing they will find that under that ice is nothing more than a lump of coal; I fear that Naruto’s attempt to make her happy will only leave him even more broken inside. If he has to suffer so that others can be happy he will do just that because he does not think he ever will be.
Naruto has also made a few comments about some other girl that I don’t know, yamanaka Ino, I know her father and mother, they are good people, but some of the stories Naruto has told me about her make me wonder if there is some thing wrong with that generation of kunoichi, but then they are just children, I hope she isn’t still as shallow as Naruto said she was even if she can be nice when she wants to be, girls like that never find true happiness and end up living a life alone, I hope that’s not why I was alone for so long.
Sadly even if Naruto was able to find a girl for him self, I will have to be the one that will break his heart and tell him the truth, so far his mind is fixed on Sasuke and making him self stronger, so I have time to find a less painful way to tell him he can never have a lover.”
Akio again looked around the room; almost every one of Naruto’s friends had a clear look of sadness on their faces, even the parents of said friends looked as if their hearts were breaking for him.
“Naruto’s attitude is understandable, as a child he always wanted to know the love of parents and siblings, knowing that he never would he must have had high hopes about one day having his own family, to become a husband and a father. It’s no wonder he never said any thing about it,
He probably thought that it would have been a given that he would be a father. “
Kakashi said as he looked down at the table.
“Is there any thing that we can do to help Naruto-Kun?”
Hinata asked hoping that some thing could be done.
“Sadly no, at least not at this moment as what Jiraiya said is true. There are only two ways and one of them would simply lead to his death, Naruto will remain a Jinchuuriki until the day he dies, having looked into this as well, the ONLY option would be to merge him and the Kyuubi in a similar way that our ancestor merged with a dragon.
Forcing the Kyuubi to merge would be very dangerous to both; it would have to be agreed upon by both of them.”
“What might happen if they were to merge?”
Tsunade asked considering the dangers.
Bishamon stood up drawing attention to him self while Akio simply sat down.
“Once again, Jiraiya did have an accurate depiction of what might happen should the two merge.
Physically, Naruto might simply grow some hair or fur in more places, he might not, he may also grow claws or he might not.
Internally, their chakra might also merge, balancing out, resulting in all of the Kyuubi’s power truly becoming Naruto’s or the chakra might become more stable and remain separate, there are many variables that may result in countless outcomes.
As a medic, as a father and as a warrior, I strongly believe that Naruto should merge with the Kyuubi.”
Shizune quickly stood up at Bishamon’s statement.
“But if the risks are that great then Naruto shouldn’t merge with the Kyuubi, if there is a chance that it could take over his body and have access to all of his abilities as well, we would be in serious danger, please Tsunade-sama you cant let that happen.”
“Then there will be no point in us removing the poison from his body.”
Everyone in the room looked at Bishamon with looks of confusion and of anger.
“How can you say that? You would let him die because he wouldn’t be allowed to merge with the Kyuubi?”
Sakura said quickly standing up in anger.
“You really can’t be that stupid of a little Twit can you Sakura?
Have any of you looked into his eyes, his words may say one thing, but his eyes tell a very different story, they are the eyes of some one that has given up hope.
In his mind he has nothing to live for, with out the love of some one special what is the point of living an empty and isolated life, he has already experienced that as a child, he will not let that be his future, he would rather die.”
Bishamon growled at her.
“Excuse me Tsunade, Shizune, with all due respect the choice is not yours to make, if Naruto accepts this, it is because it would bring him the CHANCE, to actually be able to physically love some one, from what Bishamon told me, if Naruto thinks that his life will remain empty, he will take his own life.
So the choice is, he merges with the demon fox, or some time down the road, you find his body with a blade stuck in his heart by his own hand.”
Akio said in a tone of a statement.
Shizune lowered her head at the realization of the situation, Naruto was strong and powerful by his own rights, he was able to take over half of the Kyuubi’s chakra and fight it off inside his mind, and he just might be able to pull this off too.
Seeing her almost acceptance of this, Akio continued with the meeting while Bishamon left the room.
“In his current condition, I strongly believe that it should be kept secret from Naruto, that we know what is happening to him, the situation of the poison and of his ability to have a love life is already putting lots of stress on him, to suddenly find out that some of his secrets are now in the light, could be devastating to him.
Bishamon is now seeking him out so that another matter can be discussed and we would like all of you to remain as it is an important matter as well, your presence Kakashi-san is actually required for this just as Naruto’s is.”
