~Flash back~
Daichi squealed running out of the house at full speed beaming as he did so. Behind him both Naruto and Yuudai leaned on the door frame tiredly. Daichi could not figure out why they got tired so fast! Everything was so slow! He hated slowing down! He giggled running out of the yard and down the way.
“Catch me! Catch me!!” Naruto looked at Bay and sighed seeing the dog’s eyes watching the small redhead.
“Go get him Bay.” In a flash the dog was up and running down the road after Daichi. Bay frowned losing sight of the boy. He sniffed the ground following the smell of the boy’s scent through the crowd of people, around every fucking stall in the market, past the Hokage tower, around the tower, down the road… Bay let out a sigh. He was sure if anyone in the damn family needed a leash it was the kid! Bay walked along towards the graveyard following the smell, his golden eyes scanning.
Daichi’s smell vanished here. His eyes narrowed and his lips pulled up baring his fangs at the man in front of him. His tongue curled in his mouth as his jaws opened ready to bite the man. The man was tall, nearly six foot tall, with short black spiky hair, and streaked blue on either side of his cheeks from the bottom of his eyes to his chin. The man was dressed in skin tight black pants, a fishnet long sleeved shirt under a black top, black sandals and a long black cloak. In his arms Daichi was sitting on the man’s hip happily chewing on a hard candy the man had given him. Bay began to snarl at the man warning him he was going to attack if the man refused to let the boy go.
“Heh, don’t worry mutt. I’ll take good care of him.” Bay jumped back when the man shot three kunai at him. Growling low, Bay ran after the man and Daichi. As the man ran off towards the forest smirking, two witnesses took chase after the man and dog, but they quickly lost track.

Bay refused to give up. He refused to have Naruto and Yuudai hate him for failing, and he refused to have Gaara be angry with him. Daichi was his family! His pack member! He would track the man to the ends of hell to get Daichi back.
Bay yelped out in pain feeling a pepper bomb hit him in the face. He was blinded and had no sense of smell. Bay growled low listening to the man’s footsteps and took chase again, his ears perked up as he followed the rustling in the grass and trees as the man tried to make his escape.
Bay frowned when he smelt the wood of the walls. The man was attempting to escape over the wall. Bay growled jumping after the man and in one bound was over the fence. He landed in the forest and laid low listening. It would take the man a minute to get over the wall, especially since Daichi was now crying and struggling to get free, finally realizing the danger he was in.
Bay pulled his paw to his face trying to scratch the pepper off. The sting was finally fading, and he planned to have sight back before killing the man. Bay opened his eyes. Everything was still a bit blurry but he could make out the figure of the man landing on the ground. Bay stood up beginning to walk out of his hiding place in the bushes.
“MAMA!! HELP!!!” Daichi screamed at the top of his lungs, tears filling his eyes. The man glared throwing the small child onto the ground and placing his foot on the boys arm.
“Shut up!” Daichi let out a blood curling scream when the man stomped down, breaking the small boy’s arm. Bay stopped in his tracks his eyes going wide.
“I was just going to keep you hostage until I got what I wanted from Gaara! But now…” The man smirked, grabbing Daichi’s hair roughly. Pulling him close, he darted off smirking.
“Perhaps I will have some fun. I always did love children” Bay growled taking chase as silently as possible. He was seeing red. This man had broken Daichi’s arm, and now planned to perform horrible acts on the child. The man continued to run. It was nearly half a day before he found what he’d been running to… his hide out. In a small cave, away from Konoha, the man threw Daichi onto the ground smirking as the child continued to sob and cry nursing his injured arm. The man did hand signs, making an illusion of rocks around the opening of the cave to hide himself and the acts he was about to do. The man walked over to Daichi while pulling his shirt off slowly, watching the boy. Daichi was terrified of the man. Tears filled his zircon colored eyes, confusion slowly slipping in. The man knelt down to Daichi petting him.
“I’m sorry I hurt you... I didn’t mean it… Let me kiss it better?” The man smirked pulling the boy closer. He began kissing the boys arm, slowly kissing up and along to the boy’s neck sucking on a small bit of skin. Daichi shook closing his eyes sobbing.

