Hey guys! So, I forgot all about this story and decided I need to finish it lol. So, I am going to be finishing this story and then moving on to...idk what lol. Nobody told me if they want Team Adam or Team Gaara so I chose myself ;) i hope you guys like it and please feel free to read the rest of the chapters. they're short so you don't gotta worry lol. Anyways, I hope you like it. There should be one or two more chapters after this then it'll be done. OH! Almost forgot. The Goddess I chose in this is legit, and I chose her because she has a lot of history with the Enemy, Set. Look up the history if you'd like cuz it's a crazy story lol. ANYWAY, Enjoy <3 <3

The next morning, I woke up next to Gaara and smiled. Memories of the previous night rushed back to me and I snuggled closer to him. I looked at the clock and sighed, knowing I had to get up and prepare for the battle. Gaara shifted beside me and his green eyes finally met mine. He hummed and traced my cheek with his thumb, “Morning, Jensa” I smiled “Morning, Gaara. Ready for today?”. He shook his head “No, not really”, I let out a small laugh “Yeah, me either”. I got out of bed and stretched, then walked over to slip into my uniform. When we were all dressed and ready, we went to the gate to meet everyone.
        My team was standing there in their uniforms as well. They wore a white long sleeved V-neck under their black vest, with dark jeans and boots. Lynn wore black shorts with her boots, but I told her it was alright since she was more comfortable with it. They were standing with their hands behind their back, waiting for orders. They smiled when they saw me, and my eyes rested on Adam. Our eyes met for a second, when I gave a curt nod “You sure you’re feeling up to this?”, He smirked “Hell yeah baby girl. I’m ready for anything”.
  I smiled and looked at the rest of my team, “Alright. We are going to Fudai to rescue Lady Luna. Boys, I need you to keep the Akkan occupied while Lynn sneaks around and tries to free Luna. I will go after Set, and hopefully Lady Luna will be able to help as soon as you release her. Now, were a little out numbered guys… there’s 4 Akkan to you three boys so one of you might have to take on two”. James smirked and shrugged “Say no more sis, I got it”.
   I shook my head “I knew you would volunteer. Besides, I need Luke to deal with Ryuu since his soldiers are unlimited and he has plenty back up. However, keep an eye out for each other anyway, especially Lynn. We have to protect her while she tries to get Luna free”. Luke looked at Lynn for a second then back at me “Why don’t I have a couple warriors follow her to protect her as well? That way, we will keep an eye out but we don’t have to that much. That helps us focus on the Akkan more” I pursed my lips as I thought, then gave in “Alright, sounds good. So, are we ready to go?”. Everyone said yes, and I turned to Gaara and met his gaze. He grabbed my hand and led me away from everyone so we could talk privately for a second.
       He turned towards me and then sighed, “Damn it, I wish you didn’t have to do this” I gave my best reassuring smile “I know, but Luna will help us. I’m sure we can beat him” Gaara shook his head “Jensa… these past months have been amazing. Thank you, for everything. I’m going to be a nervous wreck waiting for you to come back”. I let out a small laugh and nodded “Yeah, I know you will. And I’ll fight my best so I can come back”. We hugged each other and stayed that way for a minute, then we pulled back and kissed. It was filled with so much emotion; fear, sadness, and hope to see each other again.
      We finally broke apart and sighed, “See you soon”, he nodded “You better”. I reluctantly turned around and faced my team. James gave me a small smile, “ready?” I grinned “Yep, let’s move out everyone”.
We all took off and then headed to Fudai. We were all quietly preparing ourselves for what was about to happen. When we reached the town, it looked as if everyone just up and left, leaving everything behind in the process. Food was still on tables in the cafes, and televisions were on static in a couple homes. It was as if they all disappeared in thin air. Through sign language, I told everyone to stay alert and keep eyes open, and we continued to walk through with caution.
        James told us to stop, and we froze in our tracks. There was a huge temple in front of us, and Ryuu was lying on the ground in dragon form, sleeping. I’m sure they chose him to guard and alert them if we came. I sighed and looked around “Well, we could all take Ryuu down together, and then head in to take on everyone else” James gave a slight nod “my thoughts exactly”. I sighed and stood up straight, taking out the jar of Lintra. Everyone had a look of dread, but knew we had to. We each took 2 doses; that would get us through the next 2 hours.
