I let out a breath watching the vapor disperse into the air. I was currently standing outside the Uchiha Corporations building with a box in both hands, ready to move my personal items to my new desk.
I hesitantly grabbed the handles, opening the door, and taking in the site before me. I walked to my desk, that was hidden amongst the crowd of people, and began to throw each and every item I had on my desk into the box. "Hey Naruto whatcha doing" I looked to see Sasuke standing behind me holding a cup of coffee with a crooked grin plastered onto his face. I was shocked to see him, since he hadn't been at work for a while. "Where have you been" I asked as I turned to face him. He sighed as he switched from foot to foot, trying to come with an excuse. "Answer my question first" he replied. "I'm moving my stuff to the President's office, where I will work as his personal assistant" "Oh" I could see the wheels turning, and I knew he knew more than what he let on. He walked over to his cubicle, put his coffee down, and started on his work, deeming the conversation over. "But you still didn't answer my question" I said a little annoyed. "Where have you been". He looked up at me, and in that instant I knew he was going to lie to me. "I've been sick" "Sick" "Yea sick" "That's bullshit and you know it" At this point we were in a staring war. "Naruto, hurry up, we have a lot of work to do" I looked from Minho to Mr. Itachi back to Minho, grabbed my stuff and walked to his office.
I sat back in my seat and let out a breath that I didn't know I was holding. I should be happy right now right. I guess betraying a friend is harder than I thought. A chuckle rises from the back of my throat, and I can't help but to let it out. People stare at me, but I don't care. I'm already dead, just let me have my last laugh. "A letter came for you" I looked to see a youngish woman holding out a letter to me. I took it, she walked off, and I opened the envelope. Dear Sasuke, Your debts have been cleared, however, there is still one thing I need of you. If you resist, I will not hesitate to kill you. I will give you the next set of instructions in another letter, that will be in your mailbox by the time you get home. After you are finished reading this and the other letter, I want you to dispose of it,but not in any of the office trash bins. If you follow these directions you won't be hearing from me anymore. I fold the letter up and place it back in the envelope. I put it in my jacket pocket discretely, and wait until break so I can throw it away. Fuck, what do I do now. There's more. That bastard, he's just playing with me now. I gave you what you wanted, what more do you want from me. hopefully a little longer^^ Ebbiechan
