Naruto’s face became red as he registered what the older man had just said.
“Y-you were spying on me?” Naruto shrieked.
“Hum? Honestly Naruto do you even know how loud you and the girls were? Next time you should set up a sound barrier or something, half the village knows your name in more ways than one.” The older man grinned at him.
Naruto slapped his face with his hand and groaned at his own stupidity.
“The people are going to think I’m some kind of a man whore or something.”
“No, Tsunade-Sama made sure that the people knew the truth.” Kakashi then threw a news paper to him.
On the front page Naruto saw an alert.
‘To address the eventual concerns of the citizens of Konoha, three kunoichi were infected with something very dangerous. Our hero Naruto will be treating these women using his special Chakra to infuse and cure these women. There is to be no misunderstanding that this is a medical situation first, and should anything become of the treatment methods, it will be between these individuals. Please respect their privacy.’
“When in the hell did she publish this paper?”
“In a village full of ninja you should know the answer to that question already.” Kakashi said rubbing his shoulder.
“She used you guys as paper boys?”
“It was a mission, Tsunade-Sama used every one in the village to give each civilian a copy, and I believe it was while you were treating Ino.”
“I see. So, was there something that you wanted from me or was this just a social call?”
“Actually, Tsunade-Sama received a message from Shion-Sama requesting that you return to her as soon as possible, there are things that she wants to discuss with you.”
Naruto gave a nod and headed out.
Cho and Juro were sitting outside of the small house they had constructed for Naruto and watched as he left after treating Hinata.
Cho turned to her companion and extended her hand as he placed three coins in it.
“I told you she would be first, her feelings for our little brother are very strong and she would not accept coming in second place.” She smiled from behind her mask.
“You accounted for their history, I did not and the flaw was mine.” He said bowing to her.
“Now then, back to our mission at hand.
Akio does not believe there is an enemy threat, but if they believe he could reproduce, they will attack without hesitation to prevent more like him being born. I personally see the potential in him and hope to see the children he produces.” Cho admitted.
“Should they be foolish enough to do so, I shall take great pleasure in sending the enemy to hell one slice at a time.” Juro grinned under his mask.
For three hours the two watched the small house when a small burst of chakra resonated from inside the house.
Both warriors charged in and made their way to the young girl still in bed.
Hinata still nude, was trembling on the bed as she was being consumed by red and blue chakra as it washed over her like a contained tornado.
Cho rushed over to her side and began to scan the girl with her medical abilities, then quickly pulled back as her hand had been slightly singed.
“We must get her to the hospital now; she is running a high fever and has become dehydrated, but the chakra will burn anyone that touches her.”
“How fast do I need to be?” Juro asked.
“As fast as you can be without killing someone.”
Juro grabbed a blanket and draped it over the young girl’s body as he became consumed by golden chakra.
“It’s going to hurt isn’t it?” He asked.
“It will.”
Juro then grabbed Hinata as the chakra started to burn him, he rushed out the door then disappeared in an explosion of his own chakra, his destination, Konoha hospital.
On the rooftops of Konoha, Hisako and Kazuo stood watch over Ino’s apartment for any signs of danger.
They were on high alert as a few hours ago; both felt the rushed presence of Juro moving through the city apparently heading for the hospital and soon followed by Cho.
“Do you sense anything brother?” Hisako asked.
“I do detect something, but I do not know what it is. I can feel it getting stronger now.”
Suddenly a small shockwave of chakra radiated from Ino’s apartment, both warriors leaped off the roof they were standing to land on her bedroom balcony.
Lying on her bed, Ino was naked and shivering while sweat dripped from her body, but what stood out to the warriors was that she had also been consumed by a small tornado of red and blue chakra.
Hisako ran up to the girl and began to scan Ino with her medical abilities then quickly looked to her companion.
“Get her to the hospital now.” Hisako barked to Kazuo.
Without hesitation Kazuo grabbed Ino in her blankets and rushed out the balcony door, vanishing in a streak of golden chakra.
