Naruto found him self in a very dark place, but could hear and feel odd things around him as he slowly opened his eyes and they started to focus. ‘Where am I? This place is very familiar, of course it’s my bed in the tent, and the lights are out so this must mean its night.’ He thought to himself.
He then started to focus on the sounds and the things he could feel.
‘There is something on me; no it’s a woman, but who the hell is she?’
Her panting and moaning quickly explained he was making love to someone; the weight of her body as she rode him proving she was real but this shadowy silhouette was, hidden in the darkness of the dimly lit room.
The way she closed her legs around his body, pulling him deeper inside her tight pussy, the beckoning moans from her saying with out words she wanted more, the way she was nuzzling into his neck, kissing and nibbling it, the feel of her breath on his skin.
He began kissing her back only proved to increase her desire for him, there lips meeting in passionate kisses, their tongs wrapping around each other, the way she pulled at and held him till he was sitting, showed how badly she needed him to satisfy her lust. She was close, he could feel it. The woman’s body literally melting, the chakra that pooled inside her consuming her body from the inside out.
The woman reaching out to him begging for him to help her, her eyes were wide open but there was nothing in them as they had melted away before he could even see them, her flesh continuing to melt away as molten red bones started to appear, but still he could hear her screaming, he couldn’t make it stop he couldn’t help her, he had killed this woman.
Suddenly Naruto shot up out of the hospital bed, his heart racing as the memories of the dream stabbed daggers into his heart, tears flowing full force from his eyes and a cold sweat covering his entire body. He buried his face in his hands wanting nothing more than to hold the mystery woman, if only it was the same woman every time. She always changed. The feel of her body, the pitch of her moans and screams. He could then have an idea of who it was that he might have had a chance with, not that it mattered now.
As he started to calm down he could hear some thing in his room, because of years of training he was instantly wide awake, finding that it was just another nurse moving some things around on the other side of the privacy curtain, thankfully it wasn’t Sakura this time, he didn’t know how much more punishment he could take.
“Oh good morning Naruto-kun, I hope I didn’t wake you, I was just rearranging these things for you and to make room for the new ones.”
The nurse said as she grinned with a very sunny disposition.
“No it’s ok, it was about time that I got up any ways and, wait what stuff do you mean?”
Slowly getting up out of the hospital bed, Naruto came around the side of the curtain to find a small mountain of get-well cards, flowers and one very large card with many names on it, all of them looked like children’s writing.
“People from all over the village have been dropping these gifts off for you, once every one heard you were seriously sick. One old woman insisted that she at least see that it was put in your room, and that card, that was from all the children at the academy. If you’re going to read any of them I would read that one first.”
Naruto took the nurses advice and started reading it over, there were so many names on it, even a few teachers that he once had long ago.
“Dear Naruto-kun, please get well soon and thank you for helping to rebuild our school.
Dear Naruto-kun, I hope that you don’t stay sick too long please get well soon.
Dear Naruto-kun, I didn’t know that heroes could get sick, if you don’t get well soon who will protect our village.
Dear Naruto-kun, please get better soon so that one day I can call you Naruto sensei.”
As he continued to read the get-well comments on the card, he couldn’t believe that these kids actually looked up to him, calling him their hero.
He was so focused on it that he didn’t even notice that the nurse left as Tsunade, Akio Bishamon and Shion with Michio entered his room.
Naruto was once again fighting his emotions, he was half way between smiling and being upset, having so many of these get-well gifts had been surprising for him.
Bishamon cleared his throat bringing Naruto back to reality and allowing him to collect him self.
“Naruto-san, it is good to see you up and about once more. Akio and I are here to check the spread of the poison and the seal that we placed on you, if every thing checks out; with Tsunade’s approval you should be able to leave the hospital right away.”
Naruto simply gave a nod as he sat back down on the bed. Once he was there Bishamon placed his left hand that was full of green Chakra over the infected area, he closed his eyes and stood there for a few moments moving his head about.
“The poison is only spreading at one quarter the normal rate and it is only slightly increasing, which means the seal should be doing its job just fine.”
Akio then took Bishamon’s place and started to inspect the seal tag that was fused with Naruto’s skin, it almost looked like a scar on Naruto’s shoulder, the skin was all wrinkled and twisted, though once the seal was removed it would look normal once again.
