Chapter 4: Sasuke sees what life would be like if he didn’t leave the village
Sasuke in a world where he didn’t leave the village
As then Sasuke woke up to notice that he was in fact in his bed; he got up and sighed out “Neji, Neji where are you” it was then that Neji appeared as he said “It’s okay I’m here. Now remember you are in a world where you didn’t leave the village, or well where you supposed to have not have left. Sadly I think I might have shot a bit farther than that.” Sasuke looked up at him as he said “What do you mean that you shot a little farther than that? I don’t get” as then Sasuke noticed that there was a picture of his family. He saw his father, his mother and his older brother Itachi as he picked up the picture he said “So what is this world that we’re in anyway” Neji walked up to him as he said “I believe that we are in a world where your older brother didn’t destroy the Uchiha clan and told the Hokage of what was going on. So we, well the Hokage and the ninjas here of Kohona were able to stop Danzo from doing anything to harm us. Not only that but we were able to stop Akatsuki from doing anything either, but there are something you need to know.”
Sasuke looked at him oddly as he said “Then where is Naruto in this world and Sakura” Neji then continued “Well Naruto sadly doesn’t have his parents with only the fact that his parents died trying to protect this village and Sakura doesn’t have her parents either because of what her father did to her. It’s really sad because Sakura’s father had raped her when she was young and her mother didn’t do anything to save her. So her parents were sent to jail because of it” Sasuke looked back at the picture as he said “So basically I have the happy ending that I always wanted, but my friends didn’t” Neji sighed as he said “I wouldn’t go there Naruto is still the loveable guff ball that we all know and love. Sadly Sakura is a cold hearted bitch in this world and” Sasuke looked up at him as he said “What, and what” Neji then continued “And that you’re the love sick puppy that chases her around”. Sasuke looked at him shocked as he said “I’m the love sick groupie that chases her. But I’ve always known that she was in love with me not the other way around.” Neji smiled at him as he said “You forget that this is a world where you didn’t or if your clan wasn’t destroyed by Itachi. Now you have to remember that your mom in this world is going to care about you a lot, your dad is a head of the clan, and your brother is the best police officer in Kohona. Oh that and Itachi made chief of the Kohona police force.”
As then Sasuke heard his mother yell out “Sasuke, breakfast” as then Sasuke yelled out “Coming” as then he looked back at Neji as he said “Is there anything that I need to know about me in this world besides the fact that I’m a drooling puppy dog for Sakura” Neji then said “Well you’re like Sakura in this world where you’re the shy one but a stripper by night. You in this world are a bit on the clingy side and wants Sakura to pay attention to him.” Sasuke sighed as he put on his cloths for the day as he then said “Okay I get the clingy thing but where did the stripper thing come from. I don’t get that if the me in this world is like Sakura in the sense of being shy; wouldn’t that mean that I’ve come out of my shell or something” Neji then said “Well the you in this world found out that Sakura became a stripper too, so he thought that the only way to impress her is to become a striper. If you ask me that doesn’t make any sense to me, but we are in this world so we have to follow the rules of what this world has to offer.” After Sasuke got done putting his cloths on he ran down stairs and saw his whole family waiting at the kitchen table for him to eat breakfast.
Sasuke sat down next to Itachi as his father said “Oh good you’re down here then we can get on with the day. Honey how was your day, and Itachi I heard you made Chief of the Kohona police force. I’m so proud of you, and Sasuke I need to ask you what you want to do with your life.” Sasuke looked up at his father as he said “Yes sir” as then his whole family looked at him weird as his mother said “Are you all right? You’ve never spoke up like that to us before” Sasuke looked up to his mother as he said “Oh I’m fine, I just thought that I should show my father some respect that’s all” as then his father looked at him dumb founded as did his mother but Itachi said “Well that talk that you had with him must of helped father. Well I have to go, but Sasuke why don’t you stop at the station and we’ll go out for lunch.” Sasuke nodded to Itachi as he toke his breakfast on the road as he left the house. Sasuke started to feel really weird when he realized that his parents were still looking at him shocked as he said “Well I think I have to leave too” as then Sasuke took his breakfast and left the house as well leaving his parents dumb founded.