Kaemon and Kameyo were standing on the roof of Sakura’s house and were patently waiting for something to happen.
“Both Hinata-San and Ino-San are in the hospital, if what the ANBU said is correct, Sakura-San should start experiencing symptoms soon, do you detect any change in her?” Kaemon asked.
“No, the only thing that I can feel from her is the sensation of being very sexually satisfied.”
Suddenly a burst of chakra exploded from inside Sakura’s bedroom that nearly made the two warriors fall.
“What the hell?” Kameyo roared.
“Damn it all, we were told there would be a build up of the chakra, quickly we must assist her.” Kaemon commanded.
Bursting through her door, the two saw Sakura nude on her bed in full convulsions, as red and blue chakra swarmed around her in a small tornado.
Kameyo wasted no time in picking the young girl up and using all her power, increase her speed to get Sakura to the hospital.
Inside the Hospital, Tsunade was sitting at a large desk covered in medical reports on both Ino and Hinata.
“Shizune! I need the other reports now” The Hokage roared to her assistant.
The younger medic came rushing in with dozens of binders, books and rolls of paper with notes on them and unceremoniously dropped them on the desk with the other papers.
“Tsunade-Sama, Sakura just came in too, but her condition is even worse, but it’s in sync with Ino and Hinata at the moment.
Bishamon has moved them into the same room to optimize the medical teams’ ability to respond to their needs.”
“I’m not worried about the medical team’s needs; I’m worried about keeping three of our most skilled kunoichi alive!”
Just then, Bishamon came into the room with a single clipboard in hand.
“Excuse the interruption; I believe I have found something of interest.”
Bishamon then handed the clipboard to Tsunade who began to franticly read it over.
“Is this correct?” She asked skeptically
“Yes. According to our readings, the three girls are currently undergoing a metamorphous. Their bodies are becoming stronger, their chakra coils are expanding and their general health is improving tenfold.
Even the scar tissue inside and around Hinata’s heart has started to regenerate at an increased level that almost matches ours.” The masked man answered.
“Is this some kind of side effect from Naruto-Kun’s chakra being absorbed by their bodies?” Shizune asked.
“We believe it is, we have never experienced something of this nature, and while there is a possible danger to the women in question, I believe that they are not in any.”
“Then what are we supposed to do in the mean time?” Tsunade asked putting the clip board down.
“We can only wait and try to make them comfortable as best we can, until the process has finished. But we should keep an eye on them during the process to ensure there are no additional side effects.”
Just then Kaemon burst through the door holding several papers in his hand.
“We have a problem.” He announced.
“What’s happened?” Tsunade demanded.
“Nothing yet, but I fear for the safety of any additional women that he may encounter.”
“Additional women, what do you mean?” Shizune asked.
“I took a sample of his sperm to get a chakra reading to determine the amount of time our patients would be in recovery that is when I found this.”
Kaemon then handed the papers to Tsunade.
“According to my findings, aside from being over charged with chakra, I discovered that they are not bleeding it out as expected.
His sperm alone has the ability to contain that much chakra means, that any women he sleeps with, unless they are using a medical contraceptive will result in him impregnating the women if she is ovulating.
Not only that, but if he does impregnate the women, the chakra drain will be three if not four times that of a normal human pregnancy, resulting in the woman’s death.” He finished to a now silent room.
“The priestess and Amaru!” Bishamon shouted before diving out of a window across the room followed by a large blast of chakra as he disappeared in a yellow streak.
“What just happened?” Tsunade asked as she glared at Kaemon.
Letting out a sigh, the red masked warrior faced the older woman.
“If you recall, we had requested several accounts of Naruto-San’s missions, but what you may not know is that by diplomatic means, we had obtained information on him outside of the village prior to us leaving with the priestess.
What we learned is that both priestess Shion and Amaru, are in love with him due to his actions, having encountered them.
Bishamon fears that he may be mating with them now, as he was requested by the priestess to see him once he was done attending to the other girls.”
