Revelations
Tsunade sat at her desk deep in thought, her elbows on the table and her chin resting on her thumbs with Daiki and Akio beside her as she intently watched and listened to Inuzuka Hana describe what happened during her mission.
“So you and your team were caught in a trap that alerted the sentries, this caused the battle that nearly got you killed had it not been for Naruto’s timely arrival.
Is this correct?” The Hokage asked the younger woman.
“Yes Hokage-Sama. The tactics of these cultists appear to be solely based on the idea of killing the enemy, even if they have to sacrifice a dozen of their own just to kill one person, they consider it a success.
However, I am more concerned about the weapons they tried to use on us, they were some kind of canisters, each one a different color that created a different effect.
I counted at least three of them.”
“There are actually four of them.” Daiki said correcting the woman.
“The red one is a higher grade explosive than a single exploding tag, the green one contains a very powerful acid, purple is a poison gas and a black one that is a kind of smokescreen.
The smokescreen can be a problem as it also has an effect on ones senses, removes all scent and it also has a hallucinogenic effect, all bad combinations during a battle.”
“After Naruto arrived and helped your team, then what happened?” Tsunade asked while glaring at the young man.
“He ran off to attack the enemy encampment, after that the backup team arrived and we were treated, soon the ANBU rushed off to assist Naruto-Kun as we could hear the battle already starting.”
“Thank you Hana, you and your team are dismissed, please take a few days off to rest.”
Once Hana and her team left the room, Tsunade glared at the young red and blond haired man in front of her.
“Naruto, would you care to explain your actions to me?
I understand that you wanted to protect your comrades, but have you ever considered that being in your shadow might not sit well with others.”
“It is because these bastards are willing to go to such lengths that I had to act, and I do have complete faith in the others abilities if they were fighting other Shinobi, but these ass holes are different.
Even as ninja we play by some rules, but these so called people, will kill their own on a whim, just to get to their target.
Knowing this, I couldn’t just let them stay in the area and be a threat to the lives of children like Hyuuga Hyosuke that wanted to do a report on me.
They are after the children more than anything else, kill off the next generations and your enemy doesn’t exist anymore.” Naruto stated as he looked her in the eye.
‘The brat has a point, if we had left them alone, who knows that they could have done, who they could have killed, not to mention we could have lost track of them too .’ Tsunade thought to herself.
“Alright brat, you have a good point there, now tell me what you found at their camp.”
“We found some kind of monster.” Naruto answered.
“Monster you say? Could you explain it a bit better?” Daiki asked.
“Sir, Ma'am I believe that I can answer that question better.” One of Daiki’s honor guards answered.
Tsunade gave the masked man a nod as he stood in front of her desk.
“Once we arrived to assist Naruto-San, a number of the bodies fused together into a strange mass, it formed into a creature that was black as night with a leathery skin, it had four arms with three fingers ending in claws and a tail.
The creature then targeted Naruto-San and was intent on killing him above anything else.
Its voice was cold, direct and void of most emotions unless inflicting pain on others as it did to one of the ANBU that arrived.
The creature was also very resistant to standard levels of damage and I was forced to reach the first stage of the dragon to slay it.”
Daiki then stood in front of the man and looked him in the eye.
“What was it that you fought?”
“Sir, I believe that it was a Shadow Slasher.”
Daiki’s eyes suddenly widened, and intently focused on the man, his eyes commanding and clearly not in the mood to hear anything but the truth.
“You are certain that it was a Shadow Slasher, no question in your mind of what it was, you know for sure?”
“Sir, its appearance was without question, that of the demon. I had also killed it by removing some orb from its chest, and I could not detect any organs in its body, it was one of them.
But more importantly sir, it called Naruto the progenitor to that clan, and said our war starts today.”
“Yeah, what did it mean by calling me a progenitor Old man dragon.” Naruto blurted out.
“I cannot give you all the answers you seek my friend, I do not even have all of them myself.

I shall start from the beginning.
Long ago, even longer than the rise of man, our world was much different as it was full of beasts and monsters.
Naruto you once fought Satori the demon bird, have you ever thought about where such a creature would come from or even that accursed box?
How about the Reibi and its origins?
Sufficed to say, there are many creatures out there in our world that are older than the nations we live in today, many are friendly and respectable creatures while others are vile and cruel.
The dragon that merged with our ancestor had a vision, a prophecy if you will of a war that would take place in one thousand years from now.
In that war we are fighting for the very survival of the entire planet, our enemy are true demonic monsters but only with the full force of my clan and several others that have blood line abilities like the Hyuuga, are we able to actually stop their advance and protect our world.
