Well, this is the third chapter of the story and like I said
before, Sakura will be a supporter of Naruto in the story and Sasuke isn�t
going to be a �bad guy� in this story. Well, not exactly. There is going to be
a fight between Sasuke and his former teammates, but isn�t going to be some
kind of sadistic evil person. He will be Sasuke of Part II of the Naruto series
and he will concentrate on revenge against his older brother, Itachi Uchiha,
and won�t tolerate interference from anyone. And plus, with Sasuke�s upcoming
rejection of Sakura, it isn�t that he never liked her. He cared about her as a
friend and comrade before he betrayed the village, in my story, he never loved
her like Sakura did, so, I�ll try to make the rejection not too harsh. Sorry to
all of you Sasuke-bashing and Sakura-bashing fans.

Note: There will be some to a lot of OOC (Out of Character)
in this story and there will be plenty of Naruto/Sakura/Hinata/Tsunade, but it
will be mainly Naruto/Harem.

stories that end in this fanfiction! Naruto is owned/licensed by Masashi

Chapter 3: Depression
and Passions

(Somewhere on the
outskirts of Las Nocha; sometime after we left our group of Leaf ninja)

In another part of town, we find a group of three ninjas,
two males and one female, assembled in front area just outside of the city of
Las Nocha and the kunoichi of the group has red hair in unusual hairstyle with
short and unkempt on one side and long and combed on the other side and red
eyes with glasses in front of her eyes. Her name is Karin and the other two
with her are Jugo and Suigetsu, the members of Sasuke�s new team known simply
as �Snake� for obvious reasons. Soon after, a male figure lands in front of the
group and it is revealed to be none other than Sasuke.

Sasuke, age 15, has his hair style remain the same, he has a
white shirt that somewhat open to reveal his well-developed muscular body, the
shirt has blue sleeves with black gantlets over his hands, he has blue pants, a
large cloth around the pants, a sheath for sword behind his back, and black
open-toed ninja boots.

Karin says, with a sugary sweet tone, �Hi, Sasuke-kun. Did
your mission go well?�

Sasuke says, with an emotionless tone, �Not a lick. There is
no news on that bastard. And I found my old teammates in the town.�

Karin says, with a serious tone, �Your old teammates? From
the Leaf village? You told us about them. Sakura Haruno, Naruto Uzumaki, and
your former teacher, Kakashi Hatake.�

Sasuke says, with a plain tone, �Yeah. And knowing that
Dobe, he spotted me and he is after me right now. He�ll be here in a minute or
two.�

Karin�s special chakra senses �perk up� and she says,
seriously, �Are you sure it is your old teammates because the first guy coming
towards us has a huge chakra. This person that�s coming towards us . . . he is
a rival for Orochimaru-sama was before you killed him Sasuke-kun.�

The male members of Sasuke�s team gives looks of rare shock
and Sasuke states, plainly with an eyebrow raised, �Are you sure?�

Karin shakes her head and replies, �Not really. Because I�m
getting an even stronger chakra reading for this guy. He might be far stronger
than Orochimaru-sama was.�

Sasuke thinks in his mind, giving a rare stunned tone, �Naruto? That Dobe? Far stronger than one of
the three famous ninja of legend?�

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, �Sasuke!� Soon
after, Sasuke looks to see Naruto land in front of him and his team.

Sasuke says, with a cool tone, �It has been a long time,
Naruto.� Sasuke then states, with a plain tone, �Why are you wearing that
headband for anyway? You were kicked out of Leaf Village
after all you did for them.� Naruto gives a look of surprise and Sasuke says,
with a plain tone, �It wasn�t too hard to find out. Several days after you were
kicked out, Orochimaru heard about it, but we never heard from you after that.
However, I know about your �secret life� outside of the Leaf Village.�

Naruto thinks in his mind, surprised, �Could it be? Does Sasuke know about what I�ve been doing since I was
kicked out of the village?�

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, �Sasuke!� Soon
after, Sakura appears with her landing the left side of Naruto.