Akio placed two of his fingers on the seal and started to hum for a few seconds with is eyes closed, he then looked back at Naruto with a small smile that resembled Kakashi.
“Naruto-san, the seal is also holding strong, but it will ultimately fail in five days time, this brings us to the method of treatment. Normally if you were one of us, we would have treated you the day you arrived here.
There are many risks involved as it is not a typical medical treatment, however it is the only treatment that we have available, without it you will die, it is a very painful death, but sadly so is the treatment.
If you accept it, my entire team and I will perform a Jutsu on you that will in essence boil your Chakra inside of you, much like a fever when some one is sick, this will kill the poison as it is Chakra based.
But there is a slight issue, in the Jutsu that I will be controlling, I will be inside your mind reliving every moment that you had, while doing so I will be looking for your most painful memories and force you to relive them with twice the pain that you felt, this will be the cause of your Chakra boiling.
Though I will be reliving your life, it will only take a few seconds, much like a dream, however this also has a potential risk, being forced to relive your most painful memories in that state, may cause you to go mad.
Not only that, but while we are treating you, if you should die during the procedure, I will also perish along side you.”
Naruto just looked at Akio in disbelief in the mans words.
“You’re telling me that the only way that I can live, is to let some one in my head, and that if some thing goes wrong, I could end up being insane or that we could both die?
Why are you so willing to put your lives on the line for me, risking your life to save mine from a poison, I just don’t understand why.”
Akio just grinned at Naruto for a moment as they looked into each other’s eyes.
“Naruto-san, you ask me why, I ask you why not.
If you saw an injured person on the side of the road would you leave them to die? From what I know of you, I know that you would not. You would do everything in your power to save the person.
This is the same, your life will end if we do not help you, and no one from Konoha can remove the poison from you in time.
So our choice is, to let this young man before me die from a poison that I have seen kill many of my brothers and sisters in a most painful way that I would not wish any one to suffer through.
Or I can do some thing about it; I can do the Honourable thing by saving his life and give meaning the sacrifice that my brothers and sisters made so that we could find a way to remove it, that their deaths were not in vain, that because they suffered others may live in their place.
Will you help me Honour their memory and their sacrifice, by allowing us to save you from a death that they could not be saved from.”
Naruto took in several breaths listening to what Akio said, in some way he could not help but feel some kind of pride at the idea of helping to honour some ones death.
“Yes I will help you Honour their memory, let me know when you are ready to remove the poison from me.”
Akio place a hand on Naruto’s shoulder and smiled at him.
“I am glad that you can help us to Honour them, I think that you my friend, are truly worthy of saving.
Now then about the seal its self, if it is damaged, the poison will spread faster, how fast depends on how badly damaged it is, if it is destroyed or removed, the poison will over take your body in a few hours.
You should not over exert your self or use too many techniques, the more you use your chakra, the more the poison spreads, traces of it are already through your entire body and I’m sure that even the Kyuubi is being affected by it. I also know that you tend to use the shadow clone ability; if you do you will die.
The poison will be separated among them, but once they are dispelled, more of the poison will spread through your body, every few hours the poison web as we call it, will suddenly jump in growth.
When that happens, you will feel a lot of pain, if you were to make one shadow clone, it would grow equal to that of a few hours, if you made two, it would be twice that and so on.
In short my friend, for every clone you make you will shorten your life by at least two or three hours.”
“I understand Akio; I will try to do as little as possible.”
Naruto said with his eyes cast at the floor.
“Some times a true test of ones strength, is being able to do nothing and having faith in ones friends.”
The three adults gathered together as they began to discuss several things, Naruto couldn’t hear it as Shion sat next to him and started talking about several things at random as she handed Michio over for a little visit.
Naruto looked pleased to see the child again; the look in his eyes was the same kind a father has when seeing his child after a long days work.

A few hours later, Naruto was walking around the village having already had his lunch he decided to have a look at how well the reconstruction was proceeding, just as he was entering an intersection a woman’s voice called out to him.
“Hey Naruto, long time no see.”
Said the woman as she jumped into his arms and gave him a tight squeeze.
