Chapter 28: Assaults, Ambushes and Traitors

Sasuke was sent flying through the crisp night air. Smashing through the wooden railing of the deserted building he was training in. Coughing up blood he looked up into the fat face of the Sound ninja that had sent him flying with a single punch.
“Move fatso it’s my turn to have some fun with the little boy.” The red-haired female of the foursome yelled as she shoved past the largest member of the group.
“A lady shouldn’t speak such filth.” The man retorted as the red haired woman shoved past him grabbing the prone Sasuke by the collar. Hoisting him up she punched the raven haired teen in the face repeatedly until blood flowed from his nose.
“Enough! Tayuya,” the leader of the four commanded. “See Sasuke you don’t have the power to stop us, and you’d never have the power to defeat us.” He continued leaning over the Uchiha.
“That’s what you think.” Sasuke retorted as he let the curse mark take over and give him more power.
Striking out with his feet he tripped the older teen standing over him. Rolling onto his feet he launched a handful of punches at the fat ninja forcing him to retreat away from the attacking Uchiha.
The ninja that Sasuke had tripped rolled onto all fours and quickly stood up laughing. “You’re not the only one with a Curse Mark.”
The four Sound ninjas quickly retreated back a few meters and all grinned in triumph as they let the power of their own curse marks take over them.
“I’ll also let you in on a little secret Sasuke. This is only the first stage of the Curse Mark there is also a second stage. Let me show you.” The Leader said with a wicked grin.
Sasuke watched in dismay as the four Sound ninja began to physically change in front of him.

Naruto smiled as his daughter laughed and played with an energetic little fox kit that Naruto had summoned. He gently petted the head of the kit’s mother who watched the two babies play.
To his left Temari was talking with Tsunade, Shizune and Yūgao about the upcoming Chūnin exams and Gaara’s visit to the Hidden Leaf with the other Sand Village elders to hash out the plans for the upcoming Chūnin Exams.
The other girls were scattered around the apartment complex doing their own things with Hinata, Tsunami and Fuu in the kitchen cooking breakfast. Haku, Hana and Anko were off somewhere plotting gods know what.
A knock at the door stopped all the conversations in the room. All eyes turned to Naruto who just smiled and shook his head. Getting up he walked over to the door and opened it.
“Hi Naruto, how are you?” Ayame asked as the blonde let her in.
“Ok just stopping over for the day before finishing this escort mission, how’s the old man?” Naruto replied as he sat back down and offered the seat next to him to her.
“Can’t complain business is doing well, we seem to be getting new customers every few weeks.” Ayame replied as she took the seat offered by Naruto, her eyes drawn to the blonde haired baby and the fox kit. “Is she your child Naruto?” she asked an unknown heaviness in her heart.
“She is.” Naruto replied watching the brunette he considered a sister closely.
“Oh I see she’s beautiful.” Ayame replied as she felt her heart sinking.
“Is something wrong?” Naruto asked as her negative emotions crashed into him.
“No nothing’s wrong, I’d better go, come by the restaurant some time, dad would love to see you.” Ayame said fighting to hold back her tears as she got up and walked quickly towards the door.
Naruto got up and quickly caught her outside before she could escape. “What’s the matter, the moment you saw Kasumi your emotions were a mess?” Naruto asked as he took her hand and forced her to turn towards him.
“You have someone else.” Ayame whispered thinking Naruto couldn’t hear her.
“What do you mean I have someone else I have multiple people around me?” Naruto asked before Kurama mentally hit him in the head. ‘Idiot.’
“But you don’t sleep with them all though do you?” Ayame retorted sadly.
“I’ve slept with them all.” Naruto said surprised at the turn of the conversation.
“What?” Ayame asked shocked.
“They all sleep with me.” Naruto repeated.
“So you aren’t tied to a single woman?”
“Nope.” Naruto replied as he pulled her close, claiming her lips in a passionate kiss.
Ayame sighed as the blonde claimed her lips. Tightening her grip she returned the blonde’s passionate kiss right back.
Watching Ayame panting trying to catch her, Naruto smirked. “So wanna join us for breakfast?”

Naruto walked beside Fuu, Karin and Haku as they walked through the lush green forest that surrounded Konoha. They were guarding Tazuna and his family who were on their way to the Land of Fire’s capital.
“This would be much more fun with Hinata around.” Naruto grumbled as the forest’s canopy cast drifting shadows on the leaf strewn ground.
“Don’t worry Naruto we’ll be back in Konoha tomorrow night.” Fuu replied as she skipped up to his side. “Besides you have four very beautiful girls that are willing and ready to have sex with you anytime you want right here.” She continued with a peal of laughter.
  Naruto grinned as the female Jinchūriki skipped away shaking her ass at him.
The day passed away uneventful for the four ninja as they made the capital by sundown. Walking up to the apartment that Tazuna and his family would be staying in for the next four months, Naruto scanned the area for any chakra signatures.
“We’re all good there are no chakra signatures in the area.” Naruto sighed as he and the rest of group followed Tazuna into the apartment. Before Tazuna closed the door Naruto created two clones. “Alright one of you will have to scout out the area around the apartment. The other one will help me set up some seals around the apartment. Naruto ordered as he dropped the henge illusion hiding his tails.
While the two clones played rock/ paper/ scissors for which job they would do Naruto began to place seals around the door. “Hurry up or I’ll pick for you.” Naruto snapped angrily.
“Are you staying the night, Naruto?” Tazuna asked as the others moved into the kitchen.
“Yeah, we’ll be staying until midday tomorrow, just to make sure everything goes smoothly. Then we’ll be off back to Konoha.” Naruto replied.
“Ok good, I can’t wait to begin on this project it will be my biggest yet. Hopefully it will impress the Daimyō enough to hire me on permanently.” Tazuna exclaimed excitedly as he turned and left Naruto to his work.
‘Not a bad idea the Daimyo has some of the most powerful shinobi, samurai and foreign warriors under his command.’ Naruto thought as he was joined by a dejected clone that had just lost the best of three series.

The sun hung from its zenith, white fluffy clouds occasionally passing across its face as Naruto, Haku, Fuu and Karin made good time on their journey back to Konoha from the capital. It had been a bit harder for Naruto to say good bye and leave his baby daughter behind, having to constantly remind himself it was for their protection to leave them in the capital.
A few hours out from Konoha still, the group was forced down from the tree tops and into the bushes for cover as a handful of earth-like chakra signals were racing towards them from the direction of the Hidden Leaf.
Sensing four familiar chakras following the earth style chakras Naruto smiled and signaled for the others to come out of cover and prepare an ambush.
“What’s going on Naruto?” Haku asked for the others.
“Hinata’s squad is chasing somebody let’s show them how inferior her old squad is to us.” Naruto grinned wickedly.
“Naruto don’t let your anger cloud your judgment and risk the safety of your squad.” Haku warned the blonde quietly.
“So we just help them out a bit, let them catch up?” Karin asked looking between Naruto and Haku.
“Fine let’s see who they’re chasing and deal with them, how’s that?” Naruto asked as he looked at the three nodding heads.