Sasuke says, with a cool tone, �Sakura.�

Karin thinks in her mind, annoyed, �Oh, great! The dumb fan girl that wants Sasuke-kun all to herself has
come to take him away! Not while I breathe!�

Sakura tells Sasuke, �Sasuke, who are these people?�

Sasuke says, with a plain tone, �They are part of my new
team. We are called �Snake�.�

Naruto says, with a droll tone, �Snake? That�s original.�

Karin asks, with a nasty tone, �What do you know blonde?!�

Sakura notices the curse marks on their necks and she says,
�All of you have curse marks! You work with Orochimaru!�

Naruto yells out, stunned, �What?!�

Suigetsu says, �That�s old news! We don�t work for
Orochimaru anymore!�

Karin says, with a strong tone, �We only work for Sasuke-kun
now!�

Naruto asks, curiously, �Why is that?�

Sasuke replies, plainly, �Orochimaru is dead.�

Naruto and Sakura gasp in shock and they yell out in unison,
�What?!�

Sasuke says, with a cool tone, �You heard me. Orochimaru
tried to my body over his with Immortality Jutsu, but I turned the tables on
him with my Sharingan and absorbed his abilities while destroying his spirit.�

Naruto says, lowly, �No way . . .�

Sasuke says, with an emotionless tone, �If you excuse me, I
will take my leave. I have no time for you.�

Naruto says, seriously, �Make time, Sasuke! We�re here to
bring you back, like it or not!�

Sasuke asks, with a cool tone, �Why do you remain loyal to a
village that abandoned you, Dobe? They kicked you out. Personally, I don�t
understand why though it makes me believe that the village is getting more
pathetic with each day by throwing out good ninja like you. Why do you remain
loyal to them?�

Naruto says, looking at Sakura, �Unlike those people that
didn�t understand me or took the time to understand me, I don�t abandoned my
friends and teammates like Kakashi-sensei taught us. And I don�t go back on my
word. I said that I�m bringing back to the village and I intend to keep my
word. Believe it!�

Sasuke says, while shaking his head, �Same old Naruto. The
same idiot that I fought those years ago. Do you really think that you can make
me return to that village?�

Sakura says, with a serious tone, �This time, Naruto has
help Sasuke! And don�t think that I won�t fight you this time! My skills have
improved since you left the village!�

Sasuke turns his back to Sakura and Naruto and he says, with
a cool tone, �You are not worth my time. Don�t make me have to kill you both.�

Naruto says, with a sly smile, �Then you won�t know the real
reason that Itachi kept you alive.� This caught Sasuke�s attention along with
Sakura�s attention and everyone looks straight at Naruto.

Sasuke says, with a plain tone, �What do you mean, Dobe? You
couldn�t know that bastard of a brother like I do.�

Naruto says, with a sly smile, �True, but I know about the
whole truth about your clan�s Kekkai Genkai, the Sharingan.�

Sasuke yells out, a bit annoyed, �You are not part of my
clan! What do you know that I don�t?!�

Naruto says, seriously, �I know about the Mangekyo Sharingan
that your brother welds. Sure, it is much better version of the Sharingan, but
it has a weakness. It slowly damages the user�s eyesight as it is used again
and again. Your brother must have lost a good amount of eyesight by now.�

Sasuke says, his interest growing, �So, the Mangekyo allows
you to perform such incredible jutsu, but it slowly makes you blind over time.
However, I fail to see what it has to do with me.�

Naruto says, with a serious tone, �There is only one way to
stop the damage from the Mangekyo Sharingan. You need to take the Sharingan
eyes of a relative and combine them with your own.� Sakura gasps in shock and
Naruto says, with a serious tone, �When two Mangekyo Sharingan eyes from the
same family in the Uchiha clan are combined, you can gain incredible levels of
power and even the power to become immortal.�

Sakura asks Naruto, �And that�s why Itachi kept Sasuke
alive?�

Naruto says, with a nod, �Itachi wants Sasuke to gain the
Mangekyo Sharingan so he can steal his eyes and gain his own �Eternal� Mangekyo
Sharingan.�

Sasuke says, with an emotionless tone, �What do I care? When
I win, I will take his eyes and gain my own �Eternal� Mangekyo Sharingan.�

Sakura says, seriously, �Sasuke, didn�t you hear what Naruto
told you?!�

Sasuke says, with an emotionless tone, �And I said that I
don�t care. So, what if the reason that my fucking brother left me alive to
gain a greater power? He made a mistake and I shall make sure that he will pay
for it. And thanks to that Dobe and his new information, which I can�t help to
wonder how he found information about my clan, it is most perfect punishment to
take his eyes and gain his Sharingan as my own though I damn well don�t care
about his power.�

Sakura thinks in her mind, horrified, �He is so cold! He isn�t anything like the Sasuke that Naruto and I
knew! He seems to revert back to his old cold ways before he joined with us in
Cell Seven.�

Sasuke says, with a cold tone, �So, get out of our way and
don�t try to interfere.�

Naruto tells Sasuke, �Do you think that we will let you go
Sasuke?�

Sasuke closes his eyes, activates his Sharingan, and he
says, seriously, �I told you loser to get out of my way. I guess that I will
have to repeat our last fight over two years ago.�

Naruto says, with a sly smile, �Don�t think you are the only
one with that trick Sasuke.� Naruto closes his eyes for a minute and when they
shoot open, Naruto�s eyes have become Sharingan eyes as well.

Sasuke and his �Snake� team gasp in shock and Karin says,
shocked, �Those are Sharingan eyes like Sasuke-kun�s eyes!�

Sasuke yells out, in annoyance, �How did you get those eyes
Naruto?! You aren�t part of my clan! How did you get Sharingan?�

Naruto says, with a sly smile, �Sakura already knows this
Sasuke, but you are right to say that I�m not part of your clan. However, on
the day that those jerks got me kicked out of the village, I learned that I
have my own Kekkai Genkai and I�m the last of the clan that welded it. I own
the �Celestial Embodiment� Kekkai Genkai.�

Sasuke calls out, annoyed, �Impossible! That Kekkai Genkai
is a myth!�

Suigetsu asks, curiously, �Celestial Embodiment?�

Karin says, rolling her eyes, �Celestial Embodiment is a
legendary Kekkai Genkai, one of the most powerful of them all, that allows the
user of Kekkai Genkai to gain the abilities of another ninja by taking in their
DNA through their skin and adding it to their own DNA though blood, hair,
saliva, or whatnot. They can even get other Kekkai Genkai and use it as if they
were part of the clan that Kekkai Genkai comes from. But it is said that the
clan where that Kekkai Genkai came from are gone.�

Naruto says, with a sly smile, �Expect for me. I got my
Kekkai Genkai from my dad.�

Sasuke states, with a plain tone, �Your father?�

Naruto says, with a smile, �Yeah, you kind of heard of my
dad. I�ll give you a hint: He is very famous, one of the most famous ninja in
the Leaf Village, and he stopped the Nine-Tailed Fox.�

Sasuke says, giving a rare stunned tone, �Your father . . .
was the Fourth Hokage?!�

Naruto says, with a sly grin, �That�s right! Believe it!
Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, was my dad and the last of the Namikaze
clan, the holders of the Celestial Embodiment Kekkai Genkai. And thanks to my
dad�s legacy, I�ve got your Sharingan and several other Kekkai Genkai. Oh, I
also have the Mangekyo as well. A �gift� from your brother and when I got
samples of his hair and skin when we met.� Sasuke looks at Sakura and her
serious expression tells Sasuke that Sakura knows all about Naruto�s bloodline.
Soon after, Sasuke does something totally unexpected: He gives a sly smile.

Sasuke says, with a sly smile, �It all makes sense now. Why
you�ve been madly going about this obsession about becoming Hokage of the Leaf Village.
It is in your blood. And you never cease to surprise me.� Sasuke says,
regaining an emotionless look and tone, �However, if you think that a carbon
copy of my Sharingan will defeat me, Dobe, then you are dumber than I thought.�

Naruto states, with a sly smile, �Do you want to make a bet
on that?�

Karin yells out, angrily, �You know, you little asshole, I�m
starting to get annoyed at you for insulting Sasuke-kun like that!�

Sasuke holds out his arm and he says, plainly, �Stand down,
Karin.�

Karin asks Sasuke, curiously, �Sasuke-kun?�

Sasuke says, with a plain tone, �It seems like you need to
learn the lesson that I taught you back two years ago, Naruto. You are never
going to be superior to me, no matter what special bloodlines you have. I am
the true heir to the Sharingan and no �carbon copy� will defeat me.�

Naruto yells out, strongly, �We�ll see!�

Sasuke says, with an emotionless tone, �Then attack me if
you . . .� But then Naruto vanishes with incredible new super-speed and before
Sasuke knew what hit him, Naruto bashes him right in the face with a powerful
right hook to his left cheek sending Sasuke right into a tree.