The woman was in a light blue Kimono top that more than showed off her figure, her grey shorts riding up just enough that the form of her nicely shaped ass was visible.
As she hugged him, Naruto noticed that she was porously forcing their pelvises to bump; he could already smell her arousal, her scent from her shoulder length light brown hair caught in his nostrils as she proceeded to place a kiss on his right cheek.
“Amaru-chan? What are you doing here; I thought that you were still in the Navan village.”
Naruto said while hugging the woman, trying very hard to ignore what she was clearly doing to him.
“I was there for a while, but after every thing that’s been happening I decided that I could put my services to better use at a village like Konoha, to help keep some of the ninja idiots alive, some more than others.”
She said with a quick jab to Naruto’s ribs, actually causing him pain.
“Ah, please be more careful Amaru-chan that area is a bit of a… problem for me right now.”
Naruto looked away from her for a moment not actually knowing just how easy the markings of the poison were on his neck, Amaru actually grabbed him and started inspecting them.
“N-Naruto what is this thing on your neck, let me see it.”
He quickly moved to avoid more of it being seen, hoping that he could get her to back off only to back into Bishamon.
“Naruto-san, what would hurt a friend more, the truth or telling them nothing and finding out later. They may feel that you do not trust them and your friendship with them will be injured because of that.”
Naruto simply looked at the dirt as he removed his jacket revealing the large spider web like mark that was now down half his arm, up his neck and just over the left side of his chest.
Amaru’s eyes widened as she looked at the marks and the seal on his shoulder, she was just about to ask him questions but he beat her to it.
“It’s a chakra based poison, its already in my body and no antidote will be able to remove it, it’s a kind of poison that is made to kill certain people, or in this case, just me.
Bishamon here is a friend from a village in the Demon country, he and nine others are preparing to remove the poison using a jutsu, if it wasn’t for their seal on my shoulder the poison would have killed me a few days ago.
Until then I can only wait and bide my time, I can’t do too much now because of it, any jutsu or physical exertion will cause it to spread faster.”
Amaru looked at Bishamon with a look on her face that begged the question, if they could remove the poison from him.
“Do not worry, we have removed similar poisons from our own brothers and sisters, though we do share some thing in common that makes this less challenging. Naruto-sans case is the same. I am confident that we will be able to remove it with little or no problems.” He said leaning against a building watching the two youths.
Amaru was more than just a bit curious about the wound and the poison.
Using her own hands, lifted his arm up in a way that resembled some one flexing, but as his arm moved, Naruto felt a pull of pain, a side effect from the poison making its presence felt, causing him to reach over in a vain attempt to sooth it.
It was that moment that Sakura happened to come around a corner of a side street, she had just come from Ino’s parents newly reconstructed flower shop, it was twice the size of the old one making lots of room for different kinds of flowers, she had gone there to get some flowers to try and cheer Naruto up.
What she saw when she came around the corner looked like he was showing off his build to some random villager, the way he was holding his arm up, the way that girl was running her hands along his arm and shoulder.
Sakura dropped the flowers she had gotten for him as anger filled her.
‘Showing off like that just after he got out of the hospital, and after shooting me down in such a way, what did i have to do, strip him down and rape him myself?’ Her inner voice screamed.
As anger filled her, she started pumping chakra into her left fist, this time he was really going to get it, this time she would make sure that he felt pain.
Silently she moved ready to strike; she pulled back her arm to hit him when something grabbed her arm, something stronger than she was.
Her arm was twisted behind her back as a dagger was quickly placed to her neck causing a small trickle of blood to escape the very shallow cut, who ever this person was; they were good as they moved with out her even noticing it.
The person then pulled her back away from Naruto and the girl with out them even noticing it.
He pulled her into an ally where she was quickly released very roughly causing her to fall to the ground next to some garbage cans.
“Just what the hell do you think you were going to do Sakura?”
Bishamon growled at her.
She looked up at him to see his eyes had changed into the emerald green dragon eyes, she could feel the pure hostile emotions from him towards her, he clearly thought that she was actually gong to really hurt him.
“I–I was just ……”
“You were just what Sakura? Going to strike Naruto in his current condition?
Do you not know what will happen if the seal on his shoulder is damaged let alone destroyed?