Hiding in the undergrowth, Naruto and the others watched as a four man squad of Hidden Stone shinobi ran towards them seemingly unaware of the chasing Leaf shinobi.
“Naruto, what’s in that giant sack the tall one has slung over his shoulder?” Haku asked the blonde beside her.
Closing his eyes Naruto sniffed the air and searched for another chakra signal. His eyes snapped open as he caught the scent of the person in the sack. “It’s a little girl.” Naruto snarled as he checked the two seals on his vambraces.
“What do you want to do Naruto?” Haku asked as Fuu and Karin leaned in close to hear the blonde’s reply.
“Fuu how many people can you put to sleep with Chōmei’s spores?” Naruto asked the other Jinchūriki.
“10 easily.” Fuu chuckled as Naruto grinned as his plan quickly took form.
“Ok here’s the plan.” Naruto said as he quietly laid out his plan to the others.
Splitting apart the four of them took positions hidden on both sides of the forest path. Naruto removing his Leaf insignia took his position just left of the path. Sitting down with his back to a tree he waited for the four Hidden Stone shinobi. Not far from Naruto on the left side of the path was Haku who was waiting for Naruto’s signal. Next to her was Karin waiting in reserve. On the right-side of the path and high in the tree tops was Fuu ready to put the four Stone shinobi to sleep.
As the four Stone shinobi drew near, Naruto signaled for Haku to begin the plan. Quickly going through a few hand signs Haku released a weaker version of her Hidden Mist jutsu causing a slight rain like mist to appear. Infusing some of her ice style Kekkai Genkai, Haku began to cool down the surrounding area from the heat of the blazing sun.
“Ahh this misting rain feels so good.” Naruto spoke aloud as the Stone shinobi walked in front of Naruto.
“Who are you what are you doing here?” The leader of the Stone shinobi asked as he glared at Naruto.
“Just a traveler returning home from the capital, how bout’ you, are you shinobi I don’t recognize the uniform?” Naruto asked nonchalantly as he stretched out with a yawn.
The leader of the four Stone shinobi yawned as his hand shifted down to the handle of the war axe hanging at his side.
“Boss you o… ok?” yawned another of the four Stone shinobi.
Naruto smiled as the four Stone shinobi slumped to the ground asleep. Quickly he grabbed the sack the small girl was in before it could hit the ground. Sitting back down, he pulled the sack open as the others came out of their hiding spots and sat beside him.
Wide terrified green eyes looked up at the blonde and the three girls beside him.
“It’s ok sweetie.” Karin said as she helped the girl out of the sack. “You’re safe now see.” She continued pointing to Naruto as he began tying up the four Stone shinobi.
“Are you Leaf shinobi?” The shaking and terrified girl asked Karin.
“Yes we’re shinobi from the Leaf.” Karin replied as Naruto grinned as disappeared with an orange flash. A high pitch squeal was the only sound they heard before Naruto reappeared with another orange flash. In his arms was a blushing Hinata as Naruto gently let her down.
“Sorry couldn’t help myself.” Naruto grinned as he kissed the midnight haired beauty.

The little girl was sitting by the camp fire playing with Akamaru under the supervision of Fuu, Karin, Hinata, Kiba and Shino as Naruto, Haku and Kurenai were having an angry argument away from the group.
“You deliberately got involved in my team’s mission and then you put us in danger by taking one of our sensors.” Kurenai yelled in anger.
“Go fuck yourself Kurenai; you were in no danger and guess fucking what you would never have caught those four Stone shinobi before they crossed the border into the Land of Earth.” Naruto snarled dropping his henge illusion, his two tails whipping about angrily. Blood seeping from his balled up fists, Naruto glared at Kurenai before turning his back on the Jōnin and stalking away back to the others.
Before the blonde could sit down, his attention was drawn to a small explosion of smoke. Emerging from the smoke was a blue and white slug. “Katsuya what can I do for you?” Naruto asked his anger at Kurenai completely gone as the slug summon lead him away from the others.
“Naruto, Lady Tsunade needs you to return to the village immediately.” Katsuya said quietly so as not to alarm the others.
“Why what’s wrong, is something the matter?” Naruto asked the slug, a little worried that something was wrong with Tsunade or Shizune.
“I don’t know I was just told to bring you back to the village as fast as possible.” Katsuya replied looking at Naruto closely as his eyes became unfocused as he stared into space.
Snapping back to reality Naruto turned around and walked back to the camp. Walking over to Hinata he leaned down and kissed her softly as he whispered a quick goodbye in her ear. Breaking the kiss and turning to Haku, Fuu and Karin he motioned for them to follow him as began to leave.
The three girls followed after the blonde who stopped next to Katsuya.
“What’s going on Naruto why are we leaving so soon?” Haku asked the blonde before she looks at the blue and white slug beside him.
“Shizune’s mark is going absolutely wild; I think she has gone into labor two weeks early.” Naruto said as he prepared to use the Hiraishin.
The others quickly grabbed on to his arms as Naruto activated the Hiraishin and teleported back to the Hidden Leaf as Katsuya disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Naruto and the others landed quietly inside their apartment complex. Naruto headed straight to the bathroom already beginning to strip out of his clothes. Turning on the hot water he stepped into the hot spray, letting the hot water ease his muscles and relieve the tension. He was soon joined by the others as they got into the shower behind him.
“Hey when did you all get back?” Kin asked as she came to investigate why the shower was running when she was the only person there.
“Just now.” Haku replied as she washed Naruto’s back.
“Did something happen while you were escorting Tazuna?” Kin asked as Naruto rinsed off under the spray.
“No everything went perfectly.” Naruto replied as he got out of the shower, grabbing a towel he began to dry himself down. “I got summoned back by Tsunade just before Shizune’s mark went crazy.” Naruto continued as he began to dress in a fresh pair of his shinobi clothes.
“Isn’t a bit early for Shizune or Tsunade to go into labor?” Kin asked as Naruto began to leave.
  “Exactly that’s what’s got me worried I’ll be back as soon as I can.” Naruto finished before he teleported away in a flash of orange light.
Instantly he was inside the shinobi only hospital’s maternal wing beside Tsunade who was leaning over a screaming Shizune. “What’s wrong Tsunade?” Naruto asked as his hand was gripped in a death grip by Shizune’s.
“She’s gone into Labor the child is coming early and there might be complications. I need you to keep her sedated with your chakra so that I can work uninterrupted.” Tsunade instructed as she channeled chakra into her hands and began to run them over Shizune’s stomach.
“Right I can do that.” Naruto replied as he leaned over Shizune and began to feed his chakra into Shizune whose agonized screaming stopped almost at once.
“Good job Naruto, keep it up.” Tsunade said as she continued to examine Shizune.
With a sigh of relief Tsunade smiled as she finished examining Shizune. “Everything’s going to be alright Naruto the baby’s just coming early, there are no other problems or complications.” Tsunade said as she got ready to help her friend deliver her baby.
Naruto smiled as relief washed over Shizune and to a limited extent himself as well.
With a content sigh Naruto settled in for the long haul as Shizune’s hand continued to squeeze his in a death grip. ‘I really don’t want to be doing this for Tsunade; with her strength she’ll crush my hand into dust.’
A few hours later a clear piercing cry of a young infant echoed throughout the hospital’s maternal wing. Naruto snapped awake from his day dreamy state and stared at the bundled child in Tsunade’s arms before quickly looking down at his bruised hand. He watched as Tsunade placed the child in Shizune’s arms.
“It’s a girl Naruto.” Tsunade said to Naruto as Shizune held her daughter close to her and whispered her name, ‘Wisteria Uzumaki.’

