Naruto shook his head to clear his head, pulled himself together and knocked on the door.
Sakura opened it after a few minutes, cheeks rosy from her blush and her lips curled upwards in a sweet smile.
She had waited on the other side of the door, knowing that her date was hesitating… maybe because he was getting shy all of the sudden or so she thought. This thought only confirmed her choice… he was so damn cute and just perfect for her.
“Good evening Sakura-chan… you look stunning tonight,” Naruto said since he knew that she was expecting him to praise her. He handed her a dozen pink roses… pink like the color of her hair… pink and not red ones since red was the symbol of love… were pink was the symbol for friendship.
He wanted to keep it nice and friendly tonight… just like two good friends going out for a normal dinner and not a date like she wanted it to be.
“Thank you Naruto, they are lovely,” Sakura smiled lovingly at him and carried the flowers into her home to put them into water. She was wearing a white spaghetti-string top and a red skirt that passed her knees.
She looked pretty and she felt pretty too. She was going to take away his insecurity and make him hers tonight. It had felt so good when she had kissed his cheek earlier today and now she wanted to taste more of his honey golden skin.
´I wonder what he´s like in bed? Is he gentle and sweet or does he like it rough and wild? ` She liked both and she couldn´t wait to drag him down on the bed on top of her and enjoy a night of passion with him.
She put the flowers into a vase before they left her apartment together to go to their first official date.
While they walked down the main street, her mind wandered off to her blonde companion and hopefully soon to be better half and she hooked her arm beneath his, gently dragging him to the restaurant she wanted to eat at. They never noticed the watchful eyes which followed them from above once again.

Suigetsu followed his main target from afar, using the rooftops of Konoha to spy on the blonde nin and his giggling date.
His chakra was masked perfectly and he wore clothing that made him blend into the boring colors of the dimly lit city during nighttime.
He left them alone as soon as the blonde had dropped the pink haired girl off at her doormat and returned to his captain’s base to make his report.

“Report!” A dark figure demanded from the shadows after the blue haired man entered the ballroom of the Uchiha mansion.
“She definitely has a crush on him… Blondie seems rather distant and tried to keep the touchy-feely stuff to a minimum,” Suigetsu grinned. “He picked her up after staring at her door for nearly five minutes. He gave her flowers and took her to a fancy restaurant. They had sushi and miso soup. She drank some sake and he stuck with green tea.”
“… And then?” the man in the darkness asked with a displeased growl.
“They talked and she tried to kiss him,” Suigetsu said. “A frog showed up just in time to prevent her from fulfilling the kiss. It told Blondie that he had to report to the Hokage a.s.a.p. and he took her home where she still is. I don´t get it… Why does he go through the trouble to get rid of her with a summoning if he could just fuck her senseless and then break up with her in the morning?”
“Because he´d never do anything that would hurt her feelings. He has always been closely attached to her though I don´t think that he wants her as a lover any longer if he ever did. It´s a problem that she´s hitting on him since she doesn´t know when to quit… Naruto is never going to be hers… he´s mine. He´s just not aware of it yet.”

“I want you to pick her up and bring her to me. Let the leaf know that we´re here… they will gladly sacrifice one of their own to save their petty city. They don´t even know that they´re about to lose… and the Dobe would gladly give his life to save a friend´s life… even someone as annoying as Sakura.”
“Do you need to feed tonight?” Suigetsu asked. He wasn´t all too happy about his captain’s way of feeding but as long as he wasn’t on the menu he wouldn´t complain.

“On how annoying she´ll be and how long it´ll take the Dobe to get here.” The Uchiha smirked darkly before he vanished into the shadows once more.

Due to the importance of the question he chose to use the door rather than the window which he usually used to enter her office… and he did summoned the frog and asked it to help him out of the date as Sakura had been to the bathroom to powder her nose so he kinda had an excuse to be here and the guards at the door would be able to confirm that he had been here if Sakura would question them later on.

“We don´t know who they are yet my lady… but we know who they have in their might… It´s Haruno Sakura.”

Kakashi stood on his porch, looking at the setting sun. He had just received a note from Tsunade that she had discovered that the one who had captured Sakura indeed was Uchiha Sasuke and his team called Hebi (snake).
She had ordered the copy-nin to keep an eye on Naruto and even use force if the blonde would try to leave. He expected to see the blonde approaching every second now though he had the suspicion that Naruto wasn´t going to show up at all.
He knew the boy too well… too damn well. ´You are going to give up on Konoha to spend your remaining time with the one you truly care about, aren´t you kid?` He thought with a hint of sadness in the soft smile he hid beneath his dark mask.
He was happy that Naruto followed his own nindo but he also knew that he would miss him when he was gone and was sad that he wouldn´t get the chance to say goodbye.