As Sasuke was walking through the Uchiha compound he noticed that Neji was right beside him as Neji spoke out “Do you know what you just did! Sasuke you can’t do that, you can’t go and say things on how you feel. The Sasuke in here doesn’t do any of that, and what’s worse is Itachi doesn’t believe you” Sasuke stopped as he turned around as he whispered out “What do you mean he doesn’t believe in what I said? All I did was answer my father, and they just looked at me weird. I mean I’m not going to act like this love sick puppy dog Sasuke in this world. I should just be me, and not worry about what people think.” Neji growled out “But you need to” as then Naruto appeared at the end of the entrance of the Uchiha compound as he said “Hey Sasuke, come on we’re going to be late.” As then Sasuke smiled as he ran as fast as he could to Naruto so they could leave while leaving Neji behind growling.
Sasuke and Naruto were at the bridge as Sasuke said “So who are we waiting for anyway?” Naruto looked at him as he said “We’re waiting for Kakashi and Sakura. Or is it Sai and Sakura, I mean our teacher is the Hokage of our village so I don’t really know.” As then Sakura showed up with a cold demeanor on her face as then Sasuke said “Hello Sakura how was your day” as then both Naruto and Sakura looked at him weird as Sakura whispered in caution “Why would you even ask me how my day was? You usually run up to me and jump on me. Then you usually try to ask me on a date, and I usually say no to you.” Naruto even went up to Sasuke as he said “Do you feel okay? I mean we don’t” Sasuke just looked at them sadly as he said “No I’m fine, so why don’t we get this over with.” Sakura and Naruto didn’t pay any attention on how weird Sasuke was acting. So they went on their marry way and went to the Hokage’s building to see their old teacher.
As they got there Kakashi was sitting on his chair looking at his book when he said “Oh hello I, what is wrong with you Sasuke? You look a little different today. Anyway Sakura why don’t you go take Sasuke somewhere so I can talk to Naruto” Sasuke then followed Sakura out of the building and in the dirt road that was in front of the Hokage’s building. As then Sakura then said “Sasuke let’s go for a walk” Sasuke only nodded as he continued to follow Sakura.
Sakura walked through the village with Sasuke beside her as then all of the villagers were making gossip about them. Sakura just ignored them as did Sasuke as then they were right in front of the Kohona police force; Sasuke looked at Sakura as he said “What are we doing here” as then Sasuke felt something hit the back of his head and blacked out. Sakura went up to Itachi as she said “You were right that isn’t your brother. Not even once did he tell the villagers that we were dating like a love sick puppy. Even when Naruto asked him if he was okay, he just looked at us sadly and said he was okay as well as getting this over with. What does this mean?” Itachi looked at the unconscious Sasuke as he said “I don’t know, but I do know this we’re going to get to the bottom to this. Something isn’t right Agent Sakura, and we’ll find out.” As then Itachi took his brother and Sakura in to the station to interrogate Sasuke.
Sasuke then woke up to see that he was in a jail cell as he said “What’s going on? Hey someone helps me” as then Sakura appeared in front of his cell as she spat out “Cut the acted we all know that you’re not our Sasuke. You’re an imposter and if you know what is good for you then you tell us who you really are.” Sasuke looked at Sakura sadly again as he whispered out “You won’t believe me anyway” Sakura started to get angry as she yelled out “Try me you stupid” as then Itachi came in as he said “Sakura give him a chance to explain. Okay Sasuke if that is who you really are, tell us about yourself.”
Sasuke looked up at his brother as he said “Well you’re right I’m not the Sasuke you know in this world. I’m from a world where my parents and my clan are gone. I killed my brother because I thought he was the reason that destroyed my clan, but didn’t as I came to find out that Danzo tell him to. I hurt the only person that could ever fall in love with me by saying how annoying she was, putting her in my technique and almost killing her. I almost killed my best friend because I envied him for being more powerful, which of course was my own fault for doing that by going to that snake bastard. Oh and lastly the one that I love is now dating a guy name Nat who is in love with her but I don’t really trust him. But now I just feel like that I’m jealous of that guy” as then both Sakura and Itachi looked at Sasuke shocked as Sasuke said “What” Sakura then said “Did you just say Nat?”
