Sakura dressed quickly and as she came out of the dressing room, Tenten was coming out, too. "Did Gai and Lee wait?"
Tenten nodded. "Yeah. They found Kakashi and Yamato and sat with them." She sighed. "Takumi was waiting for me when I came out."
"Yeah. Sho was waiting for me." She frowned. "He tried to tell me he loved me." She shook her head. "I wouldn't let him. Entirely aside from the fact that I can't love him back…how can someone love a person they see for an hour now and then and pay to have sex with?"
Tenten shook her head. "I don't know. Takumi looks at me funny, but he hasn't said anything. I have a feeling he's thinking something similar. He is, by far, my most difficult customer to deal with. "
They turned and started out toward the club. "Yeah, that's Sho, too."
They were lost in thought when they met up with the guys, so neither of them realized that the men were staring at them. It wasn't until no one said anything that Sakura and Tenten looked at each other and then back to the guys with raised eyebrows. "What?"
"What…" Kakashi had to clear his throat. "What are you wearing?"
Sakura looked down at herself and realized that she was in the short skirt and low-cut top that she'd bought as "street clothes" to wear while she was there. "My street clothes. I didn't think you'd appreciate it if I went through town in my costume."
"You call those clothes?" Yamato asked.
Sakura stared at him. "Wait. Let me get this straight, you're okay with me exposing more than ninety-nine percent of my body to the population of this club, but showing my legs and the tops of my breasts on the streets freaks you out?"
Tenten started laughing. A moment later, Sakura couldn't hold it any longer and started laughing, too. All four guys just stood there staring at them. "That's too much!" Sakura had to hold her stomach, she was laughing so hard.
Gai sighed and leaned toward Kakashi. "She does have a point."
Kakashi glanced at him. "Your woman's legs are covered."
"Yes, but she shows much more of her breasts than yours does."
Kakashi rolled his eyes. "This isn't a competition, Gai." But he sighed, then frowned. "But you're right."
He stepped up to Sakura. "I'm sorry." He said, then took her hand. She managed to smother the laughter and took his hand. She turned to Yamato and put her arm through his.
"Sorry," he mumbled, abashed.
"It's okay, guys. Come on, I'm ready to get out of here."
They headed to Jirocho's house and were surprised to find that the boss had made sure that two of the new bedrooms were completed for them. He directed them to their rooms, then made plans to meet later that day to talk.
These were bigger than the one she'd shared with Tenten, had a large bed, dresser, table and chairs and, like her other room, a private bath, complete with a large tub. Despite the session with Sho and the earlier lovemaking with Kakashi and Yamato, Sakura was still wound up. And so when she started undressing and got them to help her with her tail, it wasn't enough for Yamato to simply take it out. He replaced it with himself, as Kakashi took over in front and they both worked to help her forget, help her relieve her frustration. She had no idea how long they spent on her before she finally laid down between them, sated and exhausted.
When Sakura woke, she discovered that they were both half sprawled on her. She grinned down at them, thrilled beyond belief that they were there. One brown head and one silver head pillowed on her breasts and stomach, curled around her tightly. She didn't want to move for anything.
It made her wonder what would happen when things were over, and they were back in Konoha. Maybe ninja didn't live the quite same as most people. But she didn't know that a relationship between all three of them would be accepted. She sighed. That was definitely something to think about later. There were more immediate needs.
Like getting them off of her. It was cute to wake up to, but now she had to get up. She didn't want to move, but it was getting desperate. She tried shaking Kakashi's shoulder, but he didn't move. She switched to Yamato, but he was just as out of it.
"Hey, guys! Wake up." She shoved harder, but they still weren't moving. She figured she had about two more minutes before it got really bad. Sighing, she focused her chakra and shoved, hard.
Kakashi woke up in mid-air. Yamato did as he landed on his back, the wind knocked out of him. "What the hell?"
"You were both laying on top of me and I had to get up!" Sakura said on her way through the room to the bathroom.
"Well, that'll teach me to sleep so soundly." Yamato said from the floor.
"Aren't you usually a light sleeper?" Kakashi still hadn't bothered to get up.
"Yeah, well, Naruto's not here, so… hey, how did you manage it without your ear plugs?"
Kakashi turned his head and said simply, "Sakura."
Yamato nodded. "Yeah."
After Sakura and Tenten cleaned out their old room and officially moved in with their guys, they gathered with everyone else in the dining room. Sakura paused to drop a kiss on Jirocho's cheek before joining her men, who both gave her a look. She shrugged, said "later" and they let it go.
"Do you guys have a plan?" Jirocho asked after the food was served.
"Well, we have two main objectives. One is to find out exactly what goes on there. Rumors are useless until their confirmed. That's what our job is. The second is to find the nin that runs it and figure out where they are."
"That could take a while." Jirocho said. "Are you ladies going to be okay?"
Sakura and Tenten nodded. "Yes." Sakura paused. "It's not something that you easily get…used to, per se. But we have learned how to deal with it, for the most part. It helps that they're here, now, too." Sakura smiled at Yamato and Kakashi.
He nodded and glanced between Sakura, Kakashi and Yamato. "Well, what is your first plan?"
"We'll be acting as customers ourselves, and, aside for utilizing the Neko Club as 'regulars' with Sakura and Tenten, we'll also be working on what it might take to see the other parts of the club." Kakashi sighed. "I don't think any of us have the stomach to participate in the other activities. That is going to take some thought."