Naruto looked up as his mates entered the hospital room Shizune was staying in for the next few days.
“Everything ok Naruto?” Haku asked as she led the others into the room.
“Yes everything’s fine, come and see.” Naruto answered as he motioned them over to the bed.
As his mates began to surround Shizune and her daughter congratulating the blacked haired Kunoichi, Tsunade walked into the room.
“Naruto I need you and Hana to come with me right now, I have an important A-Rank mission for the both of you.” Tsunade said before turning on her heel and walking back out.
“What now? I’ll be back as soon as I can.” Naruto said with a sigh. Naruto got up from his chair and walked out with Hana close on his heels.
Outside the hospital Hana whistled her three Ninja Hounds to heel. Following after the blonde Hokage as she headed back to her office in the Hokage Tower, the Genin and the Chūnin walked in confused silence.
“Uhh Tsunade, what’s this mission we…” Naruto tried to say before he was instantly cut off by Tsunade.
“Not now, too many ears.” Tsunade replied curtly as she picked up the pace.
Entering the Hokage’s office Naruto quickly placed a few silencing and privacy seals around the office.
“Ok what’s this A-Rank mission you have for us?” Naruto asked as he and Hana sat opposite Tsunade.
“I need you to find Sakura, Ino and Sasuke. Sakura and Ino have been missing for almost three days now, while Sasuke has been missing the past two days. Sakura and Ino have been missing lessons for the past few days before they went missing, also their two squads were all supposed to go out on missions this morning.” Tsunade said her hands folded under her chin.
“Ok why us?” Naruto asked even though he probably knew the answer.
“Because I trust you wholly.” The Hokage replied.
“Alright have you got anything of theirs we can use to get their scents?” Naruto asked.
“Here these are their training equipment from our lessons.” Tsunade said handing over two bundles of medical implements wrapped in a cherry blossom pink fabric and another in a deep purple.
Naruto grabbed the cherry blossom colored fabric, while Hana took the purple one. “Ok we’ll find them and be back soon enough.” Hana said as she followed Naruto out of the office.
At the base of the tower Naruto bit his thumb, weaving through a series of hand signs he slapped his hand on the ground. “Summoning Jutsu.” Emerging from a thick stack of smoke was a silver wolf. “You summoned.”
“Yes I need you to track this scent down Valdýr” Naruto said as he held out the cherry blossom pink fabric.
“Easy.” Valdýr said as he spun 180 degrees and raced off towards the eastern forest, Naruto hot on his heels. Looking back he could see Hana’s hounds following close behind them. ‘So they’re close together this could interesting.’ Naruto thought.
As they followed the wolf summon as it entered one of the forested parks near the eastern gate, the scent of blood filled the air.
“Naruto I don’t like this there is too much blood in the air, but it’s masking something else, another smell.” Hana said as she followed close behind Naruto.
Valdýr stopped and looked behind him before eliciting a howl that echoed around the village. Behind him Naruto and Hana stopped dead as they reached the edge of a barrier. “Genjutsu step back and I’ll break it.” Naruto said as he pressed his left hand against the barrier. Making a ram seal with his right he called out “Release.”
Behind the blonde Hana gagged as her sensitive nose was assaulted by the stench of blood, sexual fluids and infection. Laid out side by side were a comatose Sakura and Ino both stripped naked. Their bodies bruised and cut up in multiple places. Fresh blood as well as drying and fully dried blood covered much of their bodies. Some of the wounds were puffy indicating that infection had started to set in. Their faces, chests covered in dry cum as their pussies and asses still leaked and oozed cum.
“Stay here!” Naruto ordered in a growl as he threw down a marked kunai before using the Hiraishin to teleport away in a flash of orange and red.
‘Oh he’s pissed.’ Hana thought as she looked away trying not to throw up from the awful stench of the two girls infected wounds.
Naruto landed behind Tsunade as she sat at her desk. “Good you’re still dressed we need to go now.” Naruto said startling the Hokage as he grabbed her arm and used the Hiraishin to teleport back to Hana’s side.
“What the fuck is that stench?” Tsunade gagged as Naruto landed them next to Hana. Naruto turned her around to see Sakura and Ino. “Fuck… Fuck… Fuck…” Tsunade yelled as she looked at her two comatose students. “Naruto can you teleport them without breaking the genjutsu on them?” The Hokage asked as she got to work checking their wounds.
“Yes I can do it, but I’ll have to keep the genjutsu active as we teleport so I’ll only be able to take the two of them.” Naruto replied.
“Ok take me to the hospital and we’ll set up a room for them that you can mark with the Hiraishin formula. Then you can bring the two of them to that room instantly. Hana stay here and guard them I don’t want anybody to be aware of this.” Tsunade ordered.
Naruto and Hana nodded as they received their orders. Gently placing his hand on Tsunade’s shoulder Naruto again activated the Hiraishin and teleported them to Shizune’s hospital room.
“Lady Tsunade what’s going on?” Shizune asked as the two blonde’s materialized out of nowhere.
“Nothing you need to worry about Shizune. Karin, come with me now.” Tsunade said as she led Naruto and Karin out of the room and down the hall to one of the unoccupied rooms. “Ok Naruto set up your formula then go and get Sakura and Ino.” Tsunade said as she began prepping the room with the Karin’s help.
Naruto quickly went around the room placing silencing and privacy seals around the room. Placing a Hiraishin formula by the door he turned to Tsunade who was still busy prepping the room with Karin’s help “I’ll be back soon.” Naruto said as he disappeared.

Hana looked up as Naruto landed beside the Hiraishin marked kunai. “Everything ready?” Hana asked as Naruto walked over to the two comatose Kunoichi.
“Yeah everything has been set up, no problems I take it.” Naruto replied as he looked down at Sakura and Ino.
“No, no problems, my hounds kept the few civilians walking past away.” Hana replied.
“Good no more headaches to deal with. Are you ready to leave?”
“I can’t wait to leave, who could have done this?” Hana replied as she tried not lose her breakfast.
“Whoever it is won’t be living long enough to care about if Tsunade has her way.” Naruto replied as he began to channel chakra into his hand. Gently he picked up first Sakura and then Ino. Using his chakra he kept the genjutsu placed upon them running. Closing his eyes he focused on the Hiraishin formula closest to Tsunade. “See you soon Hana.” Naruto said as he teleported back to the hospital room Tsunade was prepping.
“Put them down on the beds, gently.” Tsunade warned the blonde as he prepared to drop the pink haired Kunoichi on to the bed without a care.
“Fine!” Naruto muttered as he placed Sakura down on the hospital bed, proceeding to do the same to Ino.
“Good now get over here we’re gonna need your chakra reserves to bolster our own.” Tsunade said as she cleaned her hands and the surgical implements in front of her.
“Alright.” Naruto sighed as a pair of chakra chains erupted from his back. Slithering along the floor like snakes the two chains wound themselves around the left arms of both Tsunade and Karin.
“Ready, Karin, follow my lead and keep your chakra under control any misstep and this could end badly. Tsunade warned as she walked over to the bed in which the still comatose Sakura lay in whatever genjutsu dream her mind was swimming in.
Naruto watched as Tsunade walked Karin through the procedure. Two hours into the operation the two had started to rely solely on his chakra reserves to sustain themselves. Another two hours later and most of the external injuries of both Kunoichi were healed.
“This is the tricky bit, once we begin working on the infections and their internal injuries they’ll be pulled out of their genjutsu states. Naruto I need you to tie them down with your chains even if you have to drain their chakra coils dry.” Tsunade said to the two teenage assistants.
“Right, it’s gonna hurt like hell when they start screaming, why don’t you just put them in a coma?” Naruto replied as he released two more chains.
“Because I need them awake to keep producing chakra, otherwise you might as well slit their throats now.” Tsunade answered as the blonde’s chains began to coil around the two patients.
Naruto flinched as the first pain filled scream echoed around the soundproofed room, tearing at his sensitive hearing. Producing two more chakra chains he wrapped them around the feet of the two screaming girls.
“What are you doing Naruto?” Tsunade asked as her green hands cut open a puss filled bubble under Sakura’s skin.
“Creating a chakra feedback loop, I’m giving them as much of my chakra as I’m taking out of them. It should also help you heal their internal injuries, though there is a risk.” Naruto said scratching his cheek with a mischievous twinkle to his eyes.
“You didn’t, did you, you gave them Kurama’s chakra, it could kill them.” Tsunade gasped as she looked at the blonde teen like he’d lost his mind.
“No, don’t be stupid our chakras have fused so it’s my own chakra, just super potent.” Naruto grinned his trade mark foxy smirk.
“Hahaha, you’re not a fox just a horny dog.” Karin laughed as she picked up on Naruto’s innuendo.

