Chapter Seventeen: Higher Interest?

Meanwhile in
the spirit world Minato, 4^th Hokage, father to Naruto and Husband to
Uzamaki stared at a window- that he created- down towards his son
Why! Why is that demon even near my
son...he could have left but he... �
�Stayed!" He turned around to
come face to face with a young women whom �was dressed in a green robe, she had
long shiny black hair reaching to her knees, her sea green eyes were
unreadable, a necklace hung from her neck, it held a single crystal, similar to
the first Hokage�s necklace, her age was that of a twenty year old college student.

�Who are you...and how do you know me
women.� He said with a stern voice, at which she just smiled and tilted her
head to her left and smile playing with her hair between her fingers, her eyes
now looking at the window which looked at Naruto.

�My name is irrelevant Minato
Uzamaki...I am here to bring you to my master, he would like to make you an
offer.� At which Minato just looked back towards him son as he stormed out of
the room followed by Kyuubi and Kyu-ni.

�You know...my master knows exactly
what the Kyuubi is after.� Minato glanced at her his eye narrowing slightly.

�And what would that be...well forget
that it matters not to a spirit now does it...just leave me.� He turned back to
watching his son.

At that the women walked besides him
and looked into the window, grass crutching beneath her feet.

�You haven�t been able to see
everything right?� Minato glance at her then

How does she? He
thought.

�It�s every time that fox female uses
a �jutsu� or whatever you call it. Like that doorway right?� She just looked
back to the pool know that she had caught the ex-Hokage�s interest, at which he
turned to her.

�So you know where my son has gone
with them right?�

At this the women just turn round and
came face to face with the sun goddess Amaterasu.

�Arr...Amertasu, how nice to see you
again.�

�The said goddess stood there she looked like
the mother of Sasuke Uchiha she had the face of and likeness of his mother yet
her black hair reached her ankles, this was emphasized by her flowing white
robe, that merged with her inner robe, similar to that of a geisha, this was a
mix of light blue, gold trimming around the edges, a silk sash around the waist
tied with gold thread. Her hair was tied with a blue silk in a single pony tail,
the cloak, or rather the image of it was tied together by a strap which reached
from one should to the other by a band of blue, which appeared to have no
stitching, or fastening what so ever to hold it in place (Like Lulu�s invisible
bra FFX). Well her body was proportioned perfectly, come on she�s a goddess
after all.

�Why are you here?� The goddess said
with a calm face, as she was saying this Minato kneeled and bowed his head
fully to the floor. The women in green just looked and smiled at the kneeling
Minato and back to Amaterasu.

�He wishes to make Minato�s existence
a bit more...enjoyable. Well are all actors in his play, even you Amaterasu.�� Luckily she said this in the words that
Minato couldn�t understand, at which Amertasu smiled putting her right hand to
her face combing back a strand of hair behind her right ear, and walked towards
the window Minato had been looking at, while he was still kissing the ground
she walked or floated on.

�Hmm...I see, this will be fun, yet
dangerous...he will just be reincarnated like every other human.� She turned
and walked away, and faded, with a shimmer of light. The green women just
crossed her arms of her chest and rolled her eyes.

Huhp...always has to go out with a
sparkle... The she
turned and started walk�
away, then stopped and turned to face Minato over her right
shoulder.

�Well oh Hokage, are you coming or
not...� The women in green turning her head back �walked away from him.

�Wait...will this let you me see my.�
The women stopped and turned to him her arms folded again, having already
placed them at her sides.

�Son, yes now... are you ready?� She
held out her hand, when he touched it they disappeared in a flash of light.
(She also likes to go out with sparkles. Lol.)

�Minato felt like he had been put through a
blender, and sank to his knees for a second he open his eyes to find himself
staring at a sea of endless stars, yet he did not fall but soon he found that
there was a huge swirling cube in the distance, but he tried to dispel the
image like it was a genjutsu, then his shock was on its face.

�This is all real Minato, now just
stay calm and listen to what my master has to say.� They gained nearer to the
spinning object, there feet making no sound yet with
each step the �floor� rippled like water on a pound.

�Minato noticed a single figure standing before
it he was dressed in a simple black suit with his hands behind his back, his
back facing Minato, and at his the women bowed low, from her waist.
�I have retrieved him for you
master...how are the others faring.� The black suited person spoke then, his
voice calm collected, and it commanded immediate respect.

�Yes...they are...hmm, so Minato what
to do think of this so far?� Minato�s eyes widened at this then he made his was
too walked to the front of the person who was addressing him, but he couldn�t
move, and in his raising panic he tried to fight.

�Please...calm yourself Minato you
are in no danger...so you wish to see whom you are talking to?� Minato watched
at the figure turned and his eyes widened.

�What!� The person just smiled at
him.

�Yes...many people see me as
something entirely different depending on world/race. I am here to offer you a
chance to see your son again. Not only that but the entire Ninja world as you �call
it�.�

�Why should I offer to do that?� �The person just smiled raised his right hand
and clicked this finger there was a flash of light and three people in robes
appeared, in red, blue and black. They red and blue robed figures wore masks
that looked like birds these match their robes as well, while the third only
wore a hood but he could clearly see the face of whom it belonged to, along
with the person red eyes.

�You�re...� The black suited man just
chuckled and smiled while the other two removed there mask, while the black one
removed his hood. Minato�s eyes widened further at which the two replaced there
masks and the black replaced his hood and turned to the black suited man.

�We did as you asked.�

�Arr... good.� The person looked back
to the spinning object placing his hands back behind his back.

�Why do you show me these...?� At
that the blue robed man stepped forwards.

�We are all here...we are no genjutsu
illusion.� Minato looked back to the figure then.

�Come Minato...see the offer.� Minato
walked across the sea of stars next to him who just placed his hand on his
should at that images and god knows what into his head, and seconds later he
fell to the floor panting, the person just looked on with a constant smile
tugging the corners of his mouth. �So what is your decision Minato 4^th
Hokage of Konoha...hmm?�

�I accept...I get to see my son and
the bigger picture.� The man smiled his voice clam as always, he clicked his
finger then suddenly a flash of light and Minato was wearing whites robed
exactly like the red and blue figure were, cupping a white masks in his left
hand, as he looked at it then placed it on his face and stood and stepped back.

�Welcome Minato the new actor whom
has entered the stage...now the play must continue, please I would like each of
you to retrieve something pieces of a larger puzzle yet in the whole scheme of
things it is but fleeting wind.� �He
turned to all of them, they all bowed and they all disappeared with a flash of
light, Minato being to the last to leave, at that the women in green stepped
toward the black suited man.

�So...is he what you expected.� The
person just chuckled and turned back looking at the green spinning cube in the
sea of stars.

�Yes...I know he will be...and soon
all the pieces will fall into place....and the plot unfolds further.� ��
