Dinner had been wonderful, exactly as Sasuke and Naruto wanted it and the speeches were all so moving and brought many of the guests to tears more than once.

The party was starting to wind down; the newly married couple were standing outside on the top deck, sipping drinks and looking out over the night sky where they could see the sparkling city lights.

Naruto shook his head and turned back to the amazing view, gazing at the dark water the boat sailed on. It was quiet up there, except for the distant sound of music from the reception. The wind drifted gently around them, picking up the blonde’s hair and blowing it around.

Do you want to go? I can make that happen for us.”

“I don’t know. I’d like to go to Japan but I’ve been there a lot. What about you? I mean, we could wait and see how we feel while we’re away. We might be ready to come home after a week.”

“The limo’s here. We’d better head down.” Slinging the purse over his shoulder, he grabbed one suitcase and pulled the handle on the other up so he could roll it along behind him.

Sasuke shouldered his laptop bag and grabbed the handle of the non-rolling suitcase from Naruto’s hand. “I pride myself on being a gentleman, I don’t want my wife bogged down by suitcases.” He smirked and headed down the hall not leaving any room for argument.

“Hm… you’re lucky I like it so much when you call me your wife,” Naruto teased, following along behind Sasuke. He tugged his suitcase along behind him as they headed down the hall and sat it next to him in the elevator.

“You know… I’ve been thinking, S’uke. I don’t want to have a hyphenated name. I’m going to drop Uzumaki and just be an Uchiha.”

Sasuke was a bit surprised to hear that but was flattered at the same time. “Are you sure? You don’t have to you know... I rather like the hyphenated name.” They stepped out of the elevator and headed toward the limo outside of the building.

“I’m pretty sure. I mean, Uzumaki-Uchiha is kind of a mouthful,” Naruto snickered. “If you’d rather me keep my name the way it is, that’s fine. It was just a thought.” He shrugged as he set his suitcase near the trunk. The driver opened the door before moving around to stow their luggage away. Naruto climbed into the cab and settled on the plush seat.

Sasuke followed his husband into the limo, immediately cuddling up next to the blond. “You can have whatever name you want baby. I just want you to be happy.” The car began to move and they were finally on their way. They had cut it rather close with the hasty packing and Sasuke would have rather thought about it earlier in the week... at least to pack what he wasn’t going to use for the rest of their time before the wedding.

“How about I try it out for a bit and see how I like it?” Naruto suggested. “Besides, Mrs. Uchiha has such a nice ring to it…” Chuckling, he curled himself up against Sasuke.