Three hours later Naruto sighed in relief as Tsunade and Karin finally finished treating Sakura and Ino’s injuries. “So what now?” he asked as Tsunade and Karin cleaned their hands of their patients’ blood.
“We find out who did this and punish them.” Tsunade answered as headed for the door. “Where is Hana?”
“Outside she’s been waiting there for about five hours.” Naruto replied as he followed them to the door.
Tsunade opened the door and looked at the waiting Hana. “Did you find any leads on who did this?”
“Yes Lady Tsunade, my hounds have uncovered four unknown scents at the scene and 1 known scent.” Hana replied with a look of distain and disgust on her face.
“Alright follow me and tell me everything.” Tsunade said as she walked down to Shizune’s room.
Followed by Naruto and Hana, Tsunade entered Shizune’s room gaining the attention of everyone in the room.
“Alright Hana tell me everything you found out.”
“Yes, Lady Tsunade, there are multiple unknown scents all over the crime scene. There is also 1 more scent that is known and that scent belongs to Sasuke. At first my thought was that whoever did this attacked Sakura, Ino and Sasuke but upon further investigation I can confirm that Sasuke arrived with the four foreign scents and left with them also.” Hana reported before continuing. “I sent one of my hounds to track down the scents and I’m sorry to report that Sasuke has left the village with these four foreigners.”
“You’re positive about this?” Naruto and Tsunade asked almost simultaneously.
“Yes, Sasuke’s residence has been completely cleared out.” Hana replied.
“Fucking Orochimaru, he’s finally making his move.” Tsunade swore as she began to pace back and forth. “Hana, how much of a head start do they have?”
“Almost 18 hours.”
“Good, Naruto I’ve got an S-Rank mission for you. I want you to bring Sasuke back to the village, even if you have to break every bone in his body.”
“About time, I’ve wanted to do that for years now.” Naruto grinned as he cracked his knuckles. “Everybody ready let’s get to it.”
“Wait Naruto I want you to take the other Genin that are still in the village.” Tsunade interrupted the blonde.
“Why, they’ll just slow us down.”
“Just take them this smells too much like a trap, I wouldn’t put it past Orochimaru to make an attempt on you to.”
“Fine who’s available?” Naruto sighed knowing full well which Genin were in the village.
“Neji, Shikamaru, Chōji and Tenten are the only Genins in the village right now.”
“Are you going to show them Sakura and Ino?”
“Not unless they ask.” Tsunade sighed not wanting to reveal what had occurred to her students inside the village limits.
“Alright I’ll go get them.” Naruto said as he teleported out of the room in flash.
10 minutes later Naruto popped out of thin air, Neji, Chōji, Shikamaru and Tenten right behind him.
“Alright they’re here and they seem quite excited to be taking an S-Rank mission.” Naruto grinned as he dropped his illusion.
“Lady Tsunade what’s this about? Naruto was very tight lipped about the mission saying you’d explain everything.” Shikamaru spoke as the other three newcomers’ nodded their ascent.
“Yes, I’ll keep it quick and simple as time is of the essence. Sasuke has betrayed the village and left after assaulting two of your comrades in both Sakura and Ino, leaving them comatose and struggling to survive.
“What are you sure? Are they both ok?”
“Yes this has been confirmed by two Chūnins and my own personal ANBU.” Tsunade answered, “Now Sasuke has an 18 hour head start on you so I want you to get ready as quickly as possible before heading out. You’ll be split into two teams. Hana you, Naruto and Haku will lead and decide the teams amongst yourselves. Meet me at the entrance down stairs in no more than fifteen minutes, now go.”
The room emptied so quickly that Tsunade smiled at the efficiency of the Shinobi arts. Turning to the bed ridden Shizune she apologized for the intrusion and that she would be back later to check up on her. She quickly left the room and headed for the entrance to wait for her hunting party.

“Are you ladies ready?” Naruto asked as he waited by the apartment’s front door as the female occupants readied themselves for their mission. He had just come back inside after setting a pack of wolf summons to follow and track Sasuke’s trail out of the village and to mark the way for him to follow after them.
“Stop complaining Naruto you’re getting an eyeful of us prancing around naked.” Haku laughed as she pranced by stealing a deep kiss from the blonde, skipping out of reach of his arms.
“But, I don’t get to take advantage of that though do i?” Naruto pouted as his eyes followed his naked mates around the apartment.
Beside him the door opened and Kin followed by Temari walked in.
“What are you doing here Kin, Temari?” Fuu asked as she pranced in front of Naruto teasing him as she followed Haku’s lead and stole a passionate kiss from the blonde Jinchūriki.
  “As you know Gaara is coming to Konoha to hash out some details on the upcoming Chūnin exams so I decided to come ahead and have a bit of fun with my love and what do I find, him about to go out on an S-Rank mission.” Temari huffed before Naruto shut her up as he grasped her and pulled her into a searing passionate kiss that stole the Sand Kunoichi’s breath.
“And what about you Kin why did you come back so soon?” Haku asked as she pulled on a shirt of mesh armor over her black skin tight undershirt.
“Tsunade has put me on the mission as well because of my uh previous loyalties.” Kin answered heading to her personal room that had her own armor and weapons.
  “So are you coming too Temari?” Naruto asked hopefully.
“No I’ll wait for Gaara to arrive later today and go where he orders me, sorry Naruto.” Temari replied as she cuddled closer to Naruto watching as the other teens got ready.
“Bring Gaara along with you when you follow after us I don’t think he wants to miss out on all the fun.” Naruto chuckled as he patiently waited for the girls to finish getting ready.