        I felt the power surge through me and I groaned “Too much power” James smirked “Yeah, but we need it to win”. Luke summoned his warriors, and then we crept forward very slowly. I tried to look for signs of a surprise attack, but found none of them. I signaled for everyone to surround him, and they obeyed. Then, all at once we attacked, hitting him with everything we had. He was no match for all of us at once, especially with the Lintra. James threw fire around him, scorching his skin and making him roar loudly; causing the earth to shake under us. Then, Adam made a huge boulder slam into him repeatedly, while Luke and his warriors sliced and carved into him with their Katanas. Lynn and I were punching and kicking anywhere we could find, hoping we would find a critical point in his body. His tail swung around and tried to smack us away. I was so close to him I didn’t see it until it was inches from my face.
        Out of nowhere someone grabbed me and pinned me under them just as his tail swung past us. I opened my eyes to find Adam on top of me with a smile “Come on baby girl. You gotta be more careful!” I giggled and got up “Thanks, Adam”. I took out my sword and decided to end it, and I started to carve into Ryuu along with Luke. When James got his attention, I ran up his back and jumped up, slamming the blade into his skull. He roared again, but then became still; falling to the ground and letting me jump off in time.
        Adam whistled “Damn, that was an over kill” I hummed “Yeah, I don’t think he was expecting us”. We watched as he turned back into his human form, and we made sure it wasn’t a clone instead of the real Ryuu. I took my blade from his skull and wiped it clean with the cloth I keep on my belt loop. Then, I looked around and sighed. Out of nowhere, fire flew from the sky; separating us and making us jump back. Yuki, Amaya, and Mamaru was standing there, ready to attack. I grabbed Lynn’s hand and took a step back towards the temple, just as the boys stepped in front of us. James looked back at Lynn and I and smirked “Go save Lady Luna. We will catch up soon”.
      I nodded and we waited until each team sprang into motion to move. We ran up to the temple and had to find a secret button to open the door. Then, we finally found it and stepped inside once it was open, letting it slam shut behind us. It was so quiet you could hear your own breath and heart beat. With another step, the whole temple lit up with torches and we were on guard again. I took a sigh of relief and we started to go down the hall. Then, I sensed something coming and I grabbed Lynn “Look out!”. We jumped but just as a huge blade dropped from the ceiling and into the floor. Lynn stared at it with wide eyes “Shit… that was close. We gotta be careful, hu?” I nodded “Yeah, looks like it”.
        We went further into the temple, dodging some more falling blades and a swinging blade that tried to get you from the side. When we finally reached a huge metal door, with Egyptian writing carved into it. I took a deep breath and looked at Lynn. It’s time to end this. We carefully open the door, peeking around before entering. There was a long hallway that was lit with torches. The more we walked down the hall, the more we heard voices in the next room. We entered and crouched so we wouldn’t be seen. There were stairs leading down into the room on either side of us, and a balcony in front of us so you could look down into the room.
        We slowly crawled up and peered over to find Set sitting on a huge throne on the north wall. To the left of him was Lady Luna, her wrists in chains above her and sitting on her knees. The room was mostly bare, but Lynn could easily crawl to Luna if a proper distraction was in place. I figured I would get Set angry and start the fight with me, and then Lynn could get Luna free to help me. I signed to Lynn my plan when Set started to speak, “Oh, Come now stop glaring at me, sister”. Lynn and I froze and looked back into the room. Set was in front of Luna, kneeling and stroking her hair. Luna looked at him with sadness heavy in her eyes “You always wanted the throne Set, that’s why you killed Osiris! You are a horrible man” he scoffed “You could have chosen me, but you chose Osiris instead! I could’ve had that power, and became powerful with you! Why, Isis, why did you do this?”.
      Lynn gasped beside me and whispered, “Did he just call her Isis?” I nodded “Yeah, he did. Isis is the goddess of Magic, fertility, and life”. Without warning, Luna’s form changed after her real name was spoken. Her hair became long and black, with black wings on her back and Egyptian makeup on her body. Her crown was still on her head, and her symbol was in the middle. I smiled “The symbol on our vests…it’s of her”. Set’s eyes softened at her true form and he sighed, “I wanted to love you… I wanted to become powerful with you”, she shook her head “You could never be the king Osiris was, Set”.
       I knew something bad was going to happen, so I stood and Lynn took the hint. She then began to descend the stairs towards our queen. Set drew his sword and went to hit Isis with it, when my body moved in front of her, and I countered it with my own sword. I punched Set firmly in the chest and sent him flying to the other side of the room. I stood up firmly, and I heard Isis hum behind me “I knew you would come, Jensa. I’m glad to see you” I kept my eyes on Set, but smiled “Of course we would come. We must protect our queen no matter what”. I saw Lynn out of the corner of my eye, but decided not to bring attention to her.
Set got up with a growl and stared at me with black eyes. I took a deep breath and thought, “here we go”.