"I know what you mean. Well, I've written out some of the information I've gathered. What the Neko Club itself does is, in fact, legal. Prostitution itself is above the board. Ethics are a separate issue, but legally, it's fine. Sakura, what are the restrictions there?"
Sakura thought it over. "Yuri has rules, but he doesn't go out of his way to outline every single one. He cares a lot about the dancers, so much of it is left up to them. Brutality is patently not acceptable. Neither is forcing them." Her mouth twisted wryly. "As I'm well aware."
"What?" Kakashi turned to her and Yamato nearly choked on his food.
"I didn't get a chance to tell you about it. My third night there, one of my customers was rather brutal. He…" she gulped, "yanked my tail out, very brutally used me anally, but the kicker was when he hit me." She set her chopsticks down. "Yuri threw him out, but not before mentioning another manager - um, Ninenjin, I think. Either way, it's not acceptable at the Neko Club." Sakura finished, then realized she could hear a pin drop in the room.
Jirocho, of course, knew the story, but all four of the leaf shinobi were staring at her, murder in their eyes. "And you didn't report it?" Yamato's quiet voice was more frightening than any scary face he could have conjured.
"To whom? And then what? We're investigating, remember? Besides, number one, I got some information out of it and number two, I healed myself." She looked from one to the other.
She could see the barely restrained fury in their eyes and had no idea how to diffuse it. "I tried to get her to do something, but she wouldn't let me, either." Jirocho said.
They turned to him and she saw them work to actively calm themselves. "Is this Yuri really trustworthy? If he let that happen?"
"Gai, really. They can't screen every customer that comes through the door. They pay the cover charge, and we approach them, for the most part. But we know that if we're not comfortable with something, that we can go to him." She sighed. "And really, I was more pissed than anything. Took a lot to keep me from knocking him through the four walls between him and the outside. I had a chakra-infused fist ready. In fact," she said, thoughtfully, "at least it was me. I was able to use my chakra to, well, push him out. The other women can't."
The silence lay heavy for a moment before Kakashi took a deep breath. "Well, he better hope he doesn't show his face while we're there."
There was a murmur of agreement and though Sakura wanted to argue for the sake of their cover, she let it go. This was something she couldn't really fight, in the end. She'd been hurt and they couldn't do anything about it. She knew, at least to a point, how she'd feel in their place.
Dinner was quiet after that, as they discussed possible ways of gaining access to the lower levels. When they'd finished, and everyone started to stand, Jirocho approached Sakura, Yamato and Kakashi. "Could…I speak to you for a minute?"
Sakura's eyes widened, then she sighed. "Jirocho, you don't have to do this."
But he was already walking toward his office and they had no choice but to follow. As they took seats, he took a deep breath. "I owe you two an apology."
Yamato and Kakashi looked at each other. "Oh? How is that?"
Sakura was scowling at Jirocho. "He doesn't." They looked over at her.
"No, I do." He said and they turned their heads back. It would have been funny if Sakura didn't look so pissed and Jirocho didn't look like he was going to his own funeral.
"Wait. What do you have to be sorry about?" Kakashi asked and held a hand up when Sakura would speak.
"I took advantage of your girlfriend."
Kakashi was momentarily thrown off by the label. But after a brief hesitation let it go. It was as accurate as anything at the moment. "What do you mean you took advantage of her?"
"He paid for time with me." She said.
Kakashi blinked and glanced at Yamato. "Okay."
"I had a business partner come into town who wanted to visit the club. I had been thinking, at the time, of helping to make her look good at the club. But after we went back to the private booths and she and my partner…took care of business, I should have left. I didn't." He looked down, unable to meet their eyes.
Sakura sighed. "I told him that it was okay. I didn't tell him to leave, either. I was going to have to deal with a customer. Whether it was him or someone else." She shrugged, "I felt better with him. Since then, I've tried to tell him that it's not something to be so worried over, but he won't listen to me."
Kakashi considered Jirocho a minute. He did want to tear the man limb from limb. But that's the same jealousy he was dealing with overall. Sakura had a point. Did it really matter who she was doing that with if she had to? At least he didn't brutalize her like the other guy did. He glanced at Yamato who had the same thoughtful look on his face. Their eyes met and Kakashi knew that Yamato was waiting for him to speak.
He briefly had the odd feeling that he was somehow the head of this weird little family they'd become. He mentally shook his head to examine that later. "Jirocho-san, Sakura is right. She's struggled already with this mission and the things she's had to do. If a very small portion of it wasn't bad, then can we really complain?"
Jirocho looked up and turned from one man to the other. "You are bigger men than I am. If I were you, I'd want to kill me."
"Don't mistake us. We love her very much and aren't happy with what she's having to do. If it were up to us, we'd lock her away from any kind of ugliness like that, but it's not. And that's not Sakura. And because she is who she is, she'll do what she has to do. And it's up to us to either walk away from her or we deal with it." Yamato fell silent.
"Since walking away isn't an option, we have to deal with it." Kakashi finished.
"Well, what can I say to that?" Jirocho looked from one to the other. "You're very lucky, all of you."
"Don't say anything. If Sakura was able to deal better with a night we weren't here because of you, then we'll simply say that we're glad it was and leave it at that." Kakashi said.
Jirocho nodded. "Thank you." He stood and they stood with him. "If I can help in any other way, please let me know. I would like to, if at all possible."
Kakashi nodded. "We will. Thank you."
