The week of travelling had passed by and the walls of Konoha appeared in the distance. Kai had managed to learn two new jutsu, though he didn't master them. He learned the Water bullet jutsu and the earth wall jutsu, making him more adept, and able to be a special jonin.
In their week of travelling, Kai had formulated his plan to revive Kaguya, and achieve world piece. If the strongest woman were in Konoha, and ninja's, they would be able to give more chakra to Kaguya, and also better defend the world. Any woman from outside could be controlled on diplomatic missions. Of course, the men would have to be taken care of, as they probably would object to one man having a harem of the hottest and strongest girls in the world. But that would be fixed when needed.
As for his companions, Kai had warmed up to them pretty well. Jiraiya was a fellow pervert, a strong one, but still a pervert. Naruto, Kai learned, had as much chakra as a Kage, leading Kai to think of a way to add Naruto into the mix. He had much potential to be a powerful Ninja, so Kai figured he would have to be out under the jutsu more than most men. He even figured a way to do it as well.
Three days ago, Naruto and Kai were in an argument. "Genjutsu is a powerful art of jutsu. Ask Jiraiya!" Kai yelled.
"I don't care! It's too hard to figure out! I just need to dispell them, not learn about them." Naruto argued. Kai looked at Jiraiya who shrugged before sitting down, letting his apprentice and traveling companion settle it themselves.
"Do you know how to dispel genjutsu?" Kai asked, an idea forming in his head.
"Of course I do." Naruto said.
"Then how about a bet hm? If you can't dispell my jutsu in three minutes, you will have to learn how to at least learn how to resist and release them. If you release it, I will say Ninjutsu is superior and learn two new jutsu when we get to Konoha." Kai said.
"Deal!" Naruto said. Kai did his hand seals and Naruto was under his Continuation jutsu. Jiraiya just yawned and decides here was a good enough place to make camp for the night. Kai approached Naruto, whose eyes were glossed over, and unsheathed his knife, placing it at the blonde's throat.
When Jiraiya wasn't looking, Kai used the jutsu he learned from Kaguya. "Corrupt." He whispered, thinking of a name in the spot. He then said, "Naruto, you will want me to help you put with genjutsu once this is over. You also will suggest me living with you, as I have no money." Kai said. Once the three minutes were up Kai released both jutsu.
"Hah! You see, I did it!" Naruto bragged.
"Actually kid, you lost." Jiraiya said from the camp he set up. "I guess we need to give you remedial lessons on releasing genjutsu." Jiraiya said.
"Aw man!" Naruto groaned.
"I can teach you Naruto. After all, I made the bet, I should at least see that you fulfill it" Kai said.
"Alright, since it's you, I'll do it." Naruto said. Kai grinned. That night, Kai took first watch. He silently went to Jiraiya's tent and placed him under a sleep genjutsu. Then he used his corrupt jutsu. "Jiraiya, any changes you see in Naruto that aren't bad for his health you will think is a result of training." He said.
He then applied the same jutsu on Naruto, only this time, giving Naruto a wet dream. Kai had to hold in a laugh as he saw Naruto's small tent. He opened his pants to take a look at it, and it only was about four inches erect. "I guess I have a way to corrupt you Naruto." Kai said evily. He then used the corrupt jutsu. "Naruto, your small penis with start to make you doubt your ability to please a woman. You will also start wondering how big my penis is." Kai programmed. He then released the jutsu's he placed on the two. "He may be a tough ninja, but a sissy he will be at home." Kai whispered to himself.
"So Naruto, what's Konoha like?" Kai asked.
"Oh it's great, your going to love it." Naruto said with a smile. "Grandma Tsunade is pretty nice, but she's got a temper." Naruto said.
"Why do you call her Grandma?" Kai asked.
"She's like fifty, and hides behind a Genjutsu to make her look young." Naruto said.
"Fifty is not that old. The Tsuchikage is like eighty." Kai countered.
"Well he's super old!" Naruto said as they approached the gates.
"Naruto! Master Jiraiya! Your back!" The guards at the gate smiled. "And who are you?" One of them asked.
"This is Kai! He wants to be a ninja here." Naruto explained.
"Oh, nice to meet you Kai. If you'll just fill out this form, we call allow you to enter, and meet with the Hokage." The guard said handing him the form. After about five minutes of filling out the information, Kai handed them the form and they were let into the village.
"Wow, I don't think I've ever seen a city this big." Kai said in wonder.
"Oh hey they added Tsunade's face to the mountain." Jiraiya said pointing towards the large sculptures overlooking the village. It took them about ten minutes to jump over rooftops to arrive at the tower. "We'll take the normal way in, as Kai here is not a ninja of the village." Jiraiya explained.
