“Stop following me!” The screaming voice echoed throughout the village. Upon the Hokage monument sat a young red haired nin, his zircon blue eyes narrowed towards the large one eyed, light brown wolf in front of him. The wolf inched closer to the redhead, his nose pressing into the boy's stomach.

“Stop following me, stop touching me, and stop messing with my teammates! You’re so annoying sometimes Eiji! I can't take it!”

“I'm annoying?”

“Stop following me!” Daichi screamed again before jumping into the air, falling from the head of the third Hokage, and landing gracefully upon the rooftop below. He darted along, his eyes narrowed as he glanced back to make sure the large light brown wolf hadn't followed him.

Eiji watched as Daichi darted off back towards his teammates, a wicked smirk spread over his lips. His teeth bore a slight smirk, his tail wagging. As much fun as it was to watch Daichi get so riled up over him stalking him, it was more fun watching the teen dart away in anger. It meant the boy had some kind of feelings for him. Whether it be hate or love, Eiji was happy to take either.

“You do realize how loud you two are sometimes?”

Eiji shot a look over his shoulder, and allowed himself to relax seeing a black eyed, raven haired man step towards him. Yuudai took a seat beside Eiji leaning into the wolf’s large, thick body.

“You shouldn't be climbing mountains in your condition. Base will be furious when he finds out.”

“Well then, it’s a good thing neither of us are going to tell him,” Yuudai mumbled softly as he rubbed his slightly swollen stomach.

“Stalking Daichi won't make him like you.... It’s only going to make things worse.”

Eiji chose not to answer that comment. His ears twitched a bit as he listened to Yuudai's breathing and the two heartbeats of both Yuudai and the unborn child. “He's getting mad at me... for protecting him.”

“From what?”

“I do not like his teacher... The man reeks of arousal when Daichi is near.”

Yuudai's eyes shot towards the wolf. He pulled himself to his feet before climbing upon the wolf's back, running his hand through the thick fur.

“Well then, let’s go spy on my brother.” Eiji's ears perked up before he stood, easily carrying the pregnant being on his back. He bounded to the edge of the mountain and jumped down, landing silently upon the ground below. Yuudai held tight onto the thick fur as Eiji darted off following Daichi's scent.

Daichi smiled sweetly waving towards his teammates as they left to head back towards the village, leaving Daichi and the older man alone. Daichi began packing his kunai away into his pouch, not noticing as the man stepped closer to him. Daichi's body jumped, feeling the man's hand upon his back.

“Let me help you Daichi.” The redhead allowed himself to relax, a small smile placed upon his lips. He nodded his head to the man and began to gather his weapons off the ground again. He turned to his teacher to collect the weapons the man had gathered, but as the man held them out to Daichi and the teen reached over to grab them, the man grabbed Daichi's arm with his own free hand, pulling the boy close. He placed his head at the boy's neck, inhaling deeply. Daichi felt his body tense. He pulled at his arm trying to free himself of the mans hold.

“T-teacher?”

“It’s ok Daichi... Calm down... It’s ok... No one is here. We can do anything we want.”

Daichi's eyes widened slightly as he pulled harder at his arm in a more desperate attempt to free himself.

“W-what are you talking about?”

“I know we share these feelings for each other. We don't have to play this game anymore.”

“What game?! Teacher what are you talking about!? I... I don't have feelings for you! Please let me go!”

“Daichi, no one is here... You don't have to pretend anymore....”

“I'm not pretending! Let me go now!” The blue-silver haired man's eyes narrowed and his hand swung forward, slapping Daichi's left cheek. The teen whimpered, pressing his hand to his cheek, his eyes widening in fear and pain. The teacher pushed at Daichi's shoulder's pinning him on the ground. Daichi begun to struggle as the teacher pulled one of Daichi's kunai up, slashing the teen's clothes off. Daichi's eyes went wide, his mouth opened, and the words he never imagined he'd ever even mutter, pushed past his lips in a desperate scream.

“Eiji!!! Help me!!”

In a flash the teacher was off him. Daichi's body shook as he pulled himself into a seated position. He felt a warm cloth wrapped around his body and as his zircon colored eyes looked towards his brother, tears begun to fill his eyes. Yuudai's onyx eyes softened slightly before he pulled his brother into a tight embrace.

At sixteen Daichi still wasn't the most successful nin in Konoha. The teen had not figured out how to use his chakra properly and he was the last in his class before he graduated. He may not have been the best, but he was no idiot. He knew what the teacher had planned to do. Daichi pulled from his brother's embrace, trying to find out where his attacker had gone. His eyes fell upon the light, brown haired man by the tree, tying a rope around the blue-silver haired teacher. Eiji's eye was darkened with hate. Daichi could see him restraining himself from killing the teacher.

Guilt suddenly ran through Daichi's mind. He had been so cruel to Eiji. Every time Eiji had chased his teacher away Daichi had yelled at him. Now Daichi understood. The wolf god did it to protect him, the wolf god knew something was off about the man.

Eiji turned himself away from the man after tying him to the tree. He had to restrain himself from killing the man because Naruto would be pissed if Eiji had all the fun of killing the perverted teacher. His head turned slightly to look at Daichi. The teen was watching as his savior stepped towards him. Eiji was unprepared for the weight of the teen upon him. He stumbled back, his human legs giving out as he fell onto the ground, holding the red haired teen close, a small smile upon his lips.

“T-thank you Eiji...”

“I will never let anyone harm you.”

Daichi blushed and leaned forward pressing his own and Eiji's lips together.

“Stop following me!!” Daichi screamed out, his face a deep shade of red as he bolted from the bathroom slamming the door behind him, a small white towel wrapped loosely around his hips. The door opened and Eiji stepped out in human form wearing nothing but a small white towel identical to Daichi's. The brunette let himself smirk as he followed the teen.

“How can I protect you if you keep running from me?”

“Stop following me you perverted wolf! I never should have kissed you!” Daichi yelled, throwing the object nearest to him at the wolf god. Eiji caught the book with ease and frowned at the thickness. Daichi had meant to cause some damage with this.

Yuudai stared at the two from his spot in the living room. A small smile spread over his lips as his onyx eyes glanced down towards Base. The brunette laid his head upon Yuudai's stomach, listening to the child inside.

“You think they’re ok Base?”

“Young love.”

Yuudai smiled and nodded, running his hand through his lover’s hair, allowing his body to relax even as the two argued behind them. In the end they would be fine. It was a true bond that held those two together, a desire.

A hearts Desire.
