Well, I�m back! I know that plenty of you could be mad for
getting rid of Itachi like that, but I had to make it work for my story. And
like I said before, Sasuke won�t become the villain in the end. Through after
finding out the truth, he won�t be joining Naruto and the others just like
that. There is going to be plenty of romance to come. And yes, this is when
Naruto returns to the Leaf Village and Danzo as well as others will be getting their
�just deserts�. Now, let�s continue!

Note: There will be some to a lot of OOC (Out of Character)
in this story and there will be plenty of Naruto/Sakura/Hinata/Tsunade, but it
will be mainly Naruto/Harem.

Chapter 15: The
Return

(The evening of
Sasuke�s battle with Itachi; inside one of the Sound Village bases)

Within the Sound Village base taken over by Naruto, Kushina,
and their group, we find Kushina, Kakashi, Guy, Asuma, and Jiraiya assembled
together reading over tons of scrolls and documents in front of them.

Asuma says, with a snarl, �That son of a bitch! He had a
hand with Orochimaru�s attack on the Leaf Village those years ago all along! I
knew that they couldn�t get past Anko and the security so easily!�

Kakashi says, with a nod, �Yes. It looks like he had his own
ambitions for the Leaf Village. He is a war monger and doesn�t believe in
peace.�

Kushina says, with a snarl, �He is just a plain SOB in my
book. He attempted to get rid of me to make sure that he would get my son to
turn into his ultimate weapon like the Sand Village tried to do with Gaara.�

Guy says, seriously, �And when the Third made sure that he
didn�t, he started making his own plans. When Naruto harnessed the power of the
Kyuubi without losing control, Danzo feared that Naruto will figure out a way
to control the Kyuubi on his own and then he would have become too powerful for
him. If he tried anything, Naruto would have been sure to stop him.�

Jiraiya says, with a serious tone, �So, he used the fear of the
Kyuubi and his failure to get Sasuke back to banish him from the village.�

Kushina says, with a sly smile, �Well, when we get this
evidence to the village, they will see Danzo for the traitorous rat that he is.�

Kakashi says, with a nod, �True. But the council is another
matter. The ninja clans of the council especially the Hyuga will accept Naruto
back and his place as Namikaze clan head, but the civilian part of the council,
the one where Danzo draws his greatest strength, is another matter.�

Jiraiya says, with a sly smile, �Ha. Ha. Don�t worry about
that. If I know Tsunade, she has got a plan in motion to take care of that.�

Asuma says, with a serious tone, �Well, we have a lot of
work to do to prepare for Naruto�s return.�

Kakashi asks, curiously, �Speaking of whom, where is Naruto?�

Jiraiya says, with a sly smile, �The kid has been through a
big day with Madara and all and he went to get some �relaxation�.�

Guy says, with a nod, �He�ll need it. Something tells me
with Orochimaru gone, for good this time, he will be the biggest problem
especially since he is the true head of the Akatsuki.�

Kushina thinks in her mind, with a sigh and smile, �That�s a good point, Guy. However, from
Pervy Sage�s tone, I think that my son is �relaxing� with his wives and his
newest wife-to-be. I keep wondering if Pervy Sage influenced my son too much .

(Inside of Naruto�s

cards, �We know. However, we are not entering the village yet.�

The second guard asks, perplexed, �Why not?� Just then the
gates are heard opening and everyone turns to see Lady Tsunade, Shizune, the
heads of the clans minus Sakura�s mothers, Danzo, and the rest of the Leaf
Village council comes out of the gates.

Tsunade says, with a serious tone, �Because I ordered him
not to come in, yet.�

Danzo yells out, annoyed, �All right, Tsunade, what in the
heck is this all about? Why did you drag us out here?�

Asuma says, with a sly smile, �Actually, Danzo, it is very
special surprise.�

Danzo calls out, with a perplexed tone, �Surprise?�

Just then a familiar male voice yells out, with a sly tone, �Take
a good guess jerk!� Soon after, Naruto appears from the trees in quick fashion
with a sly smile on his lips.

Danzo yells out, angrily, �You! How dare you show your face
here?! Soldiers!� Just then four ANBU appear around Naruto and prepare to
attack.

One ANBU says, with a serious tone, �Naruto Uzumaki, you
have been banished on the threat of death if you return. Now, you shall . . .�
But just then Naruto vanishes instantly and everyone, expect for the Kakashi,
Asuma, Guy, and their teams, were shocked.

