AN: Well I'm back!! Please enjoy this chapter!! I keep getting more and more excited about this story hehe.

The trees blurred past him and his companion as they headed closer and closer to their destination. The urgency seemed to fill Sasuke�s mind and all he could hear was blood pumping hot and hard in his ears.

�How long?!� he asked, kicking off another thick tree-limb, a skittering of bark left behind. Seiko had explained everything, mostly everything. He still didn�t say how much time they had left. Seiko glared at him lightly, the soft sound of the geta sandals hitting the tree the only thing breaking the silence of the forest around them.

�Not long enough.� He finally said, �He�s getting out of control�� Sasuke whipped around grabbing the front of Seiko shoving him hard against the unrelenting bark

�Don�t tell me that!� He yelled. The henge flickered briefly, and Seiko wheezed his hands wrapping around Sasuke�s wrists,

�We don�t have time for this. And even if we do make it�.the merging itself could kill him.� Seiko hissed. Sasuke leaned close his eyes narrowed fiercely.

�He will survive. I will not let him die.�He hissed before he let Seiko go. The Soul watched as he bounded upward and swiftly followed him grimacing as he felt another surge within his body ebb away. Hissing in pain Seiko landed heavily on another branch. He took in a deep halting breath before exhaling slowly,

�Don�t you dare die Naruto��

Pain beyond anything rippled through his body. Their bodies. What he felt so could the other, at least for the first few moments. Slowly dark cerulean eyes opened and stared across to the mirror image in front of him. A ripple of red chakra pulsed through the area and Naruto stumbled a bit a hand running up through his hair roughly.

�What were you thinking?!� Came the soft hiss. Through his blurred vision he saw his reflection cursing and something pressed him back against the soft grass. The bond between them was practically visible the chakra hot violet. Kyuubi�s chakra pulsed again as Naruto sought to control the demon within him. Inhaling sharply he shakily pressed his hands together seals flying across his fingers.

�Fuujikomeru no jutsu(1)�. Naruto panted out the heated chakra faded to a manageable level and he slowly sat up.

�How are you holding together?� he asked softly. The other shrugged once before sitting on the grass in front of his creator.

�Maybe I should ask how you�re holding together.� He replied looking Naruto over once. He received a glare in return and Naruto struggled upward to stand, his body still weak from the splitting.

�Come on.� The creation helped him up not even flinching to the heated skin. A frown marred Naruto�s face.

�You�re going to have to change you�re appearance. Create a story for yourself.� He said as they walked from the flattened clearing.

�We�ll think about that later. Right now I have to get you�re stupid ass back into Konoha without being seen or detected.� Came the annoyed response. Naruto�s frown deepened as he thought.

�Akira Seiko.� He said suddenly, �You�re name.� He explained. The creation raised a blond eyebrow before sighing.

�Akira Seiko it is.� He whispered.

�He�s dying.� Seiko said, �The second he ripped himself apart his body couldn�t handle the pressure of trying to contain what�s within him.� Sasuke glared at him heavily, the sharingan eyes swirling madly before he turned his attention back to their current direction.

�What is he going to gain from this?! What is he trying to accomplish. That damn idiot, all he ever preached was getting stronger with those to help support you.� Sasuke hissed angrily.

�Don�t like that feeling do you?� Seiko said dryly. �Helpless because you could do nothing to stop him.� He continued eyeing Sasuke. The Uchiha glared ahead.

�Shut up. You act like I don�t understand that.� He snapped pushing himself harder as they moved.

�You don�t understand a damn thing. If you did perhaps this would of have never happened.� Seiko�s snarled in return, �Maybe if you ever stopped to open your blind eyes you would have seen him reaching towards you!�

Sasuke�s step faltered slightly at Seiko�s words and he stopped, breathing hard crouching low on the branch he landed on.

�I�was scared.� He whispered, his voice barely audible even in the silence of the forest around them. Seiko had stopped a few feet from him, �I was scared and I ran away.� He repeated looking up at Seiko.

�Why did he leave?�

Seiko sat in the dark house his eyes closed as he listened to silence that had settled around him. Not even a day of being created. He was gone. He could feel that tug, the chakra that fed him life was strong now.

How long did he have though? How long before it was severed and Naruto would cease to exist? He couldn�t take this. Sitting in this house, in this darkness. Waiting. Just waiting for his time to go. Waiting so that it would give Naruto time ahead to do what he had to do to save Konoha from utter destruction.

He cursed lightly before standing and slipping a cloak around his body, his fingers creating a simple genjutsu to hide his features from those who were familiar with Naruto. He disappeared out one of the windows and headed towards the training grounds.