Sasuke could only nod as Sakura looked at Itachi as she said “He’s the one we’re looking for. We need to get him” Itachi looked at Sakura as he said “Look we don’t know if he is the one were looking for, but we have to ask my little brother something okay.” Sakura turned back to Sasuke who was looking at them weird as Sakura said “The one you call Nat is actually goes by the name Nate. We believe he is a warlock and he has a mother that goes by the name of Pearl their last names are Onyx and she’s a witch. They’re bad news; some have said that Nate goes to strip clubs for fun. So I made myself as a stripper, until you decided to join in and almost ruining my cover. But if what you say is true and our Sasuke is whatever you’re at.” Itachi then said “Sasuke has anything happen to your ah” Sakura was next as she said “To your so called girlfriend” Sasuke only looked at way from Sakura for a moment and then turned around to see them both again.
Sasuke then said “Well she’s been nasty to me, but I just feel like I deserved it. Why do you ask?” Itachi was the next to talk “We think that your Sakura might be under a spell. So how did you come here” Sasuke said in a matter of fact “Well the spirit of Neji Hyuga got me here. He died during the Fourth Great Ninja War” as then Sakura said “Then he needs to take you back, Nate might be taking your Sakura right now.” As then Itachi unlocked the cell and let Sasuke out. Itachi then looked at Sakura as he said “Take my brother out of the station, and if anyone asks” Sakura replied back with “Tell them that I’ll be taking your brother home, because he’s not feeling well.” Sakura took Sasuke out of the station and outside.
Sasuke looked at Sakura as he said “You know you should tell the Sasuke in this world how you feel. Maybe he’ll understand you better” Sakura didn’t even look at Sasuke as she said “I doubt it, he’s still under the spell that Pearl put him under. All I wanted was for someone to understand me, but it seems like the person that does is from another world.” Sasuke looked away from her as they continued to walk to where they need to go as he said “But if you could get him out of that spell then maybe you’ll have a chance” Sakura replied back with “Maybe” as then they were in front of the Uchiha Compound.
Sasuke turned around to Sakura as he said “So before I go back to my world can you tell me more about what’s happening here. Like what happen to the Rookie 9 and the Sand Siblings.” For the first time in Sakura’s life she gave a genin smile “Well Hinata is with Naruto, they’ve been dating for a while. Kiba had become a womanizer, Shino is studying to become a teacher, Chouji is dating a woman from the cloud village, Ino and Sai are dating, as for our Neji and Tenten they got married and left the village. Lee became a woman who was weird for us and Guy left with him. Shikamaru and Temari are dating as well but they won’t admit that they are. Gaara is the Kazekage of Suna and Kankuro is dating a woman in Suna.”
Sasuke just smiled at her as he said “Thanks” Sakura went up to him as she put her hand on his shoulder when she said “Look if you really love this Sakura girl in your world then you need to give her time. Obviously the way you were talking about her, she doesn’t sound like she would forgive you right away. But you need to save her before anything happens to her, or you won’t get that chance.”
Sasuke only nodded as then he did something that he probably shouldn’t but he couldn’t help it when he went in and kissed Sakura on the lips. It only happened for a split second as he stepped back as he said “Sorry I should have asked you. Again thank you for helping me” Sakura could only nod as Sasuke turned to see that Neji was standing beside him as Sasuke said “We need to get back and save Sakura from Nate. He isn’t what he seems” as the disappeared from Sakura’s site the real Sasuke from her world appeared right where the other Sasuke was at. The Sasuke from her world had been a sleep the whole time. As Sakura sat next to Sasuke it was then that Itachi came as he said “Did they go” Sakura looked at Itachi as she said “Yes and I think Nate got to our Sasuke” as the both looked down to see that their Sasuke was only smiling and moaning out “Oh Sakura, we’re finally getting married.” So then Itachi picked up Sasuke and took him back to his house as Sakura watched them leave as she said “Please Sasuke save your Sakura before it’s too late.”