Karin yells out, stunned, �Sasuke-kun!� Karin looks at
Naruto in an angered tone and yells out, angrily, �Okay, bastard, you are so
dead!�

Sakura shouts out, strongly, �Wrong!� Sakura gives a roar of
power, slams her right fist into the ground, and the ground explodes in front
of her fist.

Naruto says, stunned, �Whoa!� Naruto thinks in his mind,
stunned, �Geez! That�s Granny Tsunade�s
super-strength!�

Sakura tells Naruto, with a serious tone, �I�ll take care of
these three. You keep Sasuke busy and I�ll join you as soon as I can. Go!�

Naruto nods his head and he thinks in his mind, nervously, �Note to self: Do not upset, Sakura, at all.
She will kill you literally!� Soon after, Naruto faces off against Sasuke
while Sakura prepares to fight against his team known as �Snake�.

Karin asks, with a nasty tone, �Do you think that you can
take us on, bitch?�

Sakura says, with a sly smile, �Think. No! I KNOW that I can
take all three of you dweebs on!� Immediately, the three members of Sasuke�s
new team while Naruto prepares to battle Sasuke with his Sharingan gained from
his Celestial Embodiment Kekkai Genkai and Sasuke with his Sharingan from his
Uchiha clan bloodline.

(Back in the city; a
short distance from the battle)

On the meanwhile, Kakashi, Jiraiya, Hinata, Shino, Kiba, and
Akamaru in another area of the city as Akamaru uses its nose to find Sakura�s
and Naruto�s scent.

Hinata says, worriedly, �I hope that Naruto-kun and
Sakura-chan are okay.�

Kiba tells Hinata, with a sly grin, �Don�t worry, Hinata.
Naruto and Sakura are a lot stronger than they were before. They�ll be okay.�

Kakashi says, with a serious tone, �However, I think it is
best that we find them.�

Kiba asks Akamaru, �Hey, boy, did you find their scents?�
Just then a couple of explosions come from the distance in the area of the
forest on the outskirts of the city. Kiba says, plainly, �Well, that answers
that question.�

Hinata asks, worriedly, �What if they are in trouble?�

Shino says, plainly, �It is best that we go help them then.�
Without another word needed to be said, the ninja head off into the distance
towards the explosions.

Hinata thinks in her mind, worriedly, �Sakura-chan . . . Naruto-kun . . . please be okay when we get there.�

(Returning to the
battlefield; A short time soon after)

Back on the battlefield, we find that Naruto is holding his
own against Sasuke with his Sharingan and Sasuke�s Sharingan practically equal
to each other with the two of them matching each other move for move. By this
time, Sasuke�s �Snake� team were knocked down to the floor by our pink-haired
kunoichi before they could use their Curse Seals and Sakura heads off to help
Naruto, who is facing Sasuke making ninja hand signs and Naruto mimics Sasuke�s
hand signs perfectly.

�Fire Style! Fireball
Jutsu!�

Sasuke and Naruto launch powerful fireballs at each other
and the two attacks hit each other with strong explosions with them negating
each other causing a lot of smoke. Naruto gives a sly smile, but then four
snakes come out of the smoke and wrap around Naruto�s right leg causing him to
trip up with him landing on the ground with a nasty fall. Before Naruto could
recover, Sasuke leaps out of the smoke, slams his right elbow in Naruto�s chest
causing him to groan in pain, and Sasuke keeps Naruto pinned to the ground with
Sasuke keeping his elbow in Naruto�s gut and all of his strength.