The poison will flow through his body killing him in a few hours as he experiences extreme pain.
But that’s what you want isn’t it; you must really hate him don’t you.
Why else would one of his so called friends, let alone team-mates, be so carelessly willing to cause him so much harm, other than to murder him.” The man spat.
Sakura looked at Bishamon, her eyes full of shock and horror at the very thought of what could have happened to Naruto.
“No, I–I would never do that, I don’t hate him I–I care very deeply for him, its just that I don’t know why I got so angry.”
Tears began to fall from Sakura’s eyes.
Bishamon slowly exhaled as he began to calm him self down, taking a seat next to her on a closed lid of a garbage can, his eyes now soft and full of understanding.
“Sakura, I know that you do not hate him. Only a blind fool would not be able to tell what you feel for him, it is very clear that you love him.
But it is also clear what it is that you are, your eyes fit you perfectly.”
Not fully understanding him a clear look of confusion on her face, causing him to sigh in defeat.
“You my dear Sakura are the green eyed monster, you’re jealous.
During his time in the hospital we have been asking people about Naruto, simple things like the kind of person that he is.
Time and time again we would hear about how he was always chasing after you like a little lost puppy. Every chance he got he would ask you to lunch or something and every time he did you would shoot him down, and from the sounds of it, you were never nice about it ether.
This is actually an old story Sakura. boy loves girl but she doesn’t love him, at least not yet, as they are forced to spend time together, be it work, school or any thing else doesn’t really matter but the girl gets used to the little lost puppy.
Problem is, the little puppy cant chase after some thing and not get any thing in return, soon that little lost puppy starves and dies, the boy finds some one else that will feed him all the love that he will ever need, but being used to it for so long, the idea of not having him there as your own probably hurts you.
Sakura I want you to think real long and hard about this, if you truly do love Naruto with all your heart, you must accept him for who he is and be willing to do things that will help make him happy too. If you are trying to make him into some thing else, or some one else, then you do not love him, just the idea of him.”
Bishamon then stood up and started to walk away before stopping.
“Sakura, that woman that Naruto was talking to, he appears to know her from a village called Navan, she came here hoping to find work at the hospital and was looking at the marks of the poison on his arm, he was not showing off to any one, and in his current condition I do not think that he even has it in him to show off.”
Sakura sat there as she remembered the events of the attack from the Sky nation and the girl Amaru. She then slowly got up and dried her tears, hoping that no one stole or crushed the flowers she got for Naruto.
Bishamon had moved into another side street ally and rested his back against a wall.
“Kakashi-san, do you think what I did will help them?”
Kakashi stepped out of the shadows and leaned against the opposite wall while reading one of his books.
“Who knows, they have been together for a long time. Sometimes things like that can’t change, but then some times, it takes some one else to point things out so that they are noticed.”
“You do know that only five of your ANBU agents would not have been enough to stop me from killing her right, even with your help, had I intended to she would have been dead for some time.”
Kakashi looked up at the man as he closed his book and put it away, both not saying a word for several seconds.
“I have no doubt that you could have killed her at any moment, and had we not talked about things two days ago, I would have stepped in to protect her.”
“What about protecting Naruto? You know as well as we do, that he has not shown his real self to any one, that he only pretends to be an idiot, why not encourage him more?”
“I would have, but it would have taken him out of his comfort zone. He is used to acting the way that he does to get attention; he probably fears that if he acted as smart as he really is that no one would notice him.”
“People do tend to notice annoying crows more often than the singing of a blue jay despite its appeal.”
The two then parted ways, as did the five ANBU agents that were above them.
Sakura started looking around for the flowers she had, not finding a trace of them, it was then she heard a familiar voice behind her.
“It was very careless of you to drop some thing if it was important Sakura.”
She quickly turned to see her team leader holding the flowers she had bought as he smiled at her.
“Kakashi-sensei, how long have you been here?”
“Long enough to see you drop the flowers and Bishamon protecting Naruto from your unjustifiable attack, and make it clear he isn’t someone you want to mess with.”
He said while handing her the flowers that were still intact.
“I see… umm Kakashi-sensei, I… I was wondering. Am… am I too mean to Naruto, what Bishamon said has got me thinking and I … do you think I might have actually hurt him?”