Danzo calls out, stunned, �He vanished!�

Just then Naruto�s voice booms, slyly, �Looking for me?!�
Just then one ANBU turns his head only to get bashed to the ground with ease by
Naruto and before the others could counterattack, Naruto used his father�s
famous jutsu, the Flying God Thunder jutsu, to teleport around with special
kunai knives sent in the whole area to easily crush the four ANBU before him
with breaking much of a sweat. When he was done, Naruto clamps his hand like to
knock off dirt and he says, with a sly grin, �Well, that takes care of the trash.
Naruto removes the masks, find certain ROOT marks on them, and he says, with a
sly grin, �Just as I thought. They are ROOT soldiers.�

One councilmember asks, perplexed, �Huh? But didn�t the
Third Hokage disband ROOT.�

Danzo says, a bit nervously, �That�s not the issue! It�s
that demon brat! He was returned when we banished him! He should be punished!�

Tsunade calls out, pointing at Danzo, �The only one that�s
going to be punished is you! ANBU, arrest him!� Just then four more ANBU come
out, but they immediately grab Danzo and restrain him.

Danzo yells out, stunned, �Tsunade! What in the world is the
meaning of this?�

Tsunade says, with a serious tone, �Simple, Danzo! You are
under arrest for conspiracy, treason, and attempted murder!�

Danzo calls out, shocked, �That�s ridiculous! What gives you
the right to give such charges?!�

Just then a familiar female voice shouts out, �Maybe you
should take Hinata and me into consideration, Danzo!� Just then Kushina,
Temari, Sakura, and Hinata leap down from the trees.

Many of the council gasp in shock and Koharu says, stunned, �Kushina?!�

Danzo says, stunned, �Impossible!�

Kushina says, with a sly smile, �You look so surprised!
Maybe you tried to kill me and left me for dead, Danzo!�

Kakashi says, with a serious tone, �It is all over, Danzo.
Over three days ago, we found evidence in the Sound Village about your dealing
with Orochimaru and your mad plans to take over the Leaf Village including
Orochimaru�s ability to infiltrate the village until it was too late,
Orochimaru�s attack on the Leaf Village over two years ago, and Naruto�s ridiculous
banishment to make sure that he wasn�t in the village when you made another
attempt for power.�

Many of the council gasp in shock and Tsunade says, with a
sly smile, �Maybe that why you wanted Sai, a �former� ROOT member, to join
Kakashi and the others when I sent them to the Sound Village after Naruto and
Kushina took it over.�

Kushina says, with a serious glare, �Not surprising since
Old Man Third refused to turn my son over to you to turn into your weapon! You
must have known that it was my son and I that took over the Sound Village and
you wanted to make sure that we didn�t find any evidence.�

Tsunade says, with a sly smile, �Too bad, Danzo. I already
knew that trick when I see one and I had plenty of influence to make sure that
didn�t happen. Over the past three days, they have been smuggling evidence to
me to get make my �case� against you firm.�

Asuma says, with a snarl, �You are one piece of work, Danzo.
And these four ROOT ANBU right here and now since my father disbanded your
group is proof that you are slime!�

Danzo yells out, angrily, �Don�t compare me to that �demon
brat� that you are with!� Just then Hinata comes up to Danzo and punches him in
the chest with a well-placed jab.

Hinata says, with a serious glare and tone not seen in her
before, �Watch what you say about Naruto-kun or you might not get to trial!�
Hiashi is surprised by his elder daughter�s uncharacteristic action and tone of
voice, but he smiles thinking about her love for Naruto.

Kushina says, with a serious tone, �I will not allow you to
talk to my son in that manner especially since he is the son of my husband,
Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage.�

Many of the council, minus Hiashi, gasp in shock and one
civilian councilman says, stunned, �The son of the Fourth Hokage?�

Kakashi says, seriously, �That�s right. Naruto is the son of
my former sensei, Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, and the same one that
sealed the Nine-Tailed Fox within him. That technique that Naruto just used was
the Flying God Thunder, his father�s special jutsu that made him known as the �Yellow
Flash of the Leaf Village�.�

Naruto says, with a sly grin, �And that�s why I�m here! To
reclaim what belong to my dad and restore my clan: Both of them!�

Kushina says, with a sly smile, �I am the second to last of the
Uzumaki clan and that makes my son heir to my clan as well. And if you must
know, my beloved Minato-kun and I both have a Kekkai Genkai, a blood trait,
unique to both our clans. Well, actually, in my case, two Kekkai Genkai since
my clan was also branched off from the Senji clan.�

Koharu says, stunned, �That�s the clan of the First and
Second Hokages!�

Kushina says, with a sly smile, �That�s right! And my son
and I have the Mokuton Kekkai Genkai that the First had. But my son has the Kekkai
Genkai of his father: The �Celestial Embodiment� Kekkai Genkai.�

Inoichi Yamanaka, Ino�s father and leader of the Yamanaka
clan, says, stunned, �I thought that Kekkai Genkai was only a myth! It is said
that the welder of that can gain any other ninja ability in exist including
other Kekkai Genkai by getting a piece of another ninja�s DNA and incorporating
into his own.�

Naruto says, with a sly tone, �It�s no myth! I have it! Let
me show you!� Just then Naruto closes his eyes, when he reopens them, his eyes
are Sharingan eyes, causing many gasps to come from the others lips, Naruto
closes his eyes, again, and when he opens them, his eyes are Byakugan eyes.