Sasuke tells Naruto, with a plain tone, �I must admit, Dobe.
You have improved, but this fight is over.�

Just then Sakura yells out, strongly, �No!� Sasuke turns
only to get a punch to the cheek by Sakura�s fist sending Sasuke back, but
Sasuke quickly recovers since Sakura held back by not using her super-strength
that she gained from Tsunade. Sasuke quickly gets to his feet and faces Sakura.
Sakura tells Sasuke, in a pleading tone, �Sasuke, please stop! I beg you,
please! Come back to us! Come back to me, Sasuke! I still love you, Sasuke!�

Sasuke only gives a look of contempt and he says, with a
cold tone, �Again? How many times do I have to tell you, Sakura?� Soon after,
Sasuke uses his superior speed to go over to Sakura and backhand her to the
ground. He then slams his right foot into her waist and Sakura groans out in
pain. When Sakura looks at Sasuke, he glares at her with his emotionless
expression in his eyes and he says, with an emotionless tone, �What do I have
to tell you to stop this ridiculous crush on me, Sakura? The fact is that I
never loved you and I never will.� Sakura gasps in shock and Sasuke says, with
a serious tone, �When we part of Team Seven with Kakashi, I did consider you a
friend and comrade and I would have risked my life for you as a friend and
comrade, but I never loved you and those days are over. Before we became part
of Kakashi�s team, I consider you nothing but another dumb fan girl that had
that ridiculous crush on me. We were friends, Sakura, but those days are over.
Getting my revenge on my damn brother is the only thing that has meaning and
you . . . are in my way.� Sakura felt like her heart broke a thousand times as
tears threatened to fall and a loud roar is heard. When Sasuke turns to look
towards the source of the roar, he gets bashed in the kisser by none other than
Naruto.

Naruto yells out, angrily, �How could you do that to Sakura,
Sasuke?! She cared about you so much and you break her heart like this!�

Sasuke says, with an emotionless tone, �I meant what I said,
Dobe. I never loved Sakura. She never knew me at all. Even you, Dobe, knew me
better than Sakura. She never understood me and we could never be together. She
was a friend and teammate and those days are over. She, like you, is nothing more
than obstacles to my goal. Now, I have wasted enough time here.� Just then the
other members of Sasuke�s team, recovered from their battle with Sakura, join
Sasuke and Sasuke performs another fire jutsu causing a strong explosion
covering the area in smoke. When the smoke clears, Sasuke and his �Snake� team
are gone.

Naruto�s eyes turn red and dilate for a second and he roars
out, angrily, �SASUKE!!!� On the meanwhile, Sakura, who has managed to get back
to her feet, fall to her knees and several tears fall from her eyes.

Sakura thinks in her mind, solemnly, �Oh, Kami! I can�t believe this! Sasuke NEVER loved me! He only cared
for me as a friend and now, he doesn�t care about that much anymore! I . . . I
. . .� Sakura starts to gently cry and Naruto manages to calm down as she
starts to cry.

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, �Naruto-kun!�
Naruto turns to the source of the voice to find Kakashi, Jiraiya, Hinata,
Shino, Kiba, and Akamaru arriving on the scene.

Kiba asks, looking at the destruction on the scene, �Whoa!
What happened here?!�

Naruto says, with a plain tone, �We found Sasuke.�

Jiraiya says, with a plain tone, �I suspected that. And I
think that he wasn�t too willing to go with you.�

Hinata asks, worriedly, �Are you and Sakura-chan okay?�

Naruto looks at Sakura solemnly and he replies, with a sigh,
�Physically, yeah. We did awesome against Sasuke and his new team . . .�

Kakashi asks Naruto, curiously, �New team?�

Naruto tells Kakashi, with a sigh, �Can we talk about this
later, Kakashi-sensei?� Just then a clap of thunder is heard and everyone,
minus Sakura, looks up to see rain falling down on them.

Kakashi then looks back at the crestfallen Sakura and he
says, plainly, �I think that it is for the best. We should take a rest for the
day and continue our work tomorrow.�

Jiraiya nods his head and he says, �Yes, I think it is for
the best.�

Hinata goes over to Sakura, kneels down beside her, and she
says, solemnly, �I�m sorry, Sakura-chan.� Naruto looks at Sakura solemnly knowing
that his former best friend and teammate, Sakura�s major �crush�, has brown her
heart into a thousand pieces and this is a wound that not even Tsunade can
heal.