“Well if you were asking a stranger, they would probably think that you hate him, but your not asking a stranger, your asking me and looking back at our time as Team seven. You were never very nice to him to begin with.”
“Kakashi-sensei what would have happened if Bishamon wasn’t there? If I had actually hit him and damaged the seal ……”
“You never would have laid a hand on him Sakura. If you got too close to him, I would have stopped you. I might not have been as rough with you as he was, but I would have stopped you. I’m just glad I didn’t have to, later.”
Kakashi walked off leaving the young woman to her thoughts as Sakura lowered her head in shame; she walked away towards Naruto and Amaru.
He was telling her about the reconstruction of the village, how it had taken a lot of work and how some people were still waiting for their homes to be rebuilt.
“Being able to use my shadow clones had really helped speed things along, it took just one afternoon to rebuild this one families house, the old one was a bit decrepit and every thing, it was easy to tell from the condition of the wood. The looks on their faces when they saw the new house, it was bigger than the old one and you could just tell that they were really happy.”
“That’s right, because of Naruto’s help we’ve been able to rebuild much faster than with out him, he’s always there for the village, it’s hard to think of what would happen with out him.”
Sakura said with a smile trying to forget what had just happened.
“Sakura-San!!”
Amaru shouted giving her a hug.
Seeing the two very attractive women hugging, Naruto noticed how their breasts began to press together and how friendly they were, he couldn’t help but start to think dirty thoughts about the two of them naked doing perverted things to each other.
He had to look away for a few moments as a blush started to form on his face, he then started to feel some thing warm on his chest, this had never happened before when he got aroused, in fact it was now starting to hurt a bit.
Sakura was busy talking to Amaru when she then noticed the red blush on Naruto’s face, her reaction hinting she knew he was thinking perverted thoughts just now about the two of them, and was about to say something when his face suddenly scrunched up.
He fell to his knees grabbing at his shoulder; he began to breathe heavy raspy breaths as he made clear sounds of pain, both Amaru and Sakura were quickly at his side unsure of what to do.
Looking at the marks they could hear and see the ends move in small but quick jolts, every time they did he would cry out in pain.
“Its like having hot pokers under your skin with some one pushing them through your body, that feeling of the hot pokers leaves shortly after the spreading stops.”
Kaemon said from under his red mask as he too knelt beside Naruto having appeared out of nowhere.
“Is there any thing that we can do to ease the pain?”
Amaru asked with a hint of panic in her voice.
“Sadly no, drugs have no effect on chakra based poisons like this and simply trying to use standard medical jutsu has had too many varying effects on a person, some times it helps, other times the pain is worsened, or causes the poison to spread that much more, the only thing we can do is to try and comfort him right now.”
Both girls sat there in the middle of the street with Naruto as he withered in pain, fighting every urge to scream out or rip at his flesh to stop the pain as tears started falling freely from his eyes.
As the pain started to subside slowly, Kaemon pored some cold water on Naruto’s shoulder; the feeling of the cold water on his shoulder actually did make it feel a little better, but the feeling of having two people at his side while he was in pain, made him feel even better that he actually smiled and the tears that were following were actually because he was finally feeling loved.

A few hours later, in another part of the village that was being used as a shelter for the people that had yet to have their homes rebuilt, Bishamon and Kakashi had just entered Naruto’s tent.
Inside was army cot for a bed, a small night stand with a few scrolls on it, a dresser and a large chest that was wide open, much to Kakashi’s surprise the place was actually very clean.
The two were to look for the book that he had mentioned to Tsunade when he was in the hospital, as Naruto’s medical condition was a problem, so was his mental state of mind.
They were both speed-reading through the books that they had found, but nothing actually made reference to Naruto, Bishamon then took a seat on Naruto’s bed when he looked down and saw a book that was lying on the ground cover open.
From its position, it had to have been dropped when it was being read.
He quickly picked it up and started to read, the book was a journal from the old hermit Jiraiya himself, with several references to Naruto.
He quickly stood up getting Kakashi’s attention.
“I may have found it Kakashi-san, but we had better leave now, I can feel the presence of his poisoned chakra getting closer.”
The two quickly left leaving no trace they had ever been there.
