Sakura stood in the middle of another cavern, this being the sixth one she had found following several passages deeper and deeper into the cave and now she feared that she might never get out of it.
"Damn it Naruto, why did you have to pick such a deep dark cave? I hope Ino and Hinata aren't having as much trouble finding you as I am, with my luck they probably already found you and are already on their way out. You bastards better not leave me in here." Sakura yelled to herself.
The young kunoichi then looked at three different passages scattered about the cave, none of them gave any sign to what one he might have taken.
She was just about to turn back when the atmosphere in the cavern suddenly changed as she felt herself the target of an intense blood lust.
She quickly dove to the ground and rolled on her side as a cultist drove the tip of a spear into the ground where she had just been standing.
Instinctively she threw several Shuriken and Kunai into the man’s body, a single Kunai imbedding its self into the cultist’s neck, killing him as the tip protruded out the back, severing his spine.
As he fell dead, she heard the clumsy stomping steps of another enemy, looking over her shoulder she watched as another cultist came charging at her, he flailed a sword in the air wildly without any indication of skill.
As the man got closer she stayed in her crouching position with her back to him, as she channeled a massive amount of chakra into one of her legs and foot as the cultists leaped into the air, she waited for the last possible second and with her chakra enchanted leg mule kicked him in the chest that sent him flying into the air only to be impaled by a Stalactite rock formation hanging from the ceiling, he then slid back down with a sickening thud.
Sakura quickly took a look around the cave expecting to see another red masked figure coming at her, she used all of her senses but couldn’t detect any one in the immediate area causing her to relax for a moment.
It was then she heard a very low and threatening growl, turning around she saw what looked like Naruto in his pre Kyuubi state, but he was wilder, more animalistic than she thought he would be.
"N-Naruto it's me Sakura, do you remember who I am? Were teammates with Kakashi Sensei on team seven and with Sai."
His only reply was to growl at her as he crawled on all fours, his clear aggression to her made her panic, she always knew that in a real fight, he could kill her in an instant, she might be able to hurt him but he would ultimately kill her.
Slowly she began to back up until she found her back pressed to a pile of rocks that used to be a Stalagmite rock formation that had formed on the ground, still he moved closer to her, his breathing quickening as he did so until he suddenly lunged at her, his hands extended like claws.
Sakura in a panic did the only thing she could actually do. Sakura ducked into a submissive position with her hands over her head as Naruto flew past her followed by the agonizing scream of a man from behind her.
Quickly standing up, Sakura saw that it was one of the cult members that had been behind her, Naruto wasn't after her at all.
As she looked along the ground, she saw that there was a Kunai only a few feet from where she was standing, the man must have been incredibly close to her, she didn't even notice because she was completely focused on the blond knuckle head.
Looking up she watched in horror as Naruto continued to maul the man with his clawed hands, slashing at his body then finally digging his fingers into the man's ribcage causing him to scream in horror.
Sakura looked away as she heard Naruto rip the top half of the man's ribcage out of his body and began to pound on his insides with his fists, finally grabbing the man's still beating heart and ripping it out as blood sprayed all over the floor of the cave.
"You bastard we will kill you for that"
Sakura looked up to see another four cult members come running in and start to attack Naruto, but their chances against him were even less than hers.
The first one came running at Naruto with a sword but he quickly dodged several swings until he backhanded the man and sent him flying into the sharp needle like points of a small crystal formation growing on the cave floor that could have only been forming for a few hundred years.
The next one Naruto kicked to the face sending him flying backwards, he then used his claws to rip open his enemy's throat, leaving him to drown in his own blood.
The third one tried to attack him from above, but he was grabbed by his neck as Naruto simply threw him into a crevasse, the man screaming the entire way down until his voice could no longer be heard.
Seeing how quickly his comrades were killed, the last one tried to make a run for it only to have Naruto pounce on his back, he put his arm under the man's chin and snapped his neck in the most violent way possible pulling his head backwards until the neck broke.
Sakura could hardly believe the brutality that her friend was capable of and it made her very nervous, it was then that he turned his attention to her, slowly making his way towards her like a predator stalking prey.
His back hunched forward as he watched her every move, ready to strike if she made any aggressive gesture towards him, she could see it in his eyes that he was on high alert.
Not daring to move, Sakura stayed in her spot against the smooth rock as she and Naruto watched each other, he would let out the occasional low but none threatening growl at her, almost as if he was asking her questions.
Suddenly he was right on top of her causing her to flinch at his sudden presence, their eyes locked and she could see in his eyes that he was testing her, daring her to try and strike him as he flexed his massive chakra making it clear that he was a force not to be trifled with.
She could hear her heart beating inside her head and pound against her chest as she looked up at her friend and teammate in fear, her heart started to slow as she realized he wasn’t attacking her but rather observing.
Almost as if her hand had a mind of its own, she reached up and gently put her hand to his cheek and slowly moved it down the side of his face and down along his jaw.
This sudden physical contact clearly got his attention as he then began to nuzzle his face against her hand, his eyes softening and closing just enough to indicate that he was now relaxing.
He then began to sniff her wrist and followed her arm to her neck as she rested her hand on the back of his shoulder.
Seeing as how he was now more relaxed around her and appeared to have not marked her as an enemy, Sakura didn't even try to hide the blush that filled her cheeks as she felt him sniffing around her neck and just above her chest.
A slight shiver ran up her spine as he sniffed and nuzzled her warm flesh, the way he was affectionately inhaling her scent had started to turn her on, she could feel her insides start to heat up and her nipples stiffened.
She closed her eyes and enjoyed the sensation of his breath on her bare skin; she was enjoying the moment so much that when he nuzzled her cheek, she greeted his lips with hers as they then shared a tender and romantic kiss.
Their lips gently pressing against each others as her face flushed even more at sharing a kiss with him, it was then that she realized what just happened.
‘Oh shit, we just kissed and it was far from innocent, he's going to mark me as his mate because of this, I want him to love me for me, not like this, not because his instincts are telling him to.’
The two then stared at each other for a moment, his eyes were no longer imposing or threatening, they were soft and full of life, that of someone who clearly cared for the person he was looking at.
It was then that Naruto moved in slowly to give her a kiss that she could not refuse, even if she wanted to, she desired him more than anything right now.
Sakura could feel that not only was her body responding to his stimulations, but her feelings for the Jinchuuriki were coming to surface, her desire to make things up to him, to finally be able to hold him and show him the loved that was clearly lacking from his life.
The two Konoha Shinobi continued to kiss for several minutes, their hands slowly caressing each other, time was becoming lost to them as they heatedly kissed and explored each other all the while his chakra seeped into her body.
When one of his hands gently rubbed her breast while the other was gently holding the back of her neck as he held her close to him, it was as if he was trying to overwhelm her with his desire for the young woman.
Sakura broke the kiss so she could catch her breath while Naruto moved to her neck and collar where he nipped, licked and kissed her.
‘If I don’t stop him soon, I won’t be able to resist him at all and he’ll take my virginity in this dirty cave, but I want him so bad, I need him.
The way he’s taking control of the situation, the way he’s dominating me, I never knew it would have this kind of effect on me.’
Suddenly there came a loud explosion that shook the entire cave, small rocks and dust began to fall as cracks started to appear in various places in the cavern, larger rocks then began to fall as larger openings began to appear.
Seeing the danger Naruto forced Sakura on his back, even without words she knew to hold on for her life as he suddenly dashed towards a passage, running along the walls like an animal as they made their escape.
‘Damn it, why did this have to happen now, everything was just getting good.”
Seeing there was no other choice, Sakura held on to Naruto even tighter just enjoying the feeling of their bodies still being close to each other.
