Naruto groaned as he rolled over. He was now 5 months pregnant and nothing was comfortable. He wasn't sure how any woman handled this. “Sas,” he whined as he tried to sit up.
Sasuke chuckled. After the bodies of the three rogue Akatsuki members were found washed ashore the Red River in Winnipeg, no one had dared mess with the Uchihas. Though there was no official link to the deaths and Obito, everyone knew who had taken care of business. Shaking his head to clear the memories, Sasuke reached his hand out to help his husband out of bed. “Your dad will be here this afternoon, Nar. Ready to find out if we're having a little boy or little girl?”
Naruto smiled when he was finally seated on the bed. At 5 months pregnant he was no longer able to see his feet, and the baby was just starting to move around quite a bit. Zetsu had gone back to Tokyo shortly after they'd gotten the call from Obito that Kakuzu, Hidan, and Tama would no longer be an issue for them. Knowing Obi and Kisame, they knew better than to ask for any kind of details. Better to have plausible deniability.
Groaning again, Naruto stood up and stretched. “My back is killing me.” He smiled as Sasuke stood up behind him and let his hands trail the obvious baby bump. “But yes, Sas, I'm so ready to see our baby boy or baby girl.”
Sasuke smirked against the back of Naruto's neck. He let his lips softly trail the skin behind his ear and down across his shoulders. “Have I told lately how incredibly sexy you are?” He let his hand drift lower over the baby bump and down to Naruto's rapidly filling manhood. “Because I can't control myself when you're near me.”
Naruto moaned and leaned his head to the side, giving Sasuke more room to work. “I love you, Sasuke,” he murmured. Naruto thrust his hips forward as he felt Sasuke's hand wrap around his dick. “Do we have time?”

True to his word, however, he would take Naruto just about anywhere still. He just tended to worry about making sure it was somewhere Naruto would be comfortable. He pushed back against Sasuke's teasing fingers, shuddering again as Sasuke dragged his teeth against the juncture of his shoulder and neck.
Sasuke couldn't deny his husband any longer and pressed two fingers into Naruto with practiced ease. “Nar, I want to fuck you until you can't remember your name. All these years later, and I still can't get enough of you and your ass.”
Naruto whined as Sasuke's fingers finally breached him the way he wanted. His father had warned him that his sex drive may increase during pregnancy, but nothing had prepared him for how horny he was. “More, Sasuke. Oh god! Harder, please, faster. I need more.”
Sasuke chuckled. Taking his cock in hand, he slicked himself before sliding agonizingly slowly into Naruto. His control would snap as it always did, but he loved listening to his husband beg for him. “What do you want, Nar?”

Naruto chuckled and dropped his chest to the bed. “I love you too, Sas.” He sighed. “Shower now? Dad will be here soon.”
Sasuke smiled and gently rubbed Naruto's arms as he slipped from his husband and helped him stand up. “I can't wait to find out if we have a little boy or a little girl in there.”

“Dad!” Naruto smiled as he reached out and hugged his father as he and Sasuke walked into the house. “Sasuke and I are so excited for this visit.”
Minato smiled. “Me too. It's not every day I find out if I have a grandson or a granddaughter.” He chuckled as Naruto pulled back to let him get settled. “I'll be quick. I want to get this appointment out of the way and then just spend some time with my boys.”
“I'll go ahead and get the exam room ready for you,” Sasuke said. They had set up a temporary examination room in their home for Minato's visits. He and Naruto headed into the exam room and got as much ready as they could before Minato joined them.
Sasuke leaned over and kissed Naruto tenderly as they finished preparing what they could. Naruto grabbed Sasuke's hand and smiled. “Is it wrong that I'm nervous that it's been so quiet?” He sighed. “What if something is wrong with the baby?”
Minato smiled as he entered. “Well why don't we put that worry out of your head right now?” He tossed Naruto a pair of loose fitting pants to change into. “Change and I'll get the last couple things ready.”