“I wan’ mama!! MAMA!!” The man glared slapping Daichi sending the boy on his back on the floor sobbing again.
“Shut up! You worthless piece of shit!” the man crawled over to the boy ripping the smaller boy’s shirt off.
“Enough.” Both Daichi and the man froze looking at the entrance. There stood a young teen with yellow eyes and black hair wearing nothing but a black pair of pants. The boy stalked over to the man, his golden eyes burning holes into the older man. The man jumped up smirking. He did love children, but teen’s understood what was being done to them. Teens didn’t ask what had happened… they knew and they were way more fun to fuck with.
“My, my aren’t you a handsome young man?” Base glared, watching the man. Base’s eyes were the only park of him moving. Aside from that he was still, even when the man began to fondle him.
“H-Help….” Base looked down at Daichi. The child’s right arm hung off his body, obviously broken. The child’s cheek was bruised and beginning to swell and those zircon eyes were filled with tears, fear, and confusion. Base looked away. He hated that he took a bit longer than he’d hoped to get to the cave. He’d had to steal a pair of pants from some kids swimming in a river not too far away. Base closed his eyes feeling the man lick at his ear lobe.
“Now, how did you find this place my boy?”
“I tracked your scent.” The man stopped obviously confused. He smirked chuckling softly as he ran his hands down Base’s chest to the hem of his pants, slipping his hands inside.
“I smell good do I?”
“You smell like shit. I continued on to find my human that you stole.” The man froze. This kid was crazy. The man frowned stepping back glaring.
“What…”
“I was just going to let you live but…” Base growled, grinning at the man. His eyes glowed in the darkness of the cave and he bared his fangs.
“Now that I SEE the damage you caused my human… I am forced to end your life.” Daichi’s eyes went wide, watching as the boy’s body began to shift and change. The boy’s pants ripped off and there stood Bay, the black dog that lived in their front yard. The man shook; his eyes wide in shock. He stepped back, tripping over a rock and falling to his ass. Bay took his chance jumping on the man and biting into his throat before pulling back, opening the jugular and letting he man bleed out.
Bay looked back at Daichi, licking the blood from his mouth. The boy was in shock but not scared. Daichi got up, waddling towards Bay and blinked looking him over.
“B!” Bay blinked at Daichi and laid down, licking the boy’s face. Daichi giggled and beamed nuzzling the dog’s fur, relaxing a bit. Bay’s ears perked up hearing the faint cries of Naruto and Yuudai. They were a ways away. Bay nudged the boy’s un-injured arm.
“Your mother is calling Daichi. Let’s go home.” Daichi nodded and climbed onto the dogs back. Bay stood up stalking out of the cave.
“Oh, and Daichi, please don’t tell anyone about what you saw me do. If you do tell, they will take me away.” Daichi’s eyes went wide looking at the dog. He loved Bay. Bay was perfect and now the COOLEST dog in Konoha! He wanted to tell his mother about the cool trick Bay had learned and brag to all the kids about how his dog could become human! But if it meant Bay being taken away forever then he would keep a secret.
“k….”
“Hold on,” Bay said softly, waiting for Daichi to grab a hold of his fur with his free hand, before he started running towards the voices.
“B…. Sanks…” Daichi beamed when his mother came into sight. Tears filled his eyes. He shook, jumping off the large dog into his mother’s arms, sobbing into Naruto’s chest.
“Daichi! What happened?!” Naruto held the small boy close, being careful of the broken arm. Naruto winced noticing the bruised and swollen cheek and the small hickey.
“Who did this!?” Daichi smiled brightly nuzzling Naruto’s neck giggling.
“Dis mean man! Hit Dai! D-den kissed Dai! Buh’ B came! An’save Dai!” Naruto frowned looking at the dog. He sighed softly, relaxing a bit. He would give Bay a huge steak at home.
“Where is the man?”
“Dead!” Naruto blinked looking at Daichi as the child rested his head on Naruto’s chest listening to his mother’s heartbeat. It always relaxed him and helped him calm down.
“Dead?.... How?” Daichi giggled clapping.
“B done its!”