"Granny we're back!" Naruto yelled as they slammed through the door to the Hokage's office. A sake bottle slammed into his head, knocking him out.
"Naruto? Jiraiya? Your back!" Tsunade said before standing up and hugging them. She then noticed Kai. "And who are you?" She asked.
"This is Kai, he wishes to join the village as a ninja." Jiraiya explained as Naruto rubbed his head.
"Well, it's nice to meet you Kai. Do you have the required skill to become a ninja?" Tsunade asked.
"I tested him myself. Here's my findings." Jiraiya said, handing Tsunade a notebook. As she was reading off the notes, Kai was drinking in her form. Damn those tits are huge. I think their bigger than Kaguya's. He thought to himself. She definitely is on my list of woman to corrupt.
"Well, everything seems in order. It's nice to have another Genjutsu master around. I think Special jonin will suit you just fine. I might also suggest becoming a field medic with your skill." Tsunade said.
"Thank you for accepting me Lady Hokage. I will think on your suggestion." Kai bowed. Tsunade nodded.
"Come by tomorrow and you can fill out all the paper work and get your vest. Also, you will have a probationary period of three months, meaning you won't leave the village unless with a group of at least two chunins. Understand?" Tsunade asked.
"Yes mam." Kai responded.
"Good. Now, do you have any plans for your accommodations?" She asked.
"He can stay with me!" Naruto suggested. Kai mentally high fived himself.
"That would work, I don't have many funds right now. That is if it's okay with you." Kai said. Tsunade nodded.
"Naruto, please show Kai here to your apartment. Expect to be here tomorrow at six am, ready for a spar with Kakashi and Sakura." Tsunade said. Naruto nodded with a grin before grabbing Kai and jumping out the window.
After being dragged for a few minutes across many rooftops, they arrived in a seedier part of town, where Naruto's apartment was located.
"Here we are! It's not much, but it's home!" Naruto said with a smile as he unlocked his apartment door. When the door opened, a large puff of dust came out, causing them to cough. "I guess I forgot to ask someone to keep it clean." He said. Kai looked around. Besides it being really dusty, and a little cramped, the place wasn't too bad.
"I have a spare sleeping mat in my closet, hold on." Naruto said as he summoned some shadow clones. "We need to dust this place. And one of you go get groceries." He instructed. Kai had a mental image of a feminine Naruto in a sexy maid outfit.
"Well, this place isn't bad. We should open some windows though, get some fresh air in here." Kai said. Naruto nodded before they opened some windows, releasing a lot of dust from the room. The next half hour was spent cleaning up the place as Kai got familiar with his new temporary home.
"I'm going to take a shower." Kai informed.
"Alright. There should be some soap in there." Naruto said from his room, still searching for the spare mat. Kai grinned as he specifically forgot to grab a towel. After a quick five minute shower, which felt pretty nice, Kai faked surprise before calling out to Naruto.
"Hey Naruto. I forgot to grab a towel, you mind grabbing one for me?" He asked. I got a "sure" and soon enough there was a knock at The door.
"Here you go." Naruto said as he held a towel through a semi open door.
"Thanks man." Kai said as he stepped out of the shower and pretended to slip. "Woah!" He yelled as he grabbed the door to steady himself. In doing so, the door flung open, letting Naruto get a good look at Kai's above average penis. It was about five inches flaccid, but at full mast it was about nine and a half.
Naruto stared for a solid few seconds before averting his eyes. "Sorry!" Kai said half heartedly before closing the door. "You really should get a shower mat, it helps stop slipping." Kai said through the wall.
"I'll think about getting one." Naruto said, his mind still fixated on Kai's penis. There was a knock on the front door. When Naruto opened it, Sakura was standing there.
'Hey Naruto. It's good to see you." She said as a gave him a quick hug. "Lady Tsunade changed plans about our spare, it's actually about to happen." Sakura explained.
"Really?" Naruto asked. Sakura nodded. "Alright, let me grab my gear." Naruto said. He left the door open as he grabbed his kunai and shuriken. "Oh yeah. Kai! I have to go spar with my team! I'll be back later!" Naruto yelled.
"Alright I might take a nap." Kai yelled from the bathroom.
"Who was that?" Sakura asked.
"That's Kai. He's staying with me for a while till he has enough money for his own place. Me and Pervy Sage met him on the road. I just joined Konoha as a ninja." Naruto said as he closed the door to his apartment.
"That's interesting. You'll have to introduce me later."
Kai stepped out of the bathroom, still naked. "It seems your training is going well Naruto." Kai said with a grin before going through some handsigns. "Prayer transfer." Kai said, sending a bit of his chakra towards the moon.