A couple minutes later found Naruto leaned back in the exam bed with Sasuke sitting on the stool beside him, hand in hand. Minato smiled as he started his exam. “Ready to see the baby?” Both men nodded, huge grins blossoming over their faces. “Before I start, do you want to know the sex today or be surprised?”
Sasuke snorted. “No more surprises for the rest of our lives.”
Minato nodded. “This is going to be a little cold, son.” He dropped the gel on Naruto's swollen abdomen. Grabbing the wand from the sonogram, he started scanning for the baby in the womb. Minato smiled as the baby came into view and the heartbeat thump-thumped into the room. Naruto smiled at the tenderness in Sasuke's eyes. “There our little nugget is,” Minato said. “Let's take care of these standard measurements before we find out if we have a boy or a girl.”
Naruto wiped gently at the tears gathering in Sasuke's eyes as they watched their son or daughter on the ultrasound screen. “What are you thinking, Sas?”
Sasuke smiled and caressed Naruto's cheek. “I'm so unbelievably happy. I love you so much. I can't remotely put into words how I feel about you doing this for us.”
Minato cleared his throat to pull their attention back to himself. “The baby is healthy. Heart rate sounds great. Everything with Naruto looks good too.” He smiled and reached out to grab both of their hands. “And now for the main attraction,” he positioned the wand on Naruto's abdomen and nodded to the screen. “Gentleman say hello to your son and my grandson.”
Naruto smiled and cooed at his belly. “Hi little Kakashi. My sweet baby boy.” Sasuke kissed Naruto breathless before pulling back. Naruto smiled at his father. “Thank you, Dad. Thank you for giving us this greatest of gifts.”
Sasuke let go of Naruto long enough to give Minato a hug. “We should go out for supper tonight and celebrate.”
Naruto chuckled. “I might have already planned a post-appointment gender reveal dinner with the band and Itachi.” He smiled again as his dad cleaned the gel off his stomach before sitting up. He grinned and hugged his dad tightly. “I can't possibly pay you back at all for this.”
Minato smiled. “Just be a better father to your son than I was to you.”
Naruto shook his head. “You've been fantastic now that you know. And truly, I am so happy you are the one who is able to give this to us. Whatever the past is, it is the past. I love you.”
Minato nodded. “Go ahead and get dressed again. We'll go out to dinner to celebrate.”
Sasuke smiled. “How about going to Asuma's? Kind of recreate the night we met – minus Sai.” His eyes glistened as he thought about the night he knew he loved his husband.
Naruto grabbed Sasuke's hand. “Yes, let's do that. And tell Itachi he's been carrying that damn ring for five and a half months and he damn well needs to propose to Hinata tonight at Asuma's.”
Minato barked out a laugh. “Naruto, go get changed. I want to talk to Sasuke for a second.” He smiled at his son and patted his hands. “Nothing bad, I promise.”
Naruto eyed his father suspiciously, but headed to change back to his clothes. Sasuke quirked a brow at his father-in-law. Minato sighed. “I understand why the baby is being named after Kakashi, although it stings a bit, but promise me you won't ever shut me out?”
Sasuke's eyes softened. “Everything Naruto said is true. Yes, we decided on Kakashi for a name, but we have only now started to really get to know you. It doesn't negate anything you've done for us. We love you very much and appreciate everything you've done. You've given us this child we've both wanted so much. We had resigned ourselves to never being able to experience the joy Hinata and Itachi have had.”
Minato wiped his eyes. “Thank you, Sasuke.” He took a deep breath. “I know it's insecurity, but I worry that when we finish this up Naruto will be done with me.”
Naruto growled from the doorway. “I will never be done with you. You are a wonderful father. I love you. You are stuck with me forever old man.”
Minato blushed at being caught by his son. “Please don't hate me for my foolishness.”
Sasuke shook his head as Naruto and Minato hugged it out, both teary-eyed. He grabbed his cell phone and dialed Itachi. He chuckled as he heard Hinata in the background before Itachi's voice even came through. “What is it!?”
Itachi chuckled. “Well, you've heard her. Do you know what you're having yet?”