Another councilmember says, stunned, �It�s true!�

Tsunade says, with a serious tone while glaring at Danzo, �But
then again, you knew this fact of Naruto�s heritage. Along with the Kyuubi, you
knew that he would a �perfect weapon� for you. So, you attempted to kill his
mother in order to get your hands on him, unseal his Kekkai Genkai, which were
sealed by the Fourth until Naruto was old enough to handle his �gifts�, and
turn him into your �perfect soldier�.�

Shizune says, with a serious tone, �And don�t even try to
deny it, Danzo. With Lord Hiashi�s help, we managed to gather enough evidence
from this end to make sure that you are found guilty of these and various other
crimes.�

Hiashi says, with a snarl, �You tried to have my daughter kidnap and now, it is
time you learned your place!�

Tsunade calls out, strongly, �Take this piece of trash away!�

The Four ANBU yell out in unison, �Yes, ma�am!�

Danzo cries out, in horror, �No, this can�t be!� Just then a
large cloud of smoke covers Danzo and the four ANBU and when the smoke and dust
clear away, they are gone.

Shizune says, with a sigh, �That�s done and over with.�

One civilian member of the council says, seriously, �That
Danzo might indeed be a traitor, but Naruto still defy the order of the
council.�

Tsunade says, holding out a scroll with a sly smile, �Expect
that the order of the �old council� is null and void. Looking into the laws of
the council, I have invoked an ancient rule made by the First and Second
Hokages for just such an emergency. It is order HR-345 and it states: �If
evidence is found of abuse of power by the council of the Hidden Leaf Village,
with expressed permission from the majority of the clan heads of the village
along with leader of the Land of Fire, the Hokage has permission to dissolve
the council and put the Hidden Leaf Village under martial law for a period of a
month at which point a new council shall be formed unless said �new council� is
formed earlier.� The civilian portion of the council gasp in shock and one
civilian councilmember takes the scroll from her hand.

When he reads the scroll, he says, stunned, �This is the
writing of the First Hokage!�

Hiashi says, with a serious tone, �And Lady Tsunade already
gained the permission from the Lord of the Land of Fire and us, the leaders of
our clans. In short, the whole village is under her total control and under
martial law.�

Another civilian councilmember yells out, stunned, �You can�t
do it!�

Tsunade says, with a sly smile, �Oh, yes, I can. And I just
did. Plus, my first order of business as �Supreme Leader� of the village is
reverse the decision on Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, his full name, and his
banishment has been revoked. He shall immediately return as a member of the
Leaf Village!�

Sakura and Hinata yell out, excitedly, �Yes!�

Tsunade says, with a serious tone, �Plus, also starting
immediately, he shall take his father�s place as head of the Namikaze clan on
the new council that will be formed with the next few days.�

Guy asks, perplexed, �New council?�

Hiashi says, with a nod, �Yes. The new council that will be
formed will consists of only the heads of the ninja clans and the village
elders, Lady Koharu Utatane and Lord Homura Mitokado, until more �reliable�
civilian members can be found. The new council shall convene within the next
three days and Naruto shall take his father�s place on the council.�

Naruto says, stunned, �Me? On the council?�

Tsunade says, with a serious tone, �However, your mother shall
accompany you as an advisor and able to override your decision on the council
until you reach eighteen years of age.�

Inoichi asks, curiously, �What about Sakura Haruno�s mother,
the head of the Haruno clan?�

Tsunade says, with a plain tone, �Sakura�s mother has just
recovered from the jutsu put on her and she is under arrest for attempt assault
and battery on her daughter, Sakura Haruno. As such she will take her mother�s
place as head of the Haruno clan under further notice.�

Hiashi says, with a serious tone, �However, as we agreed,
since Naruto is the last of the Namikaze clan, he shall be immediately put
under clan restoration act, but with the two clans with Kekkai Genkai, he might
need to take a few more wives than usual in order to restore both Namikaze and
Uzumaki clans with a few of child baring age. But, as per the agreement, Naruto
shall be allowed to take wives of his own choosing.� Hiashi says, with a sly
grin, �Which I believe he has already a few of.�

Sakura says, displaying her wedding ring, �Oh, you can say
that Lord Hiashi. Currently, I am Sakura Haruno Uzumaki Namikaze.�

Hinata says, displaying her wedding ring, �And now, I am Hinata
Hyuga Uzumaki Namikaze.� Plenty of the council members gasp in shock from this,
but then Temari then displays another diamond wedding ring on her right ring
finger.