“T-then if he’s mating with them...” Shizune trailed off.
“That is correct, both women would die if they became pregnant, granted it would not be an instant death, perhaps by the second or third trimester, their only option would be to abort the pregnancy to save their lives.”
Naruto entered the living room in Shion’s mansion and saw Amaru and Shion sitting at a table silently eating a meal.
Both girls looked up at him with warm smiles, yet there was something hidden in their eyes as they looked away from him.
‘Fuck’ was the only thought in his head.
“So I take it that you both know about what happened to my friends.
It is a bit of a confusing situation that I never expected to find myself in, so if you’re mad at me or something and want me to leave, I will do that, if you wish.” Naruto said nervously.
Amaru looked up to Shion, but both remained silent.
“Are you mad at what I had to do to save my friends?” He asked now getting annoyed by the silence.
Shion then slowly finished her bite and walked over to him, there she stood just looking him in the eye when she suddenly wrapped her arms around him and gave him a passionate kiss.
Naruto was surprised at first; he was half expecting to be slapped by the blond priestess, but soon accepted the kiss from her that she soon ended.
“We could never be mad at you for saving someone, least of all someone that’s a friend.” Shion said as she rested her head against his chest.
“Naruto, what you did to save them is the exact reason we fell in love with you in the first place.
The only thing that we are concerned about is between us, what does this makes us to you against them.
Do we become second class wives or something?” Amaru asked as she walked towards him.
“I could never place anyone above or below someone else, but you are right, they are my mates now.
Perhaps we should rectify that a little bit.” Naruto said with an evil smirk
Naruto wrapped an arm around both women, slowly lowered his hand to their flat bellies and rubbed small circles over them.
Shion squealed in joy at the symbolic meaning, as Amaru stood there in shock for a moment.
“Y-you want to start a family with us?” Amaru asked, her voice a mix of surprise and joy.
“Before everything went to hell, I was going to ask Tsunade about getting an actual home to live in, one that would be large enough for my three wives and children.
Assuming they all accepted my proposal.”
“What do you mean three wives, who’s going to be the third?” Shion asked with a raised eyebrow.
“Hinata, she has been in love with me since we were little kids, but because of reasons, I couldn’t actually accept her feelings for me as it would have caused a lot of problems for both of us at the time.
I hope both of you are, or rather would have been ok with that, seeing as now it’s not just Hinata, but Ino and Sakura too.”
“The situation was already explained to us by Tsunade-Sama, and we have been talking about it for some time now and we feel, we do not care how many women we have to share you with because we know that you will love each of us without question.” Amaru said as she gave Shion a warm hug.
Naruto then began to slowly move a hand under the front of each girl’s shirt and began to gently fondle their breasts, earning a pleased hum from each of them.
Just then the main door burst open as Bishamon came charging into the room, his body portraying panic as he looked at Naruto causing the young man to raise his guard.
“Bishamon-nii-chan, what’s going on?” Naruto asked slightly in fear.
“Naruto, I must ask you something very personal and very important, you must answer me.” The older man sternly told him.
Naruto hearing the urgency in Bishamon’s voice gave him a nod and waited.
“Have you had sex with Shion or Amaru, you must tell me.”
Both girls suddenly tensed up as their faces became different shades of red.
“No, I have not yet had the honor of making them my mates.
But I was intending on doing that in the next few minutes.” Naruto said while sliding his hands over the soft, smooth skin of their flat bellies, almost feeling their fertile wombs calling out to him.
“That is most fortunate then, if you had impregnated them they may very well have to abort the child or risk death.
Before you ask, I do not know this for cretin, only that it is a possibility so you must come with me that we may run tests to further confirm this possibility.”
Both girls looked as if they were going to get sick as Naruto felt a large weight drop into his gut.
“Very well, but they are coming with us, I want them to hear it all when we find out for sure the actual possible risks to them and our children.”

Bishamon gave him a nod and the four left the building, both girls still clinging to the man they loved.