Sasuke's smile was radiant and could be heard in voice as it never had before. “Yes, we know. But we're waiting to tell everyone tonight at Asuma's and kind of recreate the night Naruto and I met.”
Itachi nodded. “Why call then?”
He chuckled. “Am I on speaker?”
“No, why?” Itachi asked.
“Naruto told me to tell you and I quote 'he's been carrying that damn ring for five and a half months and he damn well needs to propose to Hinata tonight at Asuma's.'”
Itachi couldn't hold in the laughter at the extremely matter-of-fact and most definitely Naruto spoken words. “Tell my baby brother to chill already. Sasuke smiled and shook his head when Hinata asked “What did Naruto do now?” Itachi shrugged. “Maybe. I'll see you tonight.”
Naurto poked Sasuke's arm. “Is he gonna do it?”
Sasuke wrapped his arm around Naruto's shoulders. “You'll just have to see lover.”

Naruto waved at Asuma as he, Sasuke, and his dad came through the door. “Anyone else here yet?”
Asuma shook his head. “I can't believe how big you've gotten. If I had ever thought you were having me on, I couldn't deny it any longer. That's not someone whose had too many cheeseburgers. That's all baby.”
Naruto chuckled and rubbed the back of his head. “Yeah, it is.” He smiled. “Can we get a round of mango smoothies?” Asuma nodded. “Hey guys, do you mind bringing them? I want to go put my feet up back there.”
Sasuke smiled and kisses Naruto's temple. “Head on back, Nar.”
It wasn't long after Sasuke and Minato came back with the Mango smoothies that their friends started showing up. Neji and Shika showed up first and curled up together in an arm chair. Itachi and Hinata showed up sans Baki for a grownup night out. Temari, Shino, Kakashi, and Iruka showed up next. Even Gaara and Kankuro showed up. Kiba and Ten-Ten were last as they had gotten lost writing some new music for the band.
Once everyone was settled, Naruto stood up and pulled Sasuke up behind him. “So, we thought we'd tell you if we're having a boy or a girl tonight. If you all want to know.”
Asuma came in with their food. “Um, hell yes we want to know.”
Itachi chuckled. “Hold on a second. I have a couple more people who wanted to be in on it.” He quickly pulled out his cell phone and dialed up Obito's number. “Hey, Obi. You got Kisame and Deidara with you?” He paused to listen to Obito's reply. “Okay, putting you on speaker phone now.”
“Alright, Sunshine. Put us all out of our misery,” Obito said as Kisame chuckled in the background.
Sasuke carefully caressed Naruto's stomach. He leaned his head against Naruto's shoulder and kissed his husband's neck. “You want to tell them?” he whispered.
Naruto shook his head. “Together, on three?”
Sasuke smiled and nodded. “One, Two, Three”
“A boy” they said in unison.
Asuma shook both of their hands before heading back to the counter. Congratulations were offered all the way around. Itachi handed the phone over to Naruto and Sasuke as Deidara came on the line. “Hey blondie and bitchy.”
Sasuke scowled. “Really, Deidara? I'm hanging up now.”
Deidara chuckled. “I love you too. But honestly, I just wanted to say congrats and let you know I'll be coming over with Obi and Kisame when they come visit.”
The evening passed quickly. Everything felt good, like it had when they first met. Naruto smiled at Sasuke as they sat curled up in the sofa watching as all their friends chatted. Joining in on occasion when they had something to add to the topic. Naruto subconsciously ran his hand over his baby bump, a goofy smile adorning his face. They knew they nothing in life was perfect, and with their history, they would always have each other and soon a little boy.
Naruto yawned loudly then blushed. “Sorry, guys.” He shrugged. “I get tired faster these days. Thank you all for coming tonight. It was absolutely perfect.” He looked at Sasuke and smiled softly. “I'm going to head home with Dad, but if you want to stick around for a while, go ahead.”
Sasuke smiled. “Maybe just a few more minutes. Let me know though if you need anything at all. I'll grab it on my way home.”
Naruto kissed Sasuke once before standing up and heading out with his dad. He was asleep when Sasuke got home, but instinctively curled around his husband when he crawled into bed.
