Chapter 5

It was late evening and Sakura was still sitting outside looking at the scene below. At this height she could see just how far the trees were. Sakura didn't realize how far she had gone out at the first night but now she did. It wasn't even “Two inches” out. She still had about two miles left to go before reaching the trees in the back. Half of a mile was for the "small gardens" and the other mile and a half held a great big pond with a Waterfall and all. It even had an island in the middle. On the length it was at least a total of five or six miles. Gaara stepped out and sat next to her with the guys soon following.
"Thank you..." Sakura was grateful that she stopped Shuttering as Naruto said
"For what?"
"For not going to kill him..."
"Are you sure you want it that way... he can still hurt you?"
"Not when I'm protected.... When Ino found out, she was furious. She almost went and told Tsunade... but decided just to threaten him because if he was gone. I would have had no one and she didn't want me to be left alone so... she would always have me out of the house or with guest. Though none of them stayed through the night because they were always called out for missions. He made it to where we were alone at n... he works on the mission orders. He sends more of the longer missions to our village and the shorter ones to all of the other villages. They never complained much." Naruto shouted,
"YOU MEAN TO TELL ME INO KNOW WHAT HE DID AND NEVER TOLD US?"
"She thought he had stopped... plus I ...I kind of tol...told her not to."
"WHY... WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL ME.... US?" Sasuke said
"Because Dope... she knew what we would do! She didn't want us to go and Kill him." Naruto mumbled
"But still she should have mentioned it or something? She alone..."
"S...She wasn't...the whole village knew... all but those from the continuous mission ninja ranks and up...But those who stayed mostly in the village knew... and tried their best to get the word around but when ever he heard some one talking about it he would threaten their jobs or worse... the only ones who know were Ino, Hinata, Lee, Temari.." Kankaru said
"Temari knew and just sat back?"
"No She threatened him but he just kept her busy with missions....there was also Tenten, Anko and Kin. They were the closest to following through but he threatened that if any one tried anything more then he would put me through hell. Temari took his challenge and had her and the girl stay the night.... Th...They were f..force to watch him.... as he hurt me... Hinata and Ino had to hold them back until he left .... I don't know all of the details because I passed out near the beginning. I know what I know because I had forced it out of Ino the next day... That was...They all tried to hide it but I found out at the end. It was the first time... that he had gotten me pregnant. They felt so guilt that for the longest time they kept me at their place... at one point I had to go to stay with Temari because he was trying to kill me and the baby... in the end he got a hold of me by telling the hokage that I had slept around and got pregnant and had threaten to kill the baby. They try to tell them the truth but in the end he had won and I had....." they just watched her in shock as she said this. With a sigh she continued
"There was only on other time I got pregnant because he had caught me talking to Kakashi and ...Hinata was trying to ask me to hang out with everyone... Kiba and Shino where there as well...We were laughing and having fun... he saw me laughing. He didn't know why... all he knew was that I was hanging out with a....a lot of guys... when I saw him, he looked angry. So I made up an excuse by saying I had to go because Tsunade was waiting for me... Hinata knew the truth and afford to walk me home. I told her to go have fun but I knew she wouldn't when I would be in trouble. I always got in trouble for just standing next to Lee... but I was caught not only standing near a large group of guy but laughing and having a good time. That night ...... was the second time... I stayed in the house so that the girls wouldn't know. I only came out to go shopping..." Kiba and Shino looked down as though they had just saw someone very close to them die as she continued,
"Every day he would punch me in the stomach with a fist full of chakra. T... but I was able to keep it alive each and every time.... then you came home... I saw him watch us but I didn't care... I was just happy to see you again... and you told me Sasuke was back which meant the team was back. Everyone in the village got a lot more cheerful at seeing me freely having fun. It wasn't until Sasuke... he saw me talking with Sasuke that... that I had lost the second baby...My dad didn't mind me talking to Naruto nor Kakashi but when it came to Sasuke he lost it." Sasuke was just watching her not moving.
"That night he had knocked me out on to the floor and tied me up. He waited until I woke up to send a large some of chakra into me and killed the baby on contact and by the time the attack had died the baby had disintegrated and left me badly beaten up. When I got out the hospital everyone told me to run away and that they would cover my tracks so he wouldn't find me... that's I why I wrote the letter...if they thought that I had went training then he wouldn't come find me and it worked until you went asking about me...I would have been to far for even him to find me...But I went and got myself lost. Then I heard foot steps behind me..." He had stop breathing as she said what happened because of the man seeing them together. Gaara grew angry and chakra spewed out around him as the near by sand rose. Sakura didn't notice though she was trying hard not to cry. Naruto then stopped Gaara in his tracks and made Sasuke Breathe as he said
"Why are you telling us this..."Sakura snapped out of her trans and looked at Naruto the tears had already started to fall again. Naruto squatted in front of her and said as he whipped away her tears "… all it is doing is making us want to kill him more..."
"then I'm glad I didn't say everything...Especially the part with Itac..." Sakura covered her mouth as the two boys grew worried. Sasuke said
"Sakura, how do you know about Itachi?"
"Me and my big mouth...Just forget it" Naruto said
"Sakura, how do you know about Itachi... the only people who know him are those in Anbu status... and me and Sasuke?"
"I don't want to talk about it... When are we heading back?" Sasuke said
"Tomorrow after you..."
"I'm not telling you..." She was starting to get a headache and the tears wouldn't stop falling. Sasuke had done something that she never thought he'd do. He sat down beside her and cradled her on his lap and whispered to were only she heard
"Sakura... after all that we've been through together me and Naruto have come to think of you as our little sister...and right now your hurting...because of us....please if he...Itachi hurt you in any way I want to know." Sakura burst into tears again as Sasuke rocked her back and forth until the tears stopped falling... which to her surprise was when she was asleep.
