"Alright Kai, in order to officially join Konohagakure, you need to fill out these forms." Tsunade said handing him a few forms. "The picture you provided should suffice for your identification card." Tsunade informed. Kai nodded before filling out the forms. After a few minutes, Tsunade grew bored of the silence.
"If I may ask, how did you grow to be so proficient in Genjutsu?" She asked.
"My mother was a nukenin of Ame. When I was born, we fled the village, and as I grew older she taught me everything I know about jutsu." Kai explained.
"She seemed to be a great mother, and teacher." Tsunade said, looking through the notes Jiraiya have her. Her brow furrowed when she reread a certain spot.
"Kai, can you clarify something for me?" She asked.
"I can try Ma'am." Kai said.
"Jiraiya wrote here that with your cloak you are a jonin in terms of Genjutsu when you use a jutsu called continuation. Can you clarrify what it does and why you need your cloak?" Tsunade requested.
"Sure. Continuation is a special Genjutsu I created that continues the chain of events that are currently happening, while the real me goes in for the kill. For example, a guard would be able to interact normally with fellow guards, while I slip past him unnoticed. The need for my cloak is because I still require one handed seals." He explained. Tsunade nodded in understanding.
"That is a dangerous jutsu. Do you have any other powerful Genjutsu?" She asked. Kai thought for a moment, trying to figure out the best way to use corrupt on her.
"Well, I have one, but I'm still working on it." Kai informed.
"What does it do?" Tsunade asked.
"Well that's the problem I have. It dissables the person it's cast on, but I have no idea what they experience." Kai said. "I call it corrupt. It corrupts their current train of thought, and stops them dead in their tracks, leaving them open for attack." Kai informed.
"Interesting. And a strange problem to have." Tsunade said. She quicjly glanced at her clock and at her desk. "If you put Shizune under a genjutsu to see me doing paper, I will help you with your jutsu." She said as she looked at all the paperwork on her desk. Kai chuckled before agreeing.
Slightly opening the door, he eyed Shizune, who was at her desk doing her own paperwork. Stealthfully going through hand signs, he placed her in a continuation as well as seeing Tsunade working. He turned towards the Hokage and have her a thumbs up.
Tsunade smiled before opening a hidden cubbard and taking out a sale bottle. "Now, let's try your jutsu." She said. Kai nodded. He then put her under corrupt.
"Tsunade. You like me, and will start thinking of having me be an advisor since I have a fresh perspective on the village. You also will start wishing you had a child to continue the Senju family. As that starts happening you will narrow down the number of men who could father your child down to me. When that happens, you will start trying to subtly seduce me." Kai said with a smile. He then released the jutsu.
Tsunade blinked a few times before shaking her head. "How long was I under?" She asked.
"Uh, three four minutes." Kai said looking at the clock.
"You easily could have killed me in that time." Tsunade thought aloud.
"What did you see? While you were under?" Kai asked.
"Nothing. It seemed like there was no change between being under and being awake. Only about a five second change." Tsunade informed.
"Really? I wouldn't have guessed." He said, genuinely shocked.
"Indeed. Are you planning on having a family?" Tsunade asked. A mental image of all the women he's met in Leaf naked popped up in his head.
"I would like to. Have a kid or two, continue the family techniques." Kai said. Tsunade nodded.
"Then I won't ask you to put it in the scroll of seals as a forbidden jutsu." She informed. Kai nodded, a bit relieved.
"Well everything seems in order. Kai, you are officially a special jonin of Konoha. Here is your headband, and here is a flak jacket." She said handing him the clothing. Kai looked at the jacket trying to figure out a way to incorporate it into his outfit.
"Oh, I was going to ask while here, do you know when Naruto is expected to return?" Kai asked.
"It is unknown when they will return. They are on an S-rank mission right now." Tsunade informed. Kai nodded before exiting the room. "Kai wants kids huh? Maybe I should have some kids before I'm too old." Tsunade said to herself, trying to imagine a pregant belly on her body. She smiled at the thought.
"I wonder if Naruto left any spare cash for groceries." Kai wondered aloud. When he got home he did indeed find some money left for emergency groceries. With a dark grin, he set out in search of an adult store.
Meanwhile, Naruto was waiting for Sakura to heal Kankuro of the poison Akatsuki had given him. "I'm going to use the bathroom." He informed Kakashi. Kakashi nodded. In the bathroom, Naruto locked himself in a stall before pulling his pants down and started jerking odd.

After he got paid he stopped by Ichiraku's and flirted with Ayame a bit along with getting a quick bowl. When he returned to his temporary home, he fell asleep for the night.