�Why else would he want to leave?� Seiko said. �I�m sure you�re familiar with Akatsuki and their goals in collecting every tailed Demon they can.� He continued, he could feel his body weakening the closer he got to Naruto. The body could reject him. Could kill them both at the same time.

�So he�s just going to give the Demon to them?� Sasuke asked looking at Seiko. The man shook his head once, a harsh laugh leaving his lips.

�Hardly.� He responded shortly. �The seal on his body was not only meant to contain the demon, but to also make sure if Naruto ever died, it would die with him.� Seiko continued his voice softening. Sasuke glared ahead,

�What a fucking moron� He snarled, �How the hell is that supposed to help?!�

�Because he�s going after the one person that�s collecting these demons and doing as much damage as he can before it�s too late and the place he loves, the people he loves are destroyed because of what�s inside of him.� Seiko replied angrily. �You think I actually like this?! He couldn�t find another way without risking anyone close to him. He would never forgive himself if those he loved died.�

Sasuke glared at him shaking his head, his lips curling up, �And what about Gaara. He knew about this. He was a conspirator with him.� He hissed his fists clenching. Seiko glanced at Sasuke before sighing warily, everything was beginning to hurt, his legs, his shoulders. His chest.

�Gaara was the same as Naruto. Naruto was fulfilling a duty to his village, protecting them like he should be and should be remembered doing. Gaara fought him up to the last second. He didn�t want to lose Naruto any more than anyone else did.� He replied.

Sweat poured down his face, and his muscles ached from the strenuous actively, but he kept his body low, the cloak tight around his body as he finally slipped up into the second story window of the house landing him into the meticulous bedroom. Seiko sighed tossing his head back, the blond hair shaking from the hood before he shrugged it off over his body. He felt the clothes clinging to his body. He had tried to working out the anger and frustration he held against Naruto for creating him. It could work�It would have to work, but how was he supposed to slip into Naruto�s everyday life afterwards? No one would look at him with the same eyes. No one would see him as anything. He was Naruto�s essence, his spirit. But he was not Naruto. Something about the Demon had become part of Naruto. His brashness, how he grew up with his convictions of standing firm, no matter what.

�Damn it..� Seiko said. A few more days of trying to keep the fa�ade up. He couldn�t bear looking at any of Naruto�s friends in the eyes. He barely wanted to sleep in the same bed Naruto did. Nothing felt right. He didn�t feel right. A sudden knock sounded on the door downstairs. Seiko�s eyes widened considerably and he hurriedly padded down the hall and stairs. Another stream of timid knocks sounded. Bracing himself he opened the door slightly surprised to see Hinata standing there fidgeting with the bottom of her jacket.

�Um..Hi.� he said looking over her face before glancing downward. He could feel her eyes on him, and hoped they didn�t see right through him.

�Naruto..I was wondering what you were doing this evening�Kiba�s invited everyone over for a cookout�and no one�s seen you for awhile�� She said softly, �Everyone�s worried�.� Seiko looked away again,

�I�m sorry�I�ve been busy�really busy.� He said quietly, �I�m fine really, just trying to�work something out.� He continued managing a little laugh. Hinata stared at him before nodding,

�Alright�� She said before turning around her eyes lowered and walking away. Seiko watched her go and snapped the door shut hurriedly his back landing against it.

�I don�t know if I can do this�� he whispered.

�But he should have stopped him.� Sasuke snarled. �He should have fucking stopped him��

�If he had what would have happened between you and Naruto.� Seiko asked looking at Sasuke. The Uchiha�s eyes narrowed in response.

�It doesn�t matter. He would be alive.� He hissed. His mind was too focused on getting Naruto back he didn�t register the eyes following him and Seiko.

Watching the two shinobi�s until they disappeared out of sight a form melded from his hiding place. The large green plant shield spread, the face split between black and white, the mouth opened revealing the row of sharpened teeth.

�I don�t think he will like this.� He said creeping forward a tongue coming out to lick his lips.

�We should have eaten him when we had the chance. Both of them.� Came the hissy agitated response, He jumped lightly down to the branch below stepping along it until he reached the end.

�The other didn�t sleep. You knew that.� Said his counterpart, �You don�t ever think.� A scoff sounded as he continued his descent through the darkening trees.

�I want to skin the Uchiha�s flesh, that�s all I can think about� A hand reached inside the large black cloak pulling out a slim blade twirling it idly in a nimble black hand.

�If all goes well we will be able to, he�ll have his Jinnichurika, and we will be satiate with the Uchiha blood in our mouths.� They both laughed softly before the white and black hands pressed against a tree.

�Madara will want to know where the last of the Uchiha�s is going.� He said before melding into the tree, the golden eyes flashing once in the direction Sasuke and Seiko disappeared before he was gone completely.
