“Atarimaedattebayoo!!!! I grow up too you know?” The pink haired girl smiled.
“Yo, Naruto! Hisashiburi desu!” a shinobi popped beside him holding an old version of ‘Icha Icha Paradise’.
“Ah, Kakashi – sensei, still reading that perverted book? Can’t you finish it less than 3 year?”
“Omae tachi… cut the crap! I’m going to kidnap this brat for a while!!!”
“Eh, Tsunade baba… hanase yo! I can walk! Ero – sennin, help me!!!!” Tsunade held him by his stomach and picked him up and vanished in a poof of smoke.

“Okaerinasai Naruto…”
“Arigatou, Tsunade baba. There must be something very important that makes you rush me here.”
Tsunade grimaced at Naruto’s words. She expected something more like ‘you old hag! Why you kidnap me here?’ kind of sentence. “You’ve changed brat!”
“Nothing that important Tsunade baba. I am Uzumaki Naruto, the one who will replace you to be the Sixth.”
“That weary aura of yours… those explain everything. It must have been tough for you ne Naruto… Gomen…”
“Tsunade baba,” Naruto said in his childish tone, “This is the great Naruto that you’re talking about! Don’t value me that low! I lived – I am living – and I will live! Nothing is too tough for this GREAT Naruto!!!! I’ve chosen my path and I will walk through it without regret! That is my way of ninja!!!”
Tsunade frowned then smile…
“I’m out of here! Jya ne, Tsunade baba!!!”
“You brat! Just make sure you’re in my office tomorrow morning. I have something to discuss with you! And Naruto, this is your punishment!” Tsunade punched Naruto with his fist and Naruto flew from the window, screaming in agony.
“Heh, you are always rough Tsunade!” Jiraiya looked outside the window to find a figure dangling on a tree. “Poor kid!”
“That is his punishment! For leaving for so long!” Tsunade sat on her couch, followed by Jiraiya who settled on one of the wall.
“But this laughter won’t stay for long. Akatsuki is already on the move now! I can’t risk him taken by Itachi.” Jiraya spoke in a very concern tone.
“That is only half Jiraiya. Our old time fellow is also on the move. I guess that brat have to face 2 at one time.”
And the room was suddenly silenced. Both of them were lost on their own thoughts of what might happen in the future. But Tsunade broke the silence few minutes later.
“Jiraiya, he changed…”
“That much I knew. There were times when he seemed so lifeless yet there were also times that the Naruto I know come by and save the day. I asked him once, but he just said that he’s not giving up on anything. So, to make it short, I don’t have even one damned clue of what is happening to him.”
“Was it all about Sasuke?”
“Maybe, Sasuke intrigued this entire problem anyhow.”
Tsunade let out a long sigh, “What the hell is going on in Konoha?”
“Tsunade…” Jiraiya spoke extremely serious.
“Hmm…”
“I’m going to take him away from here!”
“YOU WHAT???!!!” Tsunade rose from her couch in a very devious manner.
“Konoha is not so good for him Tsunade. He will be better somewhere else. There are too many memories of his past in here. So, after things have mend down, I’m going to take him with me. I will be able to watch him and protect him… even from himself!”
“What the FUCK are you talking about? Where the HELL is your mind? Naruto belongs to Konoha! And that is PERIOD!!!!” Tsunade threw a desk in front of her to the wall, leaving some cracks on her wall.
“Naruto is no longer Konoha’s custody!” Jiraiya got back with the same anger. “He was never in Konoha’s custody! Not in the place that is filled with hatred towards him! And if you are smart Tsunade, you will know what is good for him!”
“And running away supposes to be good for him? That brat is not dreaming to be Hokage for no reasons…”
“Tsunade… there are so many holes in his heart, too much aches, uncountable painful memories. He can’t live like that! He deserves more! For all this time, do you even care to glance that he lived not for himself but to support all the people around him. He changed people Tsunade. He brought up people’s good side. In some ways he had changed Sasuke, not to mention Kakashi, Iruka, Sakura, Neji, even Gaara. And moreover, you Tsunade, he had changed you. He gave to all those people a glimpse of light in live, yet he had none to shine his way. Tsunade… let him have his light for himself, he deserves that much.”
“And that is exactly why I’m not going to let him leave. He is too important for Konoha. It is his light that changed all the people. I can’t afford to let Konoha’s sun to set and never rise again.”
“You… of all people should have comprehended this better. But you let your selfishness block your heart.”
“I am, Jiraiya, The fifth Hokage of Konoha! Don’t you ever forget that! And if you are asking for my wisdom, I will grant you that… I will let Naruto have his own way! And I mean HIS VERY OWN WAY without any intrusion, obviously and especially from you. Do we get a deal?”
Jiraiya now let out a deep sigh, “I think that’s fair. I will make it a deal under one condition. If anything bad happen to him or threatening him and you can’t protect him, I will have him out from this village forever, even if I have to drag him on my own.”
“I can live with that…”
“I’m out of here!”
“Jiraiya wait!” the old man stopped his step but not caring to turn his head on Tsunade. “You really care for Naruto don’t you? I understand your felling, I love him too – more than you think – but I wish you could understand mine too.”
“Tsunade, we both love him…who cannot love him anyway? We both choose what we think is best for Naruto based on our untainted love for him. None of us is willing to watch him get hurt. So, I understand.” And with that Jiraiya left with a poof of smoke, failed to notice Tsunade crying in her a bit ruined office.
“Tsunade sama, I’m very sorry for the intrusion but we catch an enormous chakra heading towards Konoha and Kamiya from the south tower reported that he has seen a giant snake resting over in the woods. We’re waiting for your order hokage-sama.”
Tsunade wiped her tears away, “I can’t believe it will be this soon… Spread my WORDS Kakashi, I want every Jounin and Chuunin gather in my office in 3 minutes. ANBU will know what to do first. Kakashi, I give you a special order!”
“Yes Hokage sama.”
“I want you, under any circumstances, to always protect Naruto.” Kakashi hid his astonishment behind his mask. “You will protect him with your life. And even if you see me lying helpless on the ground, you will not move even an inch from your job to protect Naruto. Don’t be so shocked Kakashi! Now it is Orochimaru who strikes first! I don’t want Naruto worn up in this battle. There is possibility that Itachi will come after, since after this will be our weakest. So, you will protect him! Do you understand me?”
“Yes Hokage sama! I will do as you please!”
“Good! Now go and spread my words!”
