Author's Opening Thoughts: Greetings everyone I just wanted to welcome you to the Second Chapter in the series, and with that being said the aforementioned chapter can get started.

Chapter Two: Building the Foundation
Three days had passed since Tsunade's request had been approved, and it only took that same amount of time to build what would be known as Konoha's Medical Unit.