(That evening; within
the city of Las Nocha *WARNING: X-RATED LEMON COMING UP!*)

Inside of one of the many hotels in Las Nocha, we find
Sakura, wearing a beautiful pink nightgown, is sitting down in front of a table
with a picture of her, Sasuke, Naruto, and Kakashi back when they are all part
of Team 7 while drinking sake from a small cup. She gained this �bad habit�
from Anko during one of the times she was depressed about Naruto and Sasuke.
Anko brought her to Ryusaki�s bar where Anko hangs out a lot. Anko kind of forced
her to drink the sake and got drunk. Tsunade wasn�t too pleased about Anko
getting her apprentice drunk like that, but with her drinking problem, the
current Hokage of the Hidden
Leaf Village
isn�t one to speak about it too bad. However, Sakura never drank again unless
she got super-depressed and there was only one time before this. Now, with the
learning Sasuke�s feelings towards her, her depression is great and now, Sakura
has drank plenty of the sake that she managed to get through a bit of
transformation and Genjutsu. Sakura�s cheeks are flushed red showing her
current state.

Sakura thinks in her mind, solemnly, �Sasuke never loved me . . . he only cared for me as a friend back when
we were part of Team Seven . . . No matter how close I got to him . . . I never
captured his heart at all . . . And now, I mean nothing to him at all . . .
nothing . . . he was willing to kill me . . .� Soon after, Sakura takes a
few more cups of sake and she hiccups with her cheeks flushed a bright red.
Just then her door knocks and she turns to see the door open to reveal Naruto,
wearing black robe, walks into the room.

Naruto, without looking at Sakura, says, lowly and
nervously, �Sakura, I�m sorry about what happened with Sasuke.� Just when
Naruto closes the door behind him, he gasps to see Sakura in her current state
with the bottles of sake on the table with the picture of Sakura, Sasuke,
Naruto, and Kakashi when they were together as Team 7. Naruto yells out,
shocked, �Sakura, what are you doing?�

Sakura asks, with her flushed cheeks, �What?! I�m *hic*
having a few drinks, that�s all.�

Naruto tells Sakura, with a serious tone, �A few drinks of
sake! Sakura, you are only a teenager like me!�

Sakura says, with a snort, �So?! Does that mean that I can�t
take *hic* alcohol like adults? *hic*�

Naruto tells Sakura, with his hands held up, �Sakura, I
think that you should take it easy.�

Sakura yells out, annoyed and in a drunken states, �No, I
think that you should take it easy!�

Naruto tells Sakura, trying to calm her down, �Easy, Sakura!
I�m just as upset as you are about Sasuke!�

Sakura sighs and she says, �I know. I�m sorry *hic* Naruto.�

Naruto tells Sakura, �I think that you should stop with the
sake for tonight.�

Sakura says, with a nod, �Guess you are right *hic* Naruto.
I should stop *hic* before I really do something *hic* embarrassing.� Sakura
then tries to get to her feet, but she stumbles and Naruto helps her to feet.
Sakura says, with a smile, �Thanks, *hic* Naruto.�

Naruto says, nervously, �No problem, Sakura.� Soon after,
Naruto gently puts Sakura down on the bed and he starts to leave, but Sakura
uses her super-strength to force Naruto to sit down on the bed.

Sakura says, with a sly smile and her flushed cheeks, �Hey, *hic*, Naruto, we
haven�t seen each other in over two years! *hic* Come on, we never had a chance
to *hic* catch up!�

Naruto replies, nervously, �O-Okay.�

Sakura tells Naruto, with a drunken tone, �By the way, how
are *hic* things between your mother?�

Naruto tells Sakura, nervous about the situation, �Well, we
are just fine. It was incredible to believe that my mother was alive when I
thought she was gone. I think that someone tried to take her out on the day
that my dad sealed the fox inside of me.�

Well, this is it! The third chapter of this story is done!
Personally, I tried not to paint Sasuke in a bad light. I wanted him to reject
Sakura�s love in a way that�s just Sasuke. Plus, I made it that Sasuke isn�t
super-bad that he mentions why he didn�t love her and they were once friends.
Plus, what happened between Naruto and Sakura. Don�t think of it as rape at
all. Sakura, more or less, in her drunken state, seduced Naruto into having sex
with her and in her normal state of mind, she wouldn�t do this. But mix alcohol
and depression . . . well, you get the idea. I wanted to add a bit of �Real
Life� drama into this and since these types of things happen in real life with