Waiting with Tsunade as Naruto and the others arrived were Shikamaru, Chōji, Neji and Tenten. “What took you guys’ so long, are you ready?” Chōji asked as he waved at Naruto and the others.
“We had an unexpected guest and yes we’re ready.” Naruto replied.
“Ok everybody’s here let’s get down to business. You all know the mission; you have the right to kill/capture any of Orochimaru’s henchmen. So get to it and bring back Sasuke in chains if you have to, Naruto don’t kill him, got it?” Tsunade warned with her hands on her hips.
“Yeah, yeah I got yah no killing, just bring him back broken and beaten.” Naruto chuckled as he turned away and headed down the street towards the Southern Gate. Following close behind the blonde were the others, the four Konoha Genin scrambling to keep up with the blonde and his posse of beautiful women.
“So do you have a plan for dealing with the people guarding Sasuke, Naruto?” Shikamaru asked the blonde as they passed through the Southern Gate. “They’re bound to have a sensor with them, so they will probably sense us coming after them.”
“We’ll fight. We outnumber the enemy almost three to one. However I’ll let you, Hana and Haku analyze any enemy that decides to attack us. Plus we might be getting reinforcements from the Hidden Sand and perhaps from Squad 8 and a Chūnin team that are out in the field at the moment.” Naruto replied as he jumped into the treetops and raced away from Konoha the rest of them tight on his tail.
“So you have no strategy and no plan when we engage the enemy?” Shikamaru asked.
  “You know full well no strategy ever survives contact with the enemy.” Naruto replied to Shikamaru’s knowing smirk. “You’re testing me?”
“Don’t take it personally Naruto I wanted to see how much you’ve changed since graduating from the academy.” Shikamaru replied apologetically.
Naruto remained silent as he lead the way south. As Naruto led the way he tuned his senses outward as he focused on following the trail left behind by his wolf Summons.

Naruto raised his right fist up, coming to a halting stop as he sniffed the air. There was blood on the air, not just human blood but animal blood. Curious Naruto beckoned for one of his wolf summons that they had caught up to about an hour earlier.
“What’s up Naruto, are you curious about the blood on the wind?” The wolf asked sniffing the air.
“Yeah I’m curious about it, do you think someone got caught in one of our prey’s defensive traps?” Naruto mused aloud.
“It’s possible placing all these traps are slowing our prey down and making them place more dangerous and elusive traps because we are easily catching them. It was a great idea to have my pack brothers tripping their traps ahead of us.”
“I suppose you’re right, let’s just keep moving, we don’t want to lose our advantage over them.” Naruto replied before taking off again.
The team had barely been moving for fifteen minutes when Naruto again halted them, grabbing Shikamaru by the collar as he jumped by unable to stop in time.
“Thanks.” Shikamaru whispered as he righted himself on the branch beside Naruto.
“Down there, it looks like they’ve finally decided to slow us down one by one. Guess you were right about them having a sensor.” Naruto whispered.
“Hey you down there, I can smell you down there. Why don’t you come on out of your little hidey hole?” Naruto called out brashly as he looked back at the others behind him.
“Naruto, really just flush him out, we don’t have the time to toy with our prey.” Hana said shaking her head even though she had a small smile on her face.
“Fine, fine, step back and watch this.” Naruto smirked as he held his hand out, chakra flowing into his hand forming a fast spinning sphere that grew until it was the size of the blonde Jinchūriki’s head.
Naruto launched himself from the branch like a rocket as he smashed the Rasengan into the center of the clearing. The earth erupted in a storm of dirt and dust. Naruto used the falling dust and dirt as a screen to leap back up to the tree tops with the others.
“There you are. See that wasn’t so hard was it?” Naruto joked as a sputtering and coughing Sound Ninja slowly got to his feet. “Where’s Sasuke, how many more of you are there?”
“I am Jirobo, loyal servant of the great Sanin Orochimaru. I’d never tell a weakling like you anything.” Jirobo said as he dusted himself off.
“Me a weakling, don’t make me laugh I just smashed through your jutsu like it was wet paper.” Naruto laughed as he looked down at the surprisingly calm Sound shinobi.
“Naruto he’s just buying time let me handle this. You guys go ahead.” Chōji said as he leapt off of the branch and landed with a thud on the ground.
“Naruto I’ll help Chōji, you take the others and go after Sasuke.” Fuu said as she jumped down after Chōji.
“Fuu just be careful and take him down.” Naruto smirked as Fuu nodded with her own gleeful grin.
“Come on Naruto let’s go after the others. She’ll be fine; she’s more than strong enough to take him down.” Haku and Hana said as they pulled on his sleeves to get him to follow
“Just back me up and let me take care of this.” Naruto heard Chōji say as he took off after their prey.

Continuing to pursue after Sasuke and his Hidden Sound companions, Naruto lead the two teams south.
“Naruto I think I know where their heading.” Hana said as she observed their surroundings.
“Where do you think they heading Hana?” Naruto asked looking over his shoulder at the Inuzuka.
“The Hidden Sound is to the west, yet they keep heading south, the only thing up a head is a vast ravine. And the nearest crossing near to us is 32 Miles to the East.” Hana thought aloud.
“What’s to the west then?” Naruto asked.
“The Last Valley it’s almost directly on the border of the Land of Fire and the Land of Rice Fields.” Hana replied.
“Which is where the Hidden Sound is, right?” Haku asked.
“Yes, that’s right; Orochimaru conquered the Land of Rice Fields about 20 years ago.” Kin answered.
“So they’ll head west towards the Land of Rice Fields once they reach the ravine.” Naruto mused before continuing, “So should we try to cut them off, or just continue tracking them as we are now. No, we can do both Hana, take Haku, Tenten, Karin and one of my summons and get ahead of them somewhere along the ravine if you end up behind them send the summon back to me and we’ll come straight to you and continue tracking Sasuke from there.” Naruto ordered.
“Hurry up and catch up as soon as possible.” Hana said as she and the rest of her team left heading off to the southwest.
“Come on let’s go and get the rest of these assholes.” Naruto said leading Shikamaru, Neji and Kin on Sasuke’s trail.
They weren’t on the trail long before they had caught up with Naruto’s four wolf summons.
“How far behind are we?” Naruto asked he petted each of the wolves, focusing a few more seconds on Tala the youngest and most sociable of the four summons.
“20 minutes looks like their slowing down even further with just the 3 of them.” Ookami the oldest of the group replied.
“3 shouldn’t there be 4 of them?” Shikamaru asked.
“Yes the fourth, the one you call Sasuke is inside a box of some sort. He appears to be going through some kind of transformation through a dark ritual. Honestly it stinks; I wouldn’t eat him even if you offered me my own pack.” Ookami replied in disgust.

“Naruto look out ambush!” Ookami yelped before exploding into a burst of smoke as he was dispelled, a two foot long, creamy orange colored arrow falling to the ground with an ominous thump.
“Everyone scatter! Vilkas, Farkas go, sick’em, Tala watch our backs.” Naruto ordered as he and the others broke formation. Vilkas and Farkas the two large Timberwolves raced toward the enemy archer as he dropped down from his hiding spot in the treetops.
Naruto quickly followed his two summons through the treetops, staying hidden from view on the ground. Behind him came the rest of his team each staying 10 paces back from one another so as not to draw any attention to themselves or the others.
“Neji what do you see?” Naruto called back.
“Only just this one, the other two are much further ahead.” Neji replied.
“Alright let’s deal with this guy…”
“Naruto let me deal with this guy.” Neji said cutting the blonde of mid order.
“Alright, Tala you stay here and help Neji out, watch his back ok.” Naruto agreed, giving the female wolf her orders.
“Vilkas, Farkas forget about him we’re going after the others.” Naruto called out as he, Kin and Shikamaru took off after the others.
Only Shikamaru looked back as Neji faced off against the bow wielding Sound ninja.

