Tachi was shocked when his daddy Sasu was still home a week later and was taking him to school. Tachi bounced all throughout breakfast.
"Calm down." Sarada ordered, "You're still in you pjs do you want Shikadai to see you like that?"
Tachi looked down at his clothes and suddenly raised towards his room when he came back he was wearing black pants, black ninja shoes, a black sleeveless shirt with a high collar, black fingerless gloves, and a pair of black goggles around his neck that he'd been wearing the whole time. He never took them off. He put them on his head. His hairstyle was new and exactly like his daddy Sasu's when he'd been in Academy. He pulled his backpack on and jumped up and down hyperly but silently.
"Why is Tachi in such a hurry to see Shikadai Nara?" Sasuke demanded of his daughter in his normal cool tone.
"Tachi has a major crush on him." Sarada said, rolling her eyes.
Tachi kicked her hard.
"It's true everyone can see it except that clueless Nara." Sarada stated as she looked down at her little brother.
"I blame you for this." Sakura sighed, shaking her head.
"It is not my fault Tachi is gay." Sasuke replied.
"But if both of your biological parents are gay isn't it only natural that the child turns out gay as well?" Sarada asked.
Tachi landed in the school yard and shot to Shikadai's side where he was talking to Inojin.
Shikadai rubbed his hand absently into Tachi's head making the emotionless boy blush happily.
Adults of all ranks, including those who'd been dead, were standing around the yard to watch the graduating class for the entire year.
"Morning, Shikadai, morning, Inojin." Sarada yawned joining them.
"Hey, Sarada." the boys said, "Hey, Boruto."
Sarada swung her fist backwards as she yard and hit Boruto's fist.
"You not sleep well?" Boruto asked.
"I had to deal with a little brother who wouldn't stay in bed because he was so happy that we were coming to school today." Sarada stated.
"I had him last year at this time. It was your turn." Boruto shrugged. "Besides it was Dad Sasu's visitation week."
Sarada understood but still it was exhausting putting Tachi back to bed every hour or so because he was excited that he was going to get to see Shikadai the next day.
Tachi showed Shikadai his new toy.
"What is this?" Shikadai asked, with a frown. "Is this the rubix dad told me about?" Tachi nodded. "Can I try?" Tachi nodded rapidly. "Okay, so I just need to match up all the colors on each side."
He began working a frown of determentation of his face by the time the bell rang he'd solved it.
"Dad!" Shikadai cried upon entering the classroom. He walked over to Shikamaru who gave his son his full attention. "I want a rubix, please."
"Sasuke, where did you get that toy?" Shikamaru wondered as he took it messed it up and gave it back to Tachi who promptly fell on his butt and began trying to solve it. "I need to buy one."
"Land of Waves." Sasuke replied sweeping his son up and depositing him in the seat he'd always sat in when he was in school. "I came back through there this time."
"Great, now I have get a message to Choji." Shikamaru muttered. "He should pass through there in a few days."
"It's only in the Village Hidden in the Mist." Sasuke informed.
Shikadai nodded. He knew his dad would get him the toy because he always did whenever he told his dad he wanted something.
"And now." Shino Aburame said, to his class. Tachi shot his cube into the air. Shino messed it up and gave it back. Tachi was absorbed again. "The Hokage will now read off your team listings."
"Actually, Shino." Naruto said, appearing sitting in lotus position on Shino's desk. "I want to see if they can form the right teams and give proper reasons for them." He grinned and grabbed the class list. "Okay, lets start."
Naruto was soon frowning hard and everyone could see why. Shino was hitting his head against the chalkboard as Iruka patted his shoulder. Not one single student had been able to get the teams right so far. Shikadai had come the closest.
Boruto frowned at his finished product rubbing the back of his head.
"No, wait something doesn't seem right." Boruto looked around the room. "What is not right with this?"
He spent five minutes trying to figure it out then admitted defeat and tapped Sarada's hand. She stood and looked around she made a few corrections then made the same comments as Boruto before fetching Tachi.
"Okay, what did we do wrong?" Tachi didn't answer just worked his cube she took it away. He blinked at her. "Fix the teams."
Tachi looked around he moved two people and silently demanded his cube. She gave it back.
"Really?" Shino asked, "Tachi is the only one to get the proper teams? What have I been teaching you kids?"
"We're sorry, Shino-Sensei." the class said in unison.
"These will be your team assignments from here on out." Naruto informed. "Today begins new requirments for the Academy. You will be pushed to your limits to make sure you are ready to become ninja. You will be graded by judges and will be awarded points. Points can also be taken away. You will be judged as a Team. If one Teammate fails you all fail. If you reach 0 points you will be returned to your previous year of Academy."
The adults around the room especially those who'd been dead were shocked. They'd also noted that the class was three times as big as Naruto's graduating class had been.