Temari says, with a sly smile, �And I am Temari Uzumaki
Namikaze, Naruto�s newest wife, and I am eighteen years old, the legal child
bearing age of our two lands: The Land of Fire and Land of Wind.�

Naruto says, with a sly smile, �And don�t worry about the
legal mumbo jumbo, we have got the legal documents and with Temari-chan, we
have total approve of the Sand Village. You will be hearing from Gaara in the
next few days to see if I�m back.�

Tsunade says, with a smile, �I wouldn�t be surprised, kid.�

Shizune asks, curiously, �Where is Lord Jiraiya? I thought
that he would be here. Why isn�t he with you?�

Hinata says, with a serious tone, �He is off on a mission to
try to gather more information on the Akatsuki.�

Tsunade says, with a serious tone, �I see.�

Kakashi says, with a serious tone, �Let we informed you
earlier on, Lady Hokage. There have been some �new developments�.�

Tsunade says, with a nod, �I understand. We should get in
now. We need to discuss this, Naruto�s claim to the Namikaze family estate, and
Naruto�s new placement and ranking since he is returning as Leaf Shinobi.�

Naruto says, with a nod, �Right!�

Lee says, with a smile, �Welcome home, Naruto.�

Naruto says, with a sly smile, �It is good to be back, Bushy
Brow!� Soon after, everyone, expect for the two guards, go through the gates
and they close behind them. As the gates close behind them, several more ANBU
gather the four fallen ROOT ANBU and take them inside before the gate fully
closes. After the gates are fully closed, two guards look at each other
stunned.

The second guard tells the first guard, �Well, you wanted
excitement.�

The first guard says, with a sigh, �Next time, I�ll keep my
mouth shut.�

(Rejoining Sasuke and
Team Snake; on the meanwhile)

Back with Sasuke and Team Snake, we find the three members
of Team Snake looking over him.

Karin asks Jugo, �Are you okay, Jugo?�

Jugo says, calmly, �Yes, so far.�

Suigetsu says, with a plain tone, �Well, if Sasuke-sama
doesn�t walk up before another �flare up�, we are dead as doornails.� However,
just then, Sasuke gives a moan as he gets to a sitting position.

Karin asks Sasuke, concerned, �Sasuke-kun, are you okay?�

Sasuke slowly opens his eyes and he says, seriously, �What
happened?�

Suigetsu says, plainly, �You fought your brother, he died in
front of you, some mysterious guy saves you and takes your brother�s body,
here, and we find out that he is a member of the Akatsuki and he is an Uchiha
like you.�

Sasuke yells out, stunned, �What?!�

Karin says, with a stunned tone, �It�s true, Sasuke. He has
some weird advanced version of your and your brother�s Sharingan! He is called
Madara Uchiha and we heard that he was the one that founded your clan.�

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, �Correct, Sasuke.�
Everyone looks to see Madara, with his new �Tobi mask� back on, walk over to them.
Madara says, with a sly tone, �With this mask, I am known as Tobi of the
Akatsuki, but I am the real head of the Akatsuki only your brother, Kisame, and
a few others know this truth. And now, you and your team know.�

Sasuke gets to his feet, his team to his left side, and he
yells out, strongly, �What do you know about my brother?�

Madara says, with a sly tone, �Everything, my dear Sasuke.
In fact, I know the whole truth about Itachi and his destruction of the clan
that I founded. As your team already heard, Itachi didn�t destroy the clan, I
did.�

Sasuke yells out, shocked, �What?!�

Madara says, with a sly tone, �That�s right. Itachi only
helped me destroy your clan in order to keep the village and you safe because
he was under orders to destroy the clan . . . by the Third Hokage himself.�

Sasuke shouts out, strongly and suspiciously, �Is this some
kind of trick?�

Madara says, with a sly tone, �Oh, no trick, Sasuke. Do you
wish to hear the truth about your brother and the Uchiha? It involves the
Nine-Tailed Fox and your former �other brother�, Naruto Uzumaki. And do you
want to know because it is the truth.� Sasuke wrestles with himself for several
minutes.

Sasuke says, with a strong tone, �Tell me what you know!�

Madara says, with a sly tone, �As you wish, Sasuke. And
before I tell you, let me tell you this: When I reveal the truth of what
happened that day, your life will never be the same.� As Madara prepares to
tell the story, Sasuke and his team listen intently as Madara reveals the truth
about Itachi and the Uchiha massacre to them.

16: Sasuke�s Choice

Well, this is the fifteenth chapter of the story! Naruto has
returned to the Leaf Village, his banishment is done, and Danzo has been brought
to �justice�. I�m done with him or Sakura�s mother, yet, but Danzo won�t be in
the picture too long after this, if you get my meaning. And why did Sai save
him? Well, you will see. You can expect for more surprises and stuff to come!