The sound of a flute was the only warning Naruto had as the branch he was about to leap off of exploded into a shower of splinters. Below him a blindfolded ogre roared angrily as the blonde dodged its swinging club.
“Piss off!” Naruto growled as he ran between its legs, forming a Rasengan in his right hand. Pivoting on his left foot he turned and slammed the Rasengan into the side of the ogre’s left knee.
The ogre howled in pain as its knee crumpled to the forest floor. It dispelled in a cloud of smoke as Vilkas and Farkas latched onto its neck, their powerful jaws crushing and tearing through bone and flesh.
“That was one of Tayuya’s summons. She controls them through the use of a flute. The only down side is that she has to be on the battlefield to be effective.” Kin said as she watched Naruto pet his two wolves.
“A Flute I heard one playing just before that ogre attacked. Hey see if you can get a familiar scent from that ogre’s blood.” Naruto said.
“Nothing, Naruto there isn’t any scent here!” Farkas growled as the two wolves circled around the shattered battlefield looking for a scent to follow.
“Well where to now there’s no destruction so the ogre was summoned here, most likely as a distraction to buy those sound ninja time to get away.” Shikamaru mused aloud.
“Yes we were quickly catching up to them…” Naruto was speaking before being interrupted by Vilkas’ howl.
“Found their scent Naruto.”
“Good lead the way, we’ll follow right behind you.” Naruto said rubbing his hand between Vilkas’ ears.
Naruto and the others took off after the two wolves following them as they tracked Sasuke and the two other sound ninja.
They didn’t have to follow for long as their prey came into sight barely 10 minutes later. They followed the two sound ninjas as they raced along the top of the ravine.
“Naruto look there that coffin they’re carrying that must be where Sasuke is, at least we won’t have to fight him.” Shikamaru pointed out.
“Yeah won’t he be surprised when he gets out of that thing to find himself back in Konoha.” Naruto chuckled with a wicked grin as he picked up the pace.
Naruto started to laugh as his enhanced sense of smell picked up some very similar scents further ahead of them. “Get ready to fight we got them trapped now.”
5 more minutes of leading the fleeing Sound ninja on had Naruto grinning from ear to ear as they continued to herd the fleeing ninja like sheep to the slaughter. Instead of following the ravine as it turned to the south again the sound ninja continued to move westward, entering the forest once more. Naruto and the others followed behind them keeping the same distance between the two groups.

Naruto and his team emerged from the forest canopy into a large meadow of rolling green grass. On the far side Hana, Haku, Karin and Tenten were waiting cutting off the two sound ninja’s route back to the ravine which was visible in the distance. Trapped in the center of the meadow the two remaining sound ninja stood back to back as the faced the two teams of Leaf ninja. Facing Hana’s team was a white haired teen male; facing Naruto’s team was a red haired teen female.
“Kin so who’s who?” Naruto asked as both Leaf teams began to slowly move towards the trapped sound ninja.
“The guy is Ukon or maybe Sakon, no definitely Ukon. The other is Tayuya she’s as you probably guessed an Uzumaki like you.” Kin replied as she stuck close to Naruto as old fears started to resurface inside her.
“What do you mean about the guy does he have an identical twin?” Naruto asked.
“Yeah Ukon and Sakon are twins but Sakon lives inside of Ukon, it’s only when they are in the Curse Mark’s second stage that Sakon can leave Ukon’s body temporarily. They’re both just as sadistic as Orochimaru they love torturing their victims.” Kin replied shivering with fear.
“Hey don’t worry. They won’t touch you I promise.” Naruto declared as he wrapped an arm around her shoulder and pulled her close.
Stepping forward Naruto yelled out to the two ninja. “You’re two other teammates are dead surrender Sasuke now and you will be spared, resist and die.”
“Bullshit no weakling Leaf ninjas could defeat us, especially not a bunch of little itty bitty, fresh from the academy Genin.” Tayuya yelled back with a sneer disfiguring her pretty face.
“You look so much prettier when you don’t scowl.” Naruto said as he brought his hands together in a cross formation. Behind the blonde 10 clones appeared from small bursts of smoke.
“Tayuya you shouldn’t fight him, he’s the heir to the Uzumaki clan’s main family.” Kin yelled out pleadingly.
“Bullshit this brat can’t be the heir.” Tayuya yelled back.
“I’m telling the truth, Tayuya you have to believe me; I’d be dead if it wasn’t for him he saved me.” Kin replied desperate to save her old friend from throwing her life away as well as trying to prevent Naruto from killing a member of his clan.
“Alright prove it show me your power little Leaf Brat.” Tayuya called out thinking, ‘maybe Kin is telling the truth.’
“I’m no Leaf brat, but fine.” Naruto growled as he and his clones all pulled out maple leaf like kunai with thick engraved handles. They all threw the kunai towards Tayuya who laughed at the weak attack as she dodged the kunai’s directed directly at her.
Tayuya’s eyes blinked quickly as Naruto and his clones disappeared into thin air. Suddenly she felt the coldness of death as multiple steel blades pressed against her body and two blades rested up against her throat. Looking down at the two blades against her throat her eyes were drawn to a smiling blonde as he slowly approached. A pair of chakra chains slithering out of his sleeves.
“Chakra chains, no way!” Tayuya whispered gulping down her panic.
“Enough proof for you?” The blonde asked as he wrapped the chains around Tayuya’s wrists.
“Yes!” Tayuya replied falling to her knees as Naruto stole her chakra through the two chains.
“Tayuya what are you doing get up and fight you stupid bitch.” Ukon yelled black marks spreading across his face and the rest of his body.
“Don’t even dare using your Curse Mark.” Naruto said a black chain erupting from the blonde’s spine.
  “What a black chain, what does it do?’ Tayuya asked terrified as a sliver of fear crept up and down her spine.
“It kills, it paralyses the target and instead of absorbing chakra it steals a person’s life force.” Naruto replied calmly he could smell the fear and weirdly the sudden wellspring of lust radiating off of the red head.
“Fine you win Kin, I yield my lord.” Tayuya said bowing before Naruto as his clones dispelled.
“Stay put or I will kill you!” Naruto ordered as he retracted his chains back into his body. Stepping past the bowing Tayuya he walked towards the snarling Ukon.
“Tayuya you traitorous bitch, you’ll pay for betraying Lord Orochimaru.” Ukon spat at Tayuya.
“Shut up and give me Sasuke now!” Naruto ordered glaring at Ukon.
“I don’t take orders from Leaf weaklings.” Ukon replied angrily. “Summoning Jutsu Rashōmon.” Ukon continued slamming his right hand on the ground. Three giant gates with demon faces erupted from the ground surrounding Ukon on three sides. Obscured by the giant clouds of smoke Ukon escaped to the south towards the bend in the ravine.
‘Idiot, like a simple smoke screen can block my sense of smell.’ Naruto thought as he turned to chase Ukon to the south. “Kin, Vilkas stay here and watch over Tayuya. Shikamaru and Farkas follow me.” Naruto ordered before taking off after the Sound ninja.

