Everything has become so extremely abnormal for Hinata since that. Her husband should be governing the village, getting handshakes, loving her like a man.
But her husband wasn't there any more. Not the man with a penis, trying very hard to not look at her in a perverted way, trying to look greater than he was.
Instead there is some female creature on her bed with a child that was most likely born of her egg and and Boruto's cum, waiting until she was big enough to leave her body.
She didn't pretend to be her husband. She didn't try to hold the power of Hokage her husband had.

First there was disbelief; Sasuke outright stabbed her to see if that wasn't enough to undo the transformation.
After they tried to rationalize it. Maybe Naruto used the jutsu so much it changed him? Hinata had to admit that was certainly plausible.
Then they thought how to undo it, and wondered if Naruto couldn't use an opposite version of the jutsu; Naruto tried but she couldn't handle the chakra for it. Somehow, her body seemed to want to block it.
Finally, there was rage. Sasuke entered inside Naruto's mind and threatened the Nine Tails, blaming it for the transformation.
The Nine Tails spit on him.
After that, everybody just decided to wait until the baby came. Sakura said she wasn't exactly willing to do an abortion of any kind. In fact, she confessed she felt disgusted at the idea of it.
Ino's cold silence meant nothing for them, but it meant a lot for the Yamanaka herself.
When everybody relaxed about the topic after so much struggle, Kiba joked about Naruto making a pretty good argument of why only women post-menopause should be Hokage. Sakura told him to shut up.
Sakura thought about injecting drugs to accelerate the pregnancy, but gave up saying she had no precedents to consider the risks.
Naruto, should they even call her Naruto anymore? She was female, all-female, really a female. The proof was her pregnancy.
At first Hinata even found funny when Naruto couldn't revert the transformation. But then the signals of pregnancy arrived, finally confirmed by a test.
She hadn't truly lost her husband. She remembered everything about him. It's just now...He was a woman.
There was something horrifying about it, specially in the incomprehensible way it happened.
She refused to kiss him after pregnancy was confirmed. She couldn't admit, but she was feeling disgusted at her pregnancy. Hate was growing inside Hinata, hate towards her for allowing Boruto to impregnate him. Him, her, the pronouns were confusing now.
The boy at first just avoided her. It seemed he also found everything weird.
But as Hinata avoided her, he began to get closer. At first he just made simple questions. Some questions sounded ridiculous but were valid, like "do you miss your penis", "you feel something for men now", "do you think you will lactate with that body", but then the questions became more daring, like "did you get wet when uncle Sasuke came, or only for aunt Sakura", or "do you think aunt Ino was envious of your breasts?" and then that horrible question "would you fuck me again if you knew this would happen?"
All these questions were made well away from Himawari's ears, of course. Or anybody's ears but Hinata.
Boruto was getting away with something, but he didn't know what.
The little girl had easily accepted Naruto's condition, believing "daddy" would get to normal after the kid was born, though she really was curious about who the father of the kid was, after Hinata quickly negated she had turned into a man for that.
Then the late-night visits happened.
At first Hinata thought "Naru" had just gone to bathroom. But then she heard the male moans, and became suspicious.
Then one day she checked what she was doing, and saw Boruto pushing his dick inside her mouth. With horror in her eyes, Hinata quickly walked away.
They continued for weeks. During those same weeks, Sakura told Hinata that Boruto began to flirt with Sarada, and often she heard slurping sounds from her room.
He was training using the pregnant woman.

She began to step away from him, but Boruto followed her.

She knew there was something "wrong" with him. She called Sakura.
Ten minutes later, ANBUs stormed in and launched chakra-supressor chains at the son of the Hokage.
One of them, an Yamanaka, used a jutsu that would reveal if someone was possessed. Boruto tested positive.
"He is possessed by an youkai. Bring the exorcists. Also, he is an advanced stage, we need to do it fast, tell them to make a exorcism circle on the street if possible".
Boruto was exorcised in the middle of a public street, with ANBUs with bow and arrows ready to kill him if he went out of control.
The "thing" possessing him was extracted and sealed. Apparently, it was some kind of succubus that attacked him during a mission outside the village.
Soon after the creature was sealed, Naruto began to show signals of miscarriage.
Sakura took the thing growing inside her womb out. Thing that was, because it wasn't human.
A grotesque mass of flesh was growing there. Apparently, a succubus that made men impregnate women so it could fuse with the baby slowly to gain a human form.
But Naruto's body was never truly feminine, just an imitation. So what Sakura took out of Naruto more looked like a culinary disaster than a dead human being.
Naruto quickly returned to normal, and the whole incident just became a footnote during his reign as Hokage.
The sculptor still insisted completing Sasuke's face. The Uchiha was very grateful of not being Hokage any more, though.
Two weeks later, Boruto had fallen sick again, but Ino checked and there was no demonic possession this time.
Hinata took him to the bathroom after Ino left, and washed him with soap. Weirdly, she felt a compulsion to wash him in the dick with more force and intensity.