But, there was another younger clan, they nearly stood on par with ours and were the true deciding factor in defeating the enemy as they all possessed sage abilities.
Without that clan, the war will end with our deaths and the world will be consumed in true darkness, nothing like what you had to face when fighting Ootsutsuki Kaguya as these creatures are ravenous beasts that would eat you alive on the battlefield.
They appear to believe that you may be the forefather to that clan, and while you do have some similarities, I do not believe that it is you.
As I consider current events I now see the situation for what it is now, as the cult may be directly controlled or manipulated by the demons, trying to kill as many clans that would take part in the war as possible and also targeting others of interest.
But I do not see how they could start the war so soon, there must be something that I am missing here, the Ancient ones placed a protective barrier around this world to protect it from them, there is too much to consider.
I must return home and communicate with the rest of the council as we prepare for a war that was not to happen for another thousand years, I will send an envoy to each of the other nations to try and forge an alliance between them all.
I shall return in a few days time, depending on how much the fools argue over the events.”
Daiki then left along with his two subordinates, leaving Naruto under the watch of Akio and Tsunade.
“Tsunade, I believe that it is time for the medication to be administered.” Akio said as he looked away from Naruto and scratched the back of his head.
Tsunade frowned at his comment as she began to blush.
‘Damn it, I was hoping Daiki would help with that part too.’ She thought to herself.
“Naruto, we have a situation and it requires your full cooperation for its success, for you see not only Hinata, but Sakura and Ino are very sick right now and only you can help them.”
Just then there came an odd sounding knock at the door as if it was being perfectly timed.
Akio opened the door and allowed Hyuuga Hiashi, Yamanaka Inoichi and Haruno Kizashi to enter the room.
“Ah good timing gentlemen, I was just about to tell Naruto about the situation, after that he is all yours.”
Naruto could see that the three men were all looking down cast at the ground as if deep in thought.
Outside Tsunade’s office, Shizune was going over some paper work after she had let the three fathers pass to see her master.
After ten minutes had passed a loud voice rang out from behind the wood doors to Tsunade’s office.
“How the hell does that cure them?”
‘I guess they told Naruto-Kun what he needs to do to save the girls, they really are lucky to have such a nice guy for this, anyone else would be trying to take advantage of them.’ Shizune thought to herself as the familiar sensation of a sound barrier was activated in Tsunade’s office.
Naruto stood there stunned and blushing a shade of red that would have rivaled Hinata at her best.

“It’s not that I have a problem with helping them, it’s just that it’s kind of awkward and on the unexpected side.”
“Naruto, their fathers would like to speak to you as well.” Tsunade gestured to the three.
Looking behind him, Naruto was shocked to see all three adults kneeling before him with their heads bowed down.
“Uzumaki Naruto, I have been chosen to speak to you on our behalf and that of our daughters.” Hyuuga Hiashi said not looking up at him. “As a clan head I would hope that my daughters would marry someone of a respectable clan that would also benefit the Hyuuga as well.
But as a father, I hope my daughters would marry for love, be treated well and know nothing but happiness in their lives, So as a father I ask you, I beg you to help not only Hinata who has dedicated her heart to you, but to also help Haruno Sakura and Yamanaka Ino.”
Naruto stood there for several moments looking down on the three men when Ino’s father started to speak.
“I know that we have no right to ask anything of you as we already owe you a debt that could never be repaid, because of you I and many others are alive, you resurrected not only your friends and comrades but innocent people that were killed during the war as well.
Yet here we are begging for your help, to save our daughters very lives not only as kunoichi of Konoha.”
Naruto could see that Inoichi was now crying even though he could not see his face, it pulled at his own heart that this man was so desperate to save his daughter.
“Please stand up, you’re making this really awkward, and It’s not that I won’t help them, It’s that I don’t know what will happen after I help them.
You are asking me to be completely intimate with each of them, and while they are very important to me, I don’t think that I could just do this without considering their feelings about this and knowing that I would have done so with the others as well.”
“Are you saying that the only thing giving you pause is the consideration of their feelings?” Akio asked with a raised eyebrow.
“Well yeah, I don’t want to take advantage of them, that’s not who I am. I can’t just have sex with someone and not feel like it should mean something. It would be degrading and disrespectful to them and I can’t do that.”
Hiashi looked the younger man in the eye as a hopeful smile spread across his face.
“Naruto, what you have just said is what every father wants to hear, from a possible son in law.”
Naruto’s eyes nearly bulged out of his head, his face becoming red as his mind repeated ‘Son in law’ over and over like an echo.
