I had to see you again

WARNINGS:: Lemon, sex, bondage.

Koroshi carried her unconscious sons into the closest town, going straight to the most popular café` in the town. She prayed.
And her prayers were answered. Itachi happened to be there. He was shocked to see her, though.
“Koroshi! What happened?!” He asked, rushing over to her when he saw the boys.
“Some ninja attacked us…and I…I just need to be with you, Itachi-sama…please, please take me with you.”
He paid his bill, after buying some dango for Koroshi, and they went into the forest.
They found a cave several miles out, and Koroshi laid down her cloak as a bed for the boys, while Itachi found a spot closer to the mouth of the cave, but still hidden well from the outside, and laid down his cloak to use as a bed for themselves. Koroshi was obviously devastated, and the best way that he knew to relieve that devastation, that pain and stress, was to make love to her slowly, beautifully, excruciatingly and painfully.
Koroshi found him then, and told him that she had laid the boys down, and told him that they shouldn’t be up for a while. He took her by the hand, and kissed her hand softly. She smiled at him sadly, and his eyes met hers as he trailed blazing kisses up her arm. She went breathy, and his eyes were endless pitch black. She felt his hands work their magic on massaging her shoulders, her arms, around to her breasts, her lower back, her butt, her thighs, her legs, her feet.
“Ohhh, Itachi-sama…” She groaned. “That feels amazing, my love.”
“Shh…I will pleasure you, Koroshi. I will show you that I can drown out all of your sorrows.” He tied her arms behind her back, and laid her on the ground again.
He played with her hair, and he ran his lips and tongue down her body and his mouth found her lower lips. She bucked, grinding herself on his mouth. He smiled as he nibbled her, lightly nipping and biting her.
“Itachi-sama…Itachi-sama…!” She cried.
He crawled up her body, and slowly, teasing her, entered only the tip of his length into her, then pulled out, repeating the action several times. She gritted her teeth, raking her nails down Itachi’s back.
“Patience, my little killer. Patience.”
“Darn it, Uchiha! Give it to me, please!” She sobbed.
“Well…since you are begging, I suppose I have no choice.” With that, he thrust so slowly, so tantalizingly slow, that she nearly cried in frustration.
She thrust against him, and he increased his pace within her. She sobbed in pleasure as he thrust into her, and he suddenly sensed something. He stopped for a moment, and put his ear in between her stomach and heart, to listen…and he distinctly heard something strange…like a second heart beat. And he knew. Koroshi was pregnant. He just hoped that it was his, and didn’t belong to someone else.
But he continued on, and kept thrusting into her. She seemed oblivious to his pause, seeing as she had just been overcome by orgasm.
He thrust himself into her a few more times, and gave a few last pumps into her sheath as he emptied himself into her.
She fell asleep, and he sat up that night, thinking about his discovery. When would she find out that she was pregnant with a child? And was the child his…? He didn’t know.