To the west Hana was also tracking the white haired sound ninja. Like Naruto her sense of smell could track Ukon through the smokescreen. “Ok girls follow me the idiot is making a break for it.” Hana said leading her team after the remaining sound ninja.
Both teams were right behind Ukon when he burst out of the smokescreen. Closing in on the fleeing sound ninja they were close enough to begin attacking him.
From her hand Haku through a set of ice senbon at the fleeing Sound ninja. The senbon were deflected as white bone like protrusions erupted from the ground.
“What took you guys so long Ukon, where are the others?” a male voice said. Standing on the tallest of the bone fragments was a white haired teen in a grey kimono.
“Kimimaro what are you doing here, can’t you see were being tracked by these Leaf weaklings.” Ukon replied heatedly.
“You’ve taken too long to deliver Sasuke to our Lord. Lord Orochimaru sent me to investigate to see if you had been fucking around neglecting your duties and punish you if you had.” Kimimaro replied calmly as he looked down at the two teams of Leaf ninjas.
“Will you guys shut up and put me down now!” Sasuke’s voice yelled out angrily from the box on Ukon’s back.
Putting the box down Ukon released the seal on the box releasing Sasuke. “About time, your transformation took longer than predicted.” Ukon said as Sasuke stretched out his stiff muscles.
“Who are you?” Sasuke asked looking at Kimimaro.
“I’m Kimimaro and I’ve been sent to deliver you to Lord Orochimaru…”
“You’re not going anywhere Sasuke except back to the Hidden Leaf.” Naruto called out.
“I don’t think so, Naruto.” A familiar voice said behind Naruto.
“Kakashi what is the meaning of this?” Hana asked shocked that neither she nor Naruto had even sensed the approach of the silver haired Jōnin and the black haired youth beside him.
Kakashi ignored the young Inuzuka as he addressed Kimimaro. “Take Sasuke and go, your companion can stay here and help us deal with these meddling children.” Kakashi said as he revealed his hidden Sharingan.
“Alright, come Sasuke Lord Orochimaru and Kabuto aren’t that far away, let’s go.” Kimimaro said jumping off of the bone structure and heading back west Sasuke close on his heels.
“Fuck… Fuck, Sasuke get back here.” Naruto shouted about ready to take off after the fleeing duo.
An explosion of sand and wind erupted around the pair before they could flee, the wind swirling around the sand causing a sandy tornado.
“Hey, Gaara how’d you get here so fast?” Naruto said before he focused on the tornado just as it burst apart, a flash of fire filling the sky with a multitude of colored lights.
Sasuke emerged from the smoke and dust running to the west, his face covered in the black marks of the curse mark. Kimimaro followed just behind him, looking over his shoulder at the two newcomers from the Hidden Sand.
“Naruto go after them let us deal with these traitors and the Sound runt.” Hana called out to the blonde.
“Crush them, come on Gaara let’s go have some fun, you coming too Temari?” Naruto said as he took off after the fleeing pair.
Gaara only grinned as Temari swung her giant fan at the two fleeing ninja sending a multitude of gusting winds after them.
Just before the first gust of wind hit Kimimaro pushed Sasuke out of the way. The second gust of wind cutting the ground in twain, separating the fleeing Sasuke and chasing Naruto from Kimimaro and the two Sand siblings.
“Gaara, Temari what are you doing?” Naruto yelled stopping to look back at the two siblings.
“Don’t worry about us. Just catch that asshole.” Temari yelled at the blonde as she stood behind and to the left of Gaara as he faced off against Kimimaro.