“I agree with Hiashi-Sama, your kind and caring nature is what every father hopes their children will find in a lover, and while these are unusual circumstances, I have no problem with my daughter sharing you as a husband with others.” Kizashi said in a relaxed tone.
“That’s not the point; I understand you guys are ok with this but what about them?
I only know that Hinata has feelings for me and while I was hoping to try and explore them with her to see what she really feels, this is different.” He blurted out almost in a panic.
“Naruto, please calm down, we have already discussed the issues with the three of them, given the options and what the effects may be.
It was their own choice and they all decided together that they would rather have you cure them, but they also decided that they would be willing to stay with you and that over sized heart of yours.” Tsunade said with a wink.
“T-they really did? They all decided that they would stay with me?”
“That’s right brat, you have three lovely young women that have decided not to use you as just a means of a cure, but also to cure their own hearts as well, aren’t you lucky.” The Hokage said with a smile.
“A-actually, that brings up something I would like to talk to you about Akio.
What exactly do I have to do, to invoke the right of that marriage thing you dragons have?”
“Ah you wish to follow our traditions?
It is not very complicated, all you need to do is swear that you will love, protect and respect your wives.
Some may think of it as concubines when in truth it is more of a Pridal Marriage, regardless of what you call it; we see it as a union of immortal hearts.
You and your wives will be forever bound together, your love for each other shining like a beacon on to the next world.
You need only state that you wish to have the ceremony, who the brides are along with a guest list, we shall take care of the rest.” Akio answered with a broad smile.
“Huh, I thought there would be more to it than that.” Naruto said scratching his chin.
“Oh there is, for we are very strict with our traditions and disrespecting them, is an unforgivable offence.”
“Right, disrespect your traditions and I get my ass kicked, got cha.
Baa-Chan, there is something I want from you as well.”
Tsunade focused on the young man and awaited his demands.
“I want my father’s clan name, my inheritance from both my parents and any property that was theirs and rightfully belongs to me.
I’m going to need it if I’m going to be married at least.”
Tsunade just watched him for a few moments then let out a sigh.
“I will see what I can bring up, that might take some time and require special treatment.”
“I understand, thank you Tsunade.” Naruto was just about to leave when Akio cleared his throat.
“Naruto-San, I should also inform you that your simple tent has been removed from its location, that site has become a construction zone for a new apartment complex that will house several families.
In light of current events though, we have set up a modest cottage for you outside of Konoha’s walls near training ground seven, it is a secluded place and few people visit that area.
With Tsunade’s approval we have made that the location of your temporary home; no one should disturb you there.” Akio finished as he raised his eyebrows twice.
Naruto’s eyes widened in realization, at what Akio was actually implying as it caused him to blush in both frustration and embarrassment.
“Ok-ok I get it, but I am going to do this my way.
I’m not going to tell any of them that I know they are sick; I want to see and hear it from them and make sure that this is what they want, I will find a way to meet them and see what happens from there.”
“Naruto, that is a sound plan as we did not inform them that we would be talking to you, but there is also something that I must teach you as well.
It would be required to ensure that you are able to cure the girls of this imbalance, it may be awkward for you but it is needed.”
Akio then walked up to Naruto and started to whisper in his ear, every second that went by his face turned another shade of red.
Finally when the red masked ninja finished, Naruto just glared at him for a moment before giving a nod in understanding.
“Well then, now that everything is settled, I guess I can finally kick you all out of my office because I could really use a drink.” Tsunade said leaning on her desk as everyone started to leave.

Hinata was nervously sitting on a bed inside a small three room cottage dressed in a slightly revealing long purple kimono. The cottage was clearly made for only one person in mind, having a small working kitchen and bathroom, the bedroom was setup with a slightly larger bed.
‘I don’t know what I am doing here, I know it’s only supposed to be a temporary arrangement, but I still don’t have any right being here without his permission.
What if he gets mad at me, what if he rejects me because I was uninvited, what if he hates me?” Hinata’s mind was racing with these thoughts, her hands balling up into fists on her lap.
She was so focused on her thoughts that she didn’t even notice that someone had entered the building.
“Hinata, what are you doing here?” Naruto’s voice shattered her train of thought.
Hear heart beating like a drum in her chest, she slowly looked over to the man that she had loved for several years, now here she was inside his little cottage, sitting on his bed.
When she looked at the origin of the voice, her heart did a flip inside her chest as she eyed him up, his new appearance was more than she had expected, he now radiated with power, looking like he could rip the world in half and put it back together again.
