Forest green eyes stared towards the couch, her head shook slightly as she stepped over the mess of destruction around the living room of her friend, silently she stepped over broken wood of tables and chairs, her feet moving aside fabric and fluff from murdered pillows and cushions, her eyes never once moving wavering from the form upon the couch sleeping
“What do you want now?” She let herself smile, having been fooled by Naruto's pretend sleeping was not a first, she sat upon the couch, by the mans feet, her hand touching his leg softly
“I came to make sure you were ok.... I see you are feeling a bit better”
“What makes you said that?” his question was nothing more then a mumble into his pillow, his eyes not once opening towards the woman
“Well for one.... You murdered your dining room furniture... And for another thing... Your second couch has been slaughtered” she watched as he smiled, and her heart jumped, a smile was good, a smile meant happiness, and she hoped his depression was at least fading, she watched as zircon blue slowly opened, and stared at her, his face dropping from the small smile to a frown
“I need your help...”
“Anything you need I'll do my best to help” he pulled himself up into a seated position, his eyes staring at the wall across from him, he pulled his legs close to his chest tears prickling at the corner of his eyes
“I need you to make up some medical bullshit story to let me go.... Somewhere.... Far, far away” Sakura's eyes widened, a frown formed upon her face as she watched the blonde, praying he was joking
“Your serious?.... Why?”
“I... I just need to get out of Konoha for a while... I have things to think about.... Please Sakura” Her head lowered in defeat, a soft sigh escaped her lips before she nodded
“I can help you... But you are going to go where I say is ok... I recommend a mandatory medical vacation for you...” her cheeks tinted a pink feeling the arms of the blonde embrace her tightly, her head came to rest upon his shoulder
“Thank you Sakura”

“You want to send him WHERE?! And why?!” forest green eyes narrowed towards the Hokage in front of her, irritated by the tone of voice he was directing at her, in his hands held the recommendation for Naruto's time away, his fingers wrapped around the scroll tightly, crumbling the paper under his grip, his hand shook with anger as his glare remained directed towards her
“I want him to get better as fast as possible... Being in Konoha is stressing him out... I want to send him to Sunagakure, he has friends there that would keep an eye on him... and won't break into his house to molest him” Onyx black eyes darkened and narrowed towards the pink haired medic nin angered by her ability to see through him, she returned the glare, before stepping closer to the Hokage's desk placing her hands upon the wood
“You want Naruto to get better, so do I, so lets work together on this, Konoha is just bringing more stress, we can help him calm down if you just take that rock out of your ass and let him go for two weeks... Two weeks is all he needs” He stared towards the medic nin, before a soft sigh of defeat slipped past his lips, he leaned back in his chair closing his eyes
“Fine... Two weeks... But he will be escorted to Sunagakure and back again” She smiled triumphantly towards the Hokage, before turning and walking towards the door
“Thank you Sasuke, believe me this is the right thing to do” He watched her leave, once the door was shut, and he was alone once again in his office, he leaned back in his chair exhaling the breath he hadn't noticed himself holding
“I hope your right Sakura”

He was pleased to finally leave Konoha, to leave the place he despised so much, his eyes glanced back once towards the large gates of the village, before zircon glanced towards his companion at his side
“You know I'm fine doing this trip on my own” one visible black eye watched him, a small smirk pulling from under the nin's mask
“Hokage's orders are to make sure you arrive in Sunagakure safely, and return to Konoha safely in two weeks, sorry kid” Naruto's eyes rolled towards the silver haired nin, one of the many people who had betrayed him in his life, was one of the people he didn't want to travel with
“So after we get to Sunagakure you'll head back to Konoha?”
“that is the plan... Unless you want me to stay” He chose not to answer the man, he didn't feel like bickering with the nin beside him, he just wanted to get to Suna, he wanted his two weeks away from his life.
The rest of the day carried on in silence, but as the darkness began to fall over them, worries for camping in the forest pushed into the blonde's mind
“Can't we keep going until we get there? I'm not tired and I don't want to set up camp”
“No you just don't want to set up camp with me” zircon blue narrowed towards the man in front of him, his arms crossed over his chest, suddenly wondering if the silver haired copy-nin had the ability to read minds
“What makes you so sure everything is about you?”
“You have been acting like I betrayed you since before Sasuke left, You have acted strange towards almost everyone in the village, you think people are betraying you but we are not”
“Wow... Your words have changed me Kakashi... I see the errors of my ways”
“Don't be a smart ass”
“Don't be a dumb ass” Kakashi's visible black eye twitched, before he pulled his attention away from the blonde, gathering wood for a fire
“we can sit here bickering like an old married couple all night if you want, but I think making a fire, cooking some food, and some sleep is a much better plan” Naruto's head lowered in defeat at his ex-teacher
“I'll go catch us some fish or something” His voice was muffled as his teeth chewed at his bottom lip, a night alone with the silver haired nin was not the highlight of his day, but food and sleep sounded all too good for him.
He stepped towards the sound of the flowing water, the sunset left the water of the river sparkling and tinted an orange red colour as the lights reflected off the water, he slowly removed the jacket from his shoulders and arms, letting it fall to the ground, and pulled his black shirt off, laying it beside the orange and black jacket, his fingers pushed at the button of his pants, soon pulling the zipper down slowly, he pulled his pants off, left only in his orange boxers, he stepped towards the waters edge, pushing his chakra to his feet, he stepped above the water steadying himself above the rushing water, slowly making his way further and further towards the middle of the fast flowing river, he watched as the fish in the crystal clear water swim under his feet, with lightening speed his hand shot into the water, grabbing one of the fish, he held the wet creature in his hands and allowed himself to sigh, slight guilt for taking the defenceless being from his home
“You know your heated stare won't cook it” The voice of his ex-teacher startled him enough to loose control of his chakra in his feet for a split second, his eyes narrowed towards the silver haired man beside him standing upon the water with the blonde
“What ever happened to you setting up camp?”
“Done, and since you were taking so long I decided to come help you gather dinner” Kakashi's hands wrapped around the wiggling fish when the Blonde shoved it towards his chest, a frown pushed under his mask feeling the wetness of the creature drench his shirt
“You hold them, I'll catch them” Kakashi's visible black eye watched as the blonde continued to snatch the fish from the river, pride began to well up inside his chest watching as Naruto easily caught the fish, and handed them off to him, pride in the blonde for becoming a better nin then anyone would have expected