Naruto didn’t look back as he turned and chased after the Uchiha. The fleeing Uchiha led Naruto on a merry chase through the forest towards the Land of Fire’s border.
‘How is he so fast all of a sudden, he wasn’t this fast before, right?’ Naruto thought, growling with anger as he struggled to make any substantial gain on Sasuke.
“It’s the transformation it gave him a massive boost in power but can’t you sense it, he’s starting to slow down. His body isn’t used to this increased power yet.” Kurama replied to the blonde’s thoughts.
Naruto grinned as he began to notice the truth of Kurama’s words. With every few steps he was catching the Uchiha. it wouldn’t be long before he had Sasuke in his hands.
The sound of crashing water grew stronger the longer the blonde chased after Sasuke. ‘Where is he leading me, why do I have a sense of déjà vu?’ Naruto thought as he closed in on Sasuke.
“It’s not you but me that is causing the déjà vu. We are coming up to the place in which the First Hokage Hashirama Senju had his final battle with Madara Uchiha.” Kurama informed the blonde.
“You fought in that battle then?” Naruto asked.
“Yes this was the first time I was enslaved by the Sharingan.” Kurama replied, quickly shutting up as they caught up to Sasuke.
Naruto snarled as he tackled Sasuke around the waist, sending them both tumbling off the edge of the waterfall they were standing on. Both teens splashed into the small rolling waves the cascade of water from the waterfall created upon the small lake.
Naruto was the first to emerge from the water his hands around Sasuke’s throat as he reared back, balling his right hand into a fist and slamming it straight into Sasuke’s nose. He heard a satisfying cracking sound as Sasuke’s nose broke under his fist.
  “I’m taking you back to the Hidden Leaf, Sasuke, even if I have to break every bone in your body and drag you back.” Naruto snarled as he punched Sasuke in the face again. Sasuke’s left eye began to bruise and puff up as Naruto shoved the raven haired shinobi’s head under the lake’s surface.
Sasuke was coughing and spluttering water as Naruto pulled his head up from the water. “Get lost, loser.” Sasuke spat water in Naruto’s face.
Blinded by the water Naruto didn’t see Sasuke’s right fist as it connected with the left side of his face. As his head snapped to the left, Sasuke’s left fist slammed into his right cheek snapping his head back to the right. Naruto let go of Sasuke as he staggered backwards out of reach of Uchiha. Wiping off the water blinding him, Naruto glared at the smugly grinning Uchiha.
The two began to circle each other looking for an opening in the others guard. Naruto smirked as he watched Sasuke’s left eye twitch in annoyance as the two continued to stalk each other. “I have all the time in the world, you not so much.” Naruto said as he launched himself at Sasuke.
Before the raven haired Uchiha could bring his arms up to block the blonde’s attack a pair of arms wrapped around his chest, pinning his arms to his sides.
Naruto slammed his right fist into Sasuke’s face as he unleashed a flurry of vicious blows as the clone pinning Sasuke’s arms dispelled into a puff of smoke: left hook to the face, right knee to the stomach, and a right elbow to the back of the neck, left knee to the face finishing with a right foot reverse hook kick to Sasuke’s right temple sending the raven haired rogue ninja tumbling and splashing head over heels across the lake.
Sasuke smashed into the base of the waterfall. Groggily he shook his head trying to clear it of the sudden bout of dizziness. ‘How did that loser get so strong, he was nothing but a weakling, a fucking living joke?’ Sasuke thought grinding his teeth in frustration. “Let’s give this new power a test run.” Sasuke said to himself as he walked out of the waterfall his body changing: his skin became dark grey, his hair grew longer falling down to the middle of his back and a pair of fleshy and scaly, almost hand like wings erupted from his shoulder blades.
“Disgusting, so you wanna go at it full powered huh?” Naruto smiles to himself as he dropped the illusion around himself, revealing his two fox tails, fox ears and razor sharp elongated canines and incisors. “Bring it you little bitch!” Naruto shouted as the two launched themselves at their opponent. Both Naruto and Sasuke launched a flurry of blows, both striking with lightning fast blows, their hands and feet moving so fast that they were just flickers to the naked eye.
“Come on, you can do better than that.” Naruto taunted as he slapped the Uchiha in the face with a one-two hit combo.
“Why you…” Sasuke snarled before Naruto shut him up with another punch to the Uchiha’s already broken nose.
“Really is this all the power you got from running away?” Naruto asked surprised the Uchiha wasn’t putting up a better fight.
“SHUT UP!” Sasuke screamed as he flashed through a series of hand signs, bringing his left hand to his mouth as he breathed in deeply preparing to release his family’s signature jutsu.
Naruto smirked, cutting the flow of chakra to his feet he dropped into the water, Sasuke’s fireball harmlessly sailed over him. Swimming under the oblivious Uchiha, who Naruto mocked inside his own head for not activating his Sharingan yet, Naruto grabbed Sasuke’s ankles and dragged him down into the water. Naruto coiled around the struggling Sasuke like a python, his arms wrapping around the Uchiha’s neck trying to choke the raven haired rogue into unconsciousness.
Sasuke struggled franticly as he threw his elbows and head backwards trying to get some type of contact on the blonde trying to suffocate him. Sasuke got lucky as Naruto avoided his left elbow only to have the back of Sasuke’s head smash into his nose.
Naruto gasped in surprise, swallowing a mouthful of cold water. In his shock his grip on Sasuke loosened, which the Uchiha used to free himself. Using Naruto as a springboard he kicked off of the blonde’s chest. Sasuke breached the surface of the lake just as Naruto struck the bottom of the lake.
Standing up Naruto glared at the shifting image of Sasuke as he created 10 clones, not even needing to use hand signs anymore to create this feeble amount of clones. Launching himself up and out of the water he drew Sasuke’s attention. With his attention on Naruto and his Sharingan still not activated yet Sasuke was taken completely be surprise as Naruto’s clones began attacking him from below.
Enraged Sasuke finally activated his Sharingan. With simple ease he dispelled Naruto’s clones with single blows.
“Finally gonna put up a fight I see. Curse Mark vs Sage Jutsu” Naruto quipped excitedly as he bounced from foot to foot drawing in Nature energy.
“SHUT UP, SHUT UP!” Sasuke shouted as he channeled chakra into his left hand, electricity sparking from his palm as he flooded chakra into his hand.
Naruto’s eyes narrowed as his senses were bombarded by the waves of hateful energy coming from Sasuke. Holding out his right hand he channeled his own sage chakra into his palm. The small spinning ball of power instantly expanded with an influx of nature energy.
Both shinobi launched themselves at the other their jutsu colliding together. As the two jutsu clashed, their chakras combined and fluxed and clashed before exploding sending both shinobi tumbling head over heels to opposite sides of the valley.
Naruto was the first to his feet, shaking his head as Sasuke struggled to get up, his left arm broken and dangling by his side. “Sasuke you’re done you can’t beat me with your wing and dominate arm broken, just give up and comeback to the village.” Naruto said as he walked closer to the Uchiha, he couldn’t believe he was saying this. ‘How’d Tsunade get me to do this, she should’ve just had me kill him.’ Naruto thought angrily.
Naruto was so entrenched in his personal thoughts that he was unprepared for attack that sent him flying into the base of the First Hokage statue. Groggily he got up from the crater he had created. Standing across from him were people he didn’t expect. Standing where Naruto had been was Orochimaru, Kabuto, Kakashi and his new student Sai.
“Where are the others what…” Naruto was about to say before his senses picked out the rest of his team moving towards them. Forming a Rasengan in each hand Naruto launched himself at the traitorous Kakashi and Sai. “How could you betray the village weren’t you the idiot always talking about loyalty and teamwork?” Naruto snarled as he sent Sai flying with a single strike to the chest.
“Well technically I’m not Kakashi I’m just another clone in a long line of clones.” Kakashi replied as he attacked Naruto with a Chidori laced hand.
‘That explains a lot.’ Naruto thought rolling his eyes as he ducked under the attack and struck the clone of Kakashi in the chest with another Rasengan. The Kakashi clone burst into a cloud of bloody mist. ‘Well that confirms it, a blood clone.’ Naruto thought as he blocked Kabuto’s attack. Grabbing the medic’s arm he tossed him over his should, throwing him across the lake to smash into the foot of the Madara statue.
Naruto barely dodged the striking vipers of Orochimaru’s attack. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Sasuke firing off another fireball jutsu at him. Again Naruto cut the chakra flow to his feet allowing himself to sink below into the water of the lake. However this left the blonde defenseless as Orochimaru’s snakes rapped around him.
Orochimaru dragged the blonde out of the water some of the snakes biting into his flesh injecting him with paralytic venom. Reeling back Orochimaru threw the blonde back towards the waterfall. “Come Sasuke let’s get you out of here and see to your wounds.” Orochimaru said as Kabuto walked over to his master.
“What about him?” Sasuke asked nodding his head in the direction of the struggling blonde as his reserves of nature energy were being diminished to fight the snakes poison.
“He’s done for, eventually his Sage Mode will end and the poison will overwhelm him leaving him paralyzed for about 24 hours.” Orochimaru replied loud and arrogantly enough for the blonde to hear.
Snarling Naruto stopped moving so that he could begin drawing in more nature energy to counteract the poison. Naruto was forced to watch as Kabuto began healing Sasuke’s broken arm and wing.
With enough feeling back in his limbs Naruto channeled chakra back into his hands forming another pair of Rasengan. Launching himself at Sasuke and the distracted Kabuto Naruto was astonished to pass right through them as if they weren’t even there. Snarling he rushed back at the two preoccupied shinobi, again and again he passed right through them.
‘What’s going on, why can’t I hit them?’ Naruto thought groggily placing his hand on his spinning head.
“It’s the venom it’s fucking with your sight, let me guide you, use your nose not your eyes.” Kurama interrupted as the fox part of the dual being struggled to neutralize the poison.
This time Naruto hit his mark as he struck both Sasuke and Kabuto sending them flying with a one-two hit. Turning to attack Sasuke again, Naruto launched himself at the Uchiha solely focused on taking him out of the fight once and for all.
He didn’t see the others attack him; he barely sensed them as he dodged the first two strikes before a sharp pain pierced his stomach. Gasping the blade of the sword in his stomach he tried to pull it out before a second then a third blade pierced his back both just barely missing his spine as he moved just out of the way. It was agony as the sword cut at more of his innards as he tried to stop his spine from being severed. A fourth blade that pierced his chest was the last thing he felt as blackness began to swallow him. The coldness enveloped him and washed him away.

On the two heads of the statues seven people cried out in anguish and anger as Naruto’s sword pierced body splashed into the mouth of the lake. Two wolves howled at the early rising moon, their howls echoing around the Valley of the End.

A/N 2: ohh a cliffhanger, i know cliche as all fuck... Just an update that this story will be on a slight hiatus as i try to fix the second part of the story, i'm not really all that happy with some of the chapters and other things that i had planned out.
